This study set out to investigate structural relations among positive thinking, identity, sports happiness perception, and athletic burnout and analyze the mediating effects of identity and sports happiness perception on relations between positive thinking and athletic burnout in order to understand the psychological process of athletic burnout experienced by adolescent players. For these purposes, the study applied the convenience sampling method to male and female players at physical education and general middle and high schools around the nation and used total 306 questionnaires as final valid samples. Collected data was tested for the fitness of an overall model with the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. Then the hypotheses were tested. The findings were as follows: first, subjective satisfaction and pursuit of a goal in the category of positive thinking had significant effects on athletic identity; second, subjective satisfaction and pursuit of a goal in the category of positive thinking had no impacts on sports happiness perception; third, the athletic identity of adolescent players had positive impacts on their sports happiness perception and negative ones on their athletic burnout; fourth, the sports happiness perception of adolescent players had negative effects on their athletic burnout; and finally, athletic identity had mediating roles on relations between pursuit of a goal of positive thinking and sports happiness perception and on relations between pursuit of a goal of positive thinking and athletic burnout.
The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, and to provide implications for analyzing mediating effects of career decision self-efficacy in bilateral relations. The data were collected from entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship students, and, and 220 students were surveyed. For the empirical analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSSWIN 21.0. The specific analysis results are as follows. First, in the relationship between entrepreneurship and career decision-making self-efficacy, entrepreneurship has a significant effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, in the relationship between entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship efficacy, and intention of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship has significant influence on entrepreneurship efficacy and entrepreneurship intention. Third, the mediating effect analysis of career decision self-efficacy in the relationship between entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial efficacy, and entrepreneurship intention showed that all mediated effects were significant. The results of this study should be achieved through a convergence curriculum in which entrepreneurship education and career education can be considered at the entrepreneurial education stage in order to enhance entrepreneurship and intention to influence entrepreneurship and career choice. Practical implications were suggested for more effective education.
This study seeks to establish the structural relationship between the personal psychological risk factors of teenagers of depression, anxiety and impulsiveness and smartphone addiction (daily disability, virtual orientation, tolerance, withdrawal) and self-elasticity (vitality, optimism, curiosity, interpersonal relationships). Through this verification, the purpose of this study is to find out if the integrated model of smartphone addiction and self-elasticity and smartphone addiction among teenagers is reasonable, and to suggest ways to prevent and solve smartphone addiction among teenagers. In order to achieve this purpose, 356 teenagers in Seoul and the metropolitan area were surveyed for two months from August to September 2019 and the results were analyzed. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the "smartphone addiction factors" (depression, anxiety and impulsive) of adolescents have been shown to have negative effects on their self-elasticity (vitality, optimism, curiosity, interpersonal relationships). Second, the "smartphone addiction factors" (depression, anxiety and impulsive) of teenagers have been shown to have positive effects on the "smartphone addiction" (daily disability, virtual orientation, tolerance, withdrawal). Third, the youth's "self-elasticity (vitality, optimism, curiosity, interpersonal relationship)" was shown to have a negative impact on "smartphone addiction (daily disability, virtual orientation, tolerance, withdrawal)." The significance of this study is that it has examined personal psychological risk factors that affect smartphone addiction and suggested measures to prevent smartphone addiction among teenagers and solve related problems by micro-analyzing the effects on smartphone addiction by utilizing self-elasticity.
