작은도서관 운영평가 지표 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Evaluation Indicators for Small Library Operations)

  • 기존에 개발되어 활용되고 있는 평가지표는 비효율적 배점 구성과 실제 작은도서관 환경과 괴리된 평가항목 및 세부지표 그리고 작은도서관 정책 마련에 필요한 기초자료로서 가치 미비 등의 측면에서 개선할 필요가 있다. 따라서 피평가자인 작은도서관의 요구를 반영하여 정량평가에 의한 계량적 평가뿐만 아니라 작은도서관의 기본적 목적과 가치를 평가할 수 있는 정성적 평가를 포함하는 작은도서관 운영평가 지표(안)을 제안하였다. 제안한 작은도서관 운영평가 지표(안)은 평가방법 및 세부지표의 평가척도 다변화를 통해 작은도서관 자체 운영점검과 수준을 가늠할 수 있는 자기점검을 위한 평가가 되도록 하였다.

Improved Self-Esteem in Women with Hearing Impairment after Horticultural Therapy and Subjects' Program Preference

  • This study was conducted to determine the effects of horticultural therapy on self-esteem of women with hearing impairment. Ten women with hearing impairment registered in the Mokpo Branch of the Korean Association of the Deaf participated in the horticultural therapy programs (HTP) for self-esteem. The self-esteem scale was used to evaluate the effects of the programs and scores were compared to determine the difference before and after the programs. Self-esteem was improved in all 10 subjects, and its mean value increased with statistical significance from 22.5 points before the programs to 29.8 points after the programs. The programs preferred by women with hearing impairment included 'making a centerpiece using scented candles and flowers', 'packing and planting pot spray chrysanthemum', 'making a topiary', 'planting Hedera helix', and 'planting cyclamen'. Therefore, it was suggested that self-esteem of women with hearing impairment were improved by increasing social and family support, emotional stability, positive feedback, and self-expression through horticultural therapy programs.

부산지역 양호교사의 업무분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the analysis of activities of t?e 5.H.T. (5.H.T. in Pusan City))

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the general characteristics of school health teachers, the status of school health resources and the degrees of self-confident performance for the 124 school health teachers in Pusan City. Data was collected by means of questionaires from Aug. 1986 to Mar. 1987. The data were analyzed by use of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson-correlation coefficient. The results of this study were as follows: 1 . General Characteristics of School Health Teachers (SHT) 1) The average of age of the SHT was 32.8 years old and 39.5% of them were from 30 to 34 years old. 2) The average for school nursing experience of the SHT was 7.9 years and 37.9% of them were from 5 to 9 years. 3) The 45.2% of them have not the clinical experience. 4) The 74.2% of them were graduated from the 3 years college of nursing. 2. Status of school health resources and nursing activities. 1) The average of student number was 2497.3 and class number was 45.2. 2) The average of school health budget was 1039000 won and 27.7% of school health budget expended on examination cost. 3) Only 29.0% of all schools have organization for school health. 4) The 84.7% of all schools have health clinic separately and 69.1% of schools have less than $33m^2$ sized. 5) The average of clinic visitor number was 2111.8 for 1 year. 6) Major problem was on digestive system. And other problems were skin, respiratory, musculo-skeletal system and dental problem. 7) The number of literal message was 14.4 times for 1 year. 3. The degree of the school health teachers' self-confidence. 보건소 간호사의 분권화, 의사결정 참여 및 조직몰입의 관계 (Relationship between Public Health Nurse's Decentralization, Participation of Decision-making and Organizational Commitment)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between public health nurse's decentralization, participation of decision-making and organizational commitment and to provide basic data for the improvement of public health nurse's organizational effectiveness. Data were collected from Aug. 1 to Aug. 30, 1998 (collection rate-96%) through questionnaires by 163 public health nurses working in Taejon and Chungnam. The instruments were used Van de Ven and Ferry's Job Authority scale, Hage and Aiken's Hierarchy of Authority scale. Participation of Decision-making scale. and Mowday's Organizational Commitment Questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS PC+. The results were as follows 1. There were significant differences of age(P<.05), career, spending time for major study, and experience who called expert(P<.01) to decentralization. 2. There were significant differences of career (P<.05), educational level, and spending time for major study(P<'OOl) to participation of decision-making. 3. There were significant differences of career. spending time for D1ajor study, self-evaluation to specialty(P<.01) and experience who called expert (P<.001) to organizational commitment. 4. 1) A significant correlation was found between decentralization and self-evaluation to specialty (P<.05), age, career, spending time for major study, and experience who called expert (P<.01.). 2) A significant correlation was found between participation of decision-making and self-eval-uation to specialty(P<.05), age, career, spending time for major study, experience to call expert, and decentralization (P<.01). 3) A significant correlation was found between organizational commitment and age(P<.05). career. spending time for major study, self-eval-uation to specialty, experience who called expert. decentralization, and participation of decision-making (P<.01). 5. Decentralization w·as the best predictor of or ganizational commitment(17%), also experience who called expert, self-evaluation to specialty explained the organizational commitment.

