뷰티 소셜커머스 구매이용에 대한 소비자 인식과 구매행동 연구 (A Study on Consumer Perception and Purchasing Conditions of Using Beauty Social Commerce)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the consumer perception and purchasing behaviors of beauty service products based on recent consumer purchasing patterns utilizing social commerce. The research method looked at general characteristics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability T-test, correlation analysis, one way ANOVA, regression analysis of the consumer awareness and purchasing status in the use of beauty social commerce of 228 research subjects in their 20s and 30s residing in Seoul and Gyeonggido. SPSS v. 21.0 was used. The results found the following. First, service quality, interaction, user convenience, and price were set as factors for the validity verification of consumer perception in beauty social commerce. Second, as a result of studying consumer perception regarding beauty social commerce, interaction had the largest correlation while price, service quality, and user convenience followed. As a result of studying the differences according to the general characteristic of gender, user convenience had a larger correlation for female consumers than male consumers. Third, the following was the result of studying purchasing behaviors in beauty social commerce. Among diverse social commerce businesses, Pokemon was the most popular, while among the various coupons available, hair salons were most commonly purchased. The modal value for the number of times consumers used beauty service products was two times a month, and the most popular price ranges were 100,000 KRW or less and 100,000~200,000 KRW. Accordingly, it was observed that social commerce is receiving attention and being considered as the next generation for shopping in the beauty industry. This channel should be well utilized by related industries through the improvement of customer satisfaction, which will lead to repurchases, and consequently result in becoming an actual means for sales in the beauty industry.

중년기 여성의 노후준비도와 성공적 노후에 대한 인식이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of The Degree of Preparation for Old Age and Perception of the Successful Aging on Life Satisfaction of Middle-aged Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the degree of preparation for old age and perception of successful aging on the life satisfaction of middle-aged women. The participants in this study were 300 women ranging in age from 35 years to 65years who reside in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and other cities. Two hundred eight self-reported questionnaires were used for final analysis by SPSS WIN14. The major results of this study were as follows: First, there were differences in the degree of preparation for old age of middle-aged women by age, academic career, income, area, and religion. Second, there were differences in self-efficacy in the perception of successful aging by academic career, an income, and area. Third, there were differences in the degree of life satisfaction of middle-aged women by academic career and income. Finally, the most effective variables on the degree of life satisfaction were the degree of preparation for old age, perception of successful aging, and income. Consequently, to improve the life satisfaction of middle-aged women, social groups, local self-governments, and the government have to educate women on economic management for preparation for old age and human relationship progress programs, as well as promote healthy leisure cultures.

기혼여성의 결혼만족도 (Marital Satisfaction among Married Women in Korea)

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate marital satisfaction according to demographic characteristic, division of household labor, and awareness of gender discrimination, and to explore influences of demographic and other variables on marital satisfaction. Social statistics survey data which collected in 1998 by ministry of statistics were used for secondary analysis of this study. Marital satisfaction was measured by questionnaire which was consisted in 7 items, including satisfaction with general family life, relationship with their own parent and parent-in-law, relationship with brothers and sisters, relationship with their children, and economic living status. These are measured by 5-point Likert scale. Independent variables are age, education, employment status, having their own house or not, No. of children under school age, parents living or not, perception of sexual discrimination, and division of household labor. The findings of this study show that there are significant differences of marital satisfaction by all independents variables, and all independent variables except employment have significant influences on marital satisfaction. People who are younger, received higher education, have their own house, have more children under schoolage and whose parent are living in the world, show higher marital satisfaction. The more husbands participate to household labor, the better marital satisfaction. In case of perception of sexual discrimination, main effect is not significant, but interaction effect with age is significant. Interaction effect between age and education is also significant. 32.52% of the variance in marital satisfaction were accounted for by these variables.

