중소기업에서 정부 3.0기반의 빅 데이터 활용정책 (In Small and Medium Business the Government 3.0-based Big Data Utilization Policy)

  • 현재 우리나라 중소기업은 혁신역량이 부족한 영세기업의 비중이 높고, 매출 규모가 건실한 기업군이 취약한 구조로 발전을 기대하기 어려운 상황이다. 따라서 정부 3.0을 기반으로 한 중소기업의 빅 데이터 활용방안을 제시한다. 정부 3.0을 기반으로 중소기업의 활성화를 위한 정부지원 빅 데이터 활용 방안을 제시한다. 정부3.0을 기반으로 빅 데이터 인프라를 중소기업과 중소 벤처들이 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 개방형 빅 데이터 서비스 플랫폼의 구축이 반드시 필요하다.

Investigation and Analysis of the Employees Happiness in Small and Micro Enterprises under the New Normal in China

  • Purpose: As China's economic development enters new normal, employee happiness degree of small and micro enterprises will take on new features. The purpose of this paper is to discover the characteristics of changes in employee happiness, and provide reference and management suggestions. Research design, data and methodology: This paper determined the factors affecting employee happiness, established a measure model of happiness, measured and analyzed employee happiness by selecting more than 1,108 employees from 30 domestic small and micro enterprises. Results: First, the overall level of happiness in small and micro enterprises is relatively low. Second, there is no significant difference in happiness perception among employees in terms of the six factors. Third, the employees of small and micro enterprises have the highest happiness in three issues, including work distribution, internal interpersonal relationships, and less institutional constraints, the happiness on the two compensation benefits and a democratic management issue is the lowest. Fourth, gender factor has no significant effect on employee happiness, while age, working years, education, position, and the nature of employment have a significant impact on happiness. Conclusions: Employee happiness of small and micro enterprises will take on new features. Some human resource management suggestions are proposed from different perspectives based on the survey results.

  • 영상의학과 의사가 컴퓨터단층촬영 영상을 볼 때, 소장에 생긴 악성 병변은 그 크기가 작아 정상 소장과 유사한 조영증강을 보이거나 비특이적인 조영증강으로 인해 정상 소장으로 오인될 수 있기 때문에 놓치기 쉽다. 또한, 소장의 악성 병변은 자궁, 직장, 대망과 같은 다른 장기에서 발생한 종괴로 오인될 수 있다. 이 임상화보에서, 저자들은 소장에 생긴 다양한 악성 종양과 악성 종양으로 오인할 수 있는 소장 병변의 전형적, 비전형적 CT 소견을 임상 양상과 함께 보여주고자 한다.

소동물 영상시스템의 국내 개발 현황 (Developments of Small Animal Imaging Systems in Korea)

  • Many types of small animal imaging modalities, like micro-CT, micro-PET, and micro-SPECT, have been recently developed worldwide. Small animal imaging systems are now recognized as indispensable tools to validate efficacy and safety of new drugs or new therapeutic methods using the animal disease models. With increasing demands for small animal imaging in biomedical research, multimodal small animal imaging systems, like micro-PET/CT or micro PET/MRI, are now also being developed. Small animal imaging with spatial resolution and sensitivity comparable to human imaging is quite challenging since laboratory small animals are much smaller than human beings. Research activities in Korea on small animal imaging systems are reviewed in this paper. In the field of micro-CT and micro-PET, many world-class technologies have been developed successfully in Korea. It is expected that the developed animal imaging system technologies can be used in the development of clinical imaging systems in Korea in the near future.

글로벌 강소기업 육성을 위한 핵심역량에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Core Competences for Development of Global Small Giant Companies)

  • This study was analyzed based on the core competencies that Small Giant enterprises to foster the goals of growth of SMEs mid-sized businesses rather than Global Small Giant enterprises of the business model for a causal relationship. As the result, the average age, sales and number of employees of Korean small giants were 20.6 years, 148.8 billion won and 312.1. This research investigated that Korean small giants were realizing the sustainable growth with the firm shares in the target markets, based on added values in groups and technical powers, although their average age is one third younger than global small giants. The further research needs to develop and select small giants more precisely and strictly. It is expected that small giants will be new growth engines to improve global competitiveness of Korea.

A systematic literature review on electronic commerce adoption in small enterprises: A bibliometrics with co-citation and keyword network analysis

  • Purpose The purposes of the study are to explore the overall theories used in e-commerce adoption research for small enterprises, to demonstrate the research topics and the growth of the research topics in e-commerce adoption for small businesses over twenty years by co-word analysis and to suggest future directions on e-commerce adoption research in small enterprises. Design/methodology/approach This study used bibliometrics approach to systematically review electronic commerce adoption in small enterprises. More specifically, the study used co-citation to reveal the structure and theoretical foundations and keyword network analysis to understand the changes of research themes in small business e-commerce adoption research from 1999 to 2023. Findings According to the bibliometrics analysis result, this study revealed the nine research topics in small enterprise e-commerce adoption. In addition, this study can be applied to start e-commerce adoption research on small enterprises with a theoretical framework.

Improvement of Communication Reliability of Small UAV by a Tapered Stacked Antenna

  • This letter proposes a tapered stacked microstrip antenna for application in small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which has advantages in mountainous terrains. With its tapered structure and increased bandwidth designed to operate at the resonance frequency of 2.4 GHz, the proposed antenna improves directivity, accuracy, and precision of small UAVs. The test flight results show the proposed tapered antenna has a three times higher impedance capability of 350 MHz based on VSWR<2. The transmission pattern is also more reliable than that of previous antenna designs.

Bayesian small area estimations with measurement errors

  • This paper considers Bayes estimations of the small area means under Fay-Herriot model with measurement errors. We provide empirical Bayes predictors of small area means with the corresponding jackknifed mean squared prediction errors. Also we obtain hierarchical Bayes predictors and the corresponding posterior standard deviations using Gibbs sampling. Numerical studies are provided to illustrate our methods and compare their eciencies.

  • 행정구역상 읍/면/동 단위의 소지역 (small area)별로 질병위험의 차이에 대한 분석을 위해, 2005년 기준 서울 행정동을 기준으로 2005년부터 2008년까지 질병, 사고, 암 사망자료에 대한 표준화 사망률 (SMR; standardized mortality rate)을 고려하였다. 소지역 단위로 질병사망률을 직접 추정하는 것은 소지역 내 표본수가 작아, 개발 소지역 단위에서의 직접 계산된 SMR은 그 추정치의 정도 (precision) 확보가 어려운 문제점이 발생한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 각 소지역간 효과 추정을 위해 공간적 상관성 (spatial correlation)을 가지는 다단계 일반화 선형모형 (HGLM; hierarchical generalized linear models)을 고려하였다. 이를 통해, 서울지역 동별 주요 사망원인에 따른 공변량의 효과 및 추정된 SMR을 근거로 질병지도 결과를 제시하였다.
