In order to find how their learning satisfaction to impact on continuous learning, this study analyzed 206 participants who are learners under the literacy education from Ulsan city. With the first results, when looking over their learning satisfaction, we found that the level of satisfaction was the highest at the educational environment following teacher quality, learning results and contents sequentially. In general characteristics, the longer is learning attending and the satisfier is education contents and learning satisfaction. With the second results, when we look over how the general characteristics of literacy learners to impact on continuous learning, those who are over 70 years old expressed the higher rate on continuous learning. With the third results, considering the correlation between learning satisfaction and continuous learning, we concluded that the first was education contents, the second was teacher quality, the third was learning results and the last was learning environment. Consequently, we found that for literacy learners, the older and longer attending and the higher satisfaction, in addition, the continuous learning was higher according to needs of everyday life and the education contents impacted on continuous learning.
The purpose of this study is to measure the satisfaction level of user experience of athlesure brand community by generation through surveys, and to derive satisfaction level according to consumption taste by generation. As a tool for measuring brand community, a questionnaire written Creating Pleasurable Interfaces Model of Stephen P. Anderson was used and was conducted focusing on women in their 10s-40s, which are the main consumers. As a result of the survey, the community participation rate and satisfaction level are significantly different depending on the consumption tendency of each generation. In addition, focused on task satisfaction was high, but focused on experience satisfaction was relatively low. It was found that there is a need for a plan to improve satisfaction based on experience for revitalization of online and offline communities in the future. Through this study, we expect the use of consumer-centered brand communities and brand communities according to the satisfaction level of consumption demand by generation and consumption preference by demand.
Objectives : In this study, the dental treatment satisfaction degree of the patients, who experienced the sleep dental treatment or non-sleep dental treatment, the revisit rate and the differences among the encouraging intention were compared and analyzed, and the primary factors through which the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment has influence on the revisits and the encouraging intention were analyzed, and the proposal was made on clinic management to raise qualitative medical service level on the basis of this study. Methods : The questionnaires filled out by the 202 users of a certain dental clinic located in Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk were analyzed. The frequency analysis and the crosstabulation analysis of the general characteristics of survey participants were carried out, and the satisfaction difference between the sleep dental treatment and the non-sleep dental treatment was identified with the t-test analysis. The multiple regression analysis were carried out to identify the factors through which the sleep dental treatment has influence on the through which the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment has influence on the satisfaction degree of the medical service and the revisited dentists. Results : In the medical service satisfaction degree in general, the sleep dental treatment had the higher meaningful value than the non-sleep dental treatment(p<0.05). In the case of the difference in satisfaction degree on each medical service factor, the satisfaction of the sleep treatment group was high in every case, but the meaningful difference showed up in the factors of waiting time, treatment procedure, revisit and the encouraging intention(p<0.01). The revisit to the sleep treatment dental clinic and the recommending dentist increased in proportion to the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment, and the Beta value appeared to be 0.337 at the influence of the subordinate variable(p<0.001). As for the influence on the sleep dental treatment satisfaction, the Beta value of the dental hygienist was the highest, marking the value at 0.375(p<0.01). As for the satisfaction of the patients who experienced the sleep dental treatment, the Beta value of the treatment fee was the highest, marking 0.352(p<0.001), in the multiple regression analysis of the revisit and the encouraging intention, and the 0.156 of dentist factor and the 0.152 of treatment procedure and waiting time showed lower regression coefficient(p<0.05). Conclusions : It is assumed that the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment, which is carried out as a new dental service has influence on the increase of revisit to the dental clinic as an important factor. But it was disclosed that the high level of treatment fee has the biggest influence on choice of revisit to the dental clinic. In the current medical charge system, the sleep dental treatment appeared to have a big influence on raising the quality of dentists, the satisfaction of patients, the revisit and encouraging intention, and also the roles of the dental hygienist was important. It is assumed that these facts are functioning as the factors that are linked to the increase of revisit and the encouraging intention.
