An enterprise must achieve both a sound organizational management and effective development of individual members while maintaining a balanced approach. Relative to this, there is a research field dubbed as Organizational Activation. However, there is a necessity to clarify various factors required for organizational activation and to propose a methodology for organization management. This study is an attempt to create a model from an organization-a University Seminar Class-and agents therein-the Students and the Teacher-with an assumed goal of advancing together toward the students' self-growth. The model is expressed on two dimensional planes with vectors through a computer. Vectors are composed of the growth, demand, member, hindrance and student vectors. These vectors provide data to the mathematical model for a simulation. Each agent provided the individual information from the questionnaire-conducted to 169 university students. From the analysis data and extrapolations, this study was able to craft a guideline for future seminar activity. It also examines the possibility of assimilation of the Questionnaire Approach and that of the Computational Organization Theory approach. Finally, this study discusses the future possibility of application of the Assimilated Method for research and development, and for project management.

This paper introduces the Interactive Power Electronics Seminar - iPES - a new software package for teaching of fundamentals of power electronic circuits and systems. iPES is constituted by HTML text with Java applets for interactive animation, circuit design and simulation and visualization of electromagnetic fields and thermal issues in power electronics. It does comprise an easy-to-use self-explaining graphical user interface. The software does need just a standard web-browser, i.e. no installations are required. iPES can be accessed via the World Wide Web or from a CD-ROM in a stand-alone PC by students and professionals. Due to the underlying software technology iPES is very flexible and could be used for on-line learning and could easily be integrated into an e-learning platform. The aim of this paper Is to give an introduction to the iPES-project and to show the different areas covered. The e- learning software is available at no costs at $\underline{www.ipes.ethz.ch}$ in English, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Spanish. The project is still under development and the web page is updated in about 4 weeks intervals.

This thesis is a study of "Ethics Seminar VII of Psychoanalysis" that Jacques Lacan (1901~1981) has the most attachment to.A translated version has not yet been released in Korea. The original French and English translations of Lacan Seminar VII were used for the study version. Lacan introduces an important concept in a seminar on the ethics of psychoanalysis. In German, it is 'das Ding'. It is translated as 'big thing' in Korean. Lacan introduces the term in French as 'La Chose'. In English, it is The Thing. "Big things" are also things that my mother gave me when I was young. It can also be interpreted as a loss of childhood that is not completely resolved. Therefore, Lacan' subject refers to develops a lifelong journey to recover the lost object. Lacan presents this point as the starting point of the psychoanalytic ethics. We try to re-examine the issue of ethics by tracing 'das Ding' as a lost place in the main article. First, We will look at the origins of das Ding. Second, through the relationship between love and das Ding, We will discuss who tries to fill Ding's void. Third, We will try to interpret the relationship between American ego psychology and das Ding in Lacan's scheme. Lastly, a posthumous subject will be dealt with through the play 'Mugunghwa has bloomed.'

Where temperature permits plant growth, the existence of plants is controlled chiefly by the water availability. Without water, plants cannot grow, and man and animals cannot survive. With too much water, plant growth is also rather limited due partly to oxygen deficit in root zone (Ro et al., 1995). The objective of this seminar is to discuss the most important aspects of water management in relation to crop production and environmental conservation. (omitted)

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the (Toeplitz) quadrature method for solving fredholm integral equations of the second kind with mildly singular kernels. We are presented some numerical examples for the computation of the error estimate using the MathCad package.

The purpose of this paper is to obtain the solution of Fredholm-Volterra integral equation with singular kernel in the space $L_2(-1, 1)\times C(0,T), 0 \leq t \leq T< \infty$, under certain conditions,. The numerical method is used to solve the Fredholm integral equation of the second kind with weak singular kernel using the Toeplitz matrices. Also the error estimate is computed and some numerical examples are computed using the MathCad package.

본 논문에서는 전력전자분야의 교육과 자가학습에 활용될 수 있는 소프트웨어인 'iPES-Interactive Power Electronics Seminar'를 소개한다. iPES는 HTML 텍스트로 구성되었고 자바 애플릿이 포함되어서 전력전자회로 및 전기기기시스템을 친화적인 만화와 시뮬레이션으로 이해할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 이를 구동하기 위해서는 표준 웹브라우저만 있으면 사용이 가능하며 별도의 소프트웨어를 필요로 하지 않는 다는 특징이 있다. iPES는 www.ipes.ethz.cz에 접속하면 되고 한국어로도 사용이 가능하다. 본 자료는 Kolar 교수와 공동 협의로 APEC '2002에 발표된 자료를 기초로 국내 관련분야 전문가들에게 소개하고자 작성되었으며 지면관계상 그림 예를 포함하지 못하였다.
