Plasma 처리 및 MmSH 사출방법으로 인한 PC/ABS와 PC상의 은도금 밀착성에 관한 연구 (Electroless Silver Plating of PC/ABS and PC by Plasma Treatment and MmSH Injection Process)

  • Polycarbonate has a high transmittance to light, low specific gravity, flexibility and cost-effectiveness that extends the application field of the polymer to bio-engineering, optics, electronic parts, etc. Moreover, electro plating of metallic film on PC could endow the parts the electromagnetic interference shielding capability. However, poor adhesion of copper on PC limited the wide usage in the industry. In this work, a composite(PC/ABS) and MmSH(Momentary mold Surface Heating) injection process were used to improve the plating characteristics; plating thickness, gloss and adhesion. Also plasma treatment and chemical treatment were employed for improving adhesion. Plating characteristics on PC/ABS were better than those on PC due to the anchoring effect of butadiene. MmSH injection process could ameliorate the gloss and coating adhesion. Also plating thickness and adhesion of PC and PC/ABS were increased by plasma treatment.

실버세대 헤어 미용업의 서비스품질과 고객충성도에 대한 관계성 연구: 관계품질을 중심으로 (Research on the Relationship between the Service Quality and Customer Loyalty of the Hair Beauty Industry for the Silver Generation : With a Focus on Relationship Quality)

  • 고령화 사회의 실버세대는 새로운 소비자군으로 급부상하여 실버고객들이 이용하는 서비스 산업이 발전할 것이다. 그 중에서도 미용서비스 분야는 실버세대들에게 삶의 질적 향상을 위하여 반드시 필요한 분야이다. 본 연구는 실버세대의 미용서비스 품질 형성요인을 알아보고 고객충성도와의 관계성을 알아보기 위하여 서울지역에 거주하고 있는 244명의 실버 세대들을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석을 위한 통계처리는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 미용서비스를 이용하는 실버고객이 인지하는 서비스품질은 관계품질인 신뢰와 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 관계품질인 신뢰와 몰입은 고객충성도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스품질과 고객충성도의 관계에서 신뢰는 신뢰성, 반응성, 공감성, 확신성에서 매개효과가 있었고, 몰입은 신뢰성, 반응성, 공감성, 확신성, 유형성에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 실버세대를 위한 실버 전용 미용서비스 산업과 그와 관련된 교육 프로그램이 미미한 실정에서 실버세대를 위한 미용산업이 중요한 자리매김을 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하는 데에 큰 의의가 있다.

삼출액과 감염이 동반된 창상의 치료에 있어 은 함유 카르복시메틸 셀룰로즈 드레싱의 역할 (Role of Silver-containing Carboxymethyl Cellulose Dressing in the Management of Exudative Infected Wounds)

  • Purpose: Wound healing is a result of complex processes whose components, such as cells, extracellular matrix, proteolytic enzymes, and their inhibitors receive effects from immune compartments, cytokines, chemokines, and growth factors. Impairment of normal physiologic response to wounding makes nonhealing chronic wounds. Wound infection and exacerbated proteolytic process may induce uncontrolled tissue degradation or exudates formation, which may result in the development of a nonhealing chronic wound. Thus proper management of wound infection and exudates is critical to prevent and treat nonhealing wound. The aim of this study is to evaluate effects of Aquacel AG, silver-containing carboxymethylcellulose dressing on treatment for exudative infected wound. Methods: The study included 31 patients with nonhealing wound. Wound was dressed with Aquacel AG. The effect of dressing was investigated by serial bacterial culture and wound exudates assessment. Each infection and exudates control time was determined and statistically analyzed. Results: Wound infection and exudates were effectively managed using Aquacel AG dressing. Mean infection and exudates control time were $3.4{\pm}1.2$ and $5.7{\pm}1.4$ weeks, respectively. Statistical analysis of the data indicated that infection control time correlated positively to age and exudates control time (p<0.05). Conclusion: There is as yet no ideal dressing for the topical treatment of chronic nonhealing wound. But silver-containing carboxymethylcellulose dressing can be used effectively for exudative, infected nonhealing wound.