의료봉사에 대한 노인과 한의대생의 만족도 및 노인의 의료복지서비스에 대한 인식 조사 (The Study on Senior Citizens and Korean Medicine University Students' Satisfaction about Medical Service and Senior Citizens' Perception of Medical Welfare Service)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine senior citizens' perception of medical welfare service in Daejeon, and to investigate the level of Korean Medicine University students' satisfaction about medical services that they have done. Methods : We visited Daejeon city hall and Dae jeon Seo-gu community health center, and interviewed them. After that we select two population and did two different surveys. First, to investigate the current state of medical services and medical welfare in Daejeon, we select neglected class senior citizens who were serviced at social welfare center. Second, we select Daejeon Korean Medicine University student to investigate the level of satisfaction about medical services and pre-education. In first population, we random select 25 of 34 senior citizen who visits mere social welfare center. In second population, we random select 78 of 115 Korean Medicine University student who belongs to medical welfare club. Results : We found some advantages and problems in medical services. A lot of senior citizen who were serviced at social welfare center showed high level of satisfaction about medical service. But there were few citizens who knows about health & medical welfare. And most Korean Medicine University student who services medical service to neglected class senior citizens showed high level of satisfaction. Conclusion : We concluded that medical welfare for senior citizen needs more publicizing. Because result of our survey, many senior citizens showed not only low level of recognition in medical welfare service, also showed low utilization rate in public health center. And most Korean Medicine University students were satisfied with themselves about medical service that they have done, it seemed medical service gives beneficial influence to not only senior citizen but also Korean Medicine University student.

한국인 대학생의 외국인 유학생과의 접촉이 다문화 역량에 미치는 영향: 삶의 만족도와 현실갈등인식의 매개효과 (Effects of Korean College Students' Contacts with International Students on Multicultural Competencies: Mediating Effects of Life Satisfaction and Realistic Conflict Perception)

  • 본 연구는 외국인 유학생과의 접촉이 한국인 대학생의 다문화 역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 삶의 만족도와 현실갈등인식의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 한국인 대학생의 외국인 유학생과의 접촉은 접촉의 수, 접촉의 빈도, 접촉하고 있는 외국인 유학생의 출신 지역 다양성을 중심으로 살펴보았고, 한국인 대학생의 다문화 역량을 측정하기 위하여 일상의 다문화 역량 척도를 번안하여 사용하였다. 총 384명의 대학생이 접촉, 일상의 다문화 역량 척도, 삶의 만족도 척도, 현실갈등인식 등을 포함한 질문지에 응답하였다. 중다회귀분석 결과, 접촉 수는 문화적 자기효능감과 문화적 지식에, 접촉 다양성은 문화적 개방성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 삶의 만족도는 문화적 공감을 제외한 다문화 역량의 세 개 하위 요인에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 현실갈등인식은 다문화 역량의 문화적 지식을 제외한 다문화 역량의 세 개 하위요인에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 삶의 만족도와 현실갈등인식을 각각 매개변인으로 설정하여 접촉과 다문화 역량의 관계를 분석한 결과, 삶의 만족도만이 매개효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 점점 그 구성원이 다양화되고 있는 대학 문화 내에서 한국인 대학생의 다문화 역량을 함양할 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

기혼취업남녀의 일가족양립 인식도와 심리적 복지 (Married Employees' Work-Family Balance Perception and Psychological Well-Being)

  • This study was to determine general trends with respect to work-family balance perception and psychological wellbeing, examine correlations between related variables, investigate differences in related variables, and understand the effect of work-family balance perception on psychological well-being in married employees. The subjects were 300 married employees living in G city. The subjects completed a questionnaire and data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 21.0. The major findings were as follows. First, the average scores of men and women's self-esteem were higher than the median. Men had a more traditional gender role attitude and higher work-family balance perception level than women. The scores of men and women's depression were lower and life satisfaction were higher than the median. Second, the scores of men and women's work-family balance perception were different according to working hours. Men's psychological well-being were different according to the scale of work place and women's psychological well-being were different according to household working time. Third, depression in married employees were negatively related to life satisfaction. Their psychological well-being were significantly related to work-family balance perception. Fourth, men's depression were influenced by self-esteem, social care service, family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, and work${\rightarrow}$family conflict. Depression in women were influenced by health state, self-esteem, gender role attitude, family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, and work${\rightarrow}$family conflict. Men's life satisfaction were influenced by health state, economic state, and self-esteem. Women's life satisfaction were influenced by health state, economic state, weekly working hours, self-esteem, and work${\rightarrow}$family conflict.

