RN-BSN 학생을 위한 문제중심학습(Problem-Based Learning) 패키지 개발 - 임신, 분만, 산욕여성의 상황을 중심으로 - (Development of a Problem-based Learning Package for RN-BSN Students - Based on the Cases of Women during Pregnancy, Childbirth and Postpartum -)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a procedure for developing a PBL package and to provide the example of its application. Method: In this study, the PBL package was proposed based on the integrated curricular under maternity nursing. The PBL package model proposed by Little was applied to this study. Result: The procedure for developing the PBL package includes course objectives, learning objectives, concept mapping, situation scenario, tutor guide, and evaluation method. Clinical scenarios used in 3 PBL packages were composed of a pregnant women, a childbirth women, and a postpartum women. The Eight detailed steps are given in this study. Conclusion: Through these findings, the steps might be easier and more useful for nurse professionals to begin using the PBL package in maternity nursing. In addition, the steps will actively contribute to imply the PBL in nursing education.

TMDL 지원을 위한 QUAL2E 모델을 이용한 GIS기반의 삭감시나리오 작성 지원시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of GIS Based Mitigation Scenario Support System Using QUAL2E Model for TMDL)

  • 본 연구는 국내 TMDL 지원을 위하여 삭감시나리오 작성 및 수질모의가 가능한 GIS 기반의 삭감시나리오 작성 지원시스템을 개발하는 것을 주요 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상지역은 금강수계 내 삽교천 상류 31 km 구간이며, QUAL2E 모델이 시스템에 적용되었다. 점 및 비점오염원 속성과 다양한 지도 자료를 수집하여 공간 DB를 구축하였다. 각 단위유역의 BOD, T-N, T-P 배출부하량을 산정하였고, 삭감시나리오 작성 과정에서 이들의 수치만을 간단히 조작하여 수질모의가 가능하도록 시스템을 개발하였다. 세 가지 삭감시나리오가 적용되었으며, GIS 기반의 결과 비교를 통해 효율적인 삭감시나리오 선정이 가능하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 향후 최적 의사결정지원에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 아울러 새로운 삭감시나리오 작성 방법 및 알고리즘 개발에도 활용될 것으로 판단된다. 향후 시스템 고도화를 위해서는 오염원별 관리에 따른 삭감시나리오의 작성 지원, 대상지역의 확대 적용 등의 후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

실시간 모니터링 기법을 이용한 모바일 성능 관리 시스템 개발 (Development of Mobile Performance Management System Using Real-Time Monitoring Method)

  • 최근에 모바일 단말기를 이용한 LBS(Location Based Service), MDT(Mobile Data Terminal) 및 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) 서비스가 일반화되면서 이들 서비스에 대한 성능을 자동으로 관리하기 위한 시스템이 구현되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 사용자 필드에서 사용자와 단말기 그리고 단말기와 모바일 서버간의 성능테스트가 가능하도록 모바일 성능 관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 시나리오 관리 모듈, MDT monitoring, LBS monitoring, PDA monitoring의 4개의 모듈로 구성되며 시나리오 관리 모듈에 의해 각 모듈이 모니터링을 수행하여 성능을 관리하도록 하였다. LBS 모니터링은 LBS 발신 단계, 호 연결 상태, 접속 상태에서의 LBS 테스트 단계를 거쳐 수행하도록 하였으며 그 결과 호의 상태에 따라 성능 관리가 수행되도록 하였다. MDT 모니터링은 입력상태에 따라 command가 수행하도록 구현하였으며, PDA 모니터링은 설정메뉴와 실행메뉴에 따라 모니터링이 수행되도록 구현하였다.

DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF A NUCLEAR FUEL CYCLE ANALYSIS TOOL: A FUTURE CODE

  • This paper presents the development and validation methods of the FUTURE (FUel cycle analysis Tool for nUcleaR Energy) code, which was developed for a dynamic material flow evaluation and economic analysis of the nuclear fuel cycle. This code enables an evaluation of a nuclear material flow and its economy for diverse nuclear fuel cycles based on a predictable scenario. The most notable virtue of this FUTURE code, which was developed using C# and MICROSOFT SQL DBMS, is that a program user can design a nuclear fuel cycle process easily using a standard process on the canvas screen through a drag-and-drop method. From the user's point of view, this code is very easy to use thanks to its high flexibility. In addition, the new code also enables the maintenance of data integrity by constructing a database environment of the results of the nuclear fuel cycle analyses.

개인통신단말기를 통한 다이어트 관리 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Diet Management System via Personal Communication)

  • Recently, the development of u-City and u-City services have been actively pursued by individual local government bodies in South Korea. This study focuses on the development of u-Health service, one of the services of u-City, by studying u-Health services in development (domestic and foreign) and by analyzing and proposing the communication infrastructure required to provide such services. Mainly, this study will focus on analyzing the current trend in personal mobile device based u-Health services domestically and internationally, and propose a new type of u-Health service, u-Diet service. The study will introduce the architecture, service scenario, technologies, characteristics, and the business model for the u-Diet service. It is expected that this study will provide the guideline for developing new u-Health services.

