This study aims to present suggestions on the causes and effects between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends of social welfare halls based on the issue that internal marketing should be activated based on previous studies on the relationship between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends. For this purpose, as a result of analysing the research hypothesis through a questionnaire, this study has meaning in that it supported the results of previous studies on internal marketing and customer-oriented trends as theoretical suggestions and analysed the relationship between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends. It was politically suggested and emphasized that internal marketing is needed in social welfare halls and to encourage social welfare workers to be customer-oriented, components of internal marketing should be established in an organic and systematic manner.

The primary purpose of this study is to examine the buffering effect of social welfare services on the relationship between the level of older persons' impairment and burden experienced by the family caregivers. It also assessed the level of caregiving burden as well as the effect of both older person's impairment and the characteristics of the caregivers on burden. The survey data collected from 150 community residing family caregivers was used for analyses. Findings are as follows. First, the caregivers are more burdened in the deterioration of mental health, scarce time for oneself, and the suffering of social life than in other areas of burden. Second, the more severe the physical and the mental impairment of the elder, the more burden the caregivers experience. The caregivers' characteristics such as the worse mental health, the lower level of attachment to the elder, the longer caregiving hours are also related to the higher level of caregiving burden. Third, the caregivers' use of adult day care and respite care services buffer the relationship between the level of impairment of older persons and the caregiving burden. However, social work counselling, visiting nurse, homemaker services do not have such buffering effects. Among informal support, instrumental support buffers the relationship between the elder's physical impairment and burden, while emotional support buffers the relationship between the elder's mental impairment and burden. According to the results, implication for social welfare services and practice methods for the family caregivers was discussed.

본 연구는 사회복지사와 친밀한 정도가 여성결혼이민자의 사회복지서비스 이용에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 여성결혼이민자의 서비스 정보에 대한 양을 매개변수로 고려하여 서비스 이용정도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 부산과 경남지역 여성결혼이민자 304명의 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 21을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 여성결혼이민자의 사회복지사와 친밀한 정도는 사회복지서비스 이용정도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 사회복지사와의 친밀도는 여성결혼이민자의 서비스 정도의 양에 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 근거로 여성결혼이민자들의 사회복지서비스 이용정도에 사회복지사의 역할이 미치는 영향과 서비스 이용의 촉진 방안에 관해 본 조사연구가 가질 수 있는 함의와 제언을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 서울과 춘천에 거주하는 65세 이상 노인 1,409명을 대상으로 노인과 자녀가 주고받은 사회적 지지가 노인의 건강상태가 우울에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 효과가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 노인의 건강상태가 나쁘고, 사회적 지지가 낮을수록 우울정도가 높았으며, 노인의 건강상태가 우울에 미치는 영향에 대해 사회적 지지가 부분적인 매개효과를 지니며, 이러한 효과는 성별로 다르게 나타났다. 남성노인의 경우, 자녀에게 제공받은 도구적 지지와 자녀에게 제공한 정서적 지지와 도구적 지지가 건강상태가 우울에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 여성노인의 경우에는 자녀로부터 받은 모든 사회적 지지(정서적, 도구적, 재정적 지지)와 자녀에게 제공한 도구적 및 재정적 지지가 매개효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지실천 현장에서의 적용과 향후 연구를 위한 제안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout, and the moderating effects of peer and superior support in social welfare agency. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 349 employees of social welfare agency in western Kangwon-do province. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, deep action(DA) appeared to be negatively related with depersonalization and reduced accomplishment. Second, surface action(SA) appeared to be positively related with all job burnout factors(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced accomplishment). Third, peer support moderated negatively the relationship between emotional labor(DA, SA) and emotional exhaustion. Fourth, superior support moderated negatively the relationship between deep action(DA) and emotional exhaustion.

Commonality strategy is a popular design practice in designing a product line as it enables the firm cost saving and simplification in design, manufacturing, and distribution processes. However the issue of commonality has been mostly analyzed from a profit maximizing firm's perspective and, to our knowledge, there is no literature that deals with the issue from a different perspective. in this paper, we consider the issue of commonality strategy from a social welfare maximization perspective, and argue that commonality strategy used in designing of public goods can bring certain benefits not just for a firm but also for consumers, i.e., for society as a whole. While we assume certain cost saving in production process due to economies of scale under commonality strategy, we conceptualize two different effects of commonality strategy, utility effect due to cost saving and weighted-averaging effect, and show how these two effects interplay to determine the design of common attribute and desirability of commonality strategy. We also discuss how the implementation of commonality strategy differs under different objectives of a product line designer : social welfare and firm's profit maximization.

