아동이 지각한 부모의 기대와 자아존중감 및 성취동기가 아동의 학교 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Children's Perceptions of Parental Expectations, Self-Esteem, and Achievement Motivation on School Happiness)

  • A total of 378 $4^{th}$ and $5^{th}$ grade elementary school students (194 boys and 184 girls) participated in a study investigating the direct and indirect effects (through self-esteem and/or achievement motivation) of children's perceptions of parental expectations on school happiness. First, parental expectations did not have a direct effect on children's levels of school happiness. Second, parental expectations did not have an indirect effect on children's school happiness through self-esteem. Children who perceived higher levels of parental expectations showed higher levels of self-esteem, but the path from children's self-esteem to school happiness was not significant. Third, parental expectations had an indirect effect on children's levels of school happiness through achievement motivation. Children who perceived higher levels of parental expectations showed higher levels of achievement motivation, and children with higher levels of achievement motivation reported higher levels of school happiness. Finally, parental expectations indirectly influenced children's school happiness through self-esteem and achievement motivation. These findings suggest that both environmental and individual factors need to be considered together to more comprehensively explain children's levels of school happiness.

자기 개발 훈련이 일선 간호 관리자의 인간 관계와 내재적 모티베이션에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self Development Training on the Human Relationship and Intrinsic Motivation of the First-Line Nurse Managers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Self-Development training on the Human Relationship and Intrinsic Motivation for first-line nurse managers. Method: This was an empirical study on the Human Relationship and Intrinsic Motivation of Self Development Training. The researcher developed a new Self-Development Training Program, and the two-hour long training session was performed twice a week for each group. The program was performed for 4 session in two weeks. The subjects consisted with 24 nurse managers from C University Hospital in Seoul, Korea. The subjects were divided into two groups for the training. Two weeks before and 4 weeks after the training, subjects completed questionnaires that measured Human Relationship and Intrinsic Motivation. Analysis was completed by using SPSS PC 10.0 for percentile, mean, standard deviation and paired t-test. Result: The results of this study showed that Self-Development Training Program resulted in a significant effects on the Human Relationship. But the Intrinsic Motivation was not significantly affected by the program. Conclusion: This Self-Development training program had a positive effect on the Human Relationship and Intrinsic Motivation.

The Influence of Self-Directed Learning and Learning Commitment on Learning Persistence Intention in Online Learning: Mediating Effect of Learning Motivation

  • This is a descriptive investigative study which attempts to confirm the mediating effect of learning motivation in the relationship between self-directed learning, learning commitment, and learning persistence intention of university students in an online learning environment. The questionnaires were randomly distributed online and the agreed questionnaires were retrieved, with a total of 338 copies used for analysis. The following is the summary of the findings. First, there were significant differences in learning persistence intention according to general characteristics depending on age, major, part-time job, and academic level. Second, the results showed a positive correlation between self-directed learning, learning commitment, learning motivation, and learning persistence intentions of the subjects were statistically significant. Third, after checking the mediating effect of learning motivation in relation to self-directed learning, learning commitment and learning motivation, the learning motivation has a partial mediating effect on learning and 23% explanatory power, and the learning commitment was found to have a complete mediating effect on the impact of learning motivation on learning intentions with 21% explanatory power. Based on these results, it is necessary to provide a more diverse educational environment, such as operating a motivation semester program that can improve learning motivations along with learning commitment, and the use of a variety of contents that can focus the learner's interest or attention.

