종합병원 간호사의 부서별 사회심리적 업무환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Psychosocial Work Environment on Nurses' Job Satisfaction Based on the Type of Hospital Departments)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics of nursing work environments based on department type and to investigate the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction. Methods : The participants were 420 nurses from the ward, emergency room, intensive care unit, and operation room. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and multiple regression test using the SPSS Win. 18.0 program. Results : The results were as follows: There was a significant difference in possibilities for development, meaning of work, recognition(reward), role clarity, and social community at work based on department type. The factors that influenced job satisfaction were influence, meaning of work, recognition(reward), role conflicts, and quality of leadership and these differed based on department type. Conclusions : The results of this study indicate that nursing work environments vary based on the type of hospital department. Therefore, it is necessary to develop diverse strategies for human resource management considering the type of department.

금연프로그램 효과분석 논문의 현황 및 방향 (A Study on Papers of Smoking Cessation Program)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze papers of smoking cessation program into method and effect 13 papers that purblished from January, 1980 to Oct., 2001 in the country and 30 papers that purblished from Jan., 1980 to Jun., 1999 in other countries were analized. The result of this study can be summarized as follows 1) The most of subjects were students(46.5%) and residents(30.2%). 2) There were a few of papers based on the Theory(9.3%). 3) Programs included education(58.3%), reward (13.9%) and support(12.5%). 4) There were experimental design(46.5%), non-experimental design(29.5%) and experimental design(25.0%). The most of papers of non-experimental desigs were significant. 5) Behavior(48.7%), knowledge(15.4%) and attitude(12.8%) were evaluated as a effect of program. Knowledge had higher significant rate than other evaluation items. 6) Programs that was from a year to two years had the highest significant rate.

  • 환대산업은 대학에서 환대산업 관련 전공자들에게 산학 실습을 제공한다. 이는 이론적 지식을 통하여 학생들에게 기본을 바탕으로 실무 능력을 향상하는 기회를 제공한다. 그러나 이러한 목적과 다르게 무관심, 고도한 업무 부담, 적절한 보상, 불만족 등의 몇 가지 문제가 발견되었다. 본 연구는 산학 실습 프로그램, 산학 실습에 대한 인식, 산학 실습에 대한 기대, 산학 실습 만족, 산학 실습 후 취업 의도의 영향 관계를 조사하여 산학 실습 본래의 목적을 달성하는데 조언적인 해결점을 제시하려는 목적으로 연구하였다. 산학 실습에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인들은 실습 업체, 부서 배정, 근무 환경, 실습생의 능력, 이론적 지식임을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 산학 실습 기간, 금전적 보상은 산학 실습에 영향을 미치는 요소가 아님을 알 수 있었다. 긍정적인 산학 실습에 대한 인식은 기대도와 만족도에 영향을 주지만 긍정적인 산학 실습에 대한 인식은 취업 의도에 영향을 미치지 않음을 보여 준다.

근대이후(近代以後) 구미(歐美)의 건축설계경기(建築設計競技)에 대한 연구(硏究) (A study on the modern architectural design competition of Europe and America)

  • This paper aims to study on the periodical competition, the program, the jury organization, the reward, and copyright applied to the buildings which were constructed with architectural design competition performed in European and American region between 19c and 20c. The results of this study are as follows; 1. Befor 1900 Period, the type of buildings added to the competition program; between 1900 period and 1950 period, the works of strong nationality and rich local color were preferred; After 1950 period, the design drawings of high symbol and function were chosen 2. There are three types of design competitions: the open design competition, the invited and limited design competition, and the idea design competition. The open design competition has been most often made. 3. The juries were, most of all, composed of professional architects over 30 percent. 4. The program was written about building scale and appointments, described what form drawings, brief notes and air perspective wood have to be submitted. For instance, the use of colour was not permitted in the drawings, as this might possibly mislead the jurors. 5. The reward was given to the winners; the copyright was given to the first prize winner. 6. The standard of entry's qualification was mostly architect 7, Entry term was from a minimum month to a maximum year after annoncement of competition, it was approximetly 63% between 4 months and 8 months. I am convinced that architect gets freedom of pure creation and joy of society service through competition, architect justifies his profession and keep his useful and creative effort to society constantly, as long as the competition exists.

