ICBM 산업내의 IoT기반 영역 중에서 보안(Safety)의 경우, 공공분야 뿐만 아니라 국민안전 체감도가 안전에 대한 불안감이 극에 달하면서, 재난 및 안전 관리와 관련하여 보안 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 이와 같이 안전을 위한 하나의 보안 서비스로서 CCTV를 활용하여 사회질서 유지, 범죄예방 등의 목적을 위해 설치 운영되고 있으며, 특히 녹화된 영상이 범죄의 결정적 증거로 제시되면서 보급이 급증하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 영상정보처리기의 역기능으로써 본래의 목적을 그대로 수행하면서 의도하지 않은 개인의 정보가 유출되거나 이러한 기술들을 악용할 경우 개인 프라이버시 침해 우려가 매우 높기 때문에, 영상 프라이버시 보호를 위해 다각적으로 결합된 메커니즘에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

Nepal is a sensitive and disaster-prone country where safety and security risk are of high concern for travelers. Digital technologies can play a vital role in addressing safety and security issues in the country. This research work proposes a Digital tourism security system design for addressing the safety and security issues in tourism industry of Nepal. The study uses Design science research methodology to identify artifacts, interactions, information flow and dependencies between them which are then mapped with existing prevalent technology to provide design solutions. Data is obtained from interview of tourist and experts as a primary source and technical documents/draft, software documentations, surveys as secondary source. Generalized information model, Use cases model, Network architecture model, Layered taxonomy model and Digital tourism technology reference model are the outcomes of the study. The work is very important as it talks specifically about implementation and integration of digital technologies in tourism security governance at federal, provincial, municipal and rural level. The research supplements as a knowledge document for design and implementation of digital tourism security system in practice. As there is very less work on digital systems in tourism security of Nepal, this work is a pioneer and first of its kind.

이 연구에서는 대학영역에서의 안전관리 문제에 초점을 두고 대학의 양적 발전과 성장에 따른 위험 사회적 요소와 특성을 탐구하고, 안전관리에 관련된 법제문제를 연구하고자 한다. 대학캠퍼스는 인적자원과 물적자원, 지식정보자원이 집중되어 있는 사회의 축소판으로써 이러한 자원들을 위협하는 다양한 위험요인이 압축적으로 잠재되어 있는 영역이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 지금까지 위험불감증과 무사안일주의로 인하여 캠퍼스내에 누적된 위험요소들을 인식하지 못하고 대학은 안전관리의 사각지대에 방치되고 있다. 최근에는 대학 연구실 안전사고 뿐만 아니라 사회양극화 현상의 심화, 스트레스와 장래에 대한 불안감, 정신질환의 증가로 인한 무동기범죄와 마약류 범죄, 사이버범죄 등 신종범죄에 대하여 체계적이고 종합적인 대책이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 대학에서 각종 안전사고와 재난을 예방하고 자원을 보호할 수 있도록 위기관리 관점에서 안전관리시스템을 구축할 수 있는 법제방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The Ministry of Maritime affairs and Fisheries embarked on Oct. 8, 1996, incorporating most of the previously fragmented maritime administrations into one single institution. But the maritime administrative functions related to safety and security missions have not yet been merged into a synergetic whole, with versatile multi-functional systems working so effectively that better services to the public might be excepted. Enhancing administrative capabilities to meet future demands with limited resources requires that these missions be integrated into one institution and an enterprising management system be adopted to overcome bureaupathologies, such as complacency and inertness of administration.

본 연구에서는 최근 학교 주변에서 발생하는 범죄 사고의 관리 및 예방을 위한 센서 네트워크 기반의 스쿨존 안전관리 시스템을 제안한다. 어린이들에게 부착되는 센서들과 학교 주변의 일정 공간에 펼쳐진 고정된 센서 네트워크 망을 통하여 어린이들의 환경 및 위치 센싱 정보들을 공간 지식화하여 어린이들의 상태를 모니터링 할 수 있는 안전과 관련된 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 학교 주변의 스쿨존 망을 벗어나는 경우 기회주의적 네트워크를 통한 전략적 안전관리 방안을 제안한다. 이러한 시스템이 구축된다면 현재 GPS를 통하여 개개인이 서비스를 받는 시스템에서 발전하여 많은 학생들이 적은 비용으로 쉽게 서비스를 받을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

