전남 해안 지역에 분포하는 폐염전 염생식물의 군락분류학적 연구 (A Syntaxonomical Study on the Vegetation of Ruined Salt Field in Chonnam Province)

  • 전라남도의 해안에 방치된 염전에 생육하고 있는 식생에 대하여 군락 분류학적 연구와 토양의 특성에 대한 연구가 수행되었다. 본 연구는 종조성을 바탕으로 Mueller-Dombois와 Ellenberg 법에 따라 수행되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 전남 해안에 방치되어 있는 폐염전의 식물군락분류를 통한 식생형을 규정하고, 군락생태를 밝히는데 있다. 폐염전에 분포하는 일년생 초본 염생식물군락은 퉁퉁마디군락, 칠면초군락, 해홍나물군락, 가는갯능쟁이군락, 갯개미자리군락으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 다년생 초본 염생식물군락으로는 갯개미취군락, 천일사초군락, 갈대군락으로 분류되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 해안 습지 식생에 대한 군락분류 및 구성종에 대한 정보의 축적을 가능하게 하고, 아울러 해안 습지 생태계 보전을 위한 기초자료로 유용한 정보를 제공한다.

  • An experimental investigation on the ruined RC bridge with 30 years old has been conducted to estimate the durabilities. The ruined RC bridge estimated in this study was located at Kyung-Bu Express Way. First, concrete strength and durability characteristics such as concrete resistivity, chloride content were estimated. Second, it was to test reinforcing corrosion embedded in slab of bridge. And, third, tensile strength and yield strength of reinforcing bar corroded and not corroded were estimated. This bridge inspection provides the most common cause of defects and deterioration and the results of this inspections give more specific information than those of laboratory inspections do.

비체를 통해 드러난 전쟁과 폭력의 허구 -린 노티지의 『망가진 여인들』에 나타난 비체의 힘 (Exposing the Falsehood of War and Violence: Power of the Abject in Lynn Nottage's Ruined)

  • The essay focuses on the relationship between the soldiers and the oppressed women in Lynn Nottage's Ruined (2009) in terms of Julia Kristeva's abject to show how the abjected Congolese women expose the falsehood of the order and identity that the military forces try to construct and maintain by war and violence. According to Kristeva, the abject is something that is rejected for the repulsion and horror it arouses but constantly draws the subject to it at the same time. Physically impaired and socially stigmatized, sexually abused Congolese women find a shelter in Mama Nadi's bar, the only place where they can continue their lives as the abject since the place, like the women themselves, lies outside the symbolic order occupied and corrupted by the men of DRC. Although the men involved in the armed conflict have abjected the women in pursuit of their own system and order, the women are not simply the objects of abuse and oppression. The men have to rely on Mama Nadi and her women not only to reaffirm their identity and power by suppressing them but also to fulfill their biological needs. In addition, the women's resistance against the soldiers demonstrates their power to challenge the men's symbolic order and expose its frailty. Apropos of the abject's resistance, various artistic genres such as poetry, music and dance appear in the play as an escape from the grim reality and a means of challenging and transcending the symbolic order. Bringing all these artistic elements together into a powerful piece of theatre-often considered as an 'abject' genre nowadays, Nottage demonstrates both the power of theatre as well as the tenacious Congolese women.

폐광산(廢鑛山) 주변(周邊) 토양(土壤) 및 식물체(植物體)의 중금속(重金屬) 존재형태(存在形態)와 함량조사(含量調査) (Investigation on the Content and the Existential Form of Heavy Metals in Plants and Soils surrounding Ruined Mine)

  • 폐광산(廢鑛山) 주변(周邊)의 토양(土壤) 및 식물체(植物體)에 존재(存在)하는 중금속(重金屬)과 그들의 토양(土壤)에서의 존재형태(存在形態)에 따른 분포(分布)를 조사(調査)하였다. 토양(土壤) 중(中) 중금속(重金屬) 함량(含量)은 Mn을 제외(除外)하고 A토양(土壤)에서 제일 많았고, Mn은 B토양(土壤)에서 함량(含量)이 제일 높았다. 존재형태(存在形態)에 따른 각 중금속(重金屬)의 함량(含量)은 각 원소별(元素別)로 차이가 있었는데, 즉 Cd와 As는 유기태(有機態), Cu와 Pb 및 Mn은 Carbonate태(態), Fe와 Zn은 잔사태(殘渣態)가 다른 형태(形態)보다 더 높게 나타났다. 참억새와 골풀은 각각 75%와 15% 정도(程度)로 서식(棲息)하고 있었으며, 이는 이들 식물(植物)들이 중금속(重金屬)에 대해 내성(耐性)을 가지고 있음을 보여주었다. 참억새와 골풀에 분포(分布)되어 있는 중금속(重金屬)은 Mn을 제외하고 줄기보다는 뿌리에 더 많이 함유(含有)되어 있었다. 참억새의 경우 Zn은 줄기와 뿌리에 비슷하게 분포(分布)하는 것으로 나타났다. 주변(周邊) 용수(用水)의 분석(分析) 결과(結果) 침출수(浸出水)에서 중금속(重金屬) 함량(含量)이 높게 나타났으며, Fe와 Mn 및 Zn이 많이 검출(檢出)되었다.