An aim of this study is to find out influenced factors of satisfaction degree on the clinical practice for the dental technology student and it can be provided the basic necessary data for the educational planning of the curriculum for the clinical practice. The target of study are selected form 7 junior health college students and colleges are located in around seoul form 14 junior health college throughout the nation. The questionnaries were distributed between 24th Feb to 30th July in 1997 to the 100 dental technicians who finished clinical practice and entered profession in 1997. All collected data were analysed by using SPSS/PC, Technical Statistic, One-Way ANOVA, Ttest, Person Correnlation Coefficient, Chrobach Alpha Coefficient and the result of the study is follow. 1) The satisfaction degree were classificated as 7 aspect and overall average score was 3.042. During that period satisfaction of personal relation aspect(M=3.737) shows highest level. Satsfiaction of clinical parctice(M=3.571) shows as second, Satisfiaction of environment(M=3.028), Satisfaction of guidance(M=2.915), satisfaction of subject are ordered of their scores. According to above study satisfaction's degree of subject show lowest level. 2) According to the result of verification of study. general character of student and satisfiaction degree has not much relation with sex, location of college, religion, period for enrolling college, teaching method of clinical practice. But the result show similar relation with following items. Satisfaction if subject and satisfaction of clinical practice(P=0.000), place of clinical practice and satisfaction of clinical practice(P=0.002), Academic record of college and satisfaction of clinical practice(P=0.000). 3) The relation of satisfaction(Subject, method of teaching, environment, period, rating, personal relation) of clinical practice and age of investigation's target Older student show higher satisfaction(P=0.040). Also method of teaching, environments, period, rating, personal relation has similarities with satisfaction. Therefore student who has higher satisfaction of clinical practice they also have higher rate for subject, environment, period, personal relation. 4) The result fo investigation, most interesting subject was crown & bridge and most difficult factor was too many simple-works to the student. One of ideal factor was discussing with counselor before they choose place for clinical practice. Third grade and first semester is most efficient time for clinical practice and 8 week is proper period for clinical practice. Clinical practice is absilutory mecessary and we find out most student rated positively. However we need more specific study about satisfcation of each subject. Because it shows lowest level and we need more pay attention for planning of clinical practice.
Background: This study was conducted to determine the association with dual jobbing on dental hygienists' job satisfaction and to identify the factors that lead to dual jobs. Methods: This study was an online survey of 110 currently employed dental hygienists conducted during the month of May 2022. To determine job satisfaction, we used the 20-item Korea-Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (K-MSQ). Survey questions related to dual job were adapted and supplemented from the dual job survey instrument for dental hygienists to identify intention to dual job and future intention to dual job. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe's post hoc analysis, and multiple logistic regression were performed. Results: The dual job rate and future dual job rate of the participants in this study were about 27% and 47%, respectively. The means for Intrinsic job satisfaction, Extrinsic job satisfaction, and job satisfaction were 3.44, 3.15, and 3.36, respectively. It was statistically significant that extrinsic job satisfaction increased with increasing position, and intrinsic job satisfaction, extrinsic job satisfaction, and job satisfaction increased with increasing salary. Those currently working dual jobs cited "self-actualization" as a reason for doing so, and those who intended to work dual jobs in the future cited "not being paid enough in their primary job" as a reason. We found that a one-unit increase in intrinsic job satisfaction and job satisfaction increases the odds of future intention to dual job by about 1.07 and 1.05 times, respectively (p<0.05). Conclusion: This study confirmed the influence of dental hygienists' job satisfaction on intention to dual job and future intention to dual job, and self-actualization was found to be the main factor. Therefore, the consideration of dual jobs in the future will affect the improvement of dental hygienists as professionals and the reduction of turnover through better working conditions.
The purpose of this paper was to develop the key performance indicators of regional co-training programs, using analytic hierarchy process method. Firstly, we pooled indicators by reviewing the literatures. The researcher checked the properness and representative of them and then, the training professionals reviewed them again. Finally, we finalized the indicators, depending on the indicator domains such as MOU (Memorandum of Agreement) company (the training participation rate of MOU companies, training participation of employees, and etc.), training performance (the completion of the program, employment rate, and etc.), cost-effectiveness (training cost per capita), satisfaction (satisfaction rate of MOU companies and training participants), and regional co-training enhancement (the operation of the committee, the will for training of the regional municipal government, and etc.). The weight size varied by the regional training needs, satisfaction of MOU companies, and regional committees of human resource development. We also suggested the continuous revision of the key performance indicators for regional co-training.
Purpose: To analyze the overall clinical outcome, overall assessment, and patient's satisfaction rate of subtalar arthrodesis using the cannulated compression screw. Materials and Methods: This study is based on 17 patients, 17 feet who underwent subtalar arthrodesis using the cannulated compression screw from March, 1997 to March, 2004 with at least 1 year follow-up. The average follow-up period was 33.0 months (12 to 72 months). Functional results were assessed using the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Ankle-Hindfoot (AOFAS) score, and Visual Analysis Scale (VAS) pain score, patients' returning to previous occupation and patients' satisfaction rate were also evaluated. Results: The mean AOFAS scores at final follow-up were 80.4 points (range $66{\sim}92$). The satisfactory rates were as follow. Thirteen patients (76.4%) were at least satisfied with surgical result at final follow-up. Patients' VAS pain score was average 2.8 points ($1{\sim}6$). Fourteen (82.3%) patients returned to previous job at mean postoperative period of 11.3 months (range 3-18 months). Patients' work efficiency after returning to previous occupation was 68.7% (range $33{\sim}100%$). There were 9 complications which were 3 cases of sural nerve injury, 1 case of valgus malunion, and 5 cases of the hindfoot residual pain. Conclusion: We obtained the satisfactory functional results with relatively high patient satisfaction rate of 76%. So we conclude that subtalar arthrodesis using the cannulated compression screw is a reliable method for addressing the painful end-stage subtalar osteoarthritis and unreconstructible comminuted calcaneal fractures. However we also found out that average 11 months were necessary for patients to return to their job.
