  • As the application area of range finder initially developed for military purpose has been extended, the necessity of precision measurement for long distance and its miniaturization is being presented. Recently, LRF(Laser Range Finder) is widely used because it shows more accurate results of range finding. However, most of LRFs use laser source which have wavelength ranges harmful to the human eyes. In this study, we developed the LRF using OPO(Optical Parametric Oscillator) which can stretch laser wavelength to safe region and realized more compact one using solid state laser

발파진동 예측식을 이용한 안전장약량 산정문제에 관하여 (On the Determination of Safe Charge Weigth from the Several Predictive Equations of Blast Vibration)

  • Regression analysis and a comparative study were carried out for 52 blast vibration data which were monitored by changing the monitoring distance and charge per delay. The results are as follows: 1) The square and cube root scalings and general equation which have a confidence level at the point of 90% and 99% are V90=33300(SD)-2.026 , V90=23600(SD)-1.993, V90=26300W0.755 R-2.007 and V99=48400(SD)-2.026, V99=34000(SD)-1.993 , V99=38100W0.755R-2.007, respectively. 2) There is need to decide the allowable max. charge weight per delay considering the cross points comparatively of the nomogram constructed using several predictived equations. 3) It is necessary to derive the predictive equation on the basis of blast vibration level monitored in field and to decide safe vibration level and the confidence level.

  • 충돌위험도의 정량적인 평가는 항해 충돌방지 전문가 시스템 개발에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구에서는 기존의 충돌위험도 평가 방법을 분석하여 문제점을 비교 검토하였으며, 그 대안으로 Sech 함수를 이용한 충돌위험도 평가 방법을 새롭게 시도하였다. 이를 충돌위험도 평가에 적용하고 본선의 안전한 행동구간을 결정할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

  • Meteorological information is essential for the safe operation of aircraft. Many organizations both at home and abroad provide meteorological services for small aircraft flying at a low altitude as a part of open public service and have performed relevant studies. Recently, such a service has been expanded to an online platform in order to deliver information more efficiently. The ultimate goal of this study is to improve the meteorological service for small low-altitude aircraft that mostly travel a short distance for a short time. To achieve this goal, this study considered requirements for developing an effective information delivery system and conducted a survey of user requirements to derive the necessary information that could be used to develop a real service.

A Study on Implementation of the Mobile Application of Aid to Navigation Using Location-based Augmented Reality

  • In this paper, we implemented a mobile application of location-based augmented reality that combines self-sensing technology and various safety information using technological advancements of the smartphone. Vessel navigation is a suitable area for augmented reality because it requires accurate knowledge of the distance and location of destinations, danger zones, AtoN, and adjacent vessels. Current smartphone applications only provide 2D images and location information. Such applications do not include information about the surrounding environment, and as a result, they can only function using their own sensing information and surrounding information into a location-based augmented reality. If you provide a variety of sensor information embedded in the smartphone to 'BadaGO', the implemented application through this study, 'BadaGO' can provide safe navigation information to the user device in real time with a variety of its own formed information. The user has a high practicality and applicability of a small ship that is supplied with safe navigation information in a changing marine environment only by providing information through the application on the smartphone.

플랫폼 다이빙 뒤로서서 앞으로뛰기 1½ 회전동작의 운동학적 분석 (A Kinematics Analysis of Inward 1½ Somersault in Platform dives)

  • This study is to analyze the kinematic variables of inward $1{\frac{1}{2}}$ somersault in platform diver. For the manner, 3 people form the national diving team in the year 2000were chosen as the subjects and two S-VHS video cameras set in 60frames/sec were used for recording their motions. Coordinated raw positions data through digitizing are smoothing by butter-worth's low-pass filterin method at a cut off frequency 6.0Hz. and the direct linear transformation(DLT) method was employed to obtain 3-D position coordinates. The conclusions were as follows. However, horizontal distance which is the change of the COG, form the point of the jump to the point of Event 3 where the player is out of the board range completely, Subject B showed 105.1cm and 71.1cm of the vertical distance which are shorter horizontal distance and higher vertical distance, thus, took a great advantage of the position to prepare for the entry. Therefore, if a player takes higher position by speeding up the vertical velocity at the moment of the jumping off the board, and stays in the air longer, the player can have more time to show his skill. Because of the use of the characteristics of the inward somersault, keeping the safe distance form the board is important but in order to higher the completeness, it is ideal to keep the horizontal distance little over 100cm. Also, the angles of shoulder and elbow from Event 1 to 4, depending on swing of the arms, motions in the air, getting ready for the entry, showed some difference individual by individual, according to the velocity of the thigh and shank showed much difference while getting ready and take-off, and it's because of the individual's different bending and straightening for horizontal and vertical distance.

