스마트폰 애플리케이션의 서비스품질이 사용자 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Service Quality of Smartphone Applications on User Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • Recently, the number of smartphone users has skyrocketed because of a plenty of useful services that smartphone applications provide. In the Information Systems (IS) literature, however, there has been little understanding about the effects of the service quality of smatphone applications on user satisfaction and loyalty. Thereby, this study examined 1) the effects of the service quality of smartphone applications on users beliefs, perceived usefulness and easiness and 2) the effects of the user beliefs as mediating variables on users' attitude, satisfaction, and loyalty. A survey was conducted and SEM was employed to analyze the data. The results showed that the service quality of smartphone applications affect users' attitude, satisfaction, and loyalty through the mediating variables.

  • While CRM has recently attracted a lot of attention among academics and practitioners, most academic research in this area has focused on consumer markets, but CRM in industry markets is less focused research area so far. Companies in industry market have suspected effects of the relationship between CRM's activities and performance which is related to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The main purpose of this research support CRM strategy development. Therefore, this research is focused on as follows; first, defining the concept of CRM and performance second, identifying the customer relationship's characteristics and CRM relational activities in industrial markets third, verifying the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the case of Steel industry which is whether the CRM relational activities have effects on customer loyalty directly, or indirectly through customer satisfaction.

브랜드 충성도와 전환비용이 고객만족과 재구매에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Switching Cost and Brand Loyalty preference on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase)

  • This study attempts to investigate a general service sector model which aims to describe the extent to which customer repurchase intention is influenced by customer satisfaction, Customer loyalty, switching cost. This study attempts to investigate different group. Brand group 1 is higher Brand loyalty than Brand group 2. Brand Group 1 is 276 and Brand Group 2 is 271 consumers in service sector that they were used into data analysis. The data were analyzed by factor analysis and Structural Equation Model using SPSS and AMOS program. The results show that nearly all of the hypothesized relationships construct are supported. First, the direct effects of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and switching cost were confirmed. The service company not only strengthens customer loyalty, but also strategically makes the most use of switching cost to satisfy customer satisfaction and create sustainable company advantages. Second, the interactive relationships among switching cost and customer loyalty were very significant. The proper management of these mediating variables plays key roles in connecting customer satisfaction with repurchase intention. Third, the effects of customer loyalty and brand preference on repurchase intention were supported but switching cost rejected in the path analysis. Implications of the results for path analysis are discussed and future research directions are offered.

온라인 점포에서 의류상품특성이 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Apparel Product Attributes on Customer Satisfaction, Trust, and Loyalty in Online Stores)

  • Customers’ loyalty to an online store may be worth up to ten times as much as its average customer. To develop a loyal customer base, most online stores try their best to continually satisfy their customers and to generate long-run relationships with them. This study investigates the effects of product attributes on customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty in the context of online shopping for apparels. A self-administered questionnaire with multi-item scale was developed based on literatures. A total of 356 usable questionnaires were obtained from respondents and were analyzed using by LISREL 8.54 Program. The results showed that attributes of apparel products (e.g., products variety, price, and information) have indirectly influenced customer loyalty, which are moderated by customers’ satisfaction and trust. Additionally, customer satisfaction plays an important role to develop customer loyalty of online apparel stores. The findings suggest that, to satisfy their customers, online apparel stores should focus on product variety, and reasonable/economic prices of their apparel products, while they should provide the information about contents/care of apparels in building trusting relationships with their customers. In light of the major findings, this study sets forth strategic implications for customer loyalty in online settings of apparel store.

대형할인점 의류매장의 점포애호도에 대한 서비스 품질과 전환장벽 및 고객만족 영향력에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study of the Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Switching Barrier on Store Loyalty)

  • The goal of this study was to investigate the impacts of service quality, customer satisfaction, and switching burier on store loyalty of the clothes shops at large-scale discount stores. The subjects were 357 female adults living in Suncheon City, Jeollanam Province. The questionnaires were conveniently sampled from June 1 to 30, 2006. The collected data were factor and reliability analyzed using the SPSS program. And Regression was used to verify the relationships between the variables. Among the six hypotheses set in the research model, total three were accepted through empirical analysis and the rest three were accepted partially. The empirical results showed the following managerial implications. First, consumer' perceived service quality has relationship with customer satisfaction and store loyalty. Second, service quality has a positive relationship with switch barrier. Third, customer satisfaction has significantly related with switch barrier. Fourth, switch barrier has positively related with store loyalty. Finally, 'sales people', 'VMD/atmosphere', and 'assortment' of the service quality factors have positive relationships with store loyalty, but 'policy' has a negative relationship with store loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of service quality on consumer satisfaction and loyalty according to clothing involvement at internet shopping mall. Data were obtained from 400 college students living in Busan. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, t-test and regression analysis using SPSS WIN 14.0. The results indicate that companies of shopping mall striving for consumer loyalty should focus primarily on satisfaction and service quality perceived by consumer at Internet. The effects of clothing involvement on the association of consumer loyalty, satisfaction and perceived service quality are significant. This finding provides the information being efficient to develop marketing implications related to internet shopping mall.

