오염원에 의한 지하수 수질의 변화 (Change of Groundwater Quality derived from Contaminant Sources)

  • In order to provide for the guidance on groundwater quality monitoring network design and also, to suggest the index to the solution of the contaminated groundwater remediation problems in the lake watershed, it is necessary to analyze the contaminant transport in the groundwater. The solute transport was analyzed in the lake watershed to investigate the behavior of the injected contaminant sources depend on the relationships between the point of contaminant sources and position of the lake. Three hypothetical groundwater flow systems, which is composed of a flow-through lake and two solute sources, were considered. The lakes located in the upper, middle, and lower portions of a watershed respectively. The transported contaminant was numerically simulated for five years by using MT3D contaminant transport model under the three-dimentional steady state conditions. From the above simulations, it can be concluded that the contaminant concentration was high as the contaminant source located at the upper position of a watershed, and the influence of the contaminant injection was large as the solute source located at the lower position. When the injection of contaminant was continued for one year without regard to the position of contaminant source and the lake, the influence of contaminant source was reached to bedrock.

  • LCD 생산라인의 공정 로봇에서 방사되는 비정상 작동 소음은 로봇의 결함 탐지에 사용된다. 이 신호의 장점은 상대적으로 낮은 민감도에 비해 단지 마이크로폰을 이용하여 다수의 결함을 확인할 수 있는 것이다. 결함요소 추출을 위한 웨이브렛 변환(WPT)과 불량의 분류를 위한 인공신경망 회로(ANN)이 본 논문에서 사용되었다. 결과적으로, 비정상 작동 소음이 기계요소의 결함 진단에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다.

  • 역문제는 특히 시스템 모델링 및 모니터링과 같은 과학 및 공학분야에서 매우 흥미로운 주제이다. 역문제를 활용하면 광물자원의 탐사, 지하에 매설된 케이블 및 파이트라인 등의 동정, 의료 분야에서의 비파괴 검사 등에 응용가능하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 2차원 전자계 산란문제를 다루고 이에 대한 FDTD법 정식화를 다룬다. 이 경우 근방계에서 관측된 데이터를 토대로 미지의 소스를 추정하기 위한 방법으로서 비선형 CGM법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 방법에 따른 실험결과로 볼 때 임베디드 시큐리티 모듈과 같은 원 신호 추정문제에 적용 가능할 것으로 보인다.

무선 센서네트워크 기반 실시간 다중소스 센서데이터 관리시스템 구현 및 성능분석 (Implementation and Performance Analysis of Real-time Multi-source Sensor Data Management System Based on Wireless Sensor Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 우선 센서네트워크를 기반으로 실시간 다중소스 센서데이터 관리시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 제안된 관리시스템은 대상시스템의 상태를 효율적으로 감시하고 제어하기 위해서 다수의 센서들로부터 수집된 실시간 데이터를 무선으로 서버로 전송하며, 이를 분석하여 동작하도록 설계되었다. 제안된 시스템은 원격지에서 세포배양장치와 같은 다중 소스 센서들을 클러스터 형태로 구성하고, 이들로부터 발생하는 센서데이터를 제어, 전송하며, 각 소스로부터 수신된 데이터를 소스별로 구분하여 관리가 가능하도록 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해서 전송거리에 따른 전송 지연시간과 다중소스로부터 발생된 데이터 손실률을 측정하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.

하이브리드 지중열교환기 적용 히트펌프 시스템의 냉방 성능 분석 (Cooling Performance Analysis of Ground-Source Heat Pump (GSHP) System with Hybrid Ground Heat Exchanger (HGHE))

  • This paper presents the cooling performance analysis results of a ground-source heat pump (GSHP) system using hybrid ground heat exchanger (HGHE). In this paper, the HGHE refers to the ground heat exchanger (GHE) using both a vertical GHE and a surface water heat exchanger (SWHE). In order to evaluate the system performance, we installed monitoring sensors for measuring temperatures and power consumption, and then measured operation data with 4 different load burdened ratios of the hybrid GHE, Mode 1~Mode 4. The measurement results show that the system with HGHE mainly operates in Mode 1 and Mode 2 over the entire measurement period. The average cooling coefficient of performance (COP) for heat pump unit was 5.18, while the system was 2.79. In steady state, the heat pump COP was slightly decreased with an increase of entering source temperature. In addition, the parallel use of SWHE and VGHE was beneficial to the system performance; however, further research are needed to optimize the design data for various load ratios of the HGHE.

  • This work demonstrates the results of full-scale numerical experiments of a hybrid thorium-containing fuel plant operating in a state close to critical due to a controlled source of D-T neutrons. The proposed facility represented a level of generated power (~10-100 MWt) in a small pilot. In this work, the simulation of the D-T neutron plasma source operation in conjunction with the facility blanket was performed. The fission of fuel nuclei and the formation of spatial-energy release were studied in this simulation, in pulsed and stationary modes of the facility operation. The optimization results of neutronic and fluid dynamics studies to level the emerging offsets of the radial energy formed in the volume of the facility multiplying part due to the pulsed operation of the D-T neutron plasma source were presented. The results will be useful in improving the power control-based subcriticality monitoring method in coupled systems of the "pulsed neutron source-subcritical fuel assembly" type.

