소형 곤충형 지상 이동 로봇 주행 메커니즘의 다리 기구 설계 및 분석 (Design and Analysis of Leg Linkage of Small-scale Insect-inspired Ground Mobile Robot)

  • Small-scale ground mobile robots can access confined spaces where people or larger robots are unable. As the scale of the robot decreases, the relative size of the environment increases; therefore, maintaining the mobility of the small-scale robot is required. However, small-scale robots have limitations in using a large number of high-performance actuators, powerful computational devices, and a power source. Insects can effectively navigate various terrains in nature with their legged motion. Discrete contact with the ground and the foot enables creatures to traverse irregular surfaces. Inspired by the leg motion of the insect, researchers have developed small-scale robots and they implemented swing and lifting motions of the leg by designing leg linkages that can be adapted to small-scale robots. In this paper, we propose a leg linkage design for insect-inspired small-scale ground mobile robots. To use minimal actuation and reduce the control complexity, we designed a 1-DOF 3-dimensional leg linkage that can generate a proper leg trajectory using one continuous rotational input. We analyzed the kinematics of the proposed leg linkage to investigate the effect of link parameters on the foot trajectory.

  • A small and lightweight crawling robots have been actively studied thanks to their outstanding mobility and maneuverability. Those robots can navigate into more confined spaces that larger robots are unable to reach or enter such as debris and caves. In this paper, we propose a milli-scale hexapedal robot based on planar linkage design. To make this possible, two necessary conditions for successful crawling are satisfied: thrust force from the ground and aerial phase while running. These conditions are achieved through a newly developed leg design. The robot has a pair of legs and each leg has three feet. Those feet alternatively moves based on 1DOF planar linkage. This linkage is installed at each side of the robot and finally the robot shows the alternating gait and aerial phase during running. As a result, the robot runs with the crawling speed of 0.9 m/s.

여성에 대한 폭력관련 상담소의 서비스 연계실태 및 연계관련 요인 (A Study on the Situation of and the Factors that Predict the Linkage of Services in the Counseling Centers for the Victims of Violence Against Women)

  • Violence against women includes sexual violence, domestic violence, trafficking, etc. It is a serious problem that violates women's rights and basic freedom. In Korea, with the enactment of the laws on sexual violence and domestic violence in the 1990s, counseling centers and protective facilities for the victims began to be established and have been rapidly increasing in number recently. The purpose of this research was to investigate the current status of the counseling services with a focus on their linkage function. 78 out of 109 counselors working in the counseling centers for sexual and domestic violence throughout Korea responded to a mail survey. The questions included the general characteristics of the centers and the counselors, the structural, relationship and process dimensions of linkage function, and the subjective and objective aspects of the degree of linkage. The findings of the analysis highlighted the following problems. First, the counseling centers played limited role in serving the victims of violence due to lack of resources in the service network. Second, the linkage of services existed on a relatively small scale which was mostly based upon informal and unstructured relationship. Third, according to the multivariate analysis, the existence of potential partner agencies, the effort of the line staff to initiate the linkage relationship and mutual cooperation between agencies determined the degree of linkage among services. These findings suggest implications for establishing a more effective system to protect the victims of violence.

심리상담사의 지역사회자원연계 능력 척도 개발 (Development of Community Resources Linkage Capability Scale of Counselors)

  • 본 연구에서는 심리상담사의 지역사회자원연계 능력을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보았다. 먼저. 선행연구를 통해 5가지 영역, 총 42문항으로 구성된 예비 문항을 제작하였다. 이후 한국상담심리학회 소속 심리상담사 1급 자격증을 소지한 상담전문가들에게 내용 타당도와 안면 타당도를 검증받았고, 그 결과 4가지 영역 총 20개로 된 최종 문항을 도출하였다. 최종 문항은 심리상담사(N=306)에게 제공되었고, 수집된 설문을 통해 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 탐색적 요인분석에서는 2요인이 확인되었고, 확인적 요인분석에서는 2요인이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 두 요인은 각각 '정보의 수집과 활용'과 '정보의 조직과 연계'로 명명되었으며, 척도는 공인 타당도, 내적 합치도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도 분석 결과에서 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발한 척도는 심리상담사를 위한 지역사회자원연계 능력 척도라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 척도는 Wee클레스나 Wee센터, 청소년 상담복지센터 및 그 외 상담 현장 등에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

부산시 물류창고업의 신뢰형성 수준과 연계의 공간적 특성 (Trust Building Level and Linkage's Spatial Characteristics on Logistics & Storage Industry in the City of Busan)

  • 본 연구는 부산시 물류창고업의 신뢰형성 수준과 연계의 공간적 특성 간의 관계를 밝히고자 하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신뢰형성 요인 중 '장기적 반복적 상호작용', '정보공유와 호혜성', '상호의존과 자산전용성'은 신뢰형성이 높은 수준인 미시적 신뢰, '근접성'과'불확실성'은 중간 수준인 중시적 신뢰, 그리고 '기업의 문화 및 규범과 공식적 제도'는 낮은 수준인 거시적 신뢰에 상대적으로 많은 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 거시적 신뢰, 중시적 신뢰, 미시적 신뢰 모두 공간적 근접성이 매우 큰 국지적 범위에서 대부분 형성되고, 신뢰형성 수준이 높을수록 연계의 공간적 범위는 국가적 범위, 국제적 범위로 확대된다. 셋째, 이러한 현상은 구매연계보다 판매연계에서, 제공하는 서비스 영역이 클수록, 수직적 연계보다 수평적 연계에서, 기업 간 관계가 발전할수록, 아웃소싱보다 공급사슬관리로 업무가 진행될 때 더욱 뚜렷하게 나타난다.