도심지 미진동 제어발파에서 진동분석을 통한 안전 발파설계에 관한 연구(II) - 진동측정 자료의 통계적 분석을 위주로 - (A Study on the Safe Blasting Design by Statistical Analysis of Ground Vibration for Vibration Controlled Blasting in Urban Area (II))

  • 본 연구지역은 안산암지역으로 지반의 구조특성을 잘 나타내는 균열계수로서 암반특성을 표현하였고 발파진동식을 추정하는데 있어서 결정계수를 높여 오차를 최소화하였다. 측정자료 를 누적분석하였을 때 결정계수가 0.002~0.531로서 신뢰하기 어려웠으며 동일 장약량을 가진 동일거리군 군별 평균진동속도로서 회귀분석한 경우 결정계수는0.493~0.531으로 그다지 높지 않은 결과가 나왔고 절사평균을 이용한 결정계수는 0.307~0.487로서 역시 신뢰하기 어려운 결과를 도출했다 또한 샘플수를 가중치로 적용하는 방법의 결정계수는 0.644~0.752로서 본 연구의 적용 통계적 방법중 가장 높은 결과를 도출하였으며, 진동속도 표준편차의 영향을 가중치로 적용하는 방법의 결정계수는 0.516~0.668이었고 진동속도 분산의 영향을 가중치로 적용하는 방법의 결정계수는 0.516~0.685이었다. 그러므로 발파진동추정식을 산출할 때 동일장약량을 가지는 15m이내의 동일거리군에서의 진동평균속도에 가중치를 적용하여 얻은 회귀분석 결과가 가장 신뢰성이 높았다. 이 때 자승근일 때의 발파진동상수 $K_{95}$는 317.4, n은 -1.66이었고, 삼승근일 때의 발파진동상수 $K_{95}$는 209.9,n은 -1.60이었고 자승근과 삼승근의 교차점분석시 허용진동속도 4cm/sec에서 교차점은 31m이므로 발파지점으로부터의 거리가 31m이내는 삼승근 적용이 신뢰성이 높고, 31m이상일 때는 자승근 적용이 신뢰성이 높은 것으로 판단되었다.

판별분석을 활용한 노면요철포장의 교통사고감소 효과분석 (A Safety Evaluation of Shoulder Rumble Strips on Expressway using Discriminant Analysis)

  • In general, the crash reduction effect of the rumble strip is reported to be about 30% in Korea, while it is about 40-60% in the United States. However, the effect is erroneously overestimated because the simple comparison was only made before and after the installation. Accordingly, this study will reassess the crash reduction effect of the rumble strip. The study will also examine the former's geometric characteristics as well as its effect on the causes of the crash. This study analyzed the crash effect while taking into consideration the changes in the horizontal and vertical alignment, including the width of pavement shoulders, using the crash data for two years before and after the installation of the rumble strip. The types of crash caused by the rumble strip were identified using the classification discriminant function. The crash effect on the rumble strip is estimated to be 28.3%, but the pure effect, with the exception of the effect by other elements, was analyzed to be 7.4%. For each expressway design element, the downhill section (2.0-3.0%), the section with less than 3,000 m and more than 10,000 m of the curve radius, and the section with less than 3.0 m of the pavement shoulder width were found to be effective in crash reduction. For each cause of crash, the rumble strip was analyzed to be effective in the reduction of crash caused by "not keeping the safe distance", "sleeping", "negligence in keeping eyes forward", and "excessive handle operation". In particular, the rumble strip was analyzed and seen to be especially effective in preventing crash caused by "not keeping a safe distance," and "sleeping". The installation of the rumble strip was found to be effective in the prevention of crash caused by "not keeping the safe distance" and "sleeping". The results of this study may thus be used in deciding the causes of crash and the installation location of the tailored rumble strip that would be suitable for the geometric characteristics of the roads. This study will also be helpful in the establishment of future traffic safety measures.