농촌지역 고혈압노인을 위한 동기강화 자가관리프로그램의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Motivation-enhancing Self-management Program for Rural Aged with Hypertension)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop a motivation-enhancing self-management program and apply to rural aged with hypertension to evaluate the applicability of the Program. Methods: The motivation-enhancing self-management program was on the evidence of Orem's self-care theory and Ford's Motivational system theory which consists of group education and tele-coaching conducted 12-week. The program evaluation was done by structured questionnaires of motivation (self-efficacy, perceived benefit, perceived barrier and emotional salience), self-care and blood pressure. There were totally 31 aged with hypertension in 2 rural areas enrolled in the program. Results: There was only perceived benefit statistically significant between the intervention and control group (t=2.05, p=.04) and self-care level was no difference between the two groups (t=0.21, p=.84) after program. But there are statistically significant differences of systolic blood pressure between the intervention and control group(t=-2.62, p=.01). Conclusion: The motivation-enhancing self-management program is necessary for the rural aged with hypertension, but it's needed modify and revise in the future study.

치위생과 학생의 자아존중감과 학습동기의 관계에 대한 우울의 매개효과 (The mediation effect of depression between self-esteem and academic motivation in dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of self-esteem on academic motivation, and the mediating effect of depression in dental hygiene students. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 401 dental hygiene students for 2 weeks in June, 2014 in Ulsan and Daegu. The data were analyzed by a descriptive analyses, Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis and Sobel test. Results : Self-esteem had a significant influence on academic motivation and self-esteem had a significant influence on depression in the dental hygiene students. Conclusions : Depression had a partial mediation effect on the self-esteem and academic motivation.

  • Today, the problem of interrational competition has been strongly appeared and as the deflation is deep occasionally, it is sure that granting autonomous motivation of businessman or importance of self development is proposed especially. Conclusion This theory will be developed by classification as above. Reflecting many times and experiencing a skill for himself, he should teach his men the skill. There are some men not to be able to talk with, but a businessman should make his surroundings cheerful with granting autonomous motivation. If he understands the men of his surroundings with his positive attitude, all tasks of him will be achieved. Formation of question consciousness that he can study always, is needed on which is the important task in himself.

틱톡(Tik Tok) 이용자의 연애유형이 연애 동영상의 이용 동기, 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Tik Tok Users' Love Types on Love Videos' Motivation and User Satisfaction)

  • Based on the love styles theory used in psychology, this paper classifies users(Passionate Love, Game-playing Love, Friendship Love, Practical Love, Possessive Love, Altruistic Love) and investigates satisfaction with the motivation for using TikTok love videos(Entertainment, Social Relationship, Love skills-learning, Self-verification, Problem-solving) according to the theory of use and satisfaction. First, 414 users were selected to conduct TikTok surveys to collect data. Then, through the analysis of the research results, among the six love types, game-playing type and possessive type have a positive (+) impact on entertainment motivation and love skill-learning motivation. Game-playing type also have a positive (+) impact on social relationship motivation and self-verification motivation. In addition, altruistic type and possessive type are also factors to strengthen the motivation of self-verification. The altruistic type, possessive type and practical type will improve the problem-solving motivation. Finally, through hierarchial multiple regression analysis, it is confirmed that game-playing love type, entertainment motivation, love skill-learning motivation and self-verification motivation can improve user satisfaction. The above results enrich the research of user classification as well as providing inspiration for improving the quality and communication efficiency of TikTok's video and enhancing user experience.

간호대학생의 대인관계유능성, 자기결정성동기가 자기조절학습능력에 미치는 영향 (The Influences on the Self-Regulated Learning Ability due to Nursing Students' Interpersonal Competence and Self-Determination Motivation)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 대인관계유능성, 자기결정성동기, 자기조절학습능력과의 관계를 규명하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 이를 위해 C도에 소재하는 대학의 간호학과 학생들을 대상으로 2018년 6월부터 7월까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 부적절한 응답지를 제외한 251명의 설문지를 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대인관계 유능성(r=.361, p<.001)과 자기결정성동기(r=.466, p<.001)는 자기조절학습능력과 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 대인관계유능성과 자기결정성동기의 상관관계는 유의하지 않았다(r=.091, p=.148). 대인관계유능성과 자기결정성동기는 자기조절학습능력에 유의한 영향을 주는 요인이었으며, 설명력은 38.7%이었다. 본 연구를 통해서 확인된 결과를 바탕으로 대인관계유능성과 자기결정성동기를 강화시키고, 자기조절학습능력을 향상시키는 관련요인들을 분석하여 요인들의 융합을 통한 새로운 교육법 개발을 위한 연구가 시도되어야 할 것이다.