본 연구의 목적은 일본 지역사회에서 전개되고 있는 사회복지서비스 공급과정에의 시민참가 현상에 주목하여, '비영리시민복지사업단체'가 지자체의 사회복지서비스 공급주체의 하나로 등장하게 된 배경을 추적하고, 나아가 이러한 복지서비스 공급주체로서의 비영리시민복지사업단체가 여성들을 위한 고용기회의 확대에 미치는 효과를 분석해보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 사회복지서비스 공급과정에의 시민참가 현상에 대해 복지국가의 위기에 따른 복지다원주의(공급주체의 다원화)라는 시대적 조류에 더해 지자체의 복지서비스를 둘러싼 '소비의 유연성문제에의 대응'이라는 관점으로 접근하여, 복지서비스 공급주체로서 비영리시민복지사업단체가 등장하게 된 배경을 추적하였다. 그리고 이렇게 사회복지서비스 공급주체로 등장한 비영리시민복지사업단체가 여성들을 위한 고용기회의 확대에 미치는 '효과'를 알아보기 위해서 비영리시민복지사업단체의 '고용기능'에 대한 사례조사를 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 일본 사회복지서비스 공급과정에 비영리시민복지사업단체가 등장하게 된 제배경 및 그것이 초래하는 '고용효과'를 실증적으로 분석하였다.

본 논문은 이동망 착신접속료에 대한 현재의 접속료 차등규제가 사회후생에 어떠한 영향력을 주는가를 분석 한다. 브랜드 충성도가 낮은 경우 서비스 대체성 수준과 관계없이 후발사업자의 착신접속료 증가는 사회후생을 감소시킨다. 브랜드 충성도가 높은 경우 후발사업자의 접속료가 증가함에 따라 사회후생은 증가한다. 모형을 확장하여 후발사업자의 비용이 기존사업자의 비용보다 큰 경우엔 브랜드 충성도가 증가함에 따라 사회후생 증가의 폭은 비용이 동일한 것에 비해 상대적으로 적다. 그러나 대체성이 증가함에 따라 사회후생의 감소폭은 더욱더 커진다. 후발사업자의 비용이 기존사업자의 비용보다 작은 경우엔, 전체적으로 브랜드 충성도가 증가함에 따라 사회후생의 증가폭은 더욱 커진다. 그러나 대체성이 증가함에 따라 사회후생의 감소폭은 비용이 동일할 때와 비교하면 줄어든다.

본 연구는 탈산업사회를 경험한 복지국가들이 중앙정부의 재정 압박과 새로운 사회적 위험에 대해 지방정부 책임과 역할의 확대를 포함한 지방분권을 그 대응방안으로 삼았다는 점을 주목하여, 재정분권이 복지재정에 미친 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이는 복지재정의 다면적 특성에 따라, 재정분권이 복지지출에 미친 영향과 현물급여 비중에 미친 영향을 파악하는 것으로 구체화되었다. OECD 19개 회원국의 1997년에서 2013년까지의 시기를 대상으로 한 결합시계열회귀분석 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재정분권 수준이 증가할수록 국가의 복지지출 수준은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재정분권 수준이 증가할수록 전체 복지지출 중 현물급여의 지출이 증가하는 것으로 파악된다.

This study examined relationships between the stress of families with autistic children, the social adaptation of autistic children and whether this relationship is moderated by family resilience and social support. The subjects were mothers of autistic children attending a special school for children with autistic disorder. Survey tools measured family stress, social support, and social adaptation. Family Resilience was measured by family hardiness, family coherence, family communication, problem-solving, and management strategy. Results showed that higher degree of family stress resulted in lower degree of adaptation in families of autistic children. The effectiveness of family resilience and social support as moderators between family stress and adaptation of families with autistic children was confirmed.