일부지역 119 노인전용구급차(Silver Ambulance)의 활동분석 및 발전방안 (Analysis and Research of 119 Silver Ambulance Activities and Its Development Methods)

  • This study analyzes use and operation of silver ambulance with 110 patients who had used silver ambulance in Gwangju and Jeonnam regions from June of 2006 to June of 2007 and 53 paramedics who are involved directly in ambulance operation and the results of this analysis are as follows. 1. Users' health conditions, 69.1% of users answered as bad and 67.3% suffered from chronic diseases over 3 months and it was found that they used silver ambulance due to their bad health conditions. 2. Cronbach's alpha was 0.630 and family function index was generally reliable and solution was high as 1.60, but total points were low as 7.11 and it was considered that they had family troubles. 3. On the question of ambulance use, 44.5% answered they used it because it is free, 53.6% used it for appointed medical examination and treatment and 18.1% used it for emergency. 4. Degrees of satisfaction with ambulance and paramedics were 95.4% and 76.4% respectively and 80.0% of ambulance users answered ambulance arrived quickly within 15 min. 5. Correlation($x^2 $) between family or relative's residence and frequency of visits was 86.367 and its significance probability was 0.00 and it was found that it was significant in the level of 0.1%, but correlation($x^2 $) between visitors other than family or relatives and frequency of visits was 14.768 and its significance probability was 0.25 and it was found that it was not significant in the level of 5%. 6. Correlation($x^2 $) between transfer operation speed and mobilization time was found that it was not significant in the level of 5%. Correlation($x^2 $) between their own health condition purpose of ambulance use was 13.802 an 5.696 and its significance probability was 0.93 and it was found that it was not significant in the level of 1%, and it was considered because paramedics carried patients with safe operation.

  • 1. 러셀-실버 증후군 환아는 특징적인 소구증 및 유아기의 섭식 장애를 보이므로, 출생 후 필요시설소대 절제술을 고려해야 하며 특별히 고안된 구강위생 용품이 구강위생 증진에 도움이 될 수 있다. 2. 러셀-실버 증후군 환아의 우식 치료 시 개구량이 확보되지 않으므로 근육 이완을 위해 전신마취를 고려해야 하며, 소형의 핸드피스 및 버와 같은 기구들을 사용하여 접근하는 것이 치료를 수월케 하며 환아의 불편감을 감소시킬 수 있다.

A Study on Self-medication for Health Promotion of the Silver Generation

  • With the development of medical care in the 21st century and the rapid development of the 4th industry, electronic devices and household goods taking into account the physical and mental aging of the silver generation have been developed, and apps related to health and health are generally developed and operated. The apps currently used by the silver generation are a form that provides information on diseases by focusing on prevention rather than treatment, such as safety management apps for the elderly living alone and methods for preventing diseases. There are not many apps that provide information on foods that have a direct effect and nutrients in that food, and research on apps that can obtain information about individual foods is insufficient. In this paper, we propose an app that analyzes food factors and provides self-medication for health promotion of the silver generation. This app allows the silver generation to conveniently and easily obtain information such as nutrients, calories, and efficacy of food they need. In addition, this app collects/categorizes healthy food information through a textom solution-based crawling agent, and stores highly relevant words in a data resource. In addition, wide deep learning was applied to enable self-medication recommendations for food. When this technique is applied, the most appropriate healthy food is suggested to people with similar eating patterns and tastes in the same age group, and users can receive recommendations on customized healthy foods that they need before eating. This made it possible to obtain convenient healthy food information through a customized interface for the elderly through a smartphone.

Characterization and Photonic Effect of Novel Ag-CNT/TiO2 Composites and their Bactericidal Activities

  • A novel composite (Ag-CNT/$TiO_2$) of silver treated carbon nanotubes (Ag-CNT) and $TiO_2$ was synthesized via wet chemistry followed by a heat treatment. The dispersion and structure of the silver in the synthesized composites determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). XRD patterns of the composites showed that the composites contained a mixing anatase and rutile phase. The EDX spectra showed the presence of C, O, Ti and Ag peaks. The $TiO_2$ particles were distributed uniformly in the CNT network, and silver particles were virtually fixed on the surface of the tube. The photocatalysis degraded behaviors of the Ag-CNT/$TiO_2$ composites of the methylene blue, which increased with an increase of the silver component. The Ag-CNT/$TiO_2$ composites have excellent antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli (E. Coli), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. Aeru) and Bacillus subtilis (B. Sub) under visible light.

