The result of this research found that in the relationship between internal control and employee performance, AIS plays an important role.
As we have said major contents in the background of inducing Mutual Credits, Agricultural Cooperatives' Mutual Credits are absolutely necessary to the development of rural community. In real aspects, since it has been introduced, Mutual Credits have contributed greatly to the rural prosperity, as we have studied in the actual state of Mutual Credits. But with the advent of WTO system, both the international situation of open-trade policy and the domestic one of free banking and deregulation were rapidly going on at the same time, there by Mutual Credits' business has been threated by them. So Mutual Credits had to seek some programs for development in order to solve the hard situation. Several points on development programs of Mutual Credits are as follows: (1) Realization of scale of economy by the way of M&A among small primary cooperatives (2) Development of new financial products for raising funds safely (3) Management-rationalization by automatic systems like cash dispenser and telebanking (4) Variation of business area (5) Enforcing economy-business part besides Mutual Credits' one among cooperative businesses (6) Government's successive support.
Purpose - This study examines the status of franchises and qualifications for franchising business, examines the franchising qualifications focusing on overseas cases, and suggests policy directions for strengthening the qualifications of franchising business. In order to achieve these purposes, the study reviewed the cases of USA, China, Australia, and United Kingdom franchising business law. Literature Review - According to the Fair Trade Commission, franchise is defined as a transactional relationship in which a franchiser provides certain support and education to franchisees in order to sell their goods and services more effectively. In addition, a franchise is a legally and financially independent business of franchisers and franchisees, and according to the concept of affiliates, it is necessary to define a franchise as a product and service marketing based on close and continuous collaboration. A franchiser can be defined as a company with the ability to develop a franchise system, create sustainable value based on it, and replicate "KNOW-HOW" to sellers. Case Study - This study examined the requirements for establishing a franchiser in the United States, China, Australia, and United Kingdom. In most countries, the requirements of franchisers must be operated for at least one year, which means that education, manual production, and continuity of stores should be checked. Suggestion - Based on Korea's population density and consumption sales index, we propose a screening system that registers through 2 + 1 systems, which require two stores to be operated for more than a year, by dividing Korea's commercial rights into two and a screening system instead of simple registration. In the case of a small franchisors, at least one franchsing retail store must be operated for at least one year, which should be applied to only one brand.

As Telepresence has emerged as a key collaboration tool for supporting trade business, the need for using Telepresence has also been increased in the foreign countries. In this context, we has studied an exploratory research to analyze how staffs-in-charges of trade support authority, exhibition & convention center and SME(Small and Medium-Size Enterprise) perceive the general concept of Telepresence, the necessity, feasibility, business values and expected problems of Telepresence's adoption and use. The finding indicated that there seemed to be significant differences between the necessity and the feasibility of Telepresence adoption and use. In addition, they were anticipating some problems when building Telepresence. Major reasons are incompatibility between Telepresence systems, lack of usability and difficulties of fixing a rental fee. The results of the perception analysis also showed that Telepresence would positively influence on creating business value. The analysis revealed that the core factors of the successful adoption and use of Telepresence are stable network environment, awareness and accessability, and education and promotion. Through the perception analysis, I came up with the core factors to implement Telepresence successfully and use it properly. And the fact that I presented the guideline to build Telepresence for SME makes this study meaningful.

With 12 environmental basic facilities (EBF) in Busan, each business place's present situation of the operation of new and renewable energy as well as the feasibility to establish additional systems of utilizing solar energy (photovoltaic power generation system [PPGS] and solar heating system [SHS]) were investigated. Currently, with the environmental basic facilities, the new and renewable energies (such as, waste heat, biogas, PPGS, SHS, and small hydro power) can produce 195 GWh per year as electric power unit. Among the energy sources, except waste heat, biogas (154 GWh/yr) appears as the highest. Next, PPGS is the second most widely used system and produces 5,560 MWh/yr at 11 business places. Through a field survey, it appears that 19 business places of total 27 places at 12 EBFs have good locational conditions and they need an introduction of PPGS. Through it, it is investigated that it would be possible to produce 5,311 MWh/yr and to reduce $2,348tCO_2/yr$. And, it is identified that SHS can be additionally introduced in only 4 EBFs. This can reduce energy cost as much as one ten million won/yr and green-house gas as much as $28tCO_2/yr$. A cost-benefic analysis shows that the use of governmental support or private investment can be the most efficient way, when PPGS and SHS are introduced in EBFs.

