유전 알고리즘을 이용한 복수 물류센터 입지분석용 패키지의 개발 (Development of a Package for the Multi-Location Problem by Genetic Algorithm)

  • We consider a Location-Allocation Problem with the Cost of Land(LAPCL). LAPCL has extremely huge size of problem and complex characteristic of location and allocation problem. Heuristics and decomposition approaches on simple Location-Allocation Problem were well developed in last three decades. Recently, genetic algorithm(GA) is used widely at combinatorics and NLP fields. A lot of research shows that GA has efficiency for finding good solution. Our main motive of this research is developing of a package for LAPCL. We found that LAPCL could be reduced to trivial problem, if locations were given. In this case, we can calculate fitness function by simple technique. We built a database constructed by zipcode, latitude, longitude, administrative address and posted land price. This database enables any real field problem to be coded into a mathematical location problem. We developed a package for a class of multi-location problem at PC. The package allows for an interactive interface between user and computer so that user can generate various solutions easily.

유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 조선 소조립 로봇용접공정의 최적화 (Optimization of Robot Welding Process of Subassembly Using Genetic Algorithm in the Shipbuilding)

  • This research was carried out to improve the productivity in the subassembly process of shipbuilding through optimal work planning for the shortest work time. The work time consist of welding time, moving time of gantry, teaching time of robot and robot motion time. The shortest work time is accomplished by even distribution of work and the shortest welding sequence. Even distribution of work was done by appling the simple algorithm. The shortest work sequence was determined by using GA. The optimal work planning decreased the total work time of the subassembly process by 4.1%. The result showed the effectiveness of the suggested simple algorithm for even distribution of work and GA for the shortest welding sequence.

T-S 퍼지 모델과 GA를 이용한 비선형 제어기의 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Nonlinear Controller Design Using T-S Fuzzy Model and GA)

  • In this paper, we propose a design method for nonlinear SISO system using Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model and Genetic Algorithm. Our method can reduce the number of design parameters and has advantage of small search space of Genetic Algorithm. The proposed nonlinear controller, which can be implemented by fuzzy controller and simple nonlinear controller, cancels the original nonlinear dynamics and gives the optimal nonlinear dynamics. We illustrated the performance of the proposed controller by simple simulation example.

  • 본 논문에서는 주기적인 용량성 부하가 연결된 속도정합 진행파형 전극의 간편한 설계방법을 제시한다. 이 설계 방법에 의하면 속도 정합과 임피던스 정합이 이루어질 수 있는 coplanarstrip(CPS) 전극의 폭과 간격 그리고 용량성 부하의 커패시턴스와 부하간의 간격을 해석적으로 쉽게 결정할 수 있다. GaAs를 기판으로 하는 속도정합 진행파형 전극의 계산결과 100 GHz 이상의 대역폭을 갖는다.

고속 광통신용 GaInAs/InP PIN 수광소자 모듈 제작

  • We fabricated very high. speed PIN Photodiode module for the application of high speed optical receiver. OMVPE was used for the growth of InP layer on InGaAs absorption layer. The structure was the combination of mesa and planartype. Fabrication procedure was more complicated than simple mesa or simple planar type structure because we used semiinsulating InP substrate in order to reduce stray capacitance. The results at-5V were as follows : dark current was less than 1nA, capacitance was 0.55pF, and cutoff frequency was above 3GHz, and rise and fall time was about 100ps.

  • We propose a new static current source model and parameter extraction method for AlGaAs/GaAs HBT. The proposed model has 9 parameters describing internal currents and are experessed with the physically meaningful parameters.The proposed parameter extraction method uses the measured dC IV curves and does not need the gummel plt data and any optimization process. the constructed model based on the proposed method predicts the measured data well.

  • This paper investigates simple gray level image enhancement technique based on Genetic Algorithms and Local Statistics. The task of GA is to adapt the parameters of local sliding masks over pixels, finding out the best parameters preserving the brightness and possibly preventing the creation of intensity artifacts in the local area of images. The algorithm is controlled by GA as to enhance the contrast and details in the images automatically according to an object fitness criterion. Results obtained in terms of subjective and objective evaluations, show the plausibility of the method suggested here.

  • The purpose of this paper is to find an efficient solution for multiple constant multiplication (MCM) problem. Since the circuit structure can be represented as a directed acyclic graph, evolutionary computing is considered as an effective tool for optimization of circuit synthesis. In this paper, we propose a stack type operator as a chromosome element to synthesize a directed acyclic graph efficiently. This type of chromosome can represent a graph structure with a set of simple symbols and so we can employ the similar method to a conventional GA.

  • This paper proposes a method for seeking the scheme of substation restoration by using genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithm (GA), first introduced by John Holland, is becoming an important tool in machine learning and function optimization. GA is a searching or optimization algorithm based on Darwinian biological evolution principle. As a test system, we assume a simple substation system and for the transformer fault, the result is obtained.

Enhanced electrochemical performance of peony flower-like carbon-coated γ-Ga2O3 nanosheets for lithium-ion battery anodes

  • Peony flower-like γ-Ga2O3 nanosheets (γ-Ga2O3 NSs) were synthesized and carbon layers were coated on their surfaces using a simple hydrothermal process with subsequent carbonization. The γ-Ga2O3 NSs comprised ultrathin layers, which are tens of nanometers in thickness. The carbon-coated γ-Ga2O3 NS (γ-Ga2O3@C NS) electrode exhibited a specific capacity of 598 mAh g-1 at 200 cycles, at a current density of 0.5 A g-1, higher than that of γ-Ga2O3 NSs (60 mAh g-1). Furthermore, a specific capacity of 100 mAh g-1 at 5 A g-1 was achieved owing to the low charge transfer resistance through the carbon layers. This study suggests that two-dimensional γ-Ga2O3@C NSs with both large specific area and high charge carrier transport are promising active materials for lithium-ion battery anodes with better electrochemical performance.
