제1소구치 또는 제2소구치 발치 후 발치공간 폐쇄 시 치아이동의 양상 즉, 치아이동방향과 이동량을 구명하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이었다. 상악 우측 인공 치조골부에 제1소구치 또는 제2소구치를 제외한 중절치부터 제2대구치 까지 실험용 치아들을 식립하고 bull loop이 형성된 반쪽 호선에 15도의 gable bend를 부여한 후 전치부를 후방견인하여 발츠공간을 폐쇄시켰다. 실험 전후에 교합면 방사선사진과 시상면 방사선사진을 촬영하고 인공치조골부 하단에 식립된 기준표지점에 중첩하여 이동방향 및 이동량을 계측하였다. 그 결과 제2소구치 발치군의 전치부후방이동량이 제1소구치 발치군에 비해 더 적었으며 구치부의 고정원 소실 및 고정원의 근심설측회전량은 제2소구치 발치군에서 더 크게 나타났다.

We will define p-stack convergence spaces and show that each neighborhood structure is uniquely determined by p-stack convergence structure. Also, we will show that p-stack convergence spaces are a generalization of neighborhood spaces.

Let Inn(Q) denote the inner automorphism group on a quandle Q. For a subset M of Q, let c(M) denote the orbit of M under the Inn(Q)-action on Q. Then c satisfies the axioms of the closure operator. In this paper, we study the topological space Q corresponding to the topology obtained from the closure operator c.

Esophagopleural fistula is a rare complication that should be suspected in all patients with recurrent empyema following pneumonectomy and in whom a bronchopleural fistula can be excluded. In late postpneumonectomy esophagopleural fistula, diagnosis is difficult due to its rarity and no specific symptom and sign, but we have experienced a man who had suffered dysphagia and odynophagia. In surgical treatment of late postpneumonectomy esophageal fistula, closure of empyema space is of prime importance. We have adopted a type of latissimus dorsi muscle and serratus anterior muscle flap transposition We present here this technique and result obtained in patient with late postpneumonectomy esophagopleural fistula.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate alterations of papilla dimensions after orthodontic closure of the diastema between maxillary central incisors. Methods: Sixty patients who had a visible diastema between maxillary central incisors that had been closed by orthodontic approximation were selected for this study. Various papilla dimensions were assessed on clinical photographs and study models before the orthodontic treatment and at the follow-up examination after closure of the diastema. Influences of the variables assessed before orthodontic treatment on the alterations of papilla height (PH) and papilla base thickness (PBT) were evaluated by univariate regression analysis. To analyze potential influences of the 3-dimensional papilla dimensions before orthodontic treatment on the alterations of PH and PBT, a multiple regression model was formulated including the 3-dimensional papilla dimensions as predictor variables. Results: On average, PH decreased by 0.80 mm and PBT increased after orthodontic closure of the diastema (P<0.01). Univariate regression analysis revealed that the PH (P=0.002) and PBT (P=0.047) before orthodontic treatment influenced the alteration of PH. With respect to the alteration of PBT, the diastema width (P=0.045) and PBT (P=0.000) were found to be influential factors. PBT before the orthodontic treatment significantly influenced the alteration of PBT in the multiple regression model. Conclusions: PH decreased but PBT increased after orthodontic closure of the diastema. The papilla dimensions before orthodontic treatment influenced the alterations of PH and PBT after closure of the diastema. The PBT increased more when the diastema width before the orthodontic treatment was larger.

The purpose of this paper is to represent values of acoustic cues for Korean oral stops in the multi-dimensional space, and to attempt to find possible relationships among acoustic cues through correlation analyses. The acoustic cues used for differentiation of 3 types of Korean stops are closure duration, voice onset time and fundamental frequency of a vowel after a stop. The values of these cues are plotted in the two and three dimensional space to see what the critical cues are for separation of different types of stops. Correlation coefficient analyses show that multi-variate approach to statistical analysis is legitimate, and that there are statistically significant relationships among acoustic cues but Oey are not strong enough to make the conjecture that there is a possible relationship among the articulatory or laryngeal mechanisms employed by the acoustic cues.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of fuzzy quasi extremally disconnectedness in fuzzy bitopological space, which is a generalization of fuzzy extremally disconnectedness due to Ghosh [5] in fuzzy topological space and investigate some of its properties using the concepts of quasi-semi-closure, quasi-$\Theta$_closure and related notions in a fuzzy bitopological setting.

This paper is a study about the relationships among topologies and intuitionistic fuzzy topology induced, respectively, by approximation operators and an intuitionistic fuzzy approximation operator associated with an approximation space (X, R), when the relation R on X is precisely reflexive and transitive. In particular, we consider an intuitionistic fuzzy approximation operator on an approximation space X (i.e., a set X with a reflexive and transitive relation on it), which turns out to be an intuitionistic fuzzy closure operator. This intuitionistic fuzzy closure operator gives rise to two saturated fuzzy topologies on X and it turns out that all the level topologies of one of the fuzzy topology coincide and equal to the topology analogously induced on X by a crisp approximation operator. These observations are then applied to intuitionistic fuzzy automata.
