본 논문에서는 한국전통무용 참가 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 내재된 변인인 자아존중감이 갖는 매개효과에 대해 규명할 것을 제안한다. 연구대상은 D시의 이주여성 지원센터에서 제공되는 프로그램에 참가하는 결혼이주여성(실험집단:28명, 통제집단:30명)으로 3개월간(주 2회, 50분씩)의 한국전통무용프로그램 참가 전, 후의 수집된 설문자료를 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 변인간의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다. 그 결과 한국전통무용참가 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스는 자아존중감과 생활만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 자아존중감을 통해 생활만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 한국전통무용참가 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스는 자아존중감과 생활만족도에 직접적인 영향을 줌과 동시에 자아존중감의 매개효과를 통해서도 생활만족도에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 검증하였다.

Recently, the tourism industry faced a crisis due to COVID-19. Smart tourism that combines information and communication technology (ICT) is rapidly growing to overcome the crisis in the tourism industry. In order to revitalize the tourism industry after COVID-19, such as non-face-to-face and non-contact, smart tourism incorporating information and communication technology (ICT) is actively encouraged and promoted. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify how perceived pleasure, perceived awakening, and perceived domination, which are three important variables of emotional response theory, affect the intention to continue use through perceived usefulness, expectation, and satisfaction. The survey was conducted for two weeks from November 1 to 15, 2020. A total of 175 surveys were collected during the period and used for analysis. As a result of the study, first, perceived pleasure did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, expectation, satisfaction, and intention to continue use. Second, perceived awakening had a significant effect on expectations, but did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continued use intention. Third, perceived domination had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, expectation, and continued use intention. However, it did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fourth, perceived usefulness did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fifth, expectations had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Sixth, satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention to continue use. Through this, companies and developers that provide online review content for aviation and hotels should know what part of the content is actually focused on and provide it to customers. In addition, content should be provided in consideration of the emotional aspects that aviation and hotel online review users feel while watching videos.

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 강의가 지속됨에 따라 온라인 강의 시스템, 이용 동기, ICT 활용능력, 강의만족도 간의 관계성을 찾기 위함이다. 이를 위해 우송대학교 재학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 유효표본 330부를 확보하였으며, SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 실증분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과는 시스템의 편의성·용이성·보안성과 이용 동기가 강의만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 조절효과의 변수인 ICT 활용능력은 시스템 특성(용이성 및 보안성)과 강의만족도 간의 관계에서도 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 학생들의 온라인 강의의 만족도를 높이기 위해 서는 새로운 온라인 시스템 개발은 물론 ICT활용 능력을 향상시키기 위한 별도의 교육프로그램 개발 및 운영의 필요성을 제시하였다. 끝으로 온라인 강의에 대한 만족도를 높이기 위해 향후 다양한 표본조사와 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effects of physical environment change on the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) project implemented in Gamcheon 2 Dong on the fear of crime, neighborhood satisfaction, and neighborhood attachment in the poor. In this study, the data collected through field surveys and questionnaires were analyzed using a structural equation model, specifically the SPSS AMOS 25 program. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the neighborhood satisfaction was enhanced by the improvement in the walking environment and the reduction in the neighborhood disorder level of the target area through the installation of major CPTED facilities. The results of the statistical analysis show that the reduction in the neighborhood disorder due to the CPTED project enhanced the neighborhood satisfaction and the level of neighborhood attachment in the local residents. In addition, the changes in the walking environment caused by the CPTED project had a positive effect on the neighborhood satisfaction, and as the degree of neighborhood disorder decreased, the neighborhood satisfaction increased and the local people's attachment level increased.

