With regard to problems related to qualification of Private Security, this study is qualitatively to develop education & training program from the viewpoint of education for the purpose of checking professionalism of Security guard. Offering the solutions for improvement by analyzing problems of articles related to training for Private Security guard prescribed in existing 'Law of Guarding', I made studies of development of practical affairs-centered education & training program for Private Security guard on the basis of Private Security guard' duties. Education & training program for Private Security guard must be made up of practical affairs-centered one related to concrete duties. Also because it needs to be made on the basis of a model planned for the program with combined method, this study gave example of model and contests of education & training program based on duties of Facilities Security. Main duties of cPrivate Security guard can be divided into four duties; duties on their own posts, patrolling, control of going in and out, dealing with accidents and so on. Private Security guard are given main duties by each post, and after adjusting conditions according to personnel organization, they perform their own duties. As education & training program based on Private Security guard' duties, common education & training program for the new-appointed, practical affairs-centered education & training program, education & training program for superintendents, service education & training program and so on are provided.

A differentiated training considered the individual traits of a security guard in order to achieve the self-realization as well as to fulfill the spiritual needs of a security guard is needed. To promote the development of security industry in the new millennium, new types of training methods should be introduced, and a planned elaborate training in consideration of the traits of individual security guards is needed. On the other hand, to cultivate occupational consciousness, and to increase training products, a specific kind of training based on the survey of demand should be carried out. In this study, I made an actual analysis current training contents derived from the questionnaires and interviews among the security guards who were employed at the security industry. From these analyses, I am going to suggest the following measures; 1) The improvement of circumstances in training should be preceded. 2) Training related to practical business in consideration of individual traits should be emphasized. 3) Producing excellent professionals and developing specific textbooks are needed. 4) To establish professional education institutes is urgently needed. 5) Systematic training methods sponsored by government authorities and security society should be established. 6) The deep concern of security industry employers about the importance of training is needed.

This research proposed the necessary capability of cyber security professional personnel for cyber security education and training. Cyber security professional personnel were required specialized capability because the curriculum of cyber security education and training is structured around practice and training. Based on the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of professors, we derive candidate capabilities and index through the results of precedent research. As a result, we derived capability such the candidate capability group as teaching qualification, expert knowledge, practical ability, lecture ability, and research ability, and detailed capability index was derived accordingly. Finally, based on the questionnaire results of the professors related to the information security, it was determined that the capability required for the cyber security education and training professional personnel were expert knowledge, practical ability, and lecture ability. Among the capabilities, executive ability means that they have to fulfil abundant executive experience due to the high proportion of practical training due to the characteristics of cyber security education and training.

It is very important to evaluate training because it can systematically grasp the current status of training. Evaluation includes getting ongoing feedback from the learner, trainer and learner's supervisor, to improve the quality of the training and identify if the learner achieved the goals of the training. It also provides a justification for the implementation of training. Nonetheless, there is a lack of studies that attempt to evaluate information security training programs. In this study, we utilize the Philips model to evaluate the public training programs for the people who are in charge of the information security duties in the public sector and propose the training improvement plans. Research result has shown that it is necessary to evaluate the level of the trainees in advance and conduct training programs according to the information security skill level. In addition, it needs to conduct training according to duties such as information security management, information security operate and maintain. The limitation of this study is that each education program was not assessed individually because this study had developed an evaluation tool that could be used comprehensively.

This study is designed to contribute for development of Private Security Business by fact-finding in instruction and training of private security guard serviced in this realm and domestic and foreign guard service and modeling effective and rational instruction and training program based on drawn problem. For this study, basically I collected and analyzed documents, theses, and papers of the inside and outside of the country. For practical use of data, I used materials of private security related institutes and police agency. And for private security educating training programs of the inside and outside of the country, I collected materials on internet, and with the help of police agency and interpol. For korean private security company's educating training programs, I made a study with the interview of private security company's businessmen. This study's conclusion is as follows. In a domestic private security enterprise, when set theory instruction minimize instruction and training program and must set up instruction and training program as practical affairs center enemy instruction, and theory instruction must be composed for instruction me that it is connected to practical affairs instruction too. The instruction course of private security guard instruction and training program composed with a security outline, a security plan, an information-gathering, civilian expenses, a security way, terror and terrorism, a related law, security trial, electronic security, a security analysis technique, company introduction, instruction and training program about a professional tube with theory instruction. Practical affairs instruction composed with the selection and a preventive security, close contact attendance security, vehicle security, security driving the security martial arts and self-protection liquor, first aid, security equipment, a gun and shooting, a security protocol, customer satisfaction, facilities security and expenses, a fire fighting instruction, teamwork training, explosive and a dangerous substance, physical strength, a documentation practical affairs, service, instruction and training program about foreigh language instruction.

The role of security guard leader, it cannot be too emphatic as security supervisor who are training security guards and leading. It is also important that security guard leader make activity to a profession of private security by a professional training. An object of this study present satisfaction of training and make clear a developing plan positively through a survey about basic training of security guard leader. A method of this study, This paper used theoretical study, literature study and analyzed data of survey. This study will lead a important of private security of korea suggested a developing plan about training of the security guard leader by a following study.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the behavioral factors affecting the security attitude and intention to use biometrics password based on the protection motivation theory. This study also investigates security awareness training to understand trust, privacy, and security vulnerability regarding biometric authentication password. This empirical analysis reveals security awareness training boosts the protection motivational factors that affect on the behavior and intention of using biometric authentication passwords. This study also indicates that biometric authentication passwords can be used when the overall belief in a biometric system is present. After all, security awareness training enhances the belief of biometric passwords and increase the motivation to protect security threats. The study will provide insights into protecting security vulnerability with security awareness training.

It is needless to say that the port security is very important owing to the geographic setting of Korea and the possibility of the provocation by North Korea. In addition, The security management is necessary for the port and the domain of maritime to block the inflow from overseas because of the increase of international crime as terrorism. The training system for port security guard should be constructed to secure the specialization of the manpower for the efficient port security management. But the training system of port security manpower is not unified and the training is not carried out, therefore it is necessary to improve the training system of port security manpower. In this study, the improvement plan of training system is suggested as follows. First, the unification of the legislation of port security should achieved to establish the guidance of training for port security guard. Second, the specialized training per activities should be done. And lastly, the qualification system should be introduced for the specialization of port security manpower.

We proposed a specialized model of performance measurement to measure the training performance of the trainees in cyber practical training. Cyber security professionals are cultivating their expertise, skills, and competencies through cyber practical training in specialized education and training institutions. The our proposed process of trainee evaluation is consisted of an evaluation component discovery, evaluation item selection, evaluation index catalog, ratings and criteria decision, and calculation formula. The trainee evaluation is consisted of a formative evaluation during the training and an overall evaluation after finished training. Formative evaluation includes progress evaluation and participation evaluation, and overall evaluation includes practice evaluation and learning evaluation. The evaluation is weighted according to the importance of evaluation type. Because it is evaluated actual skills and abilities, competencies are assigned a high weight, while knowledge and attitudes are assigned a low weight. If cyber security trainees are evaluated by the proposed evaluation model, cyber security professionals can be cultivated by each skill and knowledge level and can be deployed by importance of security task.

Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. However the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. But the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For it, the following questions will be examined. First, Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? Second, What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards? and what the qualifications of the trainers? Then, what are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities? etc.. In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim.
