아시아 4개국 대학생들의 개인특성이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Influence of Personality Characteristics on Entrepreneurial Intention of University Students in Four Asian Countries)

  • 본 논문은 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 개인특성 요인들에 관한 국제 비교연구를 실시함으로써, 대학생들의 창업의도를 결정하는 개인특성 요인을 규명하고, 대학생 창업 활성화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 개인특성 요인으로 창업자신감, 창업선호도, 성취욕구, 실패두려움을 독립변수로 사용하였으며, 사회적인식을 조절변수로 사용하였다. 연구결과, 창업자신감 및 창업선호도가 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을, 실패두려움은 창업의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 성취욕구는 창업의도에 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 개인특성과 창업의도 사이에서 사회적인식의 조절효과를 분석해보았으나, 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향이 제시되었다.

SNS 브랜드개성, 자아동일시, 브랜드감정이 SNS 추천의향에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Brand Personality, Brand-Self-image Congruence and Brand Affect on SNS Brand Recommendation)

  • 유사한 속성을 가진 SNS들이 경쟁하는 상황에서 개별 SNS의 기능적인 특성뿐만 아니라 정서적인 속성인 브랜드 측면에서의 서비스 차별화가 필요하다. 본 연구는 이용자들이 세가지 SNS브랜드(페이스북, 카카오스토리, 밴드)들에 대하여 어떠한 이미지로 평가하는지, 그리고 브랜드개성과 더불어 브랜드-자아 동일시, 브랜드감정 등의 요인이 추천의향에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 20대 대학생 이용자들의 각 SNS서비스에 대한 브랜드개성 평가에 차이가 났으며, 각기 다른 개성 요인이 각 서비스의 추천의향에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 브랜드개성과 브랜드-자아 동일시의 효과가 동일하다고 가정했을 때 브랜드감정이 SNS추천의향에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 발견하였다. 세가지 SNS 모두에서 브랜드감정이 추천의향에 통계적으로 유의미한 설명력을 가지며 그 영향력은 브랜드개성이나 브랜드-자아일치도보다 두 배 이상 큰 것으로 나타났다.

응답자의 성격특성과 응답스타일 (Personality Traits and Response Styles)

  • 본 연구는 조사항목에 체계적으로 응답하는 경향인 응답스타일과 성격특성과의 관련을 탐색한다. 보다 구체적으로, 내용에 관계없이 설문문항에 긍정적으로 응답하는 경향인 묵인응답스타일(ARS)와 가장 극단의 응답범주를 지지하는 경향인 극단응답스타일(ERS)이 외향성, 친화성, 성실성, 정서적 안정성, 경험에 대한 개방성 등 성격 5요인 모형에 의해 어느 정도 설명되는지를 검증한다. 2009년 일반종합사회조사의 자료를 이용하여, 응답자의 특성과 면접상황의 효과를 통제한 상태에서, 성격특성변수가 ERS와 ARS 성향에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분석의 결과, ERS의 발생은 응답자의 외향성, 개방성, 친화성, 성실성과 정적인 관련을 맺고 있었으며, ARS는 성격특성과의 관련이 발견되지 않았다. 분석결과의 함의와 함께 응답스타일에 따른 편의의 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법들과 그 한계점이 논의되었다.

청소년의 건강행위와 사회적 지지에 관한 연구 -일 지역 여고생을 중심으로- (A Study on the Correlation between Perceived Social Support and Health Behavior of Girl High School Students in All Girl Schools)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and health behavior in girl high school students in all girl schools. The subjects were 190 girls in 2 Kunsan schools. The instruments used for this study were the social support scale developed by Park(1985) and the health behavior scale developed by Walker etc(1987). As modified by Lee & Han(1996). The data were analysed by correlation coefficient, regression coefficient using an SAS program. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The mean score of social support was 3.96 and the mean score of health behavior was 3.33. 2. 1) General characteristics were related to the degree of social support: personality, spending money, friend number, exercise(p<0.05). 2) General characteristics were related to the degree of health behavior: personality, spending money, friend number, exercise, stress(p<0.05). 3. The hypothesis of this study, 'The higher the degree of social support perceived by the student, the higher the degree of health behavior' was supported(r=0.5730, p=0.0001). For these subjects, there was a significant relationship between social support and the degree of health behavior. Nurses should plan interventions in promotion health behavior with social support as a significant factor in adolescents. If so, their coping ability and well- being may be promoted.