척수손상 환자의 재활 동기에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the motivation for Rehabilitaion in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for nursing interventions to promote rehabilitation motivation by identifying the influencing factors of motivating rehabilitation intention in patients with spinal cord injury. The data were collected using self-reported questionnaires and questionnaires by postal mail services, from September 1 through the October 6, 2002. A total of 148 questionnaires were completed and returned. The instrument developed by Han, Hye Sook(2001) was used to measure the rehabilitation motivation, and depression, family support, participation of self-help group, self-esteem, and self-efficacy were measured to test the variables influencing the rehabilitation motivation. Using SPSS WIN 10.0, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA. Turkey inspection, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis was conducted. The results of the study are as follows: The rehabilitation motivation score ranged from 30 to 100, and the average was $76.78(\pm12.40)$. In terms of the types of motivation, mean task-oriented motivation score was $23.28(\pm3.39)$, change-oriented motivation $22.25(pm3.16)$, obligatory motivation $9.90(\pm2.02)$, external motivation $9.85(\pm1.89)$, and mean amotivation score was $11.50(\pm1.94)$. The scores for the rehabilitation motivation was significantly associated with the time elapsed since injury, economic status, and the degrees of disability. Significant correlations were found between the rehabilitation motivation and the time elapsed since injury(r=-0.222, p=0.007), self-efficacy(r=0.204, p=0.013), depression(r=-0.210, p=0.010). and the economic status(r=-0.189, p=0.022). The variables that can predict the rehabilitation motivation included the time elapsed since injury, and self-efficacy. These variables accounted for $12.8\%$ of the variance of the rehabilitation motivation. In conclusion, the factors influencing the rehabilitation motivation in patients with spinal cord injury were found to be the time elapsed since injury, self-efficacy, depression, and the economic status of the patient, Accordingly, nursing interventions which could alleviate patients' depression and enhance self-efficacy should be designed to motivate rehabilitation. Before planning nursing interventions for patients with spinal cord injury, needs assessment should be conducted including the assessment of patients' economic status and time elapsed since injury.

치과위생사의 자기결정성동기가 직무열의에 미치는 영향 및 보상 만족도의 조절효과 (Effect of Self-determination Motivation on Job Engagement and the Moderating Effect of Compensation Satisfaction in Dental Hygienists)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was two-fold: to identify the effect of dental hygienist's self-determination motivation on their job engagement and to analyze the moderating effect of compensation satisfaction that affect the relevance. Methods : Data were collected using a structured self-report questionnaire administered to 260 dental hygienists working in dental hospitals and clinics in Busan, South Korea. These were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26.0 and SPSS Process Macro 3.5. A frequency analysis, including the respondents' general characteristics, frequency, percentages, and standard deviations, was performed. A regression analysis was also performed using SPSS Process Macro to verify the moderating effect of compensation satisfaction in the effect of self-determination motivation on job engagement. Results : The self-determination motivation of the dental hygienists had a statistically significant positive effect on their job engagement, which was the dependent variable. Higher intangible compensation satisfaction levels led to a stronger effect of intrinsic motivation but a weaker effect of extrinsic motivation on job engagement. Moreover, higher tangible compensation satisfaction levels strengthened the effect of intrinsic motivation on job engagement. Conclusion : Recently, the demand for oral health care has been increasing, Competition in the dental medical service market warrants, high-quality dental services based on accurate diagnosis and treatment. In this context, dental hygienists' job engagement must be improved. For this purpose, increasing the satisfaction of dental hygienists with self-determination motivation and appropriate compensation is effective. In addition, attention must be paid to the moderating effect of compensation satisfaction on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and job engagement. On the basis of the implications of this study, the results can be used as basic data for improving dental hygienists' welfare system and manpower management.