선박 그룹항해시스템의 항법 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Sailing Algorithm for Ship Group Navigation System)

  • 자율운항선박 관련 기술개발이 전 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 통신, 사이버 보안, 긴급대처능력 등 기술적으로 해결되지 못한 문제들이 아직 많이 남아있기 때문에, 자율운항선박이 상용화되기까지는 많은 시간이 필요할 것으로 예상된다. 이 연구에서는 기술적으로 완전하지 않은 자율운항선박의 대체 방안으로 한 척의 리더 선박과 여러 척의 추종 선박을 하나의 그룹으로 묶어 항해하는 선박 그룹항해시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템에서는 리더 선박이 항행을 개시하면 추종 선박은 리더 선박의 항행 경로를 자율적으로 추종하며, 경로 추종을 위해 PD 제어를 적용하였다. 또한, 각 선박들은 충돌방지를 위해 안전거리를 유지하면서 일직선 형태로 항해한다. 선박 간의 안전거리유지는 속력 제어를 통해 구현된다. 선박 그룹항해시스템의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션에 사용된 선박은 관련 데이터가 공개되어 있는 KVLCC2의 L-7 모델이며, 선박조종운동에는 일본조선학회에서 제안한 MMG standard method를 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 리더 선박은 미리 정해진 항로를 따라 항해하였으며, 추종 선박은 리더 선박의 경로를 따라 항해하였다. 세 척의 선박은 시뮬레이션 중 일직선 형태를 유지하였으며, 선박 간 안전거리를 유지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 선박 그룹항해시스템은 자율운항선박의 문제점들을 해소하는 항행시스템으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

차폐천이 물리치료실 환경내 전자기장 감소에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Electromagnetic Fields Shielding on Electromagnetic Fields Decrease in P. T Room)

  • Physical therapists are exposured to radio-and microwave-frequency electromagnetic radiation by operating electrotherapy units. So there is few protection system in physical therapy room. Clinical pathology room and so on where various kins of electromagnetic instruments is used in hospital while protection failities like protection wall or protection glass is being used only in radiological room to reduce the damage of radiation. Acoording to Larsen's survey on female physical therapist in denmark. it was said that the percentage of congenital malfornation was $3.6\%$ and cadiac malformation made up $0.7\%$. It is likely that effect of electromagnetic fields on the result cannot be ruled out. Rita ouellet-Hellstron and Walter F. Steward insisted that the danger of abortion increase in the case of pregnant femeal physical therapist exposured to microwave diathermy. The intention of our study is arousing the necessity of microwave protection in P.T room and finding the proper method for physical therapist safe. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Each electrotherapy units are occurrenced the electromagnetic fields, and specially amply occurrenced in H.P,I.C.T 2 unit operating, M.W.D unit head on parallel, S.W.D unit head on parallel. all electrotherapy units are operating. 2. There were electric fields mount are consideration to species of electrotherapy units(p<.05). 3. There were magnetic fields mount are consideration to species of electrotherapy units(p<.05). 4. There were electric fields mount are consideration to distance of electrotherapy units(p<.05). 7. There were magnetic fields mount are consideration nut to distance of electrotherapy units(p>.05). 8. Before and after protection on magnetic fields mount are consideration to all distance(0m, 0.3m, 1m, 3m, 5m)(p<.05) 9. Before and after protection on electric fields mount are consideration to 0m, 1m, 3m distance(p<.05), and consideration not to 0.3m, 5m distance(p>.05) 10. After protection fellow the each electrotherapy units. distance, intencity to electromagnetic fields are reduced(p<.05).