This experiment was to find out the complacency of wearing dentures and the linkage to the quality of life style of oldsters 60 years old and over. 122 numbers of oldsters who came to aid to the health center were put to survey. This was taken place within the areas of Deajun, Koonsan, Mooju and Jinahn, thus procured the following result. 1. The length of edentulous period of 1-6years of oldsters aged around 60s showed 26.0%. The oldsters with edentulous period of over 7years aged in the 70s showed 26.1 % and 56.0% on oldsters aged in the 80s. This shows that as the age increases the edentulous period lengthens. (P<0.05) The length of time of using the denture shows. llyears or over on women 41.9%, less than 6years on men 71.4% as the highest rate. 11 years or over on towns/subcounty show 57.5%, small and medium cities more than 1 year 63.6%, less than six years also 63.6% and Kwangyuk city 47.6%. 2. The complacency on medical treatment of dentures was highest in Kwangyuk city of 61.3%, compared to towns/subcounty of 50.8% and small and medium cities of 33.3%. (P<0.05) 3. The complacency on mastication and pronunciation appears, 2.74% in Kwangyuk city, 3.10% in towns/ subcounty which is higher than the small and medium cities showing 1.09% on average. Satisfaction rate tends to be higher as the length of time of using the denture is longer. 4. Inconvenience on eating habits caused by dentures were felt by women. Wanting to get a new denture was 25.6% by women showing much higher rate than that of men which is 2.8% by men. (P<0.05) 5. The complacency of change in their life style after wearing the dentures were higher in Kwangyuk city of 64.5% whereas it showed 27.0% in towns! subcounty and 16.7%in small and medium cities. (P<0.05)
Background: To determine surgical outcomes, perioperative complications, and patient outcomes in gynecologic cancer patients undergoing robotic surgery. Materials and Methods: Surgical outcomes, including docking time, total operative time, console time, estimated blood loss (EBL), conversion rate and perioperative complications were retrospectively reviewed in 30 gynecologic cancer patients undergoing robotic surgery. Patient outcomes included recovery time and patient satisfaction, as scored by a visual analogue scale (VAS) from 0-10. Results: The operations included 24 hysterectomies with pelvic lymphadenectomy (PLD) and/or para-aortic lymphadenectomy, four radical hysterectomies with PLD, and two radical trachelectomies with PLD. Mean docking time was $12.8{\pm}9.7min$, total operative time was $345.5{\pm}85.0min$, and console time was $281.9{\pm}78.6min$. These times were decreased in the second half of the cases. There was no conversion rate. Three intraoperative complications, including one external iliac artery injury, one bladder injury, and one massive bleeding requiring blood transfusion were reported. Postoperative complications occurred in eight patients, most were minor. Only one patient had port herniation that required reoperation. Mean hospital stay was $3.5{\pm}1.7days$, and recovery time was $14.2{\pm}8.1days$. Two-thirds of patients felt very satisfied and one-third felt satisfied; the mean satisfaction score was 9.4 +0.9. Two patients with stage III endometrial cancer developed isolated port site metastasis at five and 13 months postoperatively. Conclusions: Robotic surgery for gynecologic cancer appears to be feasible, with acceptable perioperative complication rate, fast recovery time and high patient satisfaction.
This paper has analyzed the factors and purchasing places affecting the purchasing caned coffee which is classified into low involvement goods. As the result of research, it was discovered that affected factor has arisen out of distribution or recognition other than satisfaction of goods. Consumers who have low satisfaction level switch but this occasion happen at a much lesser rate than expected and on the contrary, even customers who were lesser satisfied expressed that they would buy the same brand again. Although this paper demonstrates the importance of the distribution and recognition factors (publicity), among other marketing mixes, that play a greater role than the product when purchasing the product, it has not taken the effects of promotion into consideration. In the future, the consequences of promotions should be explored and simultaneously look into how each of the factors influence direct sales and weigh how much impact each factor has.
