This research intended to analyse the perception level of seafarers in order to propose enhancement of health management for seafarers and improvement of marine telemedicine assistance system. To this end, questionnaire survey was conducted for 422 seafarers in relation to current status of utilizing Emergency Medical Advice by radio(EMAR). By trading area, experience of benefiting EMAR by coastal seafarers was higher than that of ocean-going seafarers. By kinds of ships the rate of utilizing EMAR by fisherman was higher than that of seafarers of merchant ships. The level of satisfaction on the EMAR was 14.9% and regarded to be very low while the answering rate of necessity and urgency toward introducing marine telemedicine assistance system for the future through utilizing telemedicine equipment what is called U-helath including motion pictures information was very high. The answering rate of willingness to provide their personal health information positively when introducing marine telemedicine system was very high(97.4%). It is thus necessary to permit marine telemedicine service system, establish service model of marine telemedicine through conducting demonstration projects, promote marine telemedicine actively at the level of government, etc.

Women in engineering subject were developed for women included engineering education in Korea. Women in the predominantly male-oriented college of engineering which is afflicted by the high dropout rate and the low employment rate of coeds in their majoring fields because of the die-hard male dominant culture. In order to resolve the related problems, Our University has been actively engaged in a movement called "Women into Engineering" (WIE) to raise the gender cognitive awareness and to train women engineers for highly qualified work force. As part of the movement, a subject called "Women in Engineering" that focuses on the gender cognitive perspective is effective to reduce the dropout rate and to land a job inside their fields by stimulating their interest in their specialty made soft/hard skills. The study was conducted a survey of the coeds who have completed the "Women in Engineering" course to evaluate the degree of satisfaction perceived, and a t-test through comparing the group of the coeds and a group of coeds who have not taken the course. The results showed statistically significant responses indicating that both groups of coeds would like to see WIE offer more basic engineering courses like "Women in Engineering." This may lay the foundation to offer other major engineering courses for juniors and seniors that emphasize the gender cognitive approach.

The purpose of the study is to understand the present state of practical use of electronic journal usage statistics at the academic libraries. For this purpose the study performed an online questionnaire survey to the 63 academic libraries located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Based on the 48 responses, the study found out that the rate of satisfaction with the present usage data was low. Especially the rate of unsatisfaction with the absence of comparable data and the average usage rate of all the subscribing libraries appeared high. The study also examined 5 types of statistics for the evaluation of electronic journal.

This study proposed a system that can improve the employment rate and maintenance employment rate by filtering information related to employment in analyzing big data for students who want to find employment. The subject was a two-year female university, the existing employment strategy participated in the job search with simple information such as school grades and personality. As a result, the maintenance employment rate was relatively low due to the decrease in the satisfaction of students seeking employment and the incompatibility with the post-employment aptitude. In order to solve these problems, we propose a system that determines and filters whether the input data in the process of analyzing big data such as employment-related information to improve employment and maintenance employment rates.

The cosmetics industry faces a significant challenge in addressing the decreased recycling rate of cosmetic containers due to the composite materials used to meet consumers' aesthetic satisfaction. To address thees issues, eco-friendly packaging solutions such as refill packaging and single-material use have been developed. However, the market for eco-friendly cosmetics packaging requires a product that meets consumers' demands for aesthetics, sensitivity, and eco-friendliness while also performing as well as existing products. This study presents a solution to the challenge of the decreased recycling rate of cosmetic containers by developing a new cosmetic packaging product for cream formulations. The product features an easily separable and dischargeable internal refill container, while maintaining the design aesthetics of the external container. Through various tests, the product was shown to be of equivalent quality and performance to existing cream cosmetic packaging, with no leakage or defects observed. Furthermore, the use of a single-material polypropylene refill container is expected to contribute to the improvement of the plastic recycling rate.