  • 본 연구는 벨지움의 Liege지방을 사례로 산업단지의 변화추세를 고찰하였다. 교외지역의 산업단지 입지는 고속도로와 도심지역에의 접근성, 우호적인 사회적 분위기와 쾌적한 자연환경을 중요시한다. 1970년대부터는 제조업과 서비스업이 공존하는 중소규모의 산업단지 개발이 일반적이며, 전략적 위치에는 사무업단지, 서비스업단지, 과학연구단지 등이 개발된다. 산업단지는 신설기업보다는 도심지역으로부터 이전하는 기업들로 충당되며 서비스업체들의 입지가 증가하여 산업구조가 다양화되고 있다 도심지역은 제조업체들의 전출로 실업증가, 인구감소, 산업폐허지 증가, 세원감소에 따른 재정악화 등 심각한 문제점이 발생하게 되었고, 이에 지방정부는 도심지역의 제조업 부활을 위한 정책을 실천하고 있지만 아직 그 효과는 미약하다.

NaCl Stress에 따른 보리 유묘의 생육특성 및 세포학적 반응 (Growth and Histological Characteristics of Barley (Hordium vulgare L.) Seedling to NaCl Stress)

  • This study was conducted to determine the morphological responses of barley seedlings to NaCl stress and to investigate histological changes of cells with transmission electron microscope(TEM) after NaCl stress. Plant height and root length of 10-day old barley seedlings with NaCl stress were reduced and inhibition level was found to be more severe in the plant height than in the root length. The leaf length, leaf width and leaf area were shorter as well with NaCl stress than without NaCl stress. However, there was no difference in the number of roots between NaCl treatments. The weight of dry matter decreased at higher NaCl concentrations, especially at 100mM NaCl. The water content of shoots tend to decrease at higher NaCl concentrations, but there was no difference in the water content of roots, The reduced sugar content was greatly increase than starch. Cellulose content was higher in NaCl stressed-plant than control, and tended to decreased at higher NaCl concentrations. Lignin content also decreased NaCl stressed-plant but there was no tendency at NaCl stress concentrations. Electric conductivity of cell sap with seedlings was high with NaCl stressed-plant. Amount of cell sap gradually increased with time in the roots than in the shoots, The grana of chloroplasts was changed by 150mM NaCl concentration. The christe of mitochondria in root meristematic sells ruined in structure and cell wall of leaf and root was also ruined by NaCl stress.

PCB 홀 천공순서의 평가 및 NC 코드의 생성 (Evaluation of Tool Paths and NC Codes Generation for PCB Drilling Operations)

  • The process of determining the optimal tool path in PCB(printed circuit board) drilling operations is identical with that of solving a TSP(traveling salesman problem). However, the optimal solution will be ruined when a drill bit needs tracking back in its tool paths. The back tracking occurrences shorten a life of the main spindle and result in inaccurate mechanical movements. In this study, the performances of four heuristics(Nearest Neighbor, Convex Hull, Greatest Angle and Most Eccentric Ellipse) are evaluated to obtain feasible tool paths along with less number of back trackings for a large number of holes(more than 2000holes/bit) and to generate corresponding NC codes for a given CNC drill. Also, the operations of these algorithms are visualized to show a user the graphic image of tool visitation with PCB holes on a computer screen.

  • Tsunami disaster, which ruined Japan Fukushima nuclear power plant sites in 2011 March, has raised not only the perception of that Tsunami and/or large scale flooding possibly surpass the design baselines for industry facilities and plants, but also the necessity to establish recovery system against flooding. This study suggests the framework for flooding and drainage system in compliance with flooding and drainage concept to define and identify requirements, functions, and components of the system with traceable relations. The framework with combination to CMMI engineering process is the base of corresponding high level system design.

  • When modern farm houses were built, they were made up of only residential parts. So that many new accessory building-private residential room, toilet, warehouse, storeroom, barn, cattle pen and etc.-were made without any order around modern farm houses. This study is aimed at grasping how the process and contents of extension of the accessory building of modern farm houses have been changed, understands and explicates the reason why accessory buildings of modern farm houses were changed and bring forward better directions about accessory building of modern farm houses at Samchok seashore area of Kangwon Province. The way for it which be made good that the scenery of a rural district was ruined by accessory buildings distributes and develops various standard models about accessory buildings that they are becoming to modern farm houses.
