그린콘텐츠 개념을 적용한 정신장애 치료게임 연구 (A Study on The Disturbed's Healing Games of Green Contents Concept)

  • 지금까지 우리나라의 기능성게임 개발은 정상인을 위한 게임과 교육용 게임 개발에 편중되어 왔다. 하지만 도움이 필요한 정신 장애인을 위한 치료용 기능성게임 개발은 전무한 상태다. 게임이 주는 긍정적 효과를 활용하여 자연과 인간 모두의 삶에 이로움을 주며, 특히 소외계층인 사회 소수인 및 약자를 위하고, 상업적 측면이 우선시 되지 않는 '정화(淨化)' 개념의 콘텐츠를 '그린콘텐츠'라 정의한다. 정신 장애인을 위한 치료용 게임은 이러한 그린콘텐츠 개념 안에서 개발되어야 한다. 또한 게임의 기술적 측면뿐만 아니라 새로운 콘텐츠 개발 차원에서 기능성게임 개발이 이루어진다면, 그 시장과 사회적 역할은 점점 커져갈 것이고, 그 필요성 또한 더욱 크게 요구될 것이다. 이 연구에서는 정신장애인의 사회적 상호작용과 자기 존중감 증진을 위한 보편적 치료방법 중 하나인 미술치료를 분석하였고, 정신분석학자들의 이론을 근거로 치료용 기능성 게임으로 정신 장애인의 치료가 가능함을 입증하고 개발 프로그램과 설계 로드맵을 제안하였다. 이러한 연구는 추후 이와 유사한 기능성 게임 개발에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 그린 콘텐츠 개념이 적용된 다양한 기능성게임 콘텐츠가 개발되어야 할 것이다.

Why Do People Move to Cohousing Communities in Sweden? - Are there any Significant Differences Between the +40 Cohousing and the Mixed-Age Cohousing?

  • Cohousing is based on collaborative network, or fictive kin in the community. It could facilitate the goal of self-sufficiency. This research aims to investigate the motivation of move to cohousing communities in Sweden, and to find out if there are any significant differences according to two different cohousing types; between the +40 cohousing and the mixed-age cohousing. The +40 cohousing is a kind of senior cohousing in which residents are supposed to be aged over 40. Questionnaire survey was applied and 242 collected data were analyzed by SPSS statistical program. Notable differences in demographic and dwelling variables are found between the 2 groups. There are more women, singles, academics, and small dwellings in the +40 cohousing than in the mixed-age cohousing. Referring motivation of move, "sharing common activity" and "idea of cohousing" are commonly noticed as the main reasons why people move to cohousing communities. Major difference between the 2 groups is that residents of the +40 cohousing tend to stress more on social interaction with neighbors than practical merit. On the contrary, ones of the mixed-age cohousing focus more on practical advantage than social interaction. As a conclusion, it is evident that motivation of move to cohousing communities is different by cohousing types, which have different residents' characteristics. Cohousing could contribute to elevate marginal group's quality of life as an alternative living environment. Therefore, cohousing design has to be tailored to adapt residents' specific needs of different life-stages. In order to implement cohousing model into other countries, for instance into Korea, it needs to experiment with the notion of transplanting selected cohousing principles to a public housing development. In the mixed-age cohousing where more dual income families with young children than conventional housing developments reside, residents would need more practical advantage than emotional support in the community, while as residents in the senior cohousing need vice versa.

만성 관절염 환자의 대응양상에 따른 통증, 우울 및 삶의 질 (The Study of Pain, Depression and Quality of Life According to the Coping Strategy in Chronic Arthritis Patients)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the difference of in the level of pain, depression, and quality of life by coping strategy in the chronic arthritis patients. Method: These data were collected by means of a self-reported questionnaire from 90 chronic arthritis patients undergoing treatment at a university hospital in Daegu city from June 10, 2000 to July 15, 2000. The instruments of study were coping strategy scale by Jeon(1985), pain scale by Lee and Song(1987), depression scale by Radloff(1977) and quality of life scale by Cho(1987). Data analysis was done by SPSS Win 10.0 program and Pearson correlation, t-test, Cronbach's-${\alpha}$ were used. Result: The results of this study were as follows: 1. The item mean score of pain for chronic arthritis patient was 6.54. The item mean score of depression for chronic arthritis patient was 2.18. The item mean score of quality of life for chronic arthritis patient was 5.69. 2. The chronic arthritis patients with problem-focused coping experienced pain higher than those with emotion-focused coping(t=o.400, p=o.o45). The chronic arthritis patients with emotion-focused coping experienced depression higher than those with problem-focused coping(t=-2.564, p=0.012). The chronic arthritis patients with problem-focused coping experienced quality of life higher than emotion-focused coping(t=-1.682, p=0.046). Conclusion: In conclusion this study showed that any coping strategy can control the arthritis patient's problem. Therfore, The development of a coping strategy to reduce pain and depression and improve the quality of life in the chronic arthritis patient will be needed.