사회복지서비스 기관의 조직성과에 관한 연구 : 서울시 지역사회복지관의 질 산출(quality output)을 중심으로 (A Study on the Performance of the Human Service Organizations : An Analysis from the Perspective of Quality of Output)

  • This study examines the organizational performance of human service organizations from the quality output perspective. Using the 2001 evaluation data about 89 community welfare centers in Seoul, this study attempts to identify the levels of the performance of human service organizations in Korea. This study also attempts to identify the factors that predict performance of human service organizations measured in terms of client satisfaction and experts' evaluation about the functioning of each center. Results are as follows: (1) when pooling 866 clients' satisfaction level into satisfaction score about each center, the average of client satisfaction about the centers is 3.42 at 4 points scale. (2) 41.6% of the community welfare centers is evaluated as "highly qualified" in its overall operation and functioning by the professional evaluation team, (3) the employee reward system(+), practice based on the program guideline manual(+), the portion of the government support grant in its budget(-), the overall employee salary level(-), the level of acquirement of program grants from external sources (-) are the predictors in explaining clients' satisfaction level, and (4) the level of professional expertise of the executive director(+), the level of professional supervision of middle managers(+), the employee reward system(+), the program need assessment(+), the level of client information system(+), the portion of government support grant(-), the overall employee salary level(-) are the predictors for "being highly qualified" in its overall operation and function of each center. Through the empirical analysis, this study provides valuable knowledge about organizational performance of community welfare centers from the quality output perspective. Finally, this study discusses implications for more effective and efficient organizational performance of community welfare centers in Korea.

이식형 포트 삽입 학령전기 아동의 주사공포감소를 위한 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effects of Fear-Reduction Program for Malignant Disease Children with Inserting Implanted Port)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a play education program to reduce children's fear of needle insertion to the implanted port, and to assess the effect of this program. Method: The play education program was composed of play education before needle insertion, encouragement during needle insertion, and a present to reward then after needle insertion. Measurement instruments were the Procedure Behavior Check List(PBCL) and Faces Rating Scale(FRS). Results: The first hypothesis, "the PBCL point of children with malignant disease would decrease after play education program", was rejected(before insertion : Z=-0.189, p= .850, during insertion : Z=-0.350. p= .727, after insertion : Z=-0.590, p= .555). The second hypothesis, "the FRS point of children with malignant disease would decrease after play education program education", was rejected(observer 1 : Z=-0.245, p= .806, observer 2 : Z=-0.912, p= .362, self-report : Z=-0.181, p= .856). The third hypothesis, "the Time of needle insertion would decrease after play education program", was rejected(Z=-0.464, p= .642). Conclusion: The effect on fear-reduction of play education program for children with malignant disease inserted implanted port was not significant but continuous education is needed for parents and children.

호텔기업의 서비스지향성이 CRM성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Orientation of Hotels on CRM Performance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 호텔기업의 서비스지향성이 경쟁우위와 CRM성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 수도권 소재의 특급호텔을 중심으로 현장에서 서비스를 제공하는 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 최종표본 379매를 가지고 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 서비스지향성 요인인 종업원의 권한, 서비스훈련, 서비스보상 등은 경쟁우위에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 경쟁우위를 결정하는 가장 중요한 요인은 서비스보상, 서비스훈련, 종업원의 권한 순으로 나타났다. 이는 호텔기업에 종사하는 종업원들이 명확한 보상시스템이 없이는 자발적 서비스행동과 서비스품질제공이 쉽지 않다는 것을 의미한다. 이는 서비스훈련 프로그램을 만드는 시점에서 훈련당사자인 종업원들의 참여와 기대되는 보상수준 정도를 사전협의하고 공개하는 것이 경쟁우위확보를 위해 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 경쟁우위 확보는 고객과의 결속관계, 기업이미지, 고객충성도인 CRM성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이것은 기존 연구에서 주로 밝힌 서비스지향성이 재무적 성과에 영향을 준다는 것 외에 정성적인 CRM성과에도 영향을 주고 있음을 확인한 것이다. 이를 위해 호텔기업은 정량적 재무성과 이외에도 고객 개개인의 정성적인 부분에 관심을 기울여야 하고 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 전략구축이 필요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

