The article conducted an interdisciplinary study of the concepts of innovation, innovation, innovative educational process, pedagogical innovation, management of an educational institution. Based on the study of psychological, methodological, philosophical literature, scientific approaches to the management of an innovative educational institution have been analyzed, and a strategy for its improvement has been determined. Purpose of the work: to study and characterize innovations in education, as well as in the education system.

Recently, T. Kim has introduced and analysed the q-Bernoulli numbers and polynomials with weight ${\alpha}$ cf.[7]. By the same motivaton, we also give some interesting properties of the q-Genocchi numbers and polynomials with weight ${\alpha}$. Also, we derive the q-extensions of zeta type functions with weight from the Mellin transformation of this generating function which interpolates the q-Genocchi polynomials with weight at negative integers.

The nickel has been separated and precipitated with dimethylglyoxime in the usual manner and dissolved the precipitates with hydrochloric acid. To the nickel solution, 0.2g of Murexide as an indicator and 5 ml of 20 percent tri-ethanol amine solution were added and titrated with a standard solution of EDTA. At the end point the color changes from yellow to deep purple. In this paper, the purpose is that conditions for titration and for separation from the interfering substances were investigated and a suitable procedure was found and applied on the determination of nickel in Korean nickel ores.

Purpose: This paper analyzed the features of Winter Olympics mascots in chronological order by examining the evolution of mascots and presented the attributes of the Winter Olympics mascots from Innsbruck 1976 to Beijing 2022. Research design, data, and methodology: This paper conducted an exploratory study on the thinking to understand the characteristics of 13 Winter Olympics Mascots through literature review. Results: First, the mascot is a fictional character, usually an artificial character that represents the locality of the host city, including animals, human figures, and local inhabitants. Second, Schneemann, Innsbruck 1976 was known as the first official Winter Olympics mascot. Third, 19 mascots out of a total of 24 mascots were created using animals. Conclusions: The six attributes of the Winter Olympics mascots were identified: friendliness, symbolic meaning, originality, diversity, value, and identity of a special location. Above all, Winter Olympics has a locality that includes areas covered with ice and snow. From this point of view, the Olympics mascot highlights the image of snow and ice and the physical environment that includes it.

This study developed gasiogapidduk to increase the functional value and flavor of traditional Baiksulgi by adding gasiogapi powder. Powdered nonglutinous rice was mixed with powdered leaves (1%, 2%, 3%), powdered stems roots (1%, 3%, 5%), and powdered freeze-dried root extracts (5%, 10%, 15%) of Acanthopanax senticosus, known as the second ginseng, in order to find the combination ratio optimal to the senses. Sensory evaluation and texture characteristic evaluation of gasiogapidduk were used to develop a functional rice cake appealing to the largest number of people. Sensory evaluation consisted of evaluating color, smell, taste and texture, preference quality which reflects overall appeal. Texture characteristics were evalauated on hardness, adhesiveness, cohesiveness, springiness and gumminess. As a result, AE5 mixed with 5% powdered freeze-dried Acanthopanax senticosus extract proved to be the most desirable in both sensory evaluation and texture characteristics.

The polarographic behaviors of Tl(I) was investigated in EDTA and NTA as supporting electrolytes for determination of Tl(I). A base solution containing 0.005 % gelatine, 0.1 M EDTA, and 0.05 M NTA was used. The halfwave potential of Tl(I) determined is -0.495 V v.s. S.C.E. in 0.1 M EDTA at pH 4.1 and -0.520V v.s. S.C.E. in 0.05 M NTA at pH 6.3. In this paper, the effects of gelatine concentration and pH values was investigated. The half-wave potentials of common elements was determined and compared with the half-wave potential of Tl(I).

In this paper, we propose efficient management method of liberal education for improving computer literacy. We analyzed the actual conditions and factors affecting education and reflected the analysis results in education. The subject of the study is 'Practice Excel', and tested achievement based on computer literacy. In order to evaluate objectively, we conducted CBT(Computer Based Test) based on Computer Specialist in Spreadsheet & Database Level-2. Analysis of the questionnaire included the use of the popular statistical program, IBM SPSS 24 trial, and frequency, ANOVA, t-test, crossover analysis, and correlation. Evaluation results, An important factor influencing educational performance was active participation. It also proved to be very helpful for understanding excel functions & expression.

The article clarifies the definition and components of the ICT competence of future teachers, justifies the introduction of a motivational-value component. ICT competence of future teachers has a four-component structure: motivational-value, general-use, general pedagogical, subject-pedagogical components. The levels (reproductive, productive, creative), criteria and indicators of the formation of ICT-competence of students of a pedagogical college are determined, the content of these levels (reproductive, productive, creative) is disclosed, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to analyze characteristics and patterns of 'better class' by using the longitudinal text mining big data analysis technique from subjective lecture evaluation comments. First, this study classified upper 30% classes to deduce certain characteristics and patterns from every five-year subjective text data for 10 years. A total of 47,177courses (100%) from spring semester 2005 to fall semester 2014 were analyzed from a university at a metropolitan city in the mid area of South Korea. This study extracted meaningful words such as good, course, professor, appreciation, lecture, interesting, useful, know, easy, improvement, progress, teaching material, passion, and concern from the order of frequency 2005-2009. The other set of words were class, appreciation, professor, good, course, interesting, understanding, useful, help, student, effort, thinking, not difficult, explanation, lecture, hard, pleasant, easy, study, examination, like, various, fun, and knowledge 2010-2014. This study suggests that the characteristics and patterns of 'better class' at college, should be analyzed according to different academic code such as liberal arts, fine arts, social science, engineering, math and science, and etc.

The article formulates the key characteristics and features of country models of corporate governance. It was revealed that all countries are characterized by a fairly high concentration of ownership, insider control; Key gaps in the implementation of corporate governance principles were found: transparency and disclosure of information, protection of shareholders' rights, gender diversity of boards of directors, implementation of recommendations on the share of independent directors; The criterion of countries' efficiency (total investments) was identified and recommendations for their improvement were developed.