While venture creation is considered to be of high social and economic importance, entrepreneurial outcomes are inherently uncertain and that failure is thus a central feature of entrepreneurship. Although failure in entrepreneurship is pervasive and critical, the impact of prior failure on future entrepreneurship has not received significant attention in the literature. Although failure is a painful and costly experience for entrepreneurs, it can also provide a powerful learning opportunity for those experiencing it. It has been argued that entrepreneurial failure is not just a individual problem but a matter of social concern. As part of the restarting business support system, entrepreneurial re-education program is provided to support failed entrepreneurs. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of failed entrepreneurs' prior entrepreneurial experience and re-education on subsequent venture creation. Moreover, this study also examined the moderating effects of entrepreneurial motivation. For the analyses, we surveyed the entrepreneurs who tried to re-start the subsequent business after the entrepreneurial failure through the "Revitalization Center for Strained Entrepreneur". The result found that failed entrepreneurs who learned a lot from their previous founding experience were more likely to re-start their subsequent business. The failed entrepreneurs who learned a lot from entrepreneurial re-education program were more likely to re-start their subsequent business. Moreover, the positive effect of failed entrepreneurs' previous founding experience and entrepreneurial re-education program on re-starting subsequent business was found to be weaker when entrepreneurial extrinsic motivation was high.
The Innovation Procurement Policy was introduced as part of the strategic public procurement policy to improve firms' innovation capabilities and enhance the public sector's ability to solve social problems by designating and purchasing so-called 'innovative products.' The pilot procurement project for innovative products was first introduced in 2019, and the policy system for designating and discovering innovative products by government departments, as well as the priority purchase system, was established in 2020. Hence, this study conducted a quantitative analysis focusing on the effectiveness of the innovation procurement system in supporting firms after it was fully implemented. For this purpose, corporate financial and employment data from 2017 to 2021 were used, and propensity score matching(PSM) and difference-in-difference(DID) methods were utilized as analytical tools. The study found that the innovation procurement system contributed to corporate growth and employment and created additional public and private sales channels. Moreover, it is necessary to enhance the innovation procurement system, such as matching innovative product-producing companies with existing SME support policies, for companies to become self-sustaining after the innovative product designation ends.

While economic crises are happening internationally due to the global financial crisis and the long-term recession of the domestic economy, South Korea is also experiencing an aging society with the retirement of the baby-boomers and a low birth-rate. The rapid retirement of baby-boomers, which is one of the essential parts of the Korean economy, is ongoing. Consequently, the number of seniors showing interest in entrepreneurship, as a way to avoid the economic threat, is increasing. Therefore, this study examined the correlation between two factors and its success, which can be stated as the influence of decision making in entrepreneurship and the influence of promotion policies to entrepreneurship. A survey was taken from 393 people, who received academic and managerial assistance from the Senior-Founded Support Center of Small Business Market Corporation and Adults Incubators of Seoul-Business Agency. and 'Hypothesis 1-1' and 'Hypothesis 2-2' were selected, because a positive effect was derived at each verification process. As a result, under the decision making types of entrepreneurship, only a reasonable type showed a positive effect at both the financial outcome and non-financial outcome of success, and the intuitive type was affected positively by the non-financial outcome. In addition, under the entrepreneur supporting business, among financial support, managerial support and educational support only managerial support had a positive effect.
In today's world economy, technology and knowledge have become the key words for value creation. Since 1998, various research institutions and universities in Korea, with support from Small and Medium Business Administration, have buckled to establish and operate incubating centers in order to foster such industries. Even though these centers have been operated in accordance with the purpose of the establishment, it has been over six years now, and it is necessary to evaluate its overall performance before moving on. Incubating a venture company results in not only technology innovation, but also jobs creation and economic growth. Knowing the importance of that, a government, at all levels, has supported the incubating centers as the most effective way to support venture companies in Korea. Incheon now plays a great role as a hub of logistics and trade in North East Asia. In order to nurture the city as the center of Korean economy, the city of Incheon has financially supported various incubating centers in the city, in an effort to incubate potential venture companies with lack of business experiences. It is imperative to find out what these companies need and how they evaluate the system at this point to develop a guiding principle of its operation as well as a careful selection process of a company in the future. In section II of this research, a concept of an incubating center is defined. An objective, a policy of its operation as well as its structure are explained in this chapter with case studies of Incheon College. 'Resources' are divided into human resources and material resources. And the survey that 71 different companies (out of 164 companies in 10 different incubating centers) have participated in is included in this section as well.
