다성분계 고유동 모르타르의 특성 (The Properties of Multi-Component Blended High Fluidity Mortar)

  • 본 연구는 다성분계 고유동 모르타르의 특성에 관한 연구이다. 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트(OPC), 고로슬래그 미분말(GGBFS), 칼슘설포알루미네이트(CSA) 그리고 초속경시멘트(URSC)를 혼합한 결합재이다. GGBFS는 OPC 질량에 대해 30%(P7 series), 50%(P5 series) 그리고 70%(P3 series)치환하였고, CSA와 URSC는 10%와 20%를 치환하였다. 혼화제는 폴리카르복실계를 사용하였다. 모든 배합의 물-결합재 비(w/b)는 0.35로 일정하다. 실험은 미니슬럼프, V-funnel, 압축강도 그리고 건조수축을 측정하였다. 실험결과 CSA와 URSC의 치환율이 증가하면 혼화제 사용량, V-funnel 시간 그리고 압축강도는 증가하였다. 또한 응결시간과 건조수축은 CSA와 URSC의 치환율이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. CSA는 건조수축을 감소시키지만 URSC는 효과가 미미하다. CSA와 URSC를 혼합한 결합제는 상호보완 작용에 의해 건조수축 감소 효과가 컸다. 이는 URSC의 초기강도 향상효과와 CSA의 팽창과 장기강도 향상효과 때문이다.

  • 본 연구에서는 수축저감 효과를 높이고, 강도를 증진시키기 위해 $C_{12}A_7$계 슬래그를 사용한 수축저감제 및 이를 이용한 모르타르를 제조하였다. 또한 시멘트 사용량을 줄이기 위해, 플라이애쉬와 고로슬래그의 함량을 변화시킨 모르타르의 응결시간, 플로우, 압축강도를 측정하였다. 플라이애쉬와 고로슬래그 함량이 증가할수록 플로우 값이 증가하였고, 응결시간이 지연되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 혼합재 함량 증가에 따라 초기재령에서는 압축강도가 낮아지지만, 장기재령에서는 높은 압축강도 값을 나타내었다.

요소-수용성 유황 혼화제가 콘크리트 압축강도 및 건조수축에 미치는 영향 (Influence on Compressive Strength and Drying Shrinkage of Concrete with Urea-Water Soluble Sulfur Admixture)

  • This paper presents an experimental study to ivestigate mechanical property of concretes according to addition of urea and urea-water soluble sulfur contents. Urea was added at 5~20% replacement by weight of water, and water soluble sulfur was used at 2%, 4% replacement by weight of cement. The setting times, the hydration heat, the compressive strength, and the drying shrinkage, were measured on concretes with single and binary admixtures. From the test result, it was confirmed that the hydration heat of urea-water soluble sulfur was lower than that of normal concrete by $10.1^{\circ}C$, and the drying shrinkage of urea-water soluble sulfur concrete was more excellent than normal concrete. In the case of urea of 5%, Compressive strength were improved with an increase of water soluble sulfur contents. The urea-water soluble sulfur used in this research can be used as improvement materials for drying shrinkage and compressive strength.

  • It is generally referred that life cycle of concrete construction is depend on whether durability of concrete is obtained or not. Nevertheless, it has not been yet applied that new material and technology to improve durability of concrete such as seaside concrete construction. In this study, chemical agent which is capable of improving durability added to 2 types seaside concrete mixs and evaluated engineering properties such as slump, air content, setting time and compressive strength. Besides shrinkage crack with an restraint condition and chloride ion penetration tests were executed to measure resistance of concrete added chemical agent and then compared non-added. It was appeared that engineering properties and resistant for chlorides was possible to improved. But resistant for shrinkage crack was not noticeable improvement than non-added. Therefore it is necessary that more consideration and following study to improve durability aspect to shrinkage crack and chlorides resistant.