  • This reserch was to develop database software in order to handle a lot of clinical nursing data with nursing diagnoses, related factors, defining characteristics, nursing interventions, nursing activities and nursing outcomes. MS Access2000 and SQL was selected to use a general purpose database logic with an efficiency. MS Visual Basic 6.0 was used to construct the circumstance of Graphic User Interface. The Linkage Database of abdominal surgery patients was constructed from the clinical data and questionnaire. This database system could add related factors, defining characteristics, nursing activities in the database and analyze the statistical results through Access query. In the final stage, end-users satisfaction analysis using 5 points Likert scale was dong with the response of using the database system. The accuracy/trustworthiness of the database system was verified with the highest average scores as 4.42 and also, the efficiency as 4.21, user friendly function as 4.1.

  • This study investigates possible of linkage between kindergarten infants and the lower level elementary school students so aims to take a triangular position which direction of architectural space plan. The results of the study are as follows: 1) The results of analysis which infants and lower level elementary school students' behavior and activity showed similar play patterns in space attitude, rule of space use, similar to satisfaction and kinds of play, the time required, groups scale and place of play. 2) Architectures of kindergarten and lower level elementary school can classify style of selfhelp-singleness, establishment as an annex-singleness, establishment as an annex-attachment and divides space of education, management, service and analogized kinds of necessary space. 3) Infants of four, five years old and six, seven years old(first, second elementary school students) are similar to physical, intellectual, emotional development and have special characters of successions so kindergarten and lower level elementary school buildings must be necessary for organic linkage and intergration.

기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석 연구 (A Study on Development Skill Framework and Analysis of It's Linkage to National Technical Qualification Items in Machinery Sector)

  • 이 연구는 기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석에 목적이 있다. 문헌연구, 면담조사, 전문가협의회를 통해 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 설정하였다. 직무분류 결과 기계분야의 직무군은 크게 중분류 3개, 소분류 11개, 이들 소분류를 다시 분류하면 총 42개의 직무가 도출되었다. 기계분야의 직무수준은 국가자격체제(KQF)의 수준체계와 자격 및 교육과정, 산업 현장의 직무별 수준을 반영하여 7단계로 구분하였다. 도출된 직무 체계를 바탕으로 직무군과 직무 정의를 제시하였으며, 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다. 또한 개발된 직무체계와 국가기술자격 종목과의 연계실태를 분석하여 자격종목 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Building Linked Big Data for Stroke in Korea: Linkage of Stroke Registry and National Health Insurance Claims Data

  • Background: Linkage of public healthcare data is useful in stroke research because patients may visit different sectors of the health system before, during, and after stroke. Therefore, we aimed to establish high-quality big data on stroke in Korea by linking acute stroke registry and national health claim databases. Methods: Acute stroke patients (n = 65,311) with claim data suitable for linkage were included in the Clinical Research Center for Stroke (CRCS) registry during 2006-2014. We linked the CRCS registry with national health claim databases in the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA). Linkage was performed using 6 common variables: birth date, gender, provider identification, receiving year and number, and statement serial number in the benefit claim statement. For matched records, linkage accuracy was evaluated using differences between hospital visiting date in the CRCS registry and the commencement date for health insurance care in HIRA. Results: Of 65,311 CRCS cases, 64,634 were matched to HIRA cases (match rate, 99.0%). The proportion of true matches was 94.4% (n = 61,017) in the matched data. Among true matches (mean age 66.4 years; men 58.4%), the median National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score was 3 (interquartile range 1-7). When comparing baseline characteristics between true matches and false matches, no substantial difference was observed for any variable. Conclusion: We could establish big data on stroke by linking CRCS registry and HIRA records, using claims data without personal identifiers. We plan to conduct national stroke research and improve stroke care using the linked big database.

저영향개발 시설의 요소기술별 연계 효과 분석 (Analysis of the Linkage Effect by Component Technology in Low Impact Development Facilities)

  • Urbanization has led to extreme changes in land use on urban watersheds. Most cities are becoming residential, commercial and industrial areas, making infiltration and storage of rainfall less favorable. The demand for LID (Low Impact Development) technology is increasing in order to mitigate this water cycle distortion and return to existing hydrological conditions. The LID technique is effective in reducing runoff by permeating the urban impervious area. However, considering the limit of the installation area and the financial requirement of the installation, there is not much research on the linkage of each LID component technology for optimum efficiency according to the appropriate scale. In this study, the effects of the LID facilities applied to the target site were simulated using the SWMM model, suggesting the optimal linkage method considering interconnectivity, and applying the effects as an existing installation of individual facilities. The water balance at the time of application of the LID technology, short-term and long-term rainfall event were compared. Also, the individual application and the linkage application were compared with each other. If each component technology has sufficient processing size, then linkage application is more effective than individual application.
