도시의 복잡성이 증가할수록 장애인의 외출은 많은 제약을 받는다. 특히 시각장애인들은 사물뿐만 아니라 사물 주위의 환경을 인지할 수 없어 야외 활동을 하는데 있어 수많은 환경적 어려움을 겪는다. 하지만 현재 국내의 야외 환경은 시각장애인을 포함한 장애인들의 활동을 보조하는 정책적, 수단적 시설이 많이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 시각장애인의 야외 활동에 도움을 줄 수 있는 길안내 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 시험을 위해 한국교통대학교 증평캠퍼스에 적용하였다.

A Social Network Service(SNS) is the best attracting internet business model and serviced in the several countries. The Facebook is the most popular SNS in a foreign country and the Cyworld is most popular one in Korea. In this paper, after investing and analyzing the existing Social Network Services, I present a new OpenU Social Network Service based on Web 2.0 concepts. This is a next generation internet platform which can be communicated with real-time chatting and share d data and talked during seeing data by collaboration functions OpenU's main characteristics and functions by screen design and implementations are explained. And also OpenU's excellence by comparing with other SNSs system is presented.

This study is to examine the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intension and moderating role of social support in airline call center tele-communicators who perform emotional labor using telephone without direct confronting with clients. This study empirically shows that emotional labor increases turnover intention and social support negatively moderate the relationship of emotional labor and turnover intension Social support is suggested to reduce the negative results of emotional labor causes. This study makes a contribution in providing the fact that emotional labor is an important managing factor in administration of call center tele-communicators.

Recently enterprises, which posses high-speed internet and high-performance computers, have tried to use MIS(management information systems) to deal with whole task efficiently. This study considers design of menu navigation using SNA(social network analysis) to be able to move between menus of MIS efficiently. We extracted the important menu lists through the high SNA measures such as degree centrality, betweenness centrality and closeness centrality, developed web-pages and investigated its application. The findings will be used for design of web menu navigation and guide of strategic planning for MIS.

In recent years, social awareness and concern about the SNS is getting a lot and many researches on the social impact of the SNS and variety strategies using SNS have emerged one after another. In this paper, we explain the method of interlocking between SNS and variety sensors in physical computing environment. Especially we propose that interlocking technology between sensors and twitter in Arduino platform(open source environment) can be used for the handicapped people. We design a way to send message via twitter for handicapped people using values from various sensors.

With the continuous increase in demand for air transport services and the growth of the air transport industry, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and its member states are facing social demands to expand the capacity of the air transport system and improve the efficiency of its operation. ICAO developed the concept of Performance Based Navigation (PBN) for the purpose of solving problems related to the function and performance of the navigation system. Member countries established an implementation plan in accordance with the resolutionof the ICAO General Assembly, and South Korea established a Performance-Based Navigation implementation plan in December 2009. This paper evaluates the progress made so far based on Korea's Performance-Based Navigation implementation plan and proposes a development direction for Performance-Based Navigation based on changes in the international environment.

Existing user research methods are subject to a variety of research conditions such as the amount and variety of data collected and the expertise of the facilitator of a group research session. In this study, we propose a new user research methodology using an 'Issue-Network' system, which is developed based on the theory and methods of social network analysis. The Issue-Network is designed to define problem spaces from the issues raised by users in a group research session in a form of an interactive network graph. The system helps to break out of ordinary perspectives of looking into problem spaces by enabling an alternative and more creative way to connect issues in the network. In this study, we took a case study of generating the Issue-Network on behalf of the problems raised by users in various driving-related situations. We were able to draw three navigation usage scenarios that cover relatively important problem spaces: safety and being ready for the unexpected, smart navigation and notifications, making use of the spare time. In the future, the Issue-Network system is expected to be used as a tool to identify problems and derive solutions in group research sessions involving a large number of users.

As cities develops, road systems become more and more complicated. These days people depends on navigation systems when walking as well as driving cars. General navigation systems are either installed in cars or exists as smart phone applications. Therefore, it is very difficult to use them while walking or riding bicycles. Moreover, disabled person cannot use them to find his destinations. In this paper, we propose a bracelet navigation system for walkers and disabled people, and describe the design and implementation of such a device. This navigation will help not only walkers and people riding bicycle but also disabled people to actively participate their social activities.

The explosive growth of social commerce engenders a new business model, that is, infomediary. In a social commerce environment, infomediary works as a personal agent who provides information about various web merchants to help consumers select appropriate merchants for their needs. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing consumer attitudes towards infomediaries in social commerce and examine the relationship between intention to provide word of mouth and consumer attitudes. In total, 170 responses were collected from social commerce infomediary users. The results show that competence and integrity significantly influence user attitudes as trust dimensions. Infomediary reputation and two functional factors (information variety and navigation functionality) turn out to be significant antecedents for user attitudes toward infomediary in social commerce. User attitudes in turn significantly influence the intention to provide word of mouth. Future research and practical implications are also discussed.

The success or failure of businesses affected by the decision makers, when good decisions go in the direction of social development, the ability to be more successful, while one bad decision away contrary to the trend of social development are less likely to succeed. Today AHP method is widely used to solve critical problems in many areas of life. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a quantitative comparison method is used to select a preferred solution using comparable pairs of solutions based on their relative effectiveness against criteria. The purpose of this study is provide an overview of the application of hierarchical analysis methods to solve many different important issues in the field of supply chain management.