무수석고와 C12A7계 슬래그를 사용한 수축저감제 및 모르타르 특성 (Properties of shrinkage reducing agent and mortar used Anhydrite and C12A7-based slag)

  • 본 연구에서는 CA계 슬래그와 무수석고를 사용하여 수축저감제를 제조하였으며, 모르타르의 압축강도와 건조수축 특성을 향상시키기 위해서 상기 수축저감제를 첨가하였다. 모르타르의 응결시간, 길이변화율 및 압축강도는 수축저감제의 배합비율에 따라 변화하였다. 슬래그가 0~7%까지 첨가된 모르타르는 슬래그 첨가량 증가에 따라 응결시간이 짧아졌으며, 7일까지의 길이변화율은 유사하였다. 7일 양생조건의 압축강도는 $C_{12}A_7$계 슬래그 첨가량 증가에 따라 증가되었다. $C_{12}A_7$계 슬래그가 6% 첨가된 모르타르의 28일 강도는 약 36 MPa이었으며, 35일에서의 건조수축율은 가장 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 그러므로 $C_{12}A_7$계 슬래그가 6% 첨가된 모르타르에서 우수한 물리적 특성을 발현하는 것으로 판단할 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구는 개발된 저수축 고성능 콘크리트를 대상으로 모의부재 시험체에 있어서 콘크리트의 기초적 물성과 수축특성에 대하여 검토한 것이다. 실험연구 결과, 콘크리트의 배합특성으로 제안 배합은 목표 슬럼프플로우 및 목표 공기량을 만족하기 위해 SP제량 증가, AE제량 감소의 배합보정이 필요하였다. 응결시간은 제안 배합이 8시간 정도 빠르게 나타났으며, 굳은 콘크리트의 압축강도는 60MPa 이상의 고강도로 나타냈다. 수축특성으로 제안 배합 자기수축의 경우 플레인 배합 자기수축에 비해 50% 정도 저감되었고, 제안 배합의 중심부 건조수축은 수분발산이 없는 것에 기인하여 자기수축과 유사한 경향이었으나, 표면부는 크게 수축하였다. 단, 철근배근 시험체인 경우는 철근구속에 의해 내부 및 표면의 수축량이 작게 나타났다.

  • Aim of this study is to investigate the dimensional and shrinkage characteristics of the weft knitted fabrics with Polylactic acid(PLA) knitted yarn. This PLA knitted yarn was made of the biodegradability fiber. The structure of weft knitted fabrics that was utilized for this study is the plain stitch, which is the most basic structure among all weft knitted fabrics. As the stitch length is shorter, the stitch density, courses density, and wales density are more increasing. The stitch density increased as pre-treatment process and dyeing process progressed. On the contrary, the heat setting process made it decreasing. The MR(Machine Relaxation) and DR(Dry Relaxation) standard area shrinkage were increasing as wet process progressed and as the stitch lengths are long.

  • On this study, initial crack index was evaluated by performing FEM analysis to crack propagation from hydration heat for development of precast concrete. On the result, as increased the usage of hardening accelerator, initial compressive strength were improved and setting time also was shortened. Additionally, central temperature of concrete was increased, the reaching time for the highest temperature could be shortened. By the result to assess crack index, there was no problem about crack despite of growth of initial high hydration heating. This result guessed because of small size element when analyzed trough FEM, realization for mass concrete's crack index should be performed.

The Effects of Superplasticizers on the Engineering Properties of Plain Concrete

  • The effects of superplasticizers on fresh and hardened concrete were investigated. The experimental program included tests on the workability and slump loss, bleeding, setting time, air content, compressive, tensile and flexural strength, permeability, shrinkage, freeze-thaw durability and creep deformation. Properties of superplasticized concrete were compared with those of conventional and base concretes. Superplasticizers were observed to have an appreciable fluidifying action in fresh concrete. They permitted a significant water reduction while maintaining the same workability. Bleeding of superplasticized concrete was much lower than that of conventional concrete of the same consistency. This indicates that the use of superplasticizers did not affect the tendency of segregation of fresh concrete. The compressive, tensile, and flexural strengths of superplasticized concrete were significantly higher than those of conventional concrete. The permeability and drying shrinkage and creep of superplasticized concrete were less than those of conventional concrete, but there were no significant differences between base and superplasticized concrete. Compared with base concrete, non-air-entrained superplasticized concrete had slightly higher freeze-thaw durability. and superplasticized concrete with an appropriate amount of entrained air Eave even better resistance to freezing and thawing.

  • This study is conducted to provide a method to estimate the setting time and early age compressive strength using D type durometer.Test results indicated that the use of D type Durometer attached with modified needle, which was designed to secure improved accuracy in setting and compressive strength, enables to estimate setting time and the compressive strength at early age.
