This study was conducted to examine the user's experiences with the public library in Daejeon using big data analysis, focusing on the text mining technique. To know this, first, the overall evaluation and perception of users about the public library in Daejeon were explored by collecting data on social media. Second, through analysis using online news articles, the pending issues that are being discussed socially were identified. As a result of the analysis, the proportion of users with children was first high. Next, it was found that topics through LDA analysis appeared in four categories: 'cultural event/program', 'data use', 'physical environment and facilities', and 'library service'. Finally, it was confirmed that keywords for the additional construction of libraries and complex cultural spaces and the establishment of a library cooperation system appeared at the core in the news article data. Based on this, it was proposed to build a library in consideration of regional balance and to create a social parenting community network through business agreements with childcare and childcare institutions. This will contribute to identifying the policy and social trends of public libraries in Daejeon and implementing data-based public library operations that reflect local community demands.

This made the preparation of national regulatory measures, but for the protection of personal protection devices in the private sector has not yet been discussed. Way of life and property of the purchaser to protect an individual's private security will have to charge it.

This study is exploring objective awareness of literary therapy by consideration of popular perception about literary therapy through analysis of big data. The purpose of this study is the deduction of meaning information through analysis in the viewpoint of big data at online social network service(SNS) about 'literary therapy'. Accordingly, the main way of research became content analysis of keyword linked to literary therapy by utilizing opinion mining method related to text mining. The study mainly grasped 'literary therapy' and analyzed 'bibliotherapy' comparatively. The period of study was from Oct. 10th to Nov. 10th, 2014(during 30 days), and SNS such as blog or twitter became the subject of search. Through the result of study analysis, the conclusion that the spread of literary therapeutic prospect, structural harmony of literary therapeutic field, and the solidity of perceptional axis about literary therapy are needed can be drawn. This study is worthwhile because it can investigate popular awareness about literary therapy and can suggest alternative for invigoration of literary therapy.

This study investigates the worlds most favorite SNS, the Facebook, with the theory of Empathy, that there will be an effect to users due to their characteristics. We approach the data scientifically with using an Eye tracker, by analyzing the vision and attention of users of Facebook with stimuli of whether it's an image or text filled contents in newsfeed of Facebook. With the result of an eye tracker, we cross analyzed with General Empathy Scale to compare that users limit of feeling of empathy gave effect on contents of Facebook. Discussion and implications are discussed in terms of empathy.

The purpose of this study are to examine the educational use of the Facebook and to examine the effects of the learners perceived usefulness, attitude and self-efficacy on learning flow and learning presence at university classes using social network service. The subjects of this study are 155 university students attending a class at a 4-year university in Seoul, and certain questions verified in the existing studies were modified, complemented, and used as a tool for measurement. The details of the purpose are as follows. First, it turned out that there were significant differences in learning flow and learning presence in accordance with the levels of the usefulness that learners perceived. It can be said that the higher the perceived level of usefulness, the higher the learning flow and learning presence. Second, it turned out that there were significant differences in learning flow and learning presence in accordance with the levels of learners' perceived attitudes. We can interpret such a result as suggesting that the higher a learner's perceived attitude, the higher the learning flow and learning presence.

A variety of experiments are being conducted with the advent of Learning Model for flipped-learning. In order to apply flipped-learning as a method of teaching, most of them require a pre-prepared learning video. In this case, there is the burden to create the samples of a 13 weeks, except for the mid term and the final exam in college. These systems also make it difficult to change learning content. In this paper, we suggest using blogs to improve the characteristics that existing flippling systems are less adaptable to environmental changes. A blog can be a good thing for learners who are comfortable with the Internet, In this study, we experiment with flipped-learning, which applies blog to one subject. As a result, we would like to evaluate the meaningful learning effects of this study.

2011년 3월 11일 일본 혼슈 센타이 부근 해역에서 발생한 규모 9.0의 지진에 의한 쓰나미로 동북부 지역에 엄청난 피해가 발생함에 따라 우리나라에서도 지진을 비롯한 각종 대규모 자연재해 대비를 위해 재난방송에 대한 체계를 전반적으로 재점검해야 한다는 의견이 나오고 있다. 지금까지 우리는 재난이 발생하면 TV나 라디오 등 전통적인 매체에 의존하고 있으며 실제 이러한 매체는 지금까지 국민들에게 신속하게 재난정보를 알리는 중요하고도 충실한 역할을 담당해 오고 있다. 그러나 지난해 일본의 쓰나미와 같이 인간의 능력으로 감당하기 힘든 대규모 재난이 발생하였을 경우 이러한 전통적인 재난 방송 매체만으론 역 부족이 될 수 있고, 실제로 일본에서 효과를 나타낸 것은 인터넷 전화(VoIP)와 SNS(Social Network Service) 등 뉴미디어로 구글, 페이스 북과 국내의 NHN, 다음 등은 실종자 정보와 피난처 정보를 제공하고 피해자의 안위를 확인할 수 있는 서비스 하는 등 필요한 정보를 실시간으로 알리는 새로운 매체로 큰 역할을 했다는 평가를 받았다. 본 논문에서는 뉴미디어를 재난방송 전달 매체로 활용하기 위해 현재 운영되고 있는 재난방송 체계 및 시스템의 조사를 통해 개선되어야 할 사항을 도출한다.

최근 빠른 인터넷 속도를 이용하여 SNS (Social Network Service), 인터넷 방송 등의 엔터테인먼트를 즐기는 사용자가 증가하였다. 이와 함께 직접 사진, 동영상 등의 멀티미디어를 직접 제작해 제공하는 사례도 크게 증가함에 따라 영상처리 기술이 발전하였다. 이에 따라 셀프촬영이 점점 증가하고 있지만, 동영상의 경우는 셀프촬영을 하는데 있어 한계가 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 한 방법으로 영상처리를 이용할 수 있다. 하지만 현재의 기술은 고성능에 초점이 맞춰있기 때문에 시스템 구현을 위해 비용 낭비가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 셀프 동영상 촬영 분야의 적외선 영상처리 기반 저비용 사용자 추적 시스템을 제안한다. 실제 단순히 인식률을 측정한 결과 80%를 보였으며, 속도에 따라 1.5m/s에서 76%의 인식률을 보였다.

This study intends to present the directions for effective up-cycling design using Marquage painting through analysis of trends and the formative characteristics of fashion products. Research was conducted through a literature review (published papers, books and web site contents). Cases were analyzed by examining the contents of web sites of global luxury brands, representative workshops, and social network sites (SNS). The results of the study are categorized as follows, First, Marquage paintings are continuously used by global luxury brands and have developed as an expression of self-ownership and the personalization of one's identity. Second, fashion brands use Marquage painting as a customized service for sales. On the other hand, Marquage paintings are used as a kind of up-cycling to present old goods as brand new ones. Third, the patterns used in Marquage painting were classified into five types: geometric patterns, logo patterns, character patterns, lettering patterns, and art patterns. Moreover, formalization by Marquage patterns is represented by identification, customization, and up-cycling. Finally, to up-cycle the expressive features of Marquage- sustainability, scarcity, storytelling, and originality based on factors of up-cycling need to be reflected.