치과에 내원한 젊은 성인의 교정치료의 필요성과 자기 인식간의 관계 (Associations between normative and self-perceived orthodontic treatment needs in young-adult dental patients)

  • Objective: Our aim was to determine the correlation between dental treatment need as assessed by the components of the index of orthodontic treatment need (IOTN) and a self-evaluation questionnaire in a population selected from the dental clinics of Shiraz, Iran. Methods: The dental treatment needs of 240 participants (120 men and 120 women) were measured on the basis of the IOTN dental health component (IOTN-DHC), IOTN aesthetic component (IOTN-AC), IOTN AC determined by the examiner (IOTN-ACE), and a self-evaluation questionnaire (SEQ). The correlations between the treatment needs assessed by all the methods as well as the correlations of the treatment needs with age and gender were assessed using a Spearman's correlation coefficient (${\alpha}$ = 0.01). Results: All methods were significantly correlated ($p{\leq}0.001$). The associations of IOTN-ACE with IOTN-DHC and SEQ were moderately significant (rho = 0.49 and 0.41, respectively). The associations of IOTN-AC with IOTN-DHC and SEQ were weakly significant (rho = 0.24 and 0.35, respectively). The IOTN-DHC was moderately associated with SEQ (rho = 0.53). Gender and age were not associated with treatment needs estimated by any of the methods used ($p$ > 0.06). Conclusions: The correlations between the self-evaluation and the IOTN components in young adults were close to those reported in children, and IOTN-ACE was more reliable than IOTN-AC.

광촉매-분산 실리카 함침 콘크리트의 내구성 및 정화성능 평가 (Evaluation of Durability and Self-clearing in Concrete Impregnated with Photocatalyst-colloidal Silica)

  • 콘크리트는 장기간 사용환경에 노출되면서 다양한 표면열화과정을 거친다. 실리케이트 기반 함침제는 콘크리트 표면에 적용되어 불용성 수화물을 형성하는데, 이 과정에서 다양한 공학적 장점을 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구는 분산형 실리케이트를 사용하여 표면의 내구성능을 강화하고 이후 광촉매를 분무함으로서 표면 함침된 콘크리트의 자기정화능력을 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위해 실리케이트 함침 콘크리트에 대하여 압축강도 뿐 아니라, 흡수성, 건조 수축, 염소이온저항성, 황산저항성, 동결융해 저항성 등과 같은 내구성 실험이 수행되었다. 또한 아세트 알데이드 및 메틸렌블루 반응 평가를 통하여 독성카스의 제거와 자기정화성능을 평가하였다. 실리케이트 함침 후 광촉매 도포를 함으로서 광촉매의 부착성을 확보할 수 있었으며, 콘크리트의 내구성 개선과 광촉매 고유의 정화성능을 유지할 수 있었다.

지역사회 고혈압환자 영양교육의 효과 평가 (Evaluation of the Effectiveness of a Nutrition Education Program for Hypertensive Patients at the Community Level)

  • Hypertension is the major risk factor for cardiovascular disease which is considered the leading cause of death in Korea. Since nonpharmarologic dietary intervention is recommended as the first step in the management of hypertension, evaluation of intervention programs is needed to formulate strategies for improving patients' dietary adherence. This study was designed to evaluate the overall effectiveness of a hypertension nutrition education program (HNEP) at a public health center, by assessing changes in nutrition knowledge, food attitude, self-efficacy, dietary behavior, and nutrient intake after program completion. An HNEP was conducted in Suwon city for 5 months in 1999 by a public health center. The program provided 3 sessions of group education with individual nutrition counseling. Thirty-five patients participated fully in the program out of 62 enrollees. Data about nutrition knowledge, food attitude, self-efficacy, dietary behavior, and intake (24-hour recall) were collected before (baseline) and after the program. Post program results indicate the following : 1) nutrition knowledge and perception of importance of nutrition significantly increased, 2) food attitudes also improved, 3) the self-efficacy for maintaining a low salt diet was increased significantly, whereas self-efficacy for maintaining a low fat diet or dietary guidelines was not improved, 4) frequency of intake of processed food, animal fat, and sweets as well as frequency of dining out were significantly reduced, 5) nutrient intake was not improved after the program, 6) the most serious barrier for participating in the program and practicing diet therapy was lack of time and willingness. In conclusion, it appears that HNEP might improve food attitudes, individual perceptions and self-efficacy for desirable eating behavior, but it might not improve dietary intake. It follows then, that a long term intervention program may need to increase effectiveness of patient dietary adherence.

