대상의 크기 및 관찰거리가 시간 지각에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Object Size and Viewing Distance on Duration Perception)

  • 인간이 외부 환경에 적절하게 대응하기 위해서는 정확한 시간 지각이 필요함에도 불구하고 다양한 비 시간적(non-temporal) 특성들이 시간 지각에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그동안 시간 지각에 영향을 주는 다양한 요인들이 검증되었지만 참가자와 자극 간의 거리가 시간 지각에 영향을 주는지 직접 검증한 연구는 없다. 본 연구는 자극의 망막상 크기, 물리적 크기, 지각된 크기를 고려하여 관찰 거리가 시간 지각에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 자극의 물리적 크기 및 지각된 크기가 동일한 실험에서 관찰 거리의 효과가 나타나지 않았으며, 자극의 망막상 크기가 동일한 실험에서만 관찰 거리의 효과가 나타났다. 이는 자극의 망막상 크기가 동일한 경우, 관찰 거리가 증가할수록 자극의 물리적 크기 또한 커지기 때문에 자극의 크기가 시간 지각에 영향을 준 결과일 수 있다. 이러한 실험 결과는 정보가 제한되지 않는 경우에 관찰거리가 변화하더라도 대상의 지속시간이 항상성 있게 지각될 수 있음을 시사한다.

스페인 기업의 해외투자 진출과 심리적 거리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Outward Foreign Direct Investment and Psychic Distance of Spanish Companies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 본사국과 현지국간의 심리적 거리(Psychic distance)가 스페인기업의 해외투자진출(OFDI)에 미치는 영향을 패널분석으로 증명하는 데 있다. 패널데이터는 스페인과 스페인의 OFDI국가 간의 최근 10년간 문화적, 제도적, 경제적, 지리적 거리 데이터를 기초로 하였다. 임의효과모델분석에 의하면 문화적 거리(CULD)는 스페인기업의 OFDI에 부정적인 영향을 주는 반면, 제도적 거리(INSD)는 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 경제적 거리 중 소득규모거리(GDP)는 긍정적인 영향을 미치나, 수출규모거리(EXPO)는 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 지리적 거리(PKM)는 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 한편 OFDI규모별 분위분석 결과에 의하면, 한국이 속한 4분위(75%)에서는 CULD와 INSD의 영향은 REM분석 결과와 같았다. 또한 GDP는 긍정적인 영향을, PKM는 부정적인 영향을 미친 반면, EXPO는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 FDI유치 국가는 지속적인 제도개선 노력과 함께 분위분석을 통한 차별화된 전략수립이 필요하다.

심리적 거리로서의 가상성과 시간적 거리: 제품 정보 유형의 제품 태도에 미치는 효과를 중심으로 (Virtuality as a Psychological Distance and Temporal Distance: Focusing on the Effect of Product Information Type on Product Attitude)

  • Recent advances in technology are evolving to enable individuals to perform various activities necessary for their lives, without being constrained by physical, temporal, and spatial constraints. The online services and experiences that originated from solving the discomfort in the actual offline space have created the newness that can only be experienced in the digital world and furthermore uniquely new experiences in actual space as well. While many previous studies have suggested several interpretations of unique individual behaviors in virtual environments, a recent research approaches virtuality as an interesting perspective of the change of thinking style. Virtuality is defined as how far apart we are from everyday reality, and if the individual faces a situation far from reality, the psychological distance of the individual becomes distant and ultimately leads to the thinking style of high construal level. Otherwise, it is said to have a relatively low construal level of thinking style. In this study, I try to confirm the virtual distance as the role of psychological distance in new virtual contexts. Simultaneously considering temporal distance, which are most used in psychological distance, and virtual distance based on virtuality, this study tries to find whether the effect of virtual distance on product attitude is the same as that of temporal distance and check the relationship between virtual distance and temporal distance in the context of consumers' product evaluations depending on product information type.

지면효과를 갖는 직렬 에어포일 주위의 공력 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Aerodynamic Analysis of Tandem Airfoil under Ground Effect)

  • Aerodynamic characteristics of tandem airfoil under ground effect is investigated numerically. Some numerical results for NACA 6409 tandem airfoil are presented. The numerical results show that as being decreased distance between airfoils, the lift coefficient of leading airfoil is increased and that of trailing airfoil is decreased. Drag coefficient shows opposite property, At the same distance between leading airfoil and trailing airfoil, lower position of trailing airfoil give better tandem airfoil effect.

실내에서 식물과 수경시설이 온열환경에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Plants and Waterscape Facilities on the Thermal Indoor Environment)

  • This survey is to investigate the effect of plants and waterscape facilities on the thermal indoor environment and to provide basic data for proper plant cultivation to enhance indoor landscape. The survey of the measure of comfort on the indoor environment for the residents of Taegu shows that the measure of comfort on the thermal-environment, which consist of temperature and humidity, has more negative responses than the measure on lighting . are . sound environment, which consists of air freshness, lighting condition and sound environment. The experiments on the effect of the amount of leaves and the distance of plants on the indoor thermal-environment are made. The experimental results illustrate that, as the capacity of a plant becomes greater and the distance from the plant shorter, the falling effect of temperature and the rising effect of humidity on the top of the plant are taken higher than on the side of the plant. When the same amount of leaves is set up, the distance range of the rising effect of humidity becomes wider than that of the falling effect of temperature. The investigation of the effect of waterscape facilities on the indoor thermal-environment shows that temperature and humidity of the space with installed waterscape facilities are lower and higher than without facilities, respectively.

