The present study attempted to explore effective scanning and monitoring in process of risk management on agri-marine products distribution policy. The interest public's group interests clash in accordance with theme for issue on marking policy. For executing a better systematic scanning and monitoring on actual affairs of marketing, selecting information personnel, gathering and analysing information, issue and risk management and their valuation with ongoing and simultaneously. Especially, In order to explore effective scanning and monitoring as a model of risk management, the study attempted to analyze within and without environment of marketing, to analyze issue management strategy, to evaluate issue activity for likelihood and impact, risk cycle analysis, interest public's group concerned, grade of interest public's group threatened(power, legitimacy, willingness), rapport(staying close, credibility, meeting expectation). And the study make an ongoing observation progress of subjects, and the serious subjects need have made an close observation. The study suggested to establish friendly relationship between organization and interest public's group, and to regularly accomplish two-way symmetric communication.

Risk importance measures are widely wed to rank risk contributors in risk-based applications. Typically, Fussell-Vesely (F-V) importance and risk achievement worth (RAW) are used in the component importance raking for the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) analysis of safety system in nuclear power plants (NPPs). This study was performed as part of feasibility study on RCM for domestic NPPs, which is focused on the component importance ranking approach the maintenance recommendation. The approach of modulizing faulting tree basic events was applied in the simplification process of the PSA model and the validity of the approach was evaluated As a result of the case study, this paper included the importance and the maintenance recommendations for the safety-related equipments associated with safety injection and containment spray in large loss of coolant accident sequences.

The purpose of this study is to apply efficiently a successful Project Finance in BTL. To use Project Finance, it is necessary to Risk Analysis of each work step. This Risk Analysis have to repeatedly progress in overall Project Process. The differences between Corporate Finance and Project Finance are remarkably appeared in Risk Allocation and Limited Resource. To use successful Project Finance in construction industry, first, raising project confidence, second, technical : economical : lawful evaluation by Finance Expert, third, Income Guarantee for Lender or Consortium of Lending Banks, forth, Leverage Effect of Project Sponsor must be preceded.

This case study aims to embody the requirement of the make-to-order type manufacturer who wants to manage risks effectively when decisions are required to be taken under a risk. First, we present a method for choosing the risk factors that should be controlled for the make-to-order type manufacturer. Subsequently, those factors have been verified using statistical methods such as the ANOVA test. The process flows to be operated with the selected risk factors and the rules for an early warning system have been proposed. For a couple of factors, a prototype system has been developed to illustrate actual applications. Applications of the technique developed here for other types of manufacturers might be an interesting research problem.

Previous research related to the construction schedule management has focused on construction schedule categorization, construction schedule management, and system development to manage construction schedule risks. Therefore this research present quantitively deducing method for managing construction schedule risk. Based on the investigation, this study suggested the probable risk factors and a practical management method, through interviews and discussions with experts. The quantified risks should be adapted for an individually specific projects and managed until the project is complete. To maintain the continuity of schedule risks, the schedule risk management procedures should be controlled during the performance of the construction project.

Recently the railway safety is very important issue in Korea because there are lots of changes like the separation of operation and facility of national rail network, the inauguration of high speed train and Daegu subway fire accident. Railway safety management system is based on risk assessment of rolling stocks, electrical system, signaling, operation & maintenance and human element. With this process, railway risk will be reduced as low as reasonably acceptable level. Through risk assessment on accident data, this study predicted the current risk level of railway electrical system and presented the proper safety ensuring measures.

This study is conducted with an educational institution to minimize the potential security hazards to an acceptable level where the vulnerabilities and threats are revealed in this institution. The paper provides a general structure for the risk management process in educational institutions, and some recommendation that increases security levels is presented.

The Public Private Partnership/Private Finance Initiative (PPP/PFI) schemes have made the private sector become a major participant involved in the development of infrastructure systems along with the government. Due to more integrated efforts among project participants and longer concession period, PPP/PFI projects are inherently more complex and risky. It is therefore very important to proactively manage the risks involved throughout the project life cycle. Conventional risk management strategies sometimes ignore managerial flexibility in the planning and execution process. This paper starts with a revised risk management framework which incorporates the real option concept. Following the presentation of the framework, a new risk classification is proposed which leads to different ways of structuring options in a project according to the stage of the project life cycle. Finally, the paper closes by discussing other issues concerning option modeling and negotiation.

Construction work has potential risk factors in the process. Therefore, the safety management task is very important and requires continuous management. In particular, the importance of safety management in construction projects has been highlighted recently with the introduction of the act on punishment of serious disasters. In this perspective, this study intends to select and present high-risk construction types that requires safety management. The presented result is expected to present standards for systematically performing safety management of construction projects.
