  • This study investigates i) the effect of salesperson's self efficacy and work overload on emotional labor and ii) the mediating role of emotion. A survey questionnaire is developed and implemented on salespersons working in the fashion retail stores of department stores. The measurement scales are composed of emotional labor, self efficacy, work overload and emotion. A total of 112 responses are analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and a structural equation model with AMOS18.0. The results are as follows. Firstly, self efficacy has direct effect on both deep acting and surface acting of emotional labor without the mediating effect of emotion. Self efficacy has a positive effect on deep acting. Secondly, work overload has a negative effect on emotion. Job emotion has positive effect on deep acting and it has a negative effect on surface acting. Thirdly, emotion has a significant mediating effect between work overload and emotional labor. Finally, implications for personal management and job design in the fashion retail organizations are suggested.

  • Given operators X and Y acting on a separable Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator A such that AX = Y. In this article, we investigate self-adjoint interpolation problems for operators in a tridiagonal algebra : Let $\mathcal{L}$ be a subspace lattice acting on a separable complex Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$ and let X = ($x_{ij}$) and Y = ($y_{ij}$) be operators acting on $\mathcal{H}$. Then the following are equivalent: (1) There exists a self-adjoint operator A = ($a_{ij}$) in $Alg{\mathcal{L}}$ such that AX = Y. (2) There is a bounded real sequence {${\alpha}_n$} such that $y_{ij}={\alpha}_ix_{ij}$ for $i,j{\in}\mathbb{N}$.

Objects of Research This research is purposed to find role and treatment mind of Sasang constitutional medicine in human genome age, through summarizing recognition of human and etiology. treatment on diseases proposed in Sasang constitutional medicine 2. Methods of Research It was researched as bibliologically with Dong-mu's chief medical writings such as ${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Soose Bowon(東醫壽世保元)${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon Sasang Chongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷${\lrcorner}$. 3. Results and Conclusions 1. The outlook on human of Sasang Constitutional Medicine was completed in the base on Confusianism and it recognized that human is consisted with congenital element based on 'Human nature-shape' and acquired element based on Knowledge-Acting. Dong-mu emphasised acquired element than inborn element. 2. Sasang Constitutional Medicine is thought that we ran overcome inborn limitation of each constitution through moral culture of aposteriori Knowledge-Acting. and that self-correction is methods which is applied to treatment of disease recovering Essential Qi of each constitution with moral culture of personality 3. Sasang Constitutional Medicine is recognizing Essential Qi by main standard that foretell prognosis of disease and emphasize recovery of Essential Qi through self-correction than way of 'Assisting-Good Qi' and 'Removig-Bad Qi' in treatment of disease. 4. Self-correction can be divided into non-herbal self-correction and herbal self-correction. Non-herbal self-correction is to control greed by aposteriori Knowledge-Acting and herbal self-correction is to recover Essential Qi by herb. 5. • In this paper, the effect of interconnected boundary between journal and thrust bearings on the performance of self-acting air-lubricated bearings is investigated. When journal and thrust bearings have common boundary, conventional boundary condition which assumes that the boundary pressure is equal to atmosphere is no more valid. Instead, new boundary condition by mass conservation at interconnected boundary is needed. To do this, a duct model satisfying mass conservation at interconnected boundary is developed. Using this model, pressure distribution at interconnected boundary is numerically analyzed with changing the volume of interconnecting part. As a result, it is shown that load capacity of thrust bearing can be greatly increased when journal and thrust have a common boundary.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional labor on emotional exhaustion among school dietitians according to the level of their self-efficacy. A survey was administered on 300 school dietitians during September 2012 and a total of 277 usable questionnaires were received. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS 18.0 package program. As a result of principal factor analysis for validity test, 26 variables were classified into one factor for self-efficacy, three factors for emotional labor and one factor for emotional exhaustion with a total variance percentage of 67.371%. Internal consistency was estimated by Cronbach's alpha, which yielded reliability coefficients of 0.922 (self-efficacy), 0.916 (emotional display), 0.806 (surface acting), 0.808 (deep acting) and 0.850 (emotional exhaustion). Subjects were segmented into 2 groups of 'high self-efficacy' (n = 159) and 'low self-efficacy' (n = 118) according to the cluster analysis for self-efficacy variables. The 'high self-efficacy' group exhibited higher education(p < 0.01) and served less lunch meals than other groups (p < 0.05). According to multiple regression analysis, the emotional display proved to be significantly and positively related to emotional exhaustion (${\beta}$=0.319, p<0.001) in high self-efficacy group. However both emotional display (${\beta}$=0.233, p<0.05) and surface acting (${\beta}$=0.262, p<0.01) were positively related to emotional exhaustion in the low self-efficacy group. These results suggest that school dietitians should be more aware of their self-efficacy to relieve the effects of the emotional labor on emotional exhaustion.

  • Given operators $X_i$ and $Y_i$ (i = 1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n) acting on a Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator A acting on $\mathcal{H}$ such that $AX_i$ = $Y_i$ for i= 1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n. In this article, if the range of $X_k$ is dense in H for a certain k in {1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n), then the following are equivalent: (1) There exists a self-adjoint operator A in $\mathcal{B}(\mathcal{H})$ stich that $AX_i$ = $Y_i$ for I = 1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n. (2) $sup\{{\frac{{\parallel}{\sum}^n_{i=1}Y_if_i{\parallel}}{{\parallel}{\sum}^n_{i=1}X_if_i{\parallel}}:f_i{\in}H}\}$ < ${\infty}$ and < $X_kf,Y_kg$ >=< $Y_kf,X_kg$> for all f, g in $\mathcal{H}$.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional labor and self-efficacy on psychosocial stress of nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional correlation study design was used. The participants were 186 nurses from two general hospitals in Jeju Island, South Korea. A self-report questionnaire was used to collect data including data on emotional labor, self-efficacy, and psychosocial stress. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Approximately 98% of the participants were categorized as having potential and high risk stress levels. Hierarchical multiple regression showed that employment status, surface-acting, and self-efficacy explained 37.0% of psychosocial stress and self-efficacy was the main factor influencing psychosocial stress. Conclusion: Nursing administrators should understand that nurses suffer from high risk stress and emotional labor. To reduce the psychosocial stress of nurses, there is needed to improve stressful work conditions such as irregular employment, decrease surface-acting, and improve self-efficacy.

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the mediating effect of emotional dissonance in the relationship between emotional labor and burnout among clinical nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The participants were 257 nurses working at three general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Data were collected by convenience sampling using self-report questionnaires that consisted of general characteristics, and measures of emotional labor, emotional dissonance and burnout. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression. Results: The findings of the multiple regression were as follows. First, surface acting of emotional labor showed significant positive effects on emotional dissonance and burnout. Second, when surface acting and emotional dissonance were entered into the regression model at the same time, surface acting showed an insignificant effect on burnout, however, emotional dissonance showed a significant effect. Finally, emotional dissonance had a mediating effect only between surface acting of emotional labor and burnout, not between deep acting and burnout. Conclusion: Results of the study suggest that as a way to reduce burnout, nursing administrators should develop educational programs for nurses to perform deep acting of emotional labor instead of surface acting at the moment of truth.
