  • Many kinds of methods for the psychological treatments are performed which are differentdepending on the patient's condition and the clinical character. Therefore, a great deal of good effects can be expected by the intention or knowledge of the carrer, although the patients are under the same symptom. The symptom of pain can be given different meanings considering the professional knowledge. It's the same case when the very same psychological condition can be iudged differently and the way of being treated can be variable. The physical treatment is a kind of method that cures illness or injury using all sorts of factors such as water, electricity, light, and exercises. In general, physical treatment as known to cure the physically tnjuried or the crippled. In this case, taking psychosomatic for example, I examined the idea that many kinds of physical treatments can be used in the field of psychotherapy. What's more, I suggest that the use of those methods be expanded to psychotherapy.

  • In delay-optimized designs, timing failures due to manufacturing delay defects are more likely to occur because the average timing slacks of paths decrease and the system becomes more sensitive to smaller delay defect sizes. In this paper, the impact of delay optimized logic circuits on delay fault testing will be discussed and compared to the case for non-optimized designs. First, we provide a timing optimization procedure and show that the resultant density function of path delays is a delta function. Next we also discuss the impact of timing optimization on the yield of a manufacturing process and the defect level for delay faults. Finally, we will give some recommendations on the determination of the system clock time so that the delay-optimized design will have the same manufacturing yield as the non-optimized design and on the determination of delay fault coverage in the delay-optimized design in order to have the same defect-level for delay faults as the non-optimized design, while the system clock time is the same for both designs.

  • The goal of a distributed simulation such as battle field simulation is to combine all kinds of simulations in the same synthetic environment and to make people interact at the same time. It is a key issue to share the same synthetic environment among simulations. To support reusability and affordability in the modeling and simulation area, DMSO(Defense Modeling and Simulation Office) of USA developed concepts such as HLA(High Level Architecture) and SEDRIS (Synthetic Environmental Data Representation and Interchange Specification). In the industrial simulation area, the digital manufacturing is the main stream. To reduce cost and to reuse simulation environment, the standardization becomes the focus of digital manufacturing. This study proposes to use SEDRIS to improve interoperability of manufacturing data. The simulation data of DELMIA, which is a leading commercial digital manufacturing solution, is mapped and translated into the SEDRIS transmittal format. Mapping of the manufacturing simulation data and the synthetic environment are implemented and verified through experiments.

  • We studied about the rotor design change using a Ferrite ring magnet to reduce material cost in the condition of the same stator core design. However, this design direction has many weak points such as the decrease of BEMF, the low maximum output, the irreversible demagnetization characteristics of a permanent magnet and so on. In order to mitigate such disadvantages, an optimization design of the BLDC motor has been developed by changing each design parameter and by improving the electromagnetic structure. In the proposed water pump SPM BLDC motor using Ferrite magnet, the outer and inner diameter of stator is fixed to the value of the conventional IPM BLDC motor using Nd-Fe-B magnet. The design specification requirements should be satisfied with the same output power and efficiency characteristics in the same dimension. As a result of this study, the design comparison results considering driving performances and material cost are represented. Through the actual experiment with the prototype of the designed motor, the simulations results are verified.

  • The net enthalpy changes for the water desorption of sun-cured tobacco have been studied. In order to compare the values of net enthalpy changes for the samples at the same moisture contents, correlation analyses have been performed. The results are summarizing as followings : 1 . As temperature and water vapor pressure increased, equlibrium moisture content were approaching to the saturated vapor pressure of water. 2. The values of 1nP against the reciprocal of absolute temperature were linear for the water desorption of samples. 3. Multiple regression was analyzed to calculate the values of 1nP at the same moisture content. The significance of $x^2$-test for the multiple regression was 0.5%. 4. The values of net enthalpy changes for Basma were greater than those of Sohyang at the same moisture content.

  • In this paper, we maintain that case makers '에e' and '에게ege', and '에서eseo' and '에게서egeseo' are not two separate morphemes but are simply allomorphs of the same morphemes respectively. When '에e' and '에게ege' are used as a dative marker, they show exactly the same semantic function and are in complementary distribution in relation to the semantic features of their preceding noun; that is, if the preceding noun is an animate noun, '에게ege' is used and '에e' is used if not. Also, '에게서egeseo' and '에서eseo' as ablative and locative case makers show exactly the same semantic function and show complementary distribution depending on whether the preceding noun is animate or non-animate. Therefore, we assume that these markers are semantically conditioned allomorphs.

  • Any Hausdoroff space on a set which has at least two points a regular closed Boolean algebra different from the indiscrete regular closed Boolean algebra as indiscrete space. The Sierpinski space and the space with finite complement topology on any infinite set etc. do the same. However, there is $T_{0}$ space which does the same with Hausdorpff space as above. The regular closed Boolean algebra in a topological space is isomorphic to that algebra in the space with its open extension topology.

  • Experimental research was carried out to investigate the confinement effect of concrete specimens confined by interlocking spirals subjected to the concentric axial compressive load. Main variables are the compressive strength of concrete with 2 levels(normal and high strength), the spacing of the spiral reinforcement, the yield strength of the spiral reinforcement with 2 levels and 4 different interlocking lengths. For the same volumetric ratio, the use of interlocking spirals is not as effective as the single spirals, provided that the spirals have the same diameter.

  • We revisit the study of finding solutions of equations containing a differentiable and a continuous term on a Banach space setting [1]-[5], [9]-[11]. Using more precise majorizing sequences than before [9]-[11], we provide a semilocal convergence analysis for the generalized Newton's method as well the generalized modified Newton's method. It turns out that under the same or even weaker hypotheses: finer error estimates on the distances involved, and an at least as precise information on the location of the solution can be obtained. The above benefits are obtained under the same computational cost.

  • A geometric interpretation of t-designs, in the context of posets, is given in the association scheme, not isomorphic with the Hamming scheme H(2,4), but having the same parameters as H(2,4). It is also shown that there is no similar poset which characterizes the designs for ally of the three exceptional association schemes, not isomorphic with the Johnson scheme J(8,2), but having the same parameters as J(8,2).
