이번 연구는 소아 환자를 치료할 때 소아 진료 치과의사와 일반 진료 치과의사들에게 스트레스를 유발하는 원인과 직무 스트레스 정도에 대해 알아보고자 하였으며 66명의 소아진료 치과의사와 125명의 일반 진료 치과의사, 총 191명의 연구대상자를 통해 평가하였다. 소아 환자 치료 시 2개의 군 모두 환자의 협조도 부족에 의해 가장 높은 스트레스를 느꼈으며 이외에도 예후의 불확실성과 낮은 수가, 보호자의 협조도 부족 등에 의해 스트레스를 나타내었다. 또한 보호자의 협조도 부족과 예후의 불확실성에 의해 소아 진료 치과의사가 일반 진료 치과의사보다 유의하게 높은 스트레스를 받고 있었다(p < 0.05). 전반적 직무스트레스는 2개의 군 모두 환자, 시간, 직무 환경, 수입 관련 스트레스 순으로 높았으며 소아 진료 치과의사의 스트레스 정도가 더 낮았다. 직업적 번아웃은 '냉소주의'에서 2개의 군 모두 98% 이상이 번아웃을 보였으며 '정서적 소진'은 69% 이상이 번아웃을 보여 그 비율이 매우 높았다. 또한 '성취감 저하'는 번아웃의 비율이 낮았으며 소아 진료 치과의사가 일반 진료 치과의사에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 성취감을 나타내었다(p < 0.05). 이번 연구를 통해 2개의 군 모두 높은 직무 스트레스를 보였으며 이를 완화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 취약계층 어머니들이 만든 양육 공동체, '아해 사랑'에 대한 이야기이다. '아해 사랑'은 2009년부터 2013년 까지 '시소와 그네'의 '어머니 학교'에 참여했던 어머니들이 만든 양육 공동체로 본 연구에 참여한 어머니들은 1기~ 5기 어머니 51명 중 연구에 참여를 원하는 어머니 14명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구는 개인 및 집단 인터뷰, 영상자료 및 기타 데이터를 수집한 후, 내용 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 양육 공동체 '아해 사랑' 어머니들은 공동체 모임의 구성하고, 운영하는 과정에 어머니들은 '시소와 그네'의 '어머니 학교' 출신이라는 것에 대한 자부심이 있었으며, 양육 공동체 형성에 중요한 역할을 하였다. 어머니들은 친목도모, 정보공유, 유아들과 어머니들을 위한 봉사활동, 그리고 더 나은 양육을 위한 학습을 하였다. 어머니들은 양육 공동체 '아해 사랑'이 생각하고 반성하는 나로 바꿔주고, 어머니들과의 진정한 만남을 경험하고, 삶의 주도권을 회복하는 경험을 할 수 있었다고 인식하고 있었다. 본 연구는 취약계층 어머니들이 능동적으로 만든 양육 공동체에 대해 다루었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 생애사 연구로서 교직에서 은퇴한 유·초·중등의 남·여 교원의 삶을 통하여 은퇴의 의미와 적응과정을 탐색하여 교원 은퇴자들에게 개인적·사회적 필요가 무엇일지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 어린 시절의 성장 경험과 학창 시절의 경험은 학생에게 선한 영향을 주거나 하지 말아야 할 행위의 한계를 설정하는데 기여하는 등, 오롯이 본인의 직업 수행에 영향을 준 것을 알 수 있었다. 상호의존의 시기에 단순 직업인을 넘어서 사회와 국가에 봉사하는 데에 기여하였고, 교직 후반기에는 아픈 경험이 자원이었고 '생각을 바꾸니 세상이 바뀌었다'는 표현으로 깨달음을 얻었다고 하였다. 교원이 미치는 행위의 영향이 다른 직업과 달리 다수의 대상에게 미친다는 점에서 교원 은퇴자들에게는 은퇴 전의 직업에 대한 보람이나 만족감이 다른 직종과 대비될 정도로 컸다. 그러나 은퇴 후에 교원 은퇴자들은 무한 자유에 행복을 느끼면서도 소속감과 성취감 없는 삶에 심리적인 공허함을 느꼈다. 그리고 새로운 공부에 도전하며 삶의 이모작을 위한 끊임없는 전진을 하고 있었다.