Objectives : There have been very few studies on the compliance of methylphenidate-immediate releasing form(MPH-IR), which is the most frequently used drug in Korea, in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD). This study was conducted to investigate the compliance rate and the related factors in the one year pharmacotherapy process via OPD for children with ADHD. Method : Total 100 ADHD patients were selected randomly among patients who have been treated with MPH-IR from September in 2002 to December in 2002. All the selected patients were diagnosed with DSM-IV-ADHD criteria and fulfilled the inclusion criteria. In March, 2003(at the time of 6 month treatment), all the patients and parents received the questionnaire for the compliance and satisfaction for MPH-IR treatment. In October 2003(at time of 1 year treatment), we, investigators evaluated the socio-demographic variables, developmental data, medical data, family data, comorbid disorders, treatment variables, and compliance rate. Through these very comprehensive data, The compliance rate at the time of mean 1 year treatment and the related factors were investigated. Result : 1) In the questionnaire for compliance and satisfaction for MPND treatment, the 60% of respondents(parents) reported more than moderate degree of satisfaction in the effectiveness of MPND. Their compliance rate for the morning prescription was 81%, but the rate of afternoon prescription was 43%. 2) In the evaluation at the time of 1 year treatment(October 2003), the 38% of parents were dropped out from the OPD treatment. The mean compliance rate for the 1 year treatment was 62%. the 38% of parents were dropped out from the OPD treatment. The mean compliance rate for the 1year treatment was 62%. 3) Compared with the noncompliant group(drop-out group), compliant group showed higher total, verbal and performance IQ scores. In the treatment variables, higher reposponder rate(clinician rating), higher medication dosage and more compliance rate in afternoon prescription were found in the compliant group compared with the noncompliant group. There were no statistical differences in the demographic variables(age, sex, SES, parental education level), medical data, developmental profiles and academic function. Conclusion : To our knowledge, this is the first report about the compliance rate of the MPH-IR treatment for the children with ADHD. The compliance rate at the time of mean 1year treatment was 62%, which was comparable with other studies performed in foreign countries, especially States. In this study, the compliance related factors were IQ score, clinical treatment response, dosage of MPH-IR, and early compliance for the afternoon prescription. These results suggest that clinician plan the strategies for the promotion of the early compliance for the after prescription and enhancement of overall treatment response.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of dental hygienists in how they view their work and how they rate their emotional labor and occupational stress. Gathering this data was an effort to provide information on how to increase occupational satisfaction and improve work environments for dental hygienists. Methods: We analyzed data collected from 178 dental hygienists. The dental hygienists were randomly selected by convenience sampling from dental hospitals. Results: Our results showed that pediatric hygienists had more negative responses in regard to their views on their work. As for emotional labor, dental hygienists from pediatric dental clinics experienced heavier emotional labor than those from general dental clinics. On the other hand, dental hygienists from general dental clinics suffered more from occupational stress than pediatric dental hygienists did. Conclusions: Given the findings of this study, effective and ideal programs that promote occupational satisfaction for dental hygienists should be prepared, and strategies should be developed to resolve emotional labor and improve their work environments, as well.

Incheon international airport has been successful, that is, the winner of Airport Service Quality (ASQ) evaluation performed by ACI(Airport Council International) for nine consecutive years. It goes without saying that such an outstanding performance was made not only by airport authority itself but by the collaboration among subcontractors at Incheon international airport. Since Incheon airport is showing more than 80% of outsourcing rate, it is important to mention and study the roles and functions of subcontractors who has made a major contribution to ASQ performance. According to empirical research in this paper, it was found out service attitude, communication skill and interdependence between airport authority and subcontractors were important factors affecting the ASQ score. It is also analyzed that those independent factors have an impact on ASQ performance through the intermediate factor of trust. As a result, service attitude and interdependence between airport authority and subcontractors have statistically a significant effect to the relational satisfaction and ASQ performance. It could be concluded that trust is significant factor determining the causal relationship among service attitude, communication skill, relational satisfaction and ASQ score.

This study is designed to evaluation of the Community based Opthalmologic Health Services(CBOHS) for elderly carried out for last three years from 1994. The subjects were total 236 aged over 57 in Chuncheon city. Kangwon province. and the period of data collection was from Feb. 24th. 1996 to Feb. 27th. 1996. For evaluation of CBOHS. the questionnaire was consisted of participation rate. and perception about the service. the level of satisfaction and things to improve. Result were obtained as follows: 1. The number of participants was $95(40.3\%)$ among total subjects. The places provided services were the health service center of Seoul National University in Chuncheon city and community health center. The participants were known from announcements of community staff$(66.3\%)$. 2. Non participants were $59.7\%$ among total subjects. mam causes of missing wasn't known'. 3. The services that participants screening test$(41.2\%)$. provided provided operation$(45.5\%)$. 4. The question about things to improve were continuous follow up and more many glasses provision These fingings may indicate that the CBOHS need more announcement. continuous follow up and provide more many glasses. As proved the satisfaction of CBOHS for elderly. the next study can be performed about the relevant factor of the services.
