In this study, a new potentiometric sensor selective to copper(II) ions was developed and characterized. The developed sensor has a polymeric membrane and contains 4.0% electroactive material (ionophore), 33.0% poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC), 63.0% bis(2-ethylhexyl)sebacate (BEHS) and 1.0% potassium tetrakis(p-chlorophenyl)borate (KTpClPB). This novel copper(II)-selective sensor exhibits a Nernstian response over a wide concentration range from 1.0×10^-6 to 1.0×10^-1 mol L^-1 with a slope of 29.6 (±1.2) mV decade^-1, and a lower detection limit of 8.75×10-7 mol L^-1. The sensor, which was produced economically by synthesizing the ionophore in the laboratory, has a good selectivity and repeatability, fast response time and stable potentiometric behaviour. The potential response of the sensor remains unaffected of pH in the range of 5.0-10.0. Based on the analytical applications of the sensor, we showed that it can be used as an indicator electrode in the quantification of Cu²⁺ ions by potentiometric titration against EDTA, and can also be successfully utilized for the determination of copper(II) ions in different real samples.

The purpose and hypothesis of the article was the need to solve the following research tasks: Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem. To identify and experimentally test the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions affecting the creative self-development of a distance learning student. Research methods: analysis of philosophical and psychological-pedagogical literature on the problem under study; pedagogical experiment; modeling, questioning, testing, analysis of the products of students' creative activity (essays, creative works, creative projects) and the implementation of educational tasks, conversations, observations.

The purpose of this study was to investigation the elementary school teachers' perception in STEAM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) Education. For this study, 93 elementary school teachers who have taught mathematics/science in gifted class were selected and a fifteen items questionnaire designed to elicit teachers' perception of steam education was to administered to them. The major findings are as follows: First, the ratio of teachers who understood a steam education exactly is very low. But teachers have positive thoughts about the need of steam education. Second, teachers thought that steam education has a good effect on elementary education. Third, teachers thought that steam education will be an alternative teaching and learning method. Fourth, teachers have negative thoughts to participate in class work related on steam education. To improve negative attitudes on steam education, incentives for teachers seems to be required. In order to spread steam education among the elementary school teachers successfully, the expansion of school facilities, administrators and staff in mind, improving financial support, strengthening education through the development of content and teaching strategies were analyzed as a challenge.

In this paper, we prove that asymptotically quasisimilar sub-decomposable operators have equal spectra and quasisimilar decomposable operators have equal spectra. Moreover, every subscalar operator is admissible.

본 연구에서는 문화예술교육 분야 분류체계의 필요성을 인식하고 패싯 기반의 분류 시스템을 설계하게 되었다. 본 연구는 체계적인 방법론을 적용하여 분류시스템을 구축하였고, 국내외 도메인 전문가와 분류전문가가 협력을 통해 분류시스템을 향상시켜 그 결과 13개의 메인 패싯과 다양한 하위 용어를 추출하였다. 본 연구에서 설계된 분류시스템의 목적은 문화예술교육의 다양한 자원을 보다 체계적이고 효율적으로 관리 이용할 수 있는 기반을 마련하는데 있으며 이는 나아가 문화예술교육 분야의 개념에 대한 문화적 격차를 해소시키는데 사용되기를 바란다.

The study is about the bounds of the spectral norms of r-circulant and geometric circulant matrices with the sequences called biperiodic Jacobsthal numbers. Then we give bounds for the spectral norms of Kronecker and Hadamard products of these r-circulant matrices and geometric circulant matrices. The eigenvalues and determinant of r-circulant matrices with the bi-periodic Jacobsthal numbers are obtained.
