The article proposes that empathy differs in severity and types among students of different specialties. And to test this hypothesis, an experimental study of students from 4 different faculties was carried out. As a result of the study, it was found that empathy is more pronounced among students of "humanitarian" specialties, and students of "exact" specialties have the least pronounced empathic abilities.

The article discusses the features of the use of distance technologies to intensify the learning process of students. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning are shown. The implementation of the legal mechanism to protect the rights and interests of entrepreneurs in Russia has its unique features. When the rights and interests of a businessman are threatened with infringement, specific legal remedies may be applied, by means of which the violated rights and interests are restored and, thereby, the opportunity to resume entrepreneurial activity is created. The paper explores extrajudicial ways to protect the rights and interests of entrepreneurs in Russia. The study analyzes the forms of self-help, arbitral tribunal, resolution of applications and complaints by executive authorities, the notariate, and work with the business ombudsman and civil society institutions.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and preference of the college student about Korean traditional rice cakes. Self admistered questionnaires were collected from 512 college students in Seoul, Kyungki, Chungchungdo, Kungsangdo, Junlado and Gangwondo area. Data was analysed by t-test, one-way ANOVA and correlation. The recognition of Korean traditional rice cake was generally low except for the items that could be easily seen as either seasonable or festive foods. There was a significant difference in the average score of recognition and preference for each kinds of Korean traditional rice cake according to the major, gender and grade of subjects. Baiksulgi, Injulmi, Yaksik, Bindaeduk, Songpyun and Garaeduk are highly prefered Korean traditional rice cakes when as Gaepiduk, Ssookjulpyun, Kongchalduk and Garaeduk are poorly among college students.

The article examines one of the most important means of visualization of mass information on the Internet - information graphics in the broadest sense of the term as a visual technology for presenting mass information. The main objectives of the article are to determine the genre-typological features of infographics and basic technological principles; identification of features of creation and use of information graphics in modern network. Certain benefits of online infographic editors include savings in resources and time. They allow the user, who has basic PC skills, to create standardized infographics based on their own data. In addition, the use of online services develops visual thinking, allows you to get an idea of quality criteria and current trends in infographics, as well as to gain initial experience in the visual presentation of data.

Recently, T. Kim has introduced and analysed the q-Bernoulli numbers and polynomials with weight ${\alpha}$ cf.[7]. By the same motivaton, we also give some interesting properties of the q-Genocchi numbers and polynomials with weight ${\alpha}$. Also, we derive the q-extensions of zeta type functions with weight from the Mellin transformation of this generating function which interpolates the q-Genocchi polynomials with weight at negative integers.

The nickel has been separated and precipitated with dimethylglyoxime in the usual manner and dissolved the precipitates with hydrochloric acid. To the nickel solution, 0.2g of Murexide as an indicator and 5 ml of 20 percent tri-ethanol amine solution were added and titrated with a standard solution of EDTA. At the end point the color changes from yellow to deep purple. In this paper, the purpose is that conditions for titration and for separation from the interfering substances were investigated and a suitable procedure was found and applied on the determination of nickel in Korean nickel ores.