이공계 정부출연연구기관의 지방이전방안 (Regional Distribution of Government-sponsored Research Institutes in Science & Technology)

  • Korea's government-sponsored research institutes (GRIs) have contributed a lot to the economic development of Korea. They have become major components of the Korean national innovation system. However, in these days, they have been blamed for low productivity and inefficiency, as well as insufficient contribution to national development. This paper argues that the major problem of Korea's GRIs lies in their concentration in a few regions, e. g. Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Daedeok. It argues that they should be fairly distributed among regions in order to contribute to the development of Korea effectively. In this regard, this paper explores the relevant policy options to effectively distribute Korean GRIs among regions. It suggests two categories of distribution scenarios. The first category is based on the types of GRIs to be distributed. This category has three scenarios: existing GRIs, branch institutes of existing GRIs, and new GRIs. The second category is based on the jurisdiction of GRIs. It has also three scenarios: GRI system as an independent sector, GRI-university cooperation system, and integration of GRIs to regional universities. These scenarios have advantages and disadvantages, respectively. Therefore, we must find a rather satisfactory scenario based on the mixture of scenarios of both categories.

Development of End-to-end Numerical Simulator for Next Generation GNSS Signal Design

  • This paper presents the development of an end-to-end numerical simulator for signal design of the next generation global navigation satellite system (GNSS). The GNSS services are an essential element of modern human life, becoming a core part of national infra-structure. Several countries are developing or modernizing their own positioning and timing system as their demand, and South Korea is also planning to develop a Korean Positioning System (KPS) based on its own technology, with the aim of operation in 2034. The developed simulator consists of three main units such as a signal generator, a channel unit, and a receiver. The signal generator is constructed based on the actual navigation satellite payload model. For channels, a simple Gaussian channel and land mobile satellite (LMS) multipath channel environments are implemented. A software receiver approach based on a commercial GNSS receiver model is employed. Through the simulator proposed in this paper, it is possible to simulate the entire transceiver chain process from signal generation to receiver processing including channel effect. Finally, numerical simulation results for a simple example scenario is analyzed. The use of the numerical signal simulator in this paper will be ideally suited to design a new navigation signal for the upcoming KPS by reducing the research and development efforts, tremendously.

객체기반 셀룰러오토마타 모형을 이용한 하남시 토지이용변화 모의 (Simulation of land use changes in Hanam city using an object-based cellular automata model)

  • 인간 활동에 의한 도시의 토지이용변화는 도시의 공간구조와 생태계에 영향을 미친다. 토지이용변화 패턴을 파악하고 미래의 토지이용변화를 모의하는 것은 지속가능한 도시 관리를 위해 필요하지만, 토지이용변화의 불확실성과 복잡성으로 인해서 이를 효과적으로 모의하기 어렵다. 셀룰러오토마타 모형은 도시토지이용변화에 널리 사용되는 모형으로, 격자기반의 변화를 모의한다. 하지만, 격자기반의 모의는 실제 토지이용변화 특성을 반영하기 어렵고, 토지이용의 파편화가 나타나는 한계가 있다. 이러한 문제를 보완하기 위해 제작된 객체기반 셀룰러오토마타모형은 토지패치 객체별 변화를 모의한다. 본 연구는 하남시를 대상으로 객체기반 토지이용변화 모형을 제작하여 미래의 토지이용변화를 모의하였다. 제작된 모형의 정확도를 평가하는 성능지수는 24.1%로 평가되었다. 기준시나리오를 적용한 2038년의 토지이용변화 모의결과, 시가지는 16.4% 감소한 반면, 농경지는 9.0% 증가하였고, 초지는 19.3% 증가하였다. 개발시나리오의 경우 시가지는 22.4% 증가하였고, 농경지는 26.1% 감소한 반면, 산림과 초지는 큰 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 보전시나리오의 경우 시가지는 29.5%, 농경지는 8.8%감소하였고, 산림과 초지는 각각 6%, 42.8% 증가하였다. 본 모형은 실제 도시 토지이용변화를 효과적으로 모의하여 공간계획을 위한 의사결정지원도구로 사용될 수 있다.

UML 2.0 모델 기반의 교전통제 소프트웨어 아키텍처 개발 (Development of the Engagement Control Software Architecture Based on UML 2.0 Model)

  • The engagement control software embedded in the weapon control computer of the fire control center for air defense missile system is large-scale real-time software. The use of typical software development methodologies is not appropriate to develop such large-scale embedded software in terms of reusability, reliability, and productivity for the reason that it is significantly complicated, and highly dependent on hardware platforms and developers. In this paper, a model-based software architecture using components based on UML 2.0 for the engagement control software is presented in order to solve these problems. This software architecture is verified using the black-box test, the scenario-based test, and the Ethernet packet monitoring test methods. The results demonstrate that the developed software architecture can be employed to enhance reusability, maintainability, and productivity of large-scale embedded software.

선박설계를 위한 인터넷기반의 협동설계시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Internet Based Cooperation-Design system for Ship Design)

  • The early construction of the internet based ship basic planning supporting system based on the concurrent engineering and the internet technology is essential as a means for the improvement of technology and design productivity our ship building industry is facing currently. Further more, technological base construction for the construction for the construction of the cooperation system on the level of ship building industry is necessary for the technological base security to maintain and develop ship building industry continuosly in the 21st century of the information industry environment and for the technological improvement of the middle and small shipyard falling behind relatively and finally for the breaking through our ship building industry environment in which inter-enterprise competition is deeping. In this study, we designed the frame-system of the ship design supporting system and presented the development scenario based on core element technology.