자기적응형 소프트웨어를 위한 목표 기반의 외부상황 평가 기법 (Goal-based Evaluation of Contextual Situations for Self-adaptive Software)

  • 기존의 컴퓨팅 패러다임에서 개발자들은 잘 정의되고 고정된 실행 환경을 가정하고 소프트웨어를 설계하였다. 그러나 실제 실행 환경은 복잡하기 때문에 발생되는 상황들을 완벽하게 분석하는 것은 불가능하다. 그로 인해서 원하는 입력 값만을 가정하고 구현한 소프트웨어는 실행 중에 실패(failure)가 발생되기 쉽다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 자기적응형 소프트웨어(self-adaptive software)는 예상하지 못한 상황에 대해서 적응하여 실행 중의 실패가 발생되는 것을 막을 수 있다. 이를 위해 자기적응형 소프트웨어는 우선 적응의 필요성을 판별하기 위해서 실행 중에 외부 상황을 평가해야 한다. 기존의 연구들은 외부 상황의 문제를 판별하기 위한 추상화(abstraction) 기법을 제공하지 않는다. 따라서 외부 환경이 복잡해짐에 따라서 문제 자체를 판별하는 데에 한계가 발생된다. 그리고 판별 가능한 외부 상황 문제의 확장성을 지원하지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위한 기법으로 목표(goal) 기반의 외부 상황 평가 기법을 제안한다.

MZ세대의 제페토와 로블록스 패션 아이템 구매의사결정과정에 관한 연구 - 자아 표현을 중심으로 - (A Study on Fashion Item Purchase Decision-Making Process of ZEPETO and Roblox of MZ Generation - Focused on Self-expression -)

  • This study aims to analyze consumers' purchase decision-making process of buying avatar fashion items on the Metaverse platform. Drawing on the connection between the self-expression tendency of the MZ generation and that of avatars in the Metaverse, this study uses a qualitative research method to analyze how consumers express their self-image through the appearance of their avatars. Unlike previous studies on the clothing purchase decision-making process, this study shows that purchasing and consumption behavior involve the following six stages: recognizing desire, collecting information, evaluating alternatives, making purchases, evaluating the consumption, and post-purchase action-taking. In the first stage of the purchase decision-making process, consumers' desire arises with self-image expression and confirmation. In the second stage, consumers have a high tendency to shop in the best item category. In the alternative evaluation stage, consumers tend to seek items that match their highest standard while considering their personal preferences. In the fourth stage, when making actual purchases, unplanned purchase behavior often occurs along with an active practice of alternative evaluation. In the fifth stage, the evaluation of the consumption shows that consumers achieve satisfaction by applying a style to their avatars that they are unable to try in the real world. In the last stage, consumers often use their purchases to communicate their various styles with other online consumers. Therefore, we conclude that the online purchase decision-making process differs from the offline process as it is divided into six stages.

일부 간호대학생의 자아개념과 임상실습만족도와의 관계 (Study on Self-Concept and Satisfaction of Clinical Practice)

  • This study attempted to analyze and confirm the correlation between self-concept and the degree of satisfaction on clinical practice. The subjects of the survey were 194 junior and senior students selected from S universities by questionaire from Nov. 1 to Nov. 30, 1983 in Seoul. The collected data was analyzed by t-test, AN-OVA, Pearson correlation according to purpose of study. The results were as follows: 1. Self-concept by religion was significant (F = 4.51, df=4/185, p= .002). 2. In the motives of selecting the nursing, most of students chose the nursing depending on their altruism(62.9%), ability and aptitude(57.7%) and better opportunity of studying abroad and Setting a job(49.5%) respectively. 3. The degree of clinical practice satisfaction was low as 2.80 of a total score 4.0. The degree of satisfaction of contents(3.33) revealed to be high. Compared with the degree of satisfaction on instruction(2.77), practice hours(2.83), practice environment (3.65), and clinical evaluation(2.60) revealed to be low. Religion and choice order of the admission were not significant in satisfaction of clinical practice(t=.37, p=.715). The main hypothesis that“The more positive self concept will be, the higher the degree of satisfaction on clinical practice will be”was not supported (r= .0509, p=.240). The first sub-hypothesis that“The more positive the cognitive self-concept will be, the higher the degree of satisfaction will be”was partially supported. Because favorite-isolated self-concept was significantly correlated with the satisfaction (r=.1189, P=.005). The second sub·hypothesis that“The more positive the evaluational self-concept will be, the higher the degree of satisfaction on clinical practice will be”was not supported. As a above results, self-concept was not influenced to the degree of satisfaction on clinical practice, therefore it is required that environment, instruction method and evaluation for clinical practice should be refined and improved by clinical administrators and nursing faculties for nor-sing student's satisfaction on clinical practice.
