호텔직원의 Big 5 성격요인, 직무몰입 및 고객지향성간의 영향관계 (Relation Among Big 5 Personality Factors, Job Involvement and Customer Orientation of Hotel Employees)

  • 본 연구는 호텔직원의 Big 5 성격요인과 직무몰입, 직무몰입과 고객지향성의 영향관계를 발견하는 것이며, 호텔직원의 성격요인을 조직에 어울리게 더욱 발전시키는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 첫째, Big 5 성격요인과 직무몰입의 회귀분석결과의 세부적인 검증결과는 다음과 같이 제시되었다. 직무애착은 외향성과 친화성에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 직무책임감, 직무중요성은 성실성과 안정성이 유의한 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 직무몰입과 고객지향성의 회귀분석의 결과의 세부적인 검증결과는 다음과 같이 제시되었다. 고객욕구충족의 경우는 직무애착과 직무책임감이 유의한 영향을 주었다. 고객응대서비스는 직무책임감과 직무중요성이 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

광고 표현에 따른 브랜드 개성 평가 (Evaluation of Brand Personality by Advertising Message)

  • 본 연구는 광고를 통해 표현되는 특성을 평가하여 브랜드가 가지는 개성을 평가하고자 하였다. 브랜드는 각기 다른 특성을 가지며 이는 광고 표현을 통해 소비자에게 전달되어, 소비자의 이해와 해석을 통해 브랜드 개성이 형성된다. 동일 제품군내에서 서로 경쟁하는 브랜드들 사이의 브랜드 개성의 공통점과 차이점에 대한 연구를 위해 아웃도어 브랜드 4개가 선정되었고, 최근의 TV광고물 각 3편씩이 분석을 위한 소비자 평가에 사용되었다. 연구결과, 4개의 아웃도어 브랜드 모두 열정과 능력이라는 강한 브랜드 개성차원을 공통적으로 소유하고 있었다. 다른 대표적인 브랜드 개성 차원으로는 모험, 세련, 진실 등이 나타났다. 두 개의 공통된 브랜드 개성차원 이외에 각 브랜드마다 가지는 서로 다른 개성 차원이 나타났다.

중년기 여성의 고등학교 3학년 자녀로 인한 스트레스에 관한 연구 (A Study of Stress of Middle-aged Women with a Senior in High School)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress caused by having a senior in high school preparing for the college entrance examination, and coping methods of middle aged women in order to have a high quality of life. Method: The subjects of this study were 410 middle aged women. The data were collected by a structured questionnaire during September 5 to October 26, 2005. Result: The respondents' scores of stress were relatively low. The scores of stress perception related to 'studies record inactivity', 'a bad feeling because their sons and daughters are lazy', and worries about fatigue and health of their sons and daughters' were relatively high. The scores of the coping method related to 'affirmative thought and conduct', and 'sincerity it in the senior in high school student' were relatively high. In subjects with a higher degree(score$\geq$3) of stress caused by the senior student in high school the scores of coping methods related to 'projection', 'evasion', and 'perseverance' were relatively higher than the scores of coping methods of subjects with a lower degree (score<3) of stress. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, we should develop an integrated support program for middle-aged women. A place must be made where mothers will be able to discuss the education of their children such as on-line group community by mothers.

아웃도어 스포츠 의류 브랜드 개성의 영향요인이 브랜드 개성, 브랜드 애착 및 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Antecedents of Outdoor Sportswear Brand Personality on Brand Personality, Attachment and Commitment)

  • This study examines the impacts of antecedents on the outdoor sportswear brand personality dimensions and identifies the effects of brand personality dimensions on brand attachment and brand commitment. An online survey was conducted on women in their 20s to 50s, who have experienced to purchase the outdoor sportswear before and 420 responses were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The results of factor analysis and the reliability test on the outdoor sportswear brand personality clearly showed factorial structures that include sincerity, excitement, vitality, and prestige. 2) The antecedents of brand personality including quality, price, advertising, and store environment had different influences on the outdoor sportswear brand personality. 3) The dimensions of outdoor sportswear brand personality had a different influence on the brand attachment and commitment. 4) The brand attachment showed a significantly positive influence on the brand commitment. This study indicates that the brand personality could be a useful tool for enhancing the brand attachment and commitment and marketers should develop and utilize the marketing mix according to the brand personality which they want to convey.

서울시 중년기 주부의 추모의례에 대한 인식 연구 (A Study on the Recognition of Memorial Rites By Middle-aged Housewives in Seoul)

  • The purpose of this study is to present a desirable model of memorial rites on the basis of their essential significance, as recognized by middle-aged housewives. This study was based on an interview survey that was conducted with 40 housewives in their 40's and 50's who live in Seoul. The interviews were carried out from August 1, 2009 to October 20, 2009, using a semi-structured questionnaire. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the middle-aged housewives recognized the significance of memorial rites as an expression of their sincerity, or as a cultural demonstration of affection commemorating their ancestors. Secondly, the housewives mentioned possible changes to different memorial rites depending on the will of their children's generation. These included a grafting of different memorial rites between religions, or a shift of the memorial rites to a religious institution or a memorial facility, in addition to maintaining the current practice in one's home. Thirdly, we proposed memorial rites that are carried out in one's home (Confucian, Christian, Confucian plus Catholic, or Confucian plus Buddhist style), a religious institution (Catholic church or Buddhist temple), and a memorial facility (arboretum, graveyard or enshrine facility).

