  • In modern society, the online to offline (O2O) market has become an emerging market. Based on social and cultural phenomena, the importance of "FOODTECH" linked with mobile applications is growing in the food and restaurant industry. This study examined subjective food application service quality, perceived value, and post-purchase behavior intentions. According to this study, of foodtech service quality attributes, only information, mobility, and reliability had positive (+) relationships with perceived value. However, foodtech service quality attributes did not have a direct impact on behavior intentions. Perceived values had a positive (+) relationship with behavior intentions and showed full mediation effects between foodtech service quality attributes and behavior intentions. Based on these results, future research on the relationship among food application service quality, perceived value, and post-purchase behavior intentions is needed.

  • Recently mobile service industry has grown very rapidly. In this paper, I investigated the changes in mobile service industry as well as new direction of human life in future global society. Under these changing market conditions, competition has been also changed into global and ecological competition. But compared to the platform initiatives and ecological strategies of global companies, Korean companies' vision of building ecosystems is still unclear. New directions of mobile service industry are smart phone oriented open market, UCC, QPS and cloud computing. As such, I investigate the structure of mobile service ecosystem in order to gain strategic implications and insights in this paper.

  • This study analyzes on localization plans to successfully enter ASEAN market more rapidly growing than over-saturated the Asian or North American mobile game markets based on the Vietnamese market. Vietnamese smartphone market is the fastest growing in ASEAN based on its young aged population of average 28.2 year-old and low 3G service charges. Considering one of the most common activities through smartphones is the mobile game, the smartphone demand increase can be forecasted to be based on the growth of Vietnamese game market. Global strategies for exporting products to the global market can be classified into 'standardization' and 'localization'. From among these, Korean game companies are making profits by localization plan. But the Vietnamese mobile game market still has entry barriers. Therefore, this study is to contribute to Korean mobile game companies' localization plans for the Vietnamese market by finding and supplementing limits of the Vietnamese mobile game market based on literatures and statistics materials.

Although Korea Ginseng Corporation was an undoubted market leader in the red ginseng market, it faced a new challenge in 2012 due to the changes in market environment. In order to keep its market leadership in a saturated and competitive market, the company decided to extend its product lines alongside the launches of new brands. • This study investigates the effect of market orientation of knowledge-based service suppliers on the sourcing process of service recipients. Focusing on a dyadic relationship between a supplier and a buyer, this study proposed a conceptual model of market orientation incorporating the antecedents and consequences of market orientation. This study empirically tested research hypotheses delineated from the conceptual framework. The present study revealed that the impact on the buyer's performance of the supplier's customer and competitor orientation turned out to be more influential than that of inter-departmental cooperation. Also these two dimensions of customer and competitor orientation played a positive role in reducing buyer's perceived risk and uncertainty related to the evaluation of services out-sourced. Interestingly enough, the supplier's perceived importance on the distance between the buyer and supplier remains important especially when the degree of buyer's market orientation is high. This finding is somewhat contrary to the fact that the geographic location of the buyer becomes less important for the internet-based B2B service providers. Based on the findings, this study suggested managerial implications and broadened the scope of academic research in the field of business services. Future research directions and the limitations of this study are also discussed.