사회공포증 경과중 타 정신질환이 발병한 환자들에 대한 연구 (A Clinical Study of Patients Developing the Other Psychiatric Disorder During the Course of Social Phobia)

  • We have studied 16 patients diagnosed of social phobia among the hospitalized patients for 1 year, from September 1994 to August 1995, to evaluate whether serial phobic symptoms are the prodromal symptoms of the other psychiatric disorder or concomitant disorder. The results were as follows; 1) In the subject of this study, the mean age of onset of social phobic symptoms was 17.3, and the mean age of inital hospital visit was 27.4. 2) The proportion of offensive type was higher than the simple type : 7 cases of the subjects classified as simple type, 9 cases as offensive type. 3) According to the type of social phobia, they developed different type of psychiatric disorder. Majority of patients with simple type had final diagnosis of mood disorder. Patients with offensive type had schizophrenia spectrum disorder, such as schizophrenia, delusional disorder, and schizophrenia, personality disorder. 4) Social phobic symptoms have taken various courses according to the final diagnosis. In the patients who developed major depression and delusional disorder, social phobic symptoms have not been changed during the course. Patients with the final diagnosis of schizophrenia and schizotypal personality disorder have showed various social phobic symptoms. In the patients with the final diagnosis of bipolar disorder, their social phobic symptoms disappeared with improvement of depression.

조리사 인성형성에 미친 주방환경에 관한 연구 - 서울 시내 특1급 호텔 조리사를 중심으로 - (The Study of Personality Changes about Cooks that Would Possibly Result from Kitchen Environment)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the personality change of rooks that would possibly result from kitchen environment. It's basically meant to determine the relationship of environment to personality, by investigating how cooks felt about their own personality before and after working as a cook and conducting a self-diagnostic personality test based on theories on kitchen environment and personality. The subjects in this study were the cooks who served af top-rated hotels in Seoul, and the survey was carried out from April 8 through 12, 2002. The collected data were encoded and analyzed with SPSS 10.0 program. To identify the characteristics of the subjects, frequency analysis was implemented, and reliability analysis, T-test and ANOVA were employee. To verify the reliability of the questionnaire items, Cronbach's Alpha that represented internal consistency was calculated, and factor analysis was fulfilled to minimize related variables about cuisine environment and eliminate irrelevant ones. The findings of this study were as below: Out of total 27 cuisine environment variables, 22 ones boiled down to six factors. Factor 1 was conflicts, and factor 2 was job performance. Factor 3 was work, and factor 4 was environment. Factor 5 was facilities, and factor 6 was social. To make better cuisine environment each and every part of kitchen environment that affects cook personality should be improved, and further, what causes employee turnover should be eliminated. In the future, there is a need for broader research effort that could cover more extensive region and a wider variety of subjects other than cooks at the top-rated hotels.

중학생의 주거환경이 인성특성에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of the Middle School Students` Residental Environment on their Personality)

  • This study researched the interrelation between the development of the middle school student\` personality and their residential environments on 406 middle school students. The purpose of this research were to suggest a better residential environment as a desirable educational condition for making juveniles\` sound self-realization. The results of this research were as follows. 1. According to the their parents\` social status on middle school students\` personality the students. especially their parents had a service and technical expert official job of a better academic career showed an excellent score in personality. 2. According to the relation between the residential environment on their personality. it was said that the students. (1) who had their own study room at their own house. (2) who had a better house equipment and relatively a safety from fire danger. (3) who were living at the house which had been equipped a ventilation and sound isolation. were higher in the Personality score than any other groups. 3. According to the neighborhood and their personality the students who were living in some comfortable environments such as the divided collect of trash and the neighborhood natural surroundings skewed a high score in personality.