초등 경제 교육을 위한 시뮬레이션 코스웨어 개발 (Development of a Simulation Courseware for Economics Class in Elementary school)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 경제교육에서 자기주도적 학습능력을 신장시키기 위하여 상황적 절차적 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용한 시뮬레이션형 코스웨어를 개발하는 것이다. 소비 교육은 자신의 의사 결정에 따라 적극적이고 합리적인 소비 활동을 할 수 있도록 다양한 경험들을 제공하여야 할 필요가 있다. 그러나 직접적인 체험학습이 어려운 이유로, 교실 상황에서 이루어지고 있는 경제 교육은 보고 듣고 이해하는 형태의 지식중심으로 이루어지는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 학습자가 다양한 간접 경험의 기회를 가질 수 있는 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용한 코스웨어를 개발한다. 본 코스웨어를 초등학교 5학년 학생들에게 적용하여 코스웨어 사용 전후를 비교하였다. 상황적 시뮬레이션을 통해 어떤 상황에서 어떻게 행동할지를 스스로 판단하고 반응할 수 있는 능력을 기름으로써 합리적인 소비생활을 위한 정의적인 영역에 긍정적인 결과를 가져왔다. 그리고 직접적인 체험활동이 필요한 제제를 절차적 시뮬레이션을 통해 간접체험 함으로써 교실에서 행해지는 경제학습의 한계를 극복하는데 발전적인 결과를 얻었다.

  • 초등 수학 영재교육에서 학생들의 개인차, 학생들의 흥미와 관심, 수준별 교육, 수학적으로 능동적인 학습자의 특징 등과 같은 개념들이 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 본 연구는 초등 영재교육에서 영재학생들의 개인차를 고려한 수학 수업의 가능성을 모색한 연구로, 영재학생들의 개인차를 고려하여 수업을 진행할 수 있도록 개별화 수업 모형을 연구하였으며, 이 모형에 따른 수학 영재 학습 자료를 개발하였다. 그리고 개별화 수업의 효과를 영재학생들의 자기주도 학습능력의 변화, 학습 만족도를 통하여 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 수학 영재교육의 다양한 수업 모형 개발 및 적용, 개별화 수업의 활성화에 관련된 후속 연구의 기초 자료가 될 것으로 보인다.

요양병원 여성 암 환자의 정신건강, 가족문제해결 의사소통이 암 적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mental Health and Family Problem Solving Communication on Cancer Adjustment of Women with Cancer in Nursing Hospital)

  • Purpose : This study investigated the relationship among adjustment of cancer, mental health, and family problem solving communication of women with cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine how to improve the adjustment of cancer of women and improve women's mental health to form family problem solving communication. Methods : This correlational study was conducted among 101 women with cancer living in the Seoul region. Data collection occurred from August 1, 2018, to August 23. The data are reported as means and standard deviations and were analyzed with t tests, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation regression using SPSS version 21.0. Results : The results of this study showed that adjustment to cancer significantly correlated with the education level of the participants (F=3.27, p<.05) and self-help group participation (F=3.156, p<.05). In this study, the mental health of female cancer patients significantly affected their adjustment to cancer (F=13.13, p<.001). These results explained 19.7% of the variance (F=13.13, p<.001) in mental health and adjustment to cancer in female cancer patients. Conclusion : In this study, mental health was significantly affected adjustment to cancer. The results suggest that adjustment to cancer can be promoted through the development and application of a nursing intervention program considering the mental health of female cancer patients. In addition, further research is required to identify the factors in consideration of various variables in addition to the sociodemographic and disease-related variables that may affect the adjustment to cancer of female cancer patients in nursing hospitals.

IPA 기법을 활용한 공학계열 여대생의 기업가정신 인식 및 교육 요구도 분석 (Entrepreneurship Perception and Needs Analysis of Entrepreneurship Education for Female Engineering Students Using an Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • As the need for entrepreneurship to create new values and innovate in the rapidly changing social environment is emerging, education for entrepreneurial is emerging in university education. The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of entrepreneurship education and to derive the priority of education based on actual indicators of importance-performance. For this study, we surveyed 227 female college students in E Woman's University by using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method for entrepreneurship factors. The result showed that the means of importance of all factors and sub-factors of entrepreneurship were higher than the means of performance of them, and the difference was statistically significant except for the determination. In addition, the results of the IPA matrix analysis showed that the factors that needed urgent improvement in self-confidence, future-orientation, active/innovative activities, and proactivity. Based on the results of this study, the implications of the development of entrepreneurship curriculum for college students in engineering field were discussed. This study is meaningful that it provided practical basic information of curriculum design leading to the manifestation of entrepreneurship of women in engineering field by analyzing entrepreneurship of female engineering students and deriving priority factors of educational treatment.

