남자구두제품의 생산성 향상 방안 (A Study on Productivity Improvement of Man′s Shoe Products)

  • 한국인의 발 형태 또는 치수를 측정하거나 비교한 연구는 과거에도 이루어진 바가 있다 그러나 측정 후 제화를 만들면서 제화를 고부가로 만들기 위한 제화에 대한 고객의 요구사항이나 불만, 가격 대, 색깔 등을 조사하는 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기초 기반기술의 핵심이 되는 족형 개발기술의 선결과제로써, 한국인들이 원하는 구두에 대한 요구조사 분석을 통하여 소비자가 느끼는 구두의 문제점 원하는 사항 등을 파악하여, 이를 족형의 설계에 반영함으로 구두 산업의 생산성 향상을 통한, 고부가 가치산업으로의 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

아웃소싱 유형별 신발 제조업체의 특성 연구 (Research on Characteristics of Shoe Manufacturing Companies according to Outsourcing Types)

  • In this study, outsourcing behaviors of shoe manufacturing companies were studied and four types of outsourcing were generated based on qualitative data collected through in-depth interviews with 21 practitioners of shoe manufacturing companies. In results, shoe manufacturers are actively adopting outsourcings in production of raw materials(RM) as well as final products(FP). However, relatively less effect is being made on outsourcing in the field of product planning, international marketing and information technology. Four types of outsourcing include shoe manufacturers focusing on: 1) domestic production of RH and FP, 2) domestic production of RM and international production of FP, 3) domestic/international production of RM and FP, and 4) international production of RH and FP. These types were differed. from their manufacturing items, product planning skills and target markets of shoe manufacturing companies.

여대생의 쇼핑성향에 따른 신발속성 중요도 비교 (Comparison of shoe attributes importance according to shopping orientations of college women)

  • This study reveals the components of college women's shopping orientations and compares the attributes of shoes accordingly. This study attempts to investigate the needs of consumers in the target market of young women by comparing the importance of shoe attributes with their shopping orientations and to provide basic data for efficient marketing strategies which could increase sales. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey. Of a total of 330 questionnaires, 319 were used for statistical analysis. The survey was carried out from July to August 2016. The 17 shopping orientation-related questions and 13 questions about shoe purchase attributes were measured using a five-point Likert Scale. SPSS 23 was used to carry out: descriptives, factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan's test. Shopping orientations were divided between brand orientation, pleasure orientation, trend orientation and utilitarian orientation. Shoe attributes were categorized into ostentation value, product value, economic value and aesthetic value. College women were divided into the following groups: active shopping, passive shopping, rational shopping and conforming shopping. According to the comparison of the importance of shoe attributes by consumer type among college women, a significant difference by group was found in ostentation value and aesthetic value only. Furthermore, the average scores on the importance of product value and economic value were very high without significant differences between groups. The study results would be available as basic data to help improving the visual image of shoes and product quality for brands targeting young women in the fashion industry.

QFD 기반에 의한 제화류의 감성지향적 품질설계 요소도출에 관한 실증적 연구 (Development of Customer-Oriented Quality Design Elements of Shoes based on QFD)

  • Although consumer needs for better products force manufactures to put emphasis on design, often development of a product has been done without the formal process to consider consumer needs. In order to identify the implicit needs of customers and the areas of potential demand on a product, several analysis scheme such as QFD (Quality Function Deployment) has been developed. QFD, also known as the House of Quality, is the efficient tool ever created to tie product and service design decisions directly to customer wants and needs, i.e. VoC (Voice of Customer) To utilize this tool on a product design, first of all, the consumers attributes and the engineering characteristics must be exactly investigated. However there were only few studies about them on shoe design. Hence in this paper we developed an innovative framework for shoes design based on QFD. As a result, we uncovered 29 dominant human satisfaction dimensions as the consumers attributes for customer-oriented quality evaluation of a comfortable shoes. Here, 29 human satisfaction dimensions for a shoe design were identified as the dimensions that represent the human sensitivity and psychological feeling on comfortable shoes. Also, we proposed 60 human interface elements as the engineering characteristics. The relationships between human satisfaction dimensions and human interface elements were investigated. This study will help the designers and manufacturers clarify the conceptual and abstract aspect of the design evaluation by proposing a more systematic and process-oriented method.

인터넷 구두 치수실태 조사 -착용자 및 제화업체 조사를 중심으로- (Research on Shoe Size of Internet Shopping with Consumers and Vendors)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the sizing problems for shoes, and provide improvement information for shoe industries in internet shopping mall. For this, the study was conducted through a survey with 611 young women consumers from late 10s to late 20s. In addition, we investigated the actual conditions of shoe size system from manufacturers and vendors of internet shopping mall. On the survey from consumers, it was revealed that the main reason which makes the consumers hesitate to purchase is the difference between the image or size shown by the monitor and the actual product. Also, the problem was substantiated through status of internet shoe vendors. Moreover, it was found that consumers rarely have the knowledge of the letter sizes for the foot girth at purchasing shoe. To overcome the problems of shoe size system in internet shopping industry, the new sizing system that both consumers and vendors can satisfy is needed immediately.

