The purpose of this paper is to study on the characteristic of site planning of Hadrian's villa. The whole site planning of Hadrian's villa can be divided by different characteristic four groups(I-IV). It is analysed to the whole site plan of such huge complex and the site planning of partial each group which is organically connected each other. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Hadrian's villa was arranged in adapt to natural condition according to a gentle inclination by topography and terrain of the whole site which many different buildings are oriented towards natural landscape of the site and the site surroundings. 2. The site planning of Hadrian's villa is composed of dividing into four groups as plan segmentalized through various land use plan, considering for territory of functional aspect and direction of axis formed by situation and direction of topography and terrain. 3. The concept of site planning to buildings of Hadrian's villa is composed through each other connection; the first, meeting, crossing and merging with each other from arrangement by several axises, the second, change of direction with as the center a part of corner of buildings and the third, facing or inserting system to side and side, side and a part of corner of building.

For the improvement of the cultural rural village(new rural village project), it is very important to find the various planning alternatives. The purpose of this study is to suggest the ideas which are able to be applied to the rural site planning. The YoungMoon project site located in Kyunggi province was selected case study, The followings are suggestions developed in the process of preparing an alternative plan for the case study. 1) The preparing of the rural site plan is the organizing process of the planning ideas responsive to the condition of both a project site and the project directions. 2) In developing the schematic plan, it is very useful to introduce the cluster madang (small public open space) including 25 houses as a basic planning unit. 3) In comparison with the project plan, the alternative plan presented by this study has advantages of amenity and public space of the residential environment of the new rural village. It is properly said that we have to more and more discuss the best solution to take in planning the rural site, and this efforts contribute the improvement of the quality of the new village project.

This Study is to construct the Activity System Methods of Site Planning and Design. A planned spaces and facilities is considered usually in relation to users of space and facilities, user attributes, needs and values, and activity patterns. Information obtained form this study adds a qualitative dimension to the quantitative emphasis and supplies information for design-oriented analyses of site planning. In the design-oriented aspect, the concern is with devising desirable land use arrangements and facility supply considering objectives defined in the public interest. The design-oriented approache in site planning and design must use information on activity systems and space qualities in defining planning and design requirements of site development-one in the form of principles and standards of design used in land use and facility planning guidelines, and the other form of input variables for land use model and facility supply model.

After characters of data were classified site planning and design, structure modelling was presented for computer system in site planning and design. Particularly, this study contributes to increase utilization site planning and design through result of estimation computer system in the land suitable analysis and soil design.

Recently, the construction and plan of super-tall building is attention link of new town development or urban core regeneration. Super-tall Buildings have many advantages and a lot of affects in urban contexts. Also, construction of super-tall building is will be able to social problem like urban core's decline, loss of openspace, incompatible urban scape, traffic congestion of urban core. But, compares to super-tall buildings affects in urban contexts, there was not extra ordinary study about super-tall building by the urban scale approaches. Therefore, need about study materplan planning of the site which is made to meet super-tall building and urban contexts. There are two main processes in this study. First, to analyze the factors affect to masterplan planning of the super-tall building's site. Through the analyzed factors, classify type of super-tall buildings and identify the type's state. Second, to classify and set the elements of masterplan planning factor in the site. Identify the masterplan planning factor's state by deployment materplan planning factor set the current applied to the constructed super-tall buildings. Through this process, identified the recent trend and providied the basic elements of materplan planning of super-tall building's site.

This study has the purpose to examine the elements of deducing site plan of contemporary architecture in Jeju by looking into the mainly used measures and value in establishing the site plan of contemporary architecture of Jeju. Being the initial decision making stage that serves as basis in creating design alternative and completes overall designing alternative frame, Site plan is the core stage of initial architectural planning. In addition, analysis of site plan concept the central overall idea for site plan offers the perspective to access the problem for solution in site plan. Therefore, through the analysis of elements to deduce the site plan concept of the contemporary architecture in Jeju, the characteristics of site plan concept that considered the placement and locality of Jeju can be objectively examined in planning out the site plan of contemporary architecture in Jeju, and such analysis results may become objective basic data in planning out the site plan of the contemporary architecture in Jeju.

Many organizations have developed their own information systems not only for internal efficiency but also for effectiveness of external customer services. One of the most effective service tools for their customers is the use of information technology. The web technology is rapidly becoming one of the most effective tools for online customer services. In order to gain competitive edge, organizations must have effective web site planning methods for their customer service. A study on traditional information systems planning methodologies has been conducted and they are compared with web site planning techniques. Cases of web sites in order to Improve customer relationship are analyzed. finally, a new conceptual framework for web site planning strategy for e-CRM is proposed in this paper. In order to support effective web site planning, online customer contact points and online service activities are defined and classified as several stages. And, web site strategies corresponding to each customer service activities are developed and proposed, With this framework, organizations can build competitive web strategies for improving their online customer relationships, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.

Recently, the apartment building has been constructed in large quantities to provide housings due to the gravitation of population towards large cities. However, we're faced with a critical problem of deterioration of our dwelling environment caused by the trend toward high-rise apartment which could be an obstruction in obtaining sufficient sunlight. Therefore, there have been several legislative actions against infringement on the right of sunshine. In the building law, sunshine hours and the minimal separated distance between apartments are regulated as the criteria for the site planning, However, the minimal separated distance was defined without consideration of the parameters like building orientation and thermal effect of the sunshine hours in the site planning for the apartment building. In this study, the sunshine hours and heating energy during the underheated season for various arrangements in site planning are carefully considered and analyzed.

Current techniques of residential planning are based upon planning theories and experiences which have evolved over time. These techniques are prerequisite conditions in establishing a firm foundation upon which residential sites can be developed. Residential planning techniques, which have been introduced to Korea from such areas as Western Europe, North America and Japan, have been changing as a result of attempt to properly acculturate these foreign influences into a traditional, yet rapidly progressing Korean society. It has been this objective of Korean planners, of considering domestic conditions while incorporating planning experiences of other countries, that has spearheaded Korea's phenomenal development in recent times. In this study, the changes and perspectives of residential planning concepts are examined from a historically comparative point of view. This approach allows for a macroscopic perspective on the various theories of residential planning which are constantly changing.

In the planning process, there are five directions to planning residential sites. Firstly, the site must be planned to allow continuity with the city space, or created to conform to the city structure. Secondly, plans for community space and programs as well as convenience facilities must coexist in the road space. Thirdly, in terms of view, the site must be planned in territories to secure identity of the site. Fourthly, in terms of the environment, the site should utilize the natural environment. Lastly, in terms of infrastructure, the site should include a pedestrian-centered road system as well as establishing city infrastructure facilities for a combined planning in the municipal dimension. So far we have looked at planning methods for an apartment site that can be integrated into the existing city. The study into five elements to planning a large-scale apartment site, context, community, landscape, environment and infrastructure, and their relationship among each other must continue on.