초등학생 어머니의 성격유형에 따른 양육태도 및 양육스트레스 (A Study on Parenting Attitude and Stress according to Personality Type in Elementary School Students' Mothers)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to examine parenting attitude and stress according to personality type in elementary school students' mothers. Methods: The subjects consisted of 206 mothers of students. The measurement instrument was the questionnaire consisting of Korean-version MBTI and PSI test. Data was collected from March 15th to April 15th, 2008. Results: Among personality types by function, ST type was most, occupying 60.2%. Among personality types by temperament, SJ type was most, occupying 59.2%. The score of affective attitude was highest among the parenting attitudes. Parenting attitude was significantly different according to age, education, economic status, number of children, planned pregnancy, factor of stress, and family type. Parenting stress was significantly different according to planned pregnancy and factor of stress. In parenting attitudes by personality types, affective attitude was significantly different. Parenting stress was significantly different according to personality type by function. There was a negative correlation between affective and autonomic attitudes and parenting stress. There was a positive correlation between rejective attitude and parenting stress. Conclusion: It would be essential to provide dynamic developmental programs for increasing the children's social ability, and nursing intervention, education and counseling programs for decreasing parenting stress through understanding mothers' personality type.

  • Purpose: This study aims to explain the effect distribution strategy and competitiveness of entrepreneurial personality on marketing capabilities and performance, the effect of marketing capabilities on marketing performance, the role of marketing capabilities as a mediating variable on the effect of entrepreneurial personality on marketing performance, and the role of credit access moderating effect of entrepreneurial personality on marketing capabilities and performance. Research design, data, and methodology: This research was conducted in Bali, on a small clothing industry. The sample size was set at 150 respondents, using a cluster random sampling approach. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and partial least square. Result: The findings show that; entrepreneurial personality and marketing capabilities have a significant effect on marketing performance, entrepreneurial personality has a significant effect on marketing capabilities. Another result shows that marketing capability mediates the effect of entrepreneurial personality on marketing performance, access to credit acts as a moderating predictor, and as quasi moderating the effect of entrepreneurial personality on marketing performance. Conclusions: Entrepreneurs should try to increase their knowledge and skills in marketing formally or informally. Competence in terms of individual knowledge and skills can indicate social capital investment, which indirectly contributes to one's mindset and insight.

The Effect of Personality Type on Human Performance Tool Compliance and General Recommendations for Enhancement of the its Practical Utilization

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of personality type on human performance tool compliance in nuclear power plants (NPPs) and to propose general recommendations for an enhancement of its practical utilization. Background: Various guidelines, regulating criteria, and recommendations have been developed to prevent human errors in NPPs. Despite these efforts, the accidents sometimes caused by human errors have steadily occurred, and therefore, various human performance tools have been adopted as countermeasures against human errors. The major and inevitable contributing factors among the many hazards to human errors might be the trait and personality, which are considered to be the inner world of humans. Thus, we try to investigate the utilization of human performance tools by considering the different types of operating crew personalities, and we suggested more practical recommendations to prevent human errors according to the personality. Method: We developed the Questionnaire using the Big 6 (HEXACO) models, which are human performance tools for workers in NPPs, and individual (condition) variables to investigate the effect of personality types on human performance tools. We slightly modified them to help the survey respondents understand them better. A survey was conducted for ordinary people over the age of 20. SPSS 22.0 was used to perform a correlation analysis and a hierarchical regression analysis to find the relationship between personality types and human performance tools. Results: The utilization of human performance tools shows significant differences statistically by personality. The correlation result reveals that the types of Honesty (H), Extraversion (X), Conscientiousness (C), and Openness to experience (O) show a higher utilization of human performance tools. In hierarchical regression results, human performance tools of task preview, questioning attitude, stopping when unsure, self-checking, effective communication, and place-keeping show a higher utilization with personality types. However, the Agreeableness (A) type did not show significant differences statistically with human performance tools. Conclusion: We tried to investigate the utilization of human performance tools by considering the different types of human personality and provide more practical recommendations to prevent human errors according to the personality. These results will be able to prevent human errors owing to the characteristics (advantages and disadvantages) of personality types. Application: This information can be utilized as guidelines for proactive recommendations according to the workers' personalities for more practical human performance tools to prevent human errors in an NPP.