국내 사회적 기업 장애인 근로자의 직무만족과 직무성과의 영향요인 분석 (A Study on the Effects of Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Disabled Workers in Social Enterprises)

  • 2017년 기준 1,825개 인증 사회적기업 가운데 장애인을 고용한 곳은 593(32.5%)에 이르지만 사회적기업 재직 장애인 근로자의 직무성과와 직무만족에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구는 2019년 3월에서 6월까지 서울과 경기도에 소재하는 사회적 기업에 근무하는 장애인 근로자 203명을 대상으로 장애인 근로자의 자기효능감, 사회적지지, 임금 및 처우, 상사관계, 동료관계가 직무성과와 직무만족에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지 탐색적으로 검정하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 첫째, 장애인 근로자의 직무성과에 긍정적 영향을 주는 요인은 자기효능감과 동료관계로 국내 사회적 기업에 종사하는 장애근로자가 인지하는 동료들과의 신뢰와 존중, 직무와 관련한 어려움 발생 시 서로 도움을 주고받으며 직장동료와의 편견 없이 직무를 열심히 수행하는 것이 직무성과로 이어지고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 둘째, 직무만족에는 현재 장애인 근로자가 인지하는 능력과 기술, 현재작업량이 나의 능력에 맞고 회사의 임금을 결정하고 현재의 월수입으로 이전보다 안정된 생활을 할 수 있다는 인식이 직무만족으로 이어졌다. 셋째, 상사와의 커뮤니케이션을 통한 일의 도움을 받거나 일을 격려하고 나의 자율성을 인정해 줄 때, 직속상사에 대하여 개인적인 신상문제에 대한 관심 등은 직무만족으로 이어질 수 있음을 보여주고 있다. 마지막으로, 본 연구에서 장애인이 인지하는 사회적 지지는 업무성과나 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 보이지 않고 있다는 점에서 장애인 근로자에 대한 사회적 인식의 변화도 필요하다 하겠다.

삶의 질 향상을 위한 일상생활환경의 만족도에 관한 연구 - 충남 홍성군을 중심으로 - (A study on the Satisfaction of QOL in Daily Living Environment - in the area of Hongseung-gun -)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the perception and satisfaction of QOL (Quality of Life) in daily living activities in the area of Hongseung-gun. The subjects included 467 residents in the area. The results of this study are as follows: First, the factors affecting the satisfaction with daily living activities were three types such as social system & welfare service, living convenience & cultural service, and public administration & medical service. Second, those who are young, females, highly educated, and holding professional jobs showed lower satisfaction of QOL than their counterparts. Lastly, the surveyees were more satisfied with public administration & medical service than social system & welfare service and living convenience & cultural service. The results of this study can be applied to the decision-making of public administration and welfare-policy.

사회복지사의 윤리 요인 인식이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social Workers' Perception about Ethical Issue and Contents on Their Job Attitude)

  • 본 연구는 윤리적 조직풍토, 윤리적 민감성 그리고 도덕적 고충이 사회복지사의 직무만족, 소진 그리고 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 시도되었다. 충남지역의 사회복지사 253명을 대상으로 실증 분석을 수행결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지사 소속기관의 윤리적 조직 풍토 인식이 직무만족도를 높이고 이직의도를 낮추지만, 소진과는 통계적으로 무의미했다. 둘째, 윤리적 민감성은 직무만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있으나 소진과 이직의도를 높이는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 사회복지사가 직접적인 경험으로 유발되는 도덕적 고충이 직무만족도를 저하시키고, 소진이나 이직의도를 높이는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 결과로 사회복지조직의 윤리적 조직풍토 조성을 위해서는 청렴교육과 운영자의 윤리경영의식을 높여야 한다. 또한 사회복지사의 윤리적 민감성 제고를 위한 청렴교육 및 감수성 훈련이 필요하다는 시사점을 얻었다.

직장 남성의 성격유형에 따른 의복이미지 선호, 추구이미지와 이미지 만족도 (Fashion Image Preference, Pursued Image and Self-Image Satisfaction of Businessmen According to Personality Types)

  • This study is aimed at finding out the self-perception and value of clothing they wear to today's businessmen who work in a fast-growing global network society and for developing a suitable image consulting program for businessmen. The purpose of this study is to categorize businessmen into personality types, and then analyzing purchase behaviors for clothing and image perception, self-image satisfaction among categorized groups. The participants of this study are 320 businessmen who are from 20's to 50's and working in Seoul. A total of 302 questionnaires were used for the survey of this study. The questionnaire is composed of 3 different parts as follows: 1) personality types, 2) purchase behaviors for clothing and image perception, 3) self-image satisfaction. The methods of this study are frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, cluster analysis, t-test and reliability analysis. In conclusion, an image consulting education program for businessmen has to be based on one's own personality type, current fashion style and image perception. Each person has to be provided a unique direction to increase his self satisfaction, which will result in improvements in both personal image satisfaction and social satisfaction. These changes will ultimately become the driving force of career life.