학교구강보건실 운영에 대한 담당치과위생사의 견해 (Opinion of dental hygienists toward school dental clinic operation)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the opinion of dental hygienists toward school dental clinic operation. Methods: The study was carried out by telephone or e-mail to the dental hygienists in 415 elementary school dental clinics from September 1 to 30, 2014. The questionnaires were collected from 208 school dental clinics. Except incomplete answers, 148 data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. The self-reported questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects(7 items), operation of school dental clinic(5 items), obstacle to school dental clinic(10 items), and effective operation of school dental clinic(5 items). Results: The school dental clinic operation accounted for 68.7% and 90.6% of the respondents answered that it was very effective for the oral health improvement. The dental hygienists answered that the clinic operation was very effective in oral disease prevention(37.1%), oral health knowledge and behavior(32.8%), oral health behavior habit(29.3%), and oral health improvement(0.9%). The change of the current operation into full time employee accounted for 79.7% and only 16.1% agreed to current operation of clinic visit by the community health center. The results showed that need for dentist was 3.69 by Likert 5 point scale. Conclusions: The oral health policy must be established to develop and implement the oral health programs for the school clinics.

경기지역 일부 초등학생의 구강보건행위에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The factors affecting oral health behavior of elementary-school students in Gyeonggi province)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to provide resources to develop oral health education programs to make schoolchildren be able to do oral care behaviors voluntarily by analyzing the factors affecting elementary school students's oral health behaviors. Methods : A self administered questionnaire based survey was conducted with 233 students (117 boys, 116 girls) of sixth graders at Gyeonggi Province from September 1st to October 2nd, 2012. Researchers explained to willing participants the purpose of this study and then, asked respondents to complete their own questionnaire. A total of 233 questionnaires were properly completed while 7 questionnaires had insincere sections and were thus excepted. Results : 1. Children's higher level of oral health-related knowledge have more positive oral health attitudes(p=0.000) and oral health behaviors(p=0.001). 2. The higher oral health behavior mothers have, the more students have oral health knowledge and better oral health attitude, the higher the oral health behavior children have(p<0.01). 3. Students' positive attitude towards oral health(${\beta}$=0.548, p=0.000) and Mother's more attention to Oral check after tooth-brushing(${\beta}$=-0.149, p=0.005) were associated with children's sound dental health behaviors. Conclusions : The findings of this study suggest that the oral health knowledge, attitude and behaviors are associated with students' oral health behavior. Thus, effective support in oral health education, is need to be enhanced among the elementary school students rather than only focus on conveying knowledge to them. Since, mother's oral health-related knowledge and attitudes on the tooth-brushing behaviour and dental health of their children influence on child's oral health, the development of Comprehensive oral health education program into the mother and child needs to be carried out.

치과위생사의 근골격계질환 자각증상과 인간공학적 평가 (Evaluation of the Ergonomic Method and Musculoskeletal Symptoms in Dental Hygienist)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치과위생사의 근골격계 증상과 작업관련 요인과의 연관성을 알아보고자 한다. 자기기입식 설문지는 서울, 경기, 대구, 포항의 210명 치과위생사를 대상으로 2011년 8월1일부터 12일까지 조사를 실시한 후 회수하여 응답이 불분명하거나 크게 사고를 당한 5명을 제외한 205명을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 교차분석 및 로지스틱 회귀분석을 하였고 인간공학적 분석은 RULA 와 REBA를 사용하여 수행되었다. 연구대상자의 205명중 신체 한 부위라도 근골격계 증상을 경험한 사람은 196명으로 95.6%의 총경험률을 나타내었고, 근골격계 증상 경험은 오른쪽 목과 어깨사이가 82.4%로 가장 높았다. 목부위가 78%, 오른쪽 어깨가 69.8%, 오른쪽 손목이 66.3% 순으로 나타났다. 치과에서의 작업환경 개선은 치과위생사의 근골격계 질환을 예방하는데 필요하다. 스켈링 position별 점수는 술자 7시 방향에서 점수가 높았고, 교정장치 결찰작업 중 설측 교정결찰 작업의 REBA Total score가 12점으로 Action Level 5 에 해당 되었다.