철도종합안전심사제도 개선을 위한 해외 심사제도 분석 (The Investigation of the Overseas Audit Systems for the Improvement of the Integrated Railroad Safety Audit System)

  • Recently the assurance of railroad safety is very important issue in KOREA because there are lots of changes in the railroad industries. The Railway Safety Act was established in order to cope with these changes effectively and prevent the railroad transportation accidents. According to this law, Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) has been entrusted with 'Integrated Railroad Safety Audit (IRSA)' and has implemented the safety audit to the railroad operation agencies such as Korea Railroad (KORAIL) and the railroad facility management organization such as the Korea Rail Network Authority (KR Network). The target of IRSA is to establish the effective rail safety management system and to raise the safety level of the railroad operation and facility agencies by checking synthetically their performance of safety duties with sincerity according to the Railway Safety Act. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of IRSA by the comparative research between IRSA and other similar safety audit system. To study the efficiency of IRSA, we investigated the rail safety audit systems of EU system specially France, England where the big changes have happened for the rail operation concepts and Japan where government entity control the railroad safety. The international standards of Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS 18001), Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing (ISO 19011) are investigated.

강제적인 대학 강의평가의 문제점 (Problems in Mandatory Course Evaluations)

  • 우리나라 대부분의 대학들이 강의평가를 하는 첫째 목적은 수업개선이고, 둘째 목적은 교수업적평가의 기초 자료로 활용하기 위한 것이다. 많은 대학들이 참여율을 높이기 위해서 온라인을 이용한 강제적인 강의평가를 실시하고 있다. 그 결과 90% 이상인 높은 참여율은 얻었으나, 강의평가결과 중 51.4%는 10개 문항에 대하여 모두 같은 번호로 무성의하게 응답하는 결과를 초래하게 되었다. 이런 무성의한 자료를 제거하거나 보정하지도 않은 채, 모든 문항의 점수를 합한 절대 점수를 가지고 강좌를 서열화하고, 교수업적을 평가하고, 시간강사 재임용 여부 등에 기초 자료로 활용하고있다. 강의평가 자료를 통계분석하기 전에 학생들이 얼마나 성실하게 응답한 자료인지 먼저 확인해 보아야 한다. 대학 행정 당국은 양질의 강의평가 자료를 얻기 위하여 강제적인 현행 강의평가를 즉시 중지하고 전면적인 강의평가 제도 개선 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다.

  • This expressway passing the address region that is sightseeing of our country must consider in what do a convenience sincerity chase and a cultural side view. A characteristic form a characteristic change was appearing on each rooms and structure, a plane according to the times, and to execute extension with a lease in a direction too was able to be seen, and Confucianism a little culture very remained in construction, and a memorial service space, a closet were able to be seen. Also, this local high house had a lot of regions composed of a relative and was with doing in the village that did to these house several houses.

A Study on the Research of Big Five Personality Factors Affecting Creativity - The Case of K Institute -

  • In this study, five personality types of employees have any impact on their creativity, a systematic and comprehensive study of literary research and demonstration studies were parallel. Results of the research employee of the extroversion, agreeableness of their creativity (+) showed the impact. In addition, sincerity, openness to experience, personality and creativity of employee creativity (+) for influencing said. Neuroticism to creativity, but nature does not affect any found. This study, five personality types that affect employee creativity of individuals by examining the relationship between personality type and creativity by presenting a model for the study, employees' personality types can have on creativity and offers a realistic alternative to the theory presented you can find the meaning in that. These theoretical and empirical validation of the results of employee productivity oriented organizations, including human resource management in a systematic and reasonable for the type of personality tests are being conducted on the administrative feasibility is expected to be able to provide. Finally, based on the results of these studies, management and administrative implications and future research directions presented.

여성 캐주얼 상표 확장에 대한 상표 개성과 상표 자산의 영향 (The Effect of Brand Personality and Brand Equity on Women's Casual Brand Extension)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine effects of apparel product's brand personality, and brand equity on its brand extension. For the data collection, women in their 20s were surveyed, and a total of 576 questionnaire were finally used. Brand Reneevon and brand Enc were selected through a preliminary survey and then compared in terms of brand extension. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. 1 The brand personality of casual apparel for women consisted of low factors such as uniqueness, competence, fashionability and sincerity, while the brand equity of apparel included three factors brand loyalty, perceived quality and leadership, and brand association and awareness. 2. There was a significant positive correlation between brand personality and brand equity. 3. Brand Reneevon was found higher in brand equity than the brand Enc. 4. Brand extension was influenced by perceived quality and leadership. In case of the brand Enc, brand extension into fashion accessories was significantly affected by brand personality. 5. Brand Reneevon was found better than Brand Enc in brand extension, especially into fashion accessories.