청소년의 기질이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 : 애정적 양육태도의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of Adolescents' Temperament on Subjective Well-Being: the Mediating Effect of Perceived Parenting Affective Attitude)

  • The purpose of this study is to increase our understanding of subjective well-being in adolescents and to help improve it by investigating the relationship among adolescents' temperaments, perceived parenting affective attitude and subjective well-being. For this study, the subjects were 354 students from 4 different middle schools in Gwang-ju, Korea. The statistical analysis of the data was conducted by means of the SPSS 21.0 program using Pearson's correlations and hierarchical regression. The results are as follows: First, the temperament and perceived parenting affective attitude were correlated with subjective well-being. Among the temperament traits, novelty seeking and harm avoidance showed negative correlations with subjective well-being, whereas affection, reward dependence and persistence showed positive correlations with subjective well-being. Second, after the mediating effect of perceived affection on subjective well-being was confirmed, three temperament traits, viz. harm avoidance, reward dependence, and persistence, were identified as mediating factors. The conclusion of this study is that adolescents' temperament and perceived parenting affective attitude are related to their subjective well-being and can also predict their subjective well-being. Harm avoidance, reward dependence, and persistence, which are inborn temperaments, affect subjective well-being. Affection, which is a perceived parenting affective attitude trait, affects subjective well-being as a mediation variable. This study also suggests that it is more effective to influence perceived parenting affective attitude, which has growth potential, rather than temperaments which are hard to change.

어머니의 식생활 지도 유형과 자녀의 식생활 실천도에 대한 연구 (Mother's Parenting Style at Meal Time and Their Preschooler's Dietary Behavior)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate the nutrition quotient (NQ) by mother's parenting style which may influence the NQ in preschool children. Methods: Subjects were 310 mothers and their 4-6 year old children. The questionnaire composed of demographic characteristics, mother's parenting style at meal time and eating behavior as measured by NQ questions. The NQ questions consisted of 19 food behavior checklist items and all items were grouped into 5 factors: balance, diversity, moderation, regularity, and practice. Mother's parenting style was classified by using words for nutrition education at meal time. All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS program (Ver. 23) and the statistical differences in variables were evaluated by Student's t-test, ${\chi}^2$-test, One-way ANOVA. Results: We observed that in children whose mothers use the parenting style at meal time of 'explanation' and 'compliment & cheer up' had high dietary regularity, diversity, practice. The children of mothers who use the parenting style at meal time of 'persuasion' and 'reward' were found to have a lower degree of balance, diversity, and practice. Especially, children of 'reward' style mothers had lower moderation of dietary life. On the other hand, among the parenting style at meal time of 'comparison & demand', 'treating' and 'faire', there was no significant difference in the NQ factor by each group. NQ grade was higher among those who used more explanation (p < 0.001) and persuasion (p < 0.01) and with use of less persuasion (p < 0.01) and reward (p < 0.01). The positive association observed between the frequency of dietary education of mothers and higher NQ grade indicated the degree of dietary practices of those children. On the other hand, the children of mothers who rarely practice the dietary education at home had lower NQ grade (p < 0.001). Conclusions: In order to promote children's proper dietary behaviors, it is important to provide nutrition education to children as well as provide guidance on parenting style at meal time.
