The bogies of railway vehicles are one of the most critical components for service. Fatigue defects in the bogie can be initiated for various reasons, such as material imperfection, welding defects, and unpredictable and excessive overloads during operation. To prevent the derailment of a railway vehicle, it is necessary to evaluate and detect the defect of a connection weldment between the car body and bogie accurately. The safety of the bogie weldment was checked using an ultrasonic test, and it is necessary to determine the occurrence of defects using a learning method. Recently, studies on deep learning have been performed to identify defects with a high recognition rate with respect to a fine and similar defect. In this paper, the databases of weldment specimens with artificial defects were constructed to detect the defect of a bogie weldment. The ultrasonic inspection using the wedge angle was performed to understand the detection ability of fatigue cracks. In addition, the convolutional neural network was applied to minimize human error during the inspection. The results showed that the defects of connection weldment between the car body and bogie could be classified with more than 99.98% accuracy using CNN, and the effectiveness can be verified in the case of an inspection.

The issue of spatial equity in public healthcare services is an important issue in rural areas with lower healthcare resources. This study investigates spatial accessibility to public healthcare services by public transport, focusing on bus travel in Yeoju-gun, Gyeonggi-do. We comprehensively analyzed the spatial patterns of accessibility using the measures based on spatial interaction, and compared them with the accessibility patterns by car travel. As a result of analysis, the spatial disparity between the central part of Yeoju-gun (lower accessibility) and its peripheries (higher accessibility) was identified. More specifically, the area and population of lower accessibility areas are greater than those of higher accessibility areas, and the difference in the accessibility values between higher and lower accessible areas is considerably large. Moreover, the accessibility patterns appears somewhat different according to two different travel modes. In particular, about 20% of the entire area presented the opposite patterns between two travel modes. Interestingly, less populated peripheral areas are more included in higher accessible areas by car.
Entry and exits of the rest area are sections where designed speed can be rapidly change and also a weak traffic safety section. In addition, two tasks can be performed simultaneously at entry of the rest area, particularly searching for deceleration and parking spaces/parking sides etc. Thus, design criteria is required in order to procure the stability of accessed vehicle. In case of Korea, geometric structure design criteria of entry facilities, such as toll-gate, interchange, junction etc was established. However there are no presence in a detailed standards for geometric structure of the rest area which affiliated road facilities. In this study, Derive problems in regards to the entry of geometric structure of resting areas by utilizing a sight survey and an investigation research of traffic accidents. The survey was targeting 135 general service areas. After Classifying the design section of resting areas' entry as well as derive design elements on each section, a speed measurement by targeting entry of rest areas and car behavior surveys were performed, then each element's minimum standard was derived through the analyses. According to the speeds at the starting/end point of entrance connector road, the minimum length of the entrance connector road is decided as 40m using Slowing-down length formula and based on the driving pattern, the range of the junction setting angle of the entrance connector road is defined as $12^{\circ}{\sim}17^{\circ}$. Suggest improvement plans for existing rest areas that can be applied realistically. This should be corresponded to the standards of entry and exit of developed rest areas.
The most great GPS is working on CNS(Car navigation System) and Personal terminal, but ocean has not been. First studied GPS is sailing to ship but We have been connivance that The ship is not need detail navigation. Lately, harbor facilities and transportation service in harbors are complication. We have need accurate ship navigation system. In this paper, author developed algorithms of ellipsoid conversion between WGS84 and BESSEL and develope algorithms of map projection between ellipsoid coordinate system, and plane cartesian system. Author used 3-parameter in covering ellipsoids and used TM and UTM projection in converting between ellipsoid and plane cartesian coordinate. And author analyzed errors through static surveying and dynamic surveying of GPS for proving accuracy of GPS sensor, Furthermore author analyzed deflection error of received position. Finally author developed real time ship navigation system using cheep GPS sensor.