This study was conducted to verify the effects of socially prescribed perfectionism on depression as mediated by intolerance of uncertainty and either ruminating or reflective response styles, on as will as to find ways to effectively address depression as it presents in university students. For this purpose, 283 university students at the central region were assesed using data collected from the following surveys: the Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Scale(CES-D), the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(HMPS), the Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale(IUS), and the Response to Depressed Mood Questionnaire(RDQ) and that were used to collect data. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between the Intolerance of uncertainty and the rumination response style to the uncertainty of socially prescribed perfectionism, but not correlation the reflective response mode. Second, with respect to the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and depression, intolerance of uncertainty was set as the primary mediator variable and the rumination response style were set as the secondary mediator variables. The results shown to have a significant mediating effects. However this mediating effect was not significant when, in order to verify the mediating effect, we set the secondary mediator variable as the reflective response style. These results suggest that to prevent depression that manifests as socially prescribed perfectionism, it may be effective to intervene with a focus on the intolerance of uncertainty and the rumination response style. Finally, the implications and limitations of the study are discussed based on the results.
Objectives: To investigate the effects of acupuncture at GV20 and EX-HN1 on cerebral blood flow (CBF) velocity and cerebrovascular reactivity (CVR) in the middle cerebral arteries (MCA) and anterior cerebral arteries (ACA) and to compare the effects to acupuncture at GV20. Methods: The study was a randomized, crossover trial that included 10 healthy men aged 20 to 29 years who underwent acupuncture treatment four times with a washout period of one week. The CBF velocity and CVR were measured by transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD) on both MCAs at the first and second visits, and both ACAs at the third and fourth visits. Participants were randomly assigned to one of two groups (A and B) before the first and third visits. Group A received two phases of acupuncture intervention at a single GV20 point and a combination of GV20 and EX-HN1 acupoints. Group B received the same interventions, but in the reverse order. Results: The increase in CO2 reactivity was significantly higher for the combination acupoints of GV20 and EX-HN1 than for the GV20 single acupoint in both MCAs (Right: 136 to 178, p=0.017; Left: 127 to 191, p=0.017) and ACAs (Right: 133 to 158, p=0.013; Left: 122 to 168, p=0.025). No significant change was noted in the corrected velocity at PETCO2 40 mmHg, blood pressure, or heart rate. Conclusions: The findings suggest that improvement of the CBF in the MCA and ACA after GV20 acupuncture increases when acupuncture is also performed at EX-HN1. These results clinically support the combined use of EX-HN1 and GV20 to treat disorders of MCA and ACA circulation.

This study was performed in order to find implications for further activating the reading discussion program by conducting a Havruta-based reading discussion program for elementary school students in the library, by measuring and analyzing the effect on the participants. The results of the study are as follows: First, as a result of comparative analysis between the pre- and post-scores on the effectiveness of the Havruta reading discussion program, it was found that the average score of the post-test was high. Second, as a result of analyzing the differences in the changes in the results of the pre-survey compared to the post-survey according to the general characteristics of the participants, it was found that there were significant differences in the characteristics of 'interest in reading' for the 'critical thinking ability' factor, the characteristics of 'average monthly reading capacity' for the 'critical thinking ability' factor, the characteristics of 'academic performance' for the 'research ability' factor, and the characteristics of 'gender', 'academic performance', and 'interest in reading' for the 'persuasive ability' factor. Third, as a result of analyzing how the effects of the Havruta reading discussion program are affected by the constituent factors of reading and discussion ability, it was found that the factors 'critical reading ability' and 'critical thinking ability' had an effect. As a result, it was identified that there are effects and advantages of the Havruta-based reading discussion program in the library.
This study examined the effects of self-concealment and satisfication among the basic psychological needs on the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships in early adulthood. The study examined the mediating effects of basic psychological needs, autonomy, competence, and relatedness, in the relationship between self-concealment and the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships. For this purpose, a self-report survey was conducted on 197 adults aged 20 to 29 who are currently in opposite-sex romantic relationships, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS MACRO v3.5. The main results of this study are as follows. First, gender, age, and duration of dating period among the subject's demo-social variables significantly impacted the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships. Second, satisfying relatedness among the basic psychological needs had the largest influence on the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships, and self-concealment negatively affected the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships. Third, relatedness from the basic psychological needs had a significant mediating effect between self-concealment and the commitment to romantic relationships. It can be seen that it is crucial to lower self-concealment and to satisfy relatedness among the basic psychological needs in order to promote commitment to romantic relationships in early adulthood. This study is meaningful in that it tried to reveal the influence of individual psychological factors on the commitment to the romantic relationship, and it is significant that it proposed a basis for intervention to promote the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships in early adulthood.