Determining Adventure Tourist Loyalty: Mediating Role of Tourist Satisfaction and Quality of Life

  • This study aims to test the interrelationship among perceived value, tourist satisfaction, quality of life, and tourist loyalty in an Indonesian tourist adventure destination. The respondents were recruited from Bromo Mountain, East-Java Province, Indonesia. For this study, 250 questionnaires were distributed, of which 240 could be used for analysis, yielding a response rate of 96%. Data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares with smartPLS 3 software. Both outer model and inner model evaluation were conducted to ensure the robustness of the proposed model. The findings showed that perceived value does not have a direct significant effect on tourist loyalty. However, tourist satisfaction and quality of life have significant effects on tourist loyalty. The mediating effect test indicated that tourist satisfaction and quality of life significantly mediated the effect of perceived value on tourist loyalty. The multi-group analysis test found that the demographic factor does not have any influence. By accomplishing its research objectives, this study provides both theoretical and practical contributions. From a theoretical standpoint, this study provides a comprehensive conceptual model in explaining Indonesia adventure tourist loyalty. From a practical standpoint, this study offers recommendations to adventure tourism management to enhance the sustainability of the tourism destination, especially the adventure tourism destination.

공공도서관 서비스이용자 만족도와 충성도의 상관관계분석 및 매개변수 (Correlation Between Public Library Service User Satisfaction and Loyalty and Moderator Variables)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우선, 고객만족도와 충성도사이의 상관관계가 알려진 것처럼 높지 않다는 일부 경영학분야의 연구결과가 공공도서관서비스 이용자의 만족도와 충성도를 나타내는 다양한 지표들 사이의 상관관계분석에도 의미가 있는지를 알아보고자하는데 있다. 공공도서관 서비스이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사의 분석결과는 다음과 같다: 1) 도서관 서비스이용자 만족도와 충성도사이의 상관관계는 존재하나 그 정도는 높지 않다, 2) 도서관 서비스이용자 만족도와 충성도를 나타내는 다양한 지표들 중 '새로운 도서관 서비스 이용의사'라는 변수사이의 상관관계가 가장 낮다, 3) 도서관 서비스이용자 만족도와 충성도를 나타내는 지표들 중 '타인에게 사용을 권할 의사'라는 지표와 이용자만족도와의 상관관계가 가장 높다. 다음으로 공공도서관 서비스이용자의 만족도와 충성도간의 상관관계에 영향을 미치는 매개변수의 존재를 확인하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 두 번째 연구목적이다. 데이터의 질적분석을 통해 발견된 매개변수는 다음과 같다. 1) 지리적 접근성, 2) 서비스의 다양성 부족, 3) 주차문제, 4) 도서관 자료의 부족 및 최신성과 다양성 부족, 5) 도서관내의 편의시설 부족.

남해안 지역 음식점의 서비스품질과 충성도의 관계에 영향을 미치는 매개변수의 효과 평가 (Measuring the Effects of Mediating Variables on the Relationship between Restaurant Sonics Quality and Loyalty In Namhaean Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the mediating effects of sacrifice, value and satisfaction on the relationship between restaurant service quality and loyalty. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. Structural equation model was used to measure the causal effects of service quality, perceived sacrifice, value, satisfaction and loyalty. Results of the study demonstrated that the structural analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The influences of service quality and perceived sacrifice on value were statistically significant. The influences of service quality and value on satisfaction were statistically significant. The influences of value and satisfaction on loyalty were statistically significant. As expected, the service quality had a significant effect on loyalty. The results indicated that the effect of service quality on loyally was mediated by value. Moreover, the effect of service quality on loyalty w3s mediated by satisfaction.

골프장의 선택속성이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Selection Attribute of Golf Course on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 골프장 이용객을 대상으로 골프장의 선택속성과 서비스품질, 서비스가치, 고객만족과 고객충성도 및 재방문 구전효과간의 관계를 실증분석 하였다. 골프장선택속성인 편리성, 비용적절성, 코스상태, 서비스 등이 서비스품질, 서비스가치, 고객만족, 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 품질 요인이 서비스가치, 고객만족 고객충성도에서도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고객만족이 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 추정되었다.