In this study, we examined the distribution of dealers and the repair parts management system of a Japanese car manufacturer in the Chinese market in looking at the case of Toyota. We conducted our research by obtaining information from a GAC Toyota dealer about the current distribution of dealers and locations of warehouses throughout China, as well as the status of stocks and the distribution system for repair and maintenance parts. The results of our investigation showed that although GAC Toyota has 437 dealers throughout the country, there is an imbalance in distribution towards the coastal areas, after the population ratios and other measurements are factored in. Therefore, it can be said expansion towards the inland regions, where demand for automobiles has increased in recent years, has been stunted. On the other hand, there is a high correlation between gross GDP by region and the number of stores, and it can be pointed out that the company prioritizes the sale of high-priced vehicles in major coastal areas where the economy is large, rather than selling low-priced vehicles for inland consumers with a relatively small economic scale. The company also has difficulty in securing dealers that can provide sufficient after-sales service. According to the regulations of GAC Toyota, the company require dealers to have at least 1,500 repair and maintenance parts in stock. Also, when exchanging maintenance parts, GAC Toyota's emphasis is on increasing customer satisfaction by giving sufficient explanations for customers and obtaining consent from them. As a result, the company's dealers need financial resources to continue their business from a long-term perspective. However, it can be pointed out that such dealers are limited, and it is difficult to distribute profits among manufacturers and dealers.
This study was performed to investigate the necessity and the features of adequate services of home visiting physical therapy for chronic ill patients. The study subjects were physical therapist visited in Taejon for Korea Physical Therapy Association Seminar on March 19, 2000. This study analyzes the influence factors on elderly pedestrian accident. Elderly people are easy to be badly injured by car accidents compared to younger people. Therefore, various plans and measures are required to protect elderly pedestrian from accidents. However, pedestrian accidents studies only focused on microscopic factors such as attribute of driver, pedestrian, road design. In order to prevent pedestrian accident and reduce the severity of the accident, not only microscopic factors but macroscopic variables such as urban planning and facility should be considered. In this regard, this study develops an ordered probit model introduced the characteristics of urban facility which were not considered in the previous studies. The result shows that there is higher level of accident severity in such areas as large commercial area, well-developed area with transportation infrastructure service and non-pedestrian safety zone. Thus, various and appropriate countermeasures should be prepared in order that pedestrian accident can be prevented in the areas mentioned above. In addition to the aforementioned variables, it is revealed that other variables including vehicle speed, gender and age of pedestrian, weather condition, type of vehicle, etc. partly affect the severity of pedestrian accident.

When the trains runs at a high speed in the tunnel, passengers feel a pain in the ear that fast pressure fluctuation inside the tunnel being delivered with pressure fluctuation inside the passenger car. These phenomena are called "aural discomfort". Aural discomfort increase the passengers' uncomfort so that it is decreased a service level and serious case, it is able to damage the ear of the passenger. therefore aural discomfort must be considered the high-speed railroad tunnel cross-section design. To solve the problem of aural discomfort in a railway tunnel, some countries have standards on aural discomfort. It has been studied that different countries have different standards on aural discomfort. For that reason, the criteria of aural discomfort was reviewed through the standards of Kyungbu HSR line and different countries in this paper. And then Numerical Analysis of the Characteristics with tunnel cross-section change has been used for the selection of the optimum cross-section of Honam. The numerical analysis results were compared to field test results in order to verifying the reliability of the numerical analysis.
The KHCM procedure is a micro level analysis at signalized intersections requiring a lot of input variables and complex computations. The research was to investigate the possibility of simplifying the analysis procedures by using the generalized or the combined variables that less influence on the adjusted traffic volume and through-car equivalents of left or right turns. It was also tried to make lane grouping into directional flow ratio(v/s) based on a field surveys. The maximum and minimum values of each variables were compared with each other through the KHCM analysis procedures in terms of control delay. The lane grouping and the synthetical influence of a simplified method was evaluated with the scenario built in prevailing maximum and minimum conditions. The study showed that the control delay was not significantly sensitive to the selected variables and the lane grouping and their synthetical influence as well.