This study aims to investigate the effects of active coping of spouses on recidivism of domestic violence. In order to obtain better study results, 21-month follow up interview was conducted for spouses of batterers who completed domestic violence batterer intervention program. Spouses were interviewed for three times; 9-month, 15-month, and 21-month after program completion. Finally, data till 15-month follow-up was used to manage sample size problem. As a results, a total number of 76 spouses were included for final analysis. Data was collected from 2008 to 2009. Based on sample size and study objects, PLS(Partial Least Square) analysis was used. the prevalence rates of emotional abuse was 77.6% at the first interview but 41.3% at the second interview. For physical violence each rate were 43.1% and 18.4%. For emotional violence, problem-solving strategy among active coping shows significant moderating effects on reducing emotional violence(p<.001) while help-seeking among active coping has significant effects on decrease physical violence(p<.01).
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Adapted Physical Education Majors' perceived teacher competencies on the emotion reaction towards challenging behaviors of students with disabilities. In order to achieve the object of the study, the data collected from 413 sophomores, juniors, and seniors currently studying adapted physical education in schools located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gyeongnam, and Gyeongbuk, where they offer department of adapted physical education, was analyzed. As a measuring tool, Kwon (2008) and Han (2011) questionnaire for adapted physical education educators' perceived teacher competency and Oh, Seo & Kozub's (2010) questionnaire on the emotion reaction towards challenging behaviors of students with disabilities were revised, modified, and reconstructed. Data was processed using SPSS 21.0, and the exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, difference verification, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results are as follows. First, in terms of the analysis of emotion reaction based on demographic characteristics (sex, grade, disability in the family, friends with disabilities), sex, grade, and friends with disabilities displayed statistically significant difference on emotion reactions. Second, in terms of the effects of adapted physical education educators' perceived teacher competencies on the emotion reactions on towards challenging behaviors of students with disabilities, the parental education and the special activities of adapted physical education among the sub-factors of perceived teacher competencies affected significantly on emotion reactions, whereas the common knowledge on adapted physical education, curriculum lesson, and education knowledge by disability did not affect significantly on emotion reactions.

This pot experiment was conducted in order to find out the effects of boron application($B_{0}$ /; control, $B_1$; 0.2, $B_2$; 2.0,$ B_3$; 6.0, $B_4$; 15.0 B me/pot) on the forage performance of pure and mixed cultures of orchardgrass and white clover. The 2nd part was concerned with the changes in the forage yields and concurrence index. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The optimum boron application($B_2$) generally resulted in the increase of both forage yields, but the effects of boron application on them were different according to the forage species, whether it was a pure or mixed cultures, additional fertilization, and cutting order. The effects of boron application on the forage productivity were more obvious in white clover than in orchardgrass. 2. Owing to the decline of white clover as affected by the application of additional fertilizers, especially N, in the grass-clover mixed cultures, the effects of boron application on the white clover yields showed a numerical inferiority compared with the pure culture. It was recognized that the yield increase and botanical composition of white clover in grass-clover mixed cultures could be regulated by the application of additional fertilizers and boron. 3. The toxic boron application($B_3$ and $B_4$) resulted in a decreased yield of both forages. The yield change of orchardgrass tended to be similar between pure and mixed cultures, whereas it of white clover tended to be more negative in mixed than in pure cultures. 4. With the application of additional fertilizers, especially N, the botanical composition and concurrence index in grass-clover mixed cultures were relatively increased in orchardgrass, and decreased in white clover. The botanical composition of orchardgrass increased from 55% to 75%, whereas it of white clover decreased from 45% in the first half cutting to 25% in the second half cutting, respectively.