With the terrorist attacks on 11 September 2001, the ships and their crews' safety and security have become a major issue in the maritime industries. In high-risk terrorism. not only ship owners and port authorities but also crew members on board should take precautions in the conduct of their business. In this paper, the vulnerability and essential elements in overall security of merchant ship are analyzed with a discussion in depth of the concept and principles of maritime security management. Author proposes ship's security model to reduce security risk and to minimize damage as a basic study for designing security system for merchant ship.

본 연구에서는 오늘날 급변하는 사회 정서에 맞추어 사람들의 삶의 질 역시 향상되어 많은 사람들이 다양한 문화 향유의 욕구충족을 위해서 공연 및 행사장을 많이 찾는 현실적 추세에 따라 인명 피해 역시 발생하였으며 또한 피해가 우려되는 상황이다. 따라서 이에 대해 실태분석 및 대책을 마련 해보았다. 공연주최사 및 민간경비의 실태는 실무경험을 바탕으로 사실적으로 분석 파악하고 문제점을 진단하였으며, 공연장 안전관리를 위한 양측의 역할을 모색하고 관련기관과의 협력체계의 향상을 시키고자 함에 중점을 두었다. 따라서 실질적인 관람객의 안전보장을 고려하여 공연시작부터 끝나는 시점까지 안전을 위한 효과적인 대책 마련에 대한 각자의 역할을 모색하고 살펴보게 된다.

이 연구는 경호 경비분야의 학술지 연구 성과물 중 민간 고객을 대상으로 하는 행정, 경영, 마케팅, 서비스 관련 연구 1,279편의 내용을 분석하여 상위 주제어 경호, 민간경비, 안전, 경찰을 대범주화하고 각각의 상위 범주에 8개씩 모두 32개의 하위 또는 연관 주제어를 찾아 경호 경비학의 주요 학문적 성과를 먼저 확인하였다 이에 따라 연구적 성과에 따른 대학의 교육이 효과적으로 이루어지는지 주요 대학의 교육과정과 국가직무능력표준을 비교하였으나 학계와 시대의 요구에 비하여 미흡한 교육과정 및 환경의 상황을 확인하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 분석된 경호 경비학의 개선 과제는 배출되는 전공자의 주요 진로에 적합한 경영 및 서비스 관련 교육과정의 확충이다. 그리고 경호 경비업 분야에 대한 사회과학적 학문 및 직종 분석에 대한 세밀함이 더욱 요구된다. 이에 이 연구는 첫째, 경호 경비업의 특수성을 제안하는 경영 및 마케팅 측정도구의 개발이 필요, 둘째, 경영 및 마케팅 관련 직무능력 학습단위의 재고가 필요, 셋째, 경호관련 학과 개성 목적 및 목표의 명확성 재고가 필요를 경호 경비학 관련 전공학과의 교육과정 개선을 위해 필요한 전제 조건 및 개선 방향으로 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 개발도상국에서 선진국으로 발전하는 과정에서 겪는 시민안전 향상을 위한 새로운 이론과 알고리즘을 제시하고 있으며, 얻어지고 적용된 결론을 분석하고, 시민의 생명과 재산을 재난으로부터 보호하기 위한 이론과 적용된 사례를 보여주고 있다. 인간보호를 위한 안전모니터링 이론은 사고로 인한 사망자를 분석하여 감소시킬 수 있는 여섯가지 이론을 제시하고 있으며, 이는 재해예방활동의 우선순위, 의사결정, 사건사망자수의 지속적인 최소화, 환경안보, 개인안보, 공동체 안보 등이다. 이 연구는 일곱 단계로 구성된 안전모니터링 모델을 적용한 방재안전관리 프로그램을 교육하고 훈련하는데 적용되었고, 5년간의 개인활동과 그룹활동 사례연구를 통한 지속적으로 향상된 효과를 제시하였다.