Zinc Sulfadiazine 연고제(軟膏劑)의 제제학적(製劑學的) 연구(硏究) (Pharmaceutical Study on Zinc Sulfadiazine Ointments)

  • Silver sulfadiazine has been introduced to replace silver nitrate in the topical treatment of extensive burns and this drug exerts a prominent antibacterial action against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The compound is painless upon application and insufficient sulfadiazine is absorbed to cause crystalluria. The primary purpose of the study was to clarify the antimicrobial action of zinc sulfadiazine ointment in comparison with silver sulfadiazine ointment as well as the pharmaceutical properties of the zinc sulfadiazine preparations. The results are summerized as followings: 1) The optimum ratio of two substrate compounds for the synthesis of zinc sulfadiazine are 2 moles of sulfadiazine and 1 mole of zinc sulfate at pH 6.0. 2) The stability of zinc sulfadiazine ointment preparation by using polyethylene glycol base, Beeler's base or polyoxyl 40 stearate base was more stable than that of silver sulfadiazine preparations. 3) The antimicrobial action of zinc sulfadiazine exhibits a stronger antimicrobial activity than that of sulfadiazine against Staphylococcus aureus but the opposite is true against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Branched DNA-based Synthesis of Fluorescent Silver Nanocluster

  • While single strand DNAs have been widely used for the scaffold of brightly fluorescent silver nanoclusters (Ag NCs), double strand DNAs have not been as successful. Herein, we report a novel synthetic approach for bright Ag NCs using branched double strand DNAs as the scaffolds for synthesis. X-shaped DNA (X-DNA) and Y-shaped DNA (Y-DNA) effectively stabilized Ag NCs, and both X-DNA and Y-DNA resulted in brightly fluorescent Ag NCs. The concentration and molar ratio of silver and DNA were found important for the fluorescence efficiency. The brightest Ag NC with the photoluminescence quantum efficiency of 19.8% was obtained for the reaction condition of 10 ${\mu}M$ X-DNA, 70 ${\mu}M$ silver, and the reaction time of 48 h. The fluorescence lifetime was about 2 ns for the Ag NCs and was also slightly dependent on the synthetic condition. Addition of Cu ions at the Ag NC preparations resulted in the quenching of Ag NC fluorescence, which was different to the brightening cases of single strand DNA stabilized Ag NCs.

표면처리에 의한 유기발광소자(OLED)용 Ag 전극의 Nano-size 효과 연구 (Nano-size Study of Surface-modified Ag Anode for OLEDs)

  • Top-Emitting OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) 디스플레이에서는 반사율이 가장 높은 Ag (silver) 박막이 쓰이고 있지만, 소자에서 요구되는 일함수(work function)가 상대적으로 낮기 때문에 전극과 유기물간에 에너지 장벽이 발생하여 발광효율을 낮추는 요인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Ag 전극의 일함수를 높이기 위한 연구를 진행하였으며, 박막 형태의 Ag 전극에 대하여 nanotribology 접근법으로 연구를 실행하였다. Ag는 rf magnetron sputter를 이용해 glass 위에 증착한 후 furnace에서 $300^{\circ}C$, 30분간 대기 중에서 열처리하였고, 또 다른 시료는 표면에 산소 상압플라즈마로 처리 시간(30, 60, 90, 120s)을 각기 다르게 하여 시료를 제조하였다. Ag 전극을 nanoindentation을 통해 국부 영역에 대한 물리적 특성의 변화를 측정하였고, Kelvin probe force microscopy을 이용해 시료 표면의 포텐셜을 측정했다. 그 결과 열처리한 시료의 포텐셜값은 가장 크게 증가하였지만 균일도가 낮아졌다. 120s 플라즈마 처리한 시료는 불완전한 산화막의 생성으로 인해 탄성계수 및 경도값과 박막의 Weibull modulus를 극히 낮게 만들었지만, 60s, 90s 플라즈마 처리는 시료의 균일도를 높이고 또한 포텐셜을 증가시켜 T-OLED 성능 개선에 좋은 영향을 미치게 될 것이다.