  • In order to make a doubly curved sheet metal effectively, a sheet metal farming process has been developed by adopting the flexibility of the incremental forming process and the principle of bending deformation which causes slight deformation to thickness. The developed process is an unconstrained forming process with no holder. For this study, the experimental equipment is set up with the roll set which consists of two pairs of support rolls and one center roll. In the experiments using aluminum sheets, it is found that the curvature of the formed sheet metal is determined by controlling the distance between supporting rolls in pairs and the forming depth of the center roll and it also depends on the thickness of the sheet metal. In order to check the effect of process parameters on the generation of sheet metal curvatures in this process, the orthogonal array is adopted. From the experimental results, among the process parameters, the distance between supporting rolls in pairs along the same direction of one principle radius of curvature as well as the forming depth and the thickness of the material is shown to influence the generation of curvature in the same direction significantly. That is, the other distance between supporting rolls in pairs which are not located in the same direction of one principle radius of curvature, does not have an significant effect on the generation of the curvature in that direction. It just affects the generation of curvature in its own direction mainly with the forming depth and the thickness of the material.

도심영상 입체 가시화 중 발생하는 원거리 환영현상 해소를 위한 3차원 파노라믹 모자이크 (3D Panoramic Mosaiciking to Silppress the Ghost Effect at Long Distance Scene for Urban Area Visualization)

  • 3차원 영상 모자이크 방법은 도심지의 도로를 따라 움직이는 카메라로부터 취득된 영상을 3차원 다중 투영평면에 투영하여 도심지를 입체적으로 가시화하기 위한 것이다. 카메라가 교차로와 같은 원거리 가시 지점을 통과할 때, 취득된 영상에 대해 3차원 영상 모자이크 방법을 적용 하면, 모자이크 된 영상에서 동일한 대상물의 영상이 반복하여 나타난다. 이 현상을 환영현상(ghost effect)이라고 하는데, 이 환영현상을 줄이기 위해서 원거리 대상물이 있는 곳의 영상 프레임을 찾고, 이 곳에 나타나는 환영현상을 효과적으로 제거하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 3차원 공간에서 계산된 가상의 초점과 영상 프레임의 초점을 지나는 벡터를 이용하여 영상 프레임들을 3차원 다중평면에 투영 하는 것이다. 이를 위한 가상 초점은 원거리 대상물이 보이기 시작하는 영상 프레임과 원거리 대상물이 사라지기 시작하는 영상 프레임을 이용하여 계산된다. 본 논문에서는 원거리 대상물 지역에 제안한 방법을 적용했을 때, 환영현상이 효과적으로 제거될 수 있음을 실험적으로 보였다

  • Through the single head kinematics, sliding distance is a movement of a pad within wafer. The sliding distance is very important to frictional heat, material removal, and so on. A Temperature distribution is similar to sliding distance. But is not same. Because of complex process factor in CMP. A platen velocity is a dominant factor in a temperature and material removal. WIWNU is low in head faster condition.

VDT 작업시 자기장이 인체에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Effect of Magnetic Field on VDT Work)

  • The effect of magnetic field on VDT work has not been clarified yet, but many studies repoerted that magnetic field could cause of the cancers. Many developed countries have set the criteria of magnetic field and produce the VDT which has lower magnetic value. The purpose of this study was to measure the intensity of magnectic field from VDT. For this purpose three experiments were performed. The first was designed to measure the intensity of magnetic field by distances(30,60,90 cm) and directions. The second was to compare the intensities between VDT and Color TV. The last was to evaluate the eye protec- tion glasses. The reults showed that the intensity of magnetic field was lowered in proportion to the distance $r^{3}$and both lateral sides of the VDT marked high values compared to the frontal and back sides. On the same distance (30 cm) color TV marked high value to the VDT. But on the normal work distance (TV: 100 cm, VDT: 30 cm) there was little difference, Eye protection glasses could not protect the magnetic field physically.

한류가 한국 국가 이미지 및 화장품제품 이미지에 미친 영향연구: 심리적 거리이론 중심으로 (A study on the impact of Hallyu on the Korean national image and the image of cosmetics: Focusing on psychological distance theory)

  • Despite COVID-19 and the global economic depression, cosmetics exports are continuously increasing due to the growth of Hallyu consumption overseas. Thus, systematic research is needed to determine what impact Hallyu has on cosmetics. Many studies have been conducted on psychological distance, Hallyu preference, and the overall Korean product image, but research related to the image of cosmetics has been insufficient. AMOS 26.0 was used to empirically analyze the impact of cultural distance, social distance, and Hallyu preference on the national image and the impact of the country's image on the image of cosmetics among females experienced with Hallyu in Indonesia and Malaysia. The empirical analysis showed that cultural distance, social distance, and Hallyu preference had a positive effect on the national image, and the national image also had a positive effect on the image of cosmetics. Since Hallyu has a positive indirect effect on the image of cosmetics, it strengthens the competitiveness of cosmetics companies in overseas markets. In Indonesia, only cultural distance and Hallyu preference were found to affect the national image. However, in Malaysia, all variables affected the national image. Thus, even the same Hallyu content could have different effects on the national and cosmetic images in each country. Therefore, strategies for utilizing different Hallyu contents that are suitable for each country are needed to revitalize Korean cosmetics in overseas markets.