본 논문은 가상현실을 기반으로 한 고령자용 치매 예방 기능성 게임 개발에 대해 기술한다. 게임의 개발에는 Unity 3D 엔진을 사용하였고, 가상현실 공간인 낚시터를 구현하였다. 게임의 대상자가 가상현실과는 상대적으로 친숙하지 않은 고령자인 점을 감안하여 VH HMD 장비에 쉽게 적응할 수 있도록 게임 내에서 플레이어의 움직임이 없도록 하였고, 조작에 있어서 어려움을 줄이기 위해 조작 버튼 개수를 최소화하였으며, 직관적인 게임 구성으로 거부감과 피로감을 줄였다. 또한, 게임 완료 후 별점을 부과하는 시스템으로 성취감을 주어 즐겁고 꾸준히 참여하도록 유도하였다. 개발된 게임은 전체적으로 메인, 인터페이스, 스테이지, 별점, TTS, 튜토리얼, 엔딩크레딧 등으로 이루어져 있다. 각 카테고리별 스테이지를 3단계로 나누어 하나의 통합 환경에서 구현하였고 VR HMD를 이용해 가상현실 내에서 기억력, 주의력, 판단력을 증진시킬 수 있는 게임을 진행할 수 있도록 되어 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of e - commerce technology characteristics and personal values on purchasing behavior by information security importance. The results of the empirical study that examined the university students in 2006 and 2016 are as follows. First, personal value is centered on personal values, such as self - esteem and self - esteem in 2006. In 2016, however, personal values such as self - fulfillment and personal relationship with others are important. Transactional ease and product service serve as the main value of the fun and pleasure of life, but the sense of accomplishment as the core value of information protection. Second, the technical characteristics of e-commerce are as follows. In terms of ease of transaction and product service, technology characteristics are simplified and directly effected over time. On the other hand, information protection works very closely with individual value, There was a strong tendency to enjoy benefits. Especially in 2006, if you want to enjoy transactional convenience through transaction information security or benefit from product service, it has been changed to recognize the importance of information security through payment in 2016.

Objectives: This study was conducted to provide a basic set of data on the correlation relationship between the internal external satisfaction and organizational commitment of dental hygienist. Methods: The research subjects were a total 264 numbers of dental hygienists in Busan and Gyeongnam. The study was conducted from July 1 to August 30, 2016. Structured questionnaires were used for analysis. The collected data was analyzed using IBM SPSS. Statistics 20.0. Results: Job satisfaction according to general characteristics showed high internal satisfaction and external satisfaction in age and prime duty, and internal satisfaction in career. The factors affecting organizational commitment were sub-factors of job satisfaction, external satisfaction and internal satisfaction. Conclusions: The atmosphere composition must be to improve that in the dental clinic, the dental hygienist's scope of work, autonomy, and sense of accomplishment through job the organizational commitment of the dental hygienists. This should be supported by the effective management of human resources, salary structure and the improvement of the system.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of synchronous induction programs on new fire-training students' grits and learning outcomes. The research target selected 108 new firefighters from Fire & Marine School. 108 is composed of 54 experimental and control groups and isexecuted once a week, 60 minutes per session, and 10 sessions of synchronous inducement program.The research tools used grids to conduct pre- and post-test, and the mid-term and final-term tests were compared and analyzed. The data analysis was conducted using the SPS 22.0 program.The results showed that the motivational program showed statistically significant differences in the grids and had a significant impacton the final exam results of new firefighters. So, you have a passion for long-term goals and a passion for long-term goals. Research will need to be conducted continuously to raise the level of effort and provide fire-fighting school programs that can help with academic achievement.

Purpose: This phenomenological study is aimed at illuminating the lived experiences of newly-qualified nurses who working in general hospitals in C province. Method: The data was collected through unstructured, in-depth interviews with 10 new nurses from April to June 2001, and analysed by Colazzi' methodology. Results: Thematic content analysis identified 6 central themes in this experience-difficulties m making interpersonal relationship, negative feelings, fatigue and unskilled work performance, self-reflection, a sense of accomplishment, identity formation as a nurse. Also, this themes were constructed into 6 constructs explaining new nurses' experience. The results may contribute to a better understanding of what new nurses experienced and how their negative conflicts could be managed. Conclusion: New nurses need to get more education and supportive empowerment regarding diverse conflicts during training period. Educational programs like a preceptorship or individual counselling should be developed and adopted to all clinical settings.

It suggests a closet design for infants in consideration of space utilization, furniture arrangement, and goods storage by integrating a baby's closet and toy chest, which was used for storage of baby's toys and play instrument. For this, it conducted and analyzed data research on the infants' toy chests in the domestic and overseas market and based on such approach, the colors that helped development of infants' cognition and emotion were selected while suggesting familiar animal characters for infants. Without considering separate arrangement of furniture and toy chest within limited space, it allowed space utilization and provided enough storing space. Also, the attached ball casters enabled easy carry of the closet and with this function, it helps infants arrange and store goods by themselves so that making them feel a sense of accomplishment. For effective spatial utilization as well as security of its genuine storage function, the closet and toy chest were combined in this study. Thus, it is believed that development of such multifunctional furniture will suggest the direction of researches on domestic furniture development that are conducted to maximize utilization of residential space for the people living today.

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the relationships among new nurses' meaning of work, organizational commitment, professional self-image, and retention intention through path analysis. Methods: The participants were 872 nurses with less than a year of clinical experience working at general or tertiary hospitals over 500 beds in Korea. The data were collected using structured questionnaires from May 15, 2021 to June 28, 2021, and analysis was conducted using SPSS/WIN 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Results: Retention intention was explained by meaning of work, organizational commitment, and professional self-image, its explanatory power was 46.5%. The mediating effect of professional self-image was found on the relationship between meaning of work and retention intention. Conclusion: To encourage the retention intention among new nurses, an environment where new nurses can set a high value on the meaning of work and sense of accomplishment should be created, and a strategy to improve organizational commitment and professional self-image should be established.