This study was conducted to investigate the current status of online classes and evaluations during the COVID-19 pandemic and the satisfaction of students attending the College of Korean Medicine. A survey was conducted with students enrolled in Dongguk University's College of Korean Medicine. The questionnaire was divided into four areas asking about online lectures, laboratory practice, clinical practice, and evaluation experience. The items were composed of multiple-choice, a 5-point scale, and subjective type. After distributing the Google form address through SNS and LMS, only those who agreed to the questionnaire were responded anonymously. 149 out of 457 enrolled students responded. 98.7% of students experienced online lectures, and more frequently experienced real-time online lectures (98.6%) than recorded lectures (43.5%). Overall satisfaction with online lectures was 3.99 on average. 80.5% of the students experienced the online experiment and practice class, and the overall satisfaction with it was 3.29 on average. 1.3% of students experienced online clinical practice. 86.6% of students experienced online evaluation, and when asked about the fairness of the test, the average score was 3.99. Satisfaction with online lectures and evaluations is generally high, so it is expected to be used as an effective learning tool in the future. However, it seems that facility improvement and technical training of instructors are necessary. In experimental and practical education, the satisfaction level is lower than that of online lectures, so it seems necessary to develop a new online program and to prepare a safe offline education system.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore and examine the factors influencing customer satisfaction and subscription intention in order to propose useful implication regarding subscription economy model. Methods: This study adopts the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model (UTAUT2) as the theoretical framework. On the basis of literature review, this study suggested 9 related hypothesis. To examine the hypothesis proposed, the study designed surveys with 32 questions and 456 answers were collected for the analysis. The study adopted a structural equation model and path analysis, using AMOS and SPSS programs. Results: The results of this study are as follow: All hypothesis except performance expectancy and effort expectancy have significant influence on customer satisfaction. Performance expectancy and effort expectancy have no significant influence on customer satisfaction and facilitate condition is significant but negatively associated with customer satisfaction. Conclusion: Result of this study is expected to suggest data regarding subscription economy and customer satisfaction for business with subscription model. In detail the result implies that highly sophisticated curation system would create more customer satisfaction and subscription intention rather than how a subscription-based platform is easily used. Moreover, curation system of subsription-based music platform should function with high accuracy on recommendation in a creative visual form in order to gain comparative advantage while most platforms have built own curation service.

Quality of Life in Pakistan is an understudied and rather unexplored domain. With various definitions and challenges to explaining quality of life, a public opinion poll and scientific surveys have been conducted in order to find out more about the quality of life in Pakistan. Using a nationally representative sample, this paper seeks to identify quality of life measures, find results, and analyze them to see what they mean, specifically in the context of Pakistan.

본 연구는 골프연습장 유형별 이용자들의 만족요인을 알아보고 골프연습장 마케팅의 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 2009년 현재 전라남도에 위치한 G광역시의 6곳의 실내외 골프연습장과 N시, M시, S시에서 6곳의 실내 실외 골프연습장 선정하여 시설을 이용하고 있는 만20세 이상 고객을 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 총 600명의 설문지를 받아 그중 564명의 설문지를 유효 표본으로 하였다. 이상과 같은 연구목적과 연구방법을 통하여 골프경력, 골프실력, 이용횟수, 이용형태에 따른 골프연습장 유형별 고객만족을 비교분석을 하였다.

Korean secondary school students (n=263) responded to surveys measuring their family contexts and school adjustment during the time period August-September 2004. Structure Equation Modeling tests were conducted to identify the nested model on school adjustment, a latent variable constructed with peer relations, teacher-adolescent relations, and academic attitude. In the nested model, parental involvement was a powerful predictor for school adjustment. Family conflict had a negative impact on school adjustment and was statistically significantly when correlated with the other predictors in the model. These finding suggested that family contexts play an important role in Korean adolescents' school adjustment. Hence, adolescents' perceived GPA level and satisfaction for school were important predictors for school adjustment.

지방자치제도가 활성화되고 있는 시점에서 지역주민은 지방자치단체 행정의 집행에 있어서 수동적인 객체가 아니라 행정서비스를 평가하고 능동적으로 구매하는 고객으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역주민을 대상으로 하여 복지정책, 산업정책, 교육문화정책, 생활환경정책 등 다양한 분야별 정책콘텐츠에 대한 만족도를 측정하여 분석하고자 한다. 분석결과 보건복지정책, 교육문화정책콘텐츠를 제외한 나머지 분야에 대해서는 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 정책적 제언을 제시하고 있다.