  • 심전도 감시장치(electro-cardiography monitoring system)에 대한 연구는 국내외적으로 활발하게 이루어지고 있으나, 국내의 경우 환자 상태를 감시하는데 있어 중요한 요소인 호흡(respiration)에 관한 연구는 다소 미흡한 민이 있었다. 이번 연구는 환자의 상태를 감시하는데 있어 심전도, 혈압(brood pressure), 체온(temperature)과 더불어 중요한 요소로 여겨지는 호흡에 대한 감시장치로, 호흡 시 신체의 임피던스 변화를 이용하여 시스템을 구현함으로써, 심전도 측정과 병행하여 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 특히, 임피던스를 이용한 환자감시장치의 경우 중추신경 마비 둥의 원인에 의한 무호흡 감지에 효과적으로 응급실 등에서 유용하게 사용된다. 구현된 시스템은 아날로그 부와 디지털 부의 잡음간섭 린 환자의 안전을 도모하기 위해 회로를 전기적으로 분리하여 설계하였다. 아날로그 부의 구성은 고주파 신호를 발생하는 정현파 발생부, 반송파로부터 인체의 임피던스 변화성분을 추출하고 증폭하는 증폭부, 기저대역으로 변환하기 위한 복조 및 아날로그 필터부로 구성되어 있다. 디지털 부는 아날로그-디지탈 변환기 및 디지털 필터, 생체정보 추출부로 구성되어있다. 본 연구에서 구현된 시스템은 심전도 감시장치의 전극을 공용으로 사용할 수 있도록 구성되었으며, 호흡 감시장치에 대한 기반기술 획득을 통해 다기능환자감시장치의 개발에 바로 응용 될 수 있다.

이중 열원 히트펌프 시스템의 난방 성능과 운전 특성 (Heating Performance of Heat Pump System Using Dual Heat Source and Its Operation Characteristics)

  • This paper presents the heating performance analysis results of a heat pump system using a dual heat source. In this paper, a dual heat source refers to the ground-coupled heat exchanger using both a surface water heat exchanger (SWHE) and a vertical ground heat exchanger (VGHE). In order to evaluate the system performance, we installed a monitoring system to measure the temperature and power consumption of a heat pump and then collected operation data with 4 different load burdened ratios of the dual heat source heat exchanger. During the whole measurement period, the average heating capacity of a water-to-water heat pump unit was 37.3 kW. In addition, the compressor of the heat pump consumed 9.4 kW of power, while the circulating pump of the dual heat source heat exchanger used 6.7 kW of power. Therefore the average heating coefficient of performance (COP) for the heat pump unit was 4.0, while the entire system including the circulating pump was 2.7. Finally, the parallel use of SWHE and VGHE was beneficial to the system performance; however, further researches are needed to optimize the design data for various load ratios of the dual heat source heat exchanger.

납의 흡입독성 연구를 위한 에어로졸 발생장치의 고안 및 실시간 모니터링을 이용한 성능평가 (Design of Aerosol Generator for Inhalation Toxicology Study of Lead and Evaluation with Real Time Monitoring)

  • This paper was the design of aerosol generator for inhalation toxicology study of lead and evaluation with real time monitoring, and applied several engineering methodology to classical aerosol generator to cope with it's disadvantages. According to the testing conditions, source temperature 50℃ and inlet-duct band heater temperature 150℃, aerosol generation results for sodium chloride and lead acetate were as followings: CPM(Count Per Minute) for Sodium chloride that used for the testing material in aerosol generation and inhalation system was decreased in the 2nd and the 3rd hour's serial trials, but CVs(coefficient of variation) were maintained within 10%. CPMs for 5 and 2.5 gram of lead acetate that used for aerosol generation and inhalation exposure of lead showed similar results because of the sedimentation of lead acetate on piezoelectric crystal with time. For that reason, heating and mixing of nebulizing solution will be needed to generate lead aerosol with stable profile and maximum generation efficiency. Fluctuations of 10 and 5 gram lead acetate were low but 2.5gram was high. However, CVs for 10, 5, and 2.5gram lead acetate were within 10%. Considering the theoretical efficiencies for sodium chloride and lead acetate, 5gram sodium chloride and 2.5gram lead acetate were appropriate choice. Aerosol generation characteristics for two materials with 1 hour interval were different with respect to the fluctuation of CPM and the decrease to 10gram in it's material. For that reason, sodium chloride can not be used to estimate the aerosol generation and it's related parts for lead acetate. According to the testing conditions, source temperature 20, 50, 70℃, and inlet-duct band heater temperature 20, 50, 100, 150, 200℃, aerosol generation results for sodium chloride and lead acetate were as followings: Excluding inlet-duct band temperature 200℃, maximum CPM for sodium chloride was manifested in source temperature 70℃ with each inlet-duct band temperature conditions. We suggest that this condition was the optimum in the design of aerosol generator, inhalation system, and the testing. Maximum CPMs for 10, 5, and 2.5gram sodium chloride were from source temperature 70℃ and inlet-duct band temperature 20℃. Excluding inlet-duct band temperature 50, 200℃, maximum CPMs for lead acetate were indicated in source temperature 50℃ with each inlet-duct band temperature conditions. We suggest that this condition was the optimum in the design of aerosol generator, inhalation system, and the testing for lead inhalation study. Source and inlet-duct band temperatures for 10, 5, 2.5gram lead acetate were 50 and 100℃, 50 and 100℃, 50 and 150℃, respectively. In conclusion, considering above 2 paragraphs of results for aerosol generation, 5gram efficiencies for sodium chloride, lead acetate were higher than 2.5gram's. If inlet-duct band temperature was same, aerosol generation was increased with increase of source temperature. To get maximum aerosol generation will be the conditions that set the appropriate inlet-duel band temperature for each materials and increase the source temperature.