신발 금형의 쾌속제작기술 개발 및 그 적용에 관한 연구 (Development of Rapid Tooling Technology for Shoe Mold and Its Applications)

  • RP&M (Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing) is the most appropriate technology for the small-lot production system, because the production cycle is getting shorter owing to various needs of the consumer. In this paper, rapid tooling technology is applied to the casting process. The casting process has the ability to reflect complicated shapes in one process. But it has not been widely used to make a die and mold because of the poor surface quality caused by air bubbles on the surface of the casting product. In this study, the porous casting mold is fabricated from a mixture of plaster and water-soluble binder. The porous casting mold can improve the characteristics of casting products with the help of the vacuum sealed casting process. The vacuum sealed casting process is an advanced technology that removes the air bubbles between the porous casting mould and the liquid metal, thus making the surface of the casting product finer. The purpose of this paper is to develop a high quality shoe mold using porous casting mold and to apply the RP&M technology to the shoe industry.

스포츠 상품 수집가의 스포츠 제품 소개를 접한 소비자의 브랜드 이미지, 신뢰도, 충성도, 구매의도간의 구조관계 분석 (The Analysis on the Structural Relation of Brand Image, Brand Reliability, Brand Loyalty and Purchase Intention of Sports Product Customers who contacted the Sports Product Collectors' Introduction)

  • 스포츠 상품 시장에서 각 브랜드가 소비자에게 미치고자 하는 영향력은 여러 가지 형태로 시도되었으며, 그 효과 또한 증명되어 가고 있다. 각 브랜드들이 자신들이 활용할 가치가 있다고 판단하여 수립한 다양한 마케팅 전략들이 증명되어가고 있는 것이다. 하지만 최근 나타난 새로운 소비 유형이라 할 수 있는 스포츠 상품 수집가를 활용한 마케팅 전략은 지금껏 그 영향력이 실증적으로 검증된 바가 없었다. 기존의 스포츠 상품 시장에서 나타난 수집 행위에 이해도가 매우 낮았기 때문이다. 어느 정도 한계에 봉착했다고 여겨지는 스포츠 상품 시장에 새로운 마케팅 전략이 필요하다고 판단한 도전적 사고에서 본 연구를 시작하였으며 스포츠 상품 수집가를 활용한 마케팅 전략을 수립함에 있어서 그 영향력이 형성되는 경로를 설정하고 증명하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 가상의 스포츠 상품 수집가의 상품 설명에 대한 자극물을 접한 잠재 소비자 231명을 대상으로 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식을 이용하였다. 이 연구에서 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 하여 스포츠 상품 시장에서 스포츠 상품 수집가들이 보유하고 있는 전문성을 바탕으로 하는 새로운 마케팅 전략의 경로를 발견하였다고 할 수 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 침체된 우리나라 스포츠 상품시장에 새로운 성장 동력의 하나로 작용할 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다.

경쟁 제품 간 비교 분석을 위한 토픽 모델링 기반 품질기능전개 프레임워크 (Topic Modeling-based QFD Framework for Comparative Analysis between Competitive Products)

  • Purpose: The primary purpose of this study is to integrate text mining and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to automatically extract valuable information from customer reviews, thereby establishing a QFD frame- work to confirm genuine customer needs for New Product Development (NPD). Methods: Our approach combines text mining and QFD through topic modeling and sentiment analysis on a large data set of 56,873 customer reviews from Zappos.com, spanning five running shoe brands. This process objectively identifies customer requirements, establishes priorities, and assesses competitive strengths. Results: Through the analysis of customer reviews, the study successfully extracts customer requirements and translates customer experience insights and emotions into quantifiable indicators of competitiveness. Conclusion: The findings obtained from this research offer essential design guidance for new product develop- ment endeavors. Importantly, the significance of these results extends beyond the running shoe industry, presenting broad and promising applications across diverse sectors.

Qualitative Study on the Benefit Sought and Brand Loyalty by Product Category of the Luxury Goods Through In-depth Interviews with Professionals in Fashion Industry

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the benefits sought by luxury good customers contingent on product category, and to understand the relationship between the benefits sought and brand loyalty. A qualitative approach was used; therefore in-depth interviews were conducted with seven panels of professionals in the luxury industry. The findings are as follows: 1) Handbag customers mainly seek the social benefits in order to express their social status by purchasing well-known, easily-recognizable brands. 2) Shoe customers primarily seek the practical-functional benefits, which are comfort and function. 3) Small Leather Goods customers seek the social benefits for themselves and as gifts for others. 4) Brand loyalty for handbag customers is reported to be low, as their primary goals are the social benefits. Rather than devoting themselves to one specific brand, handbag customers prefer to purchase from various brands. 5) Shoe customers have reportedly higher brand loyalty, as they tend to come back to brands when they are satisfied with the benefits they pursue. The findings of this study provide more information on the practical implications of luxury good customer purchasing habits. Firstly, customers pursue different benefits depending on product category, and secondly, brand loyalty differs by customers' benefits.

3D 프린팅 기술을 적용한 맞춤형 슈즈디자인 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Customization of Shoes Design Characteristics with 3D Printing Technology)

  • 3D 프린팅 기술은 가상 혹은 평면에 설계된 디자인을 입체적으로 출력이 가능하다는 점에서 핵심적 기술로 주목받아 오고 있다. 본 연구는 슈즈에 관한 개념을 1차적으로 정리하여 일반적 제조과정을 분석하고, 3D 프린팅이 적용된 슈즈제작과정을 제시하고, 생산되는 슈즈 사례들을 브랜드별(스포츠 브랜드, 디자이너 브랜드)로 구분하여 맞춤형 제작 특성을 연구하였다. 사례 분석을 통해 3D 프린팅 슈즈의 4가지 디자인 제작 특성을 도출했다. 따라서 본 연구는 향후 3D 프린팅을 활용한 슈즈디자인 영역에서 보다 심화된 창조적 발상의 근거를 제시할 것으로 사료된다.
