Immediate responsibilities for occupational health and safety (OHS) management reside in business proprietors and supervisors whose voluntary participation in OHS educational programs, not legal sanctions, may thus lead to safe and pleasant work environments. This study investigates how to promote the effectiveness of OHS educational programs to draw voluntary participations in such programs in Korea To this end, drawbacks of current practices in OHS education are first analyzed, and then OHS related policies in advanced countries in the area of disaster prevention such as United States and Germany, are also scrutinized. Based on the preliminary investigations, the following propositions are made to lay out the foundation for promoting effective OHS educational programs in Korea: improvement of government regulations, revitalizing job training initiatives, on-site OHS education, compensation and incentive programs for OHS education. These propositions may also facilitate the deployment of disaster prevention activities across the organization and prevent various occupational disorders (for example, musculoskeletal disorders). This study emphasizes that monolithic OHS education systems led by regulatory agencies may not be efficient to ensure healthy and safe work environments. Globally competitive OHS educational systems may be established only when they are based on the health and safety requirements specified by proprietors and workers.

The entertainment industry has developed along with current Korean wave fever, and so entertainment-related disputes are increasing rapidly. Litigation is a poor fit for entertainment disputes because of characteristics such as temporal sensitivity. Thus, in the US, the entertainment industry resolves these disputes through ADR mechanisms like arbitration, but cases of settling such disputes through arbitrations are very rare in Korea. This study examined the characteristics and types of entertainment disputes and considered the compatibility of arbitration as a method for settling disputes, and then suggested tasks for revitalizing arbitration systems as entertainment dispute resolution procedures. Arbitrations have many merits, such as the rapid pace of procedures, confidentiality, satisfying the long-term desires of business relationships, the low cost of settling disputes, judgments rendered by experts, etc.; thus, it is a very suitable mechanism to settle entertainment-related disputes. The study proposes necessary steps for revitalizing arbitration systems for entertainment disputes. First, awareness of entertainment industry workers about the arbitration system should be raised. Second, special educational programs for members the of Korean Commercial Arbitration Board related to entertainment should be set up and operated together with encouraging positive attitudes toward actions like establishing a dedicated arbitration unit on entertainment disputes. Third, neutral, professional arbitrators should be secured and aggressive disclosures made. Fourth, a professional ADR organization such as an "Entertainment Arbitration Committee" should be established.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the significance and potential strategies for revitalizing local currency systems. Designed for use within specific regions or communities, local currencies play a crucial role in supporting and revitalizing local economies. By promoting local consumption and supporting local businesses, local currencies contribute to economic growth and job creation at the community level. Research design, data and methodology: The research methodology involves a comprehensive review of existing literature and various case studies to analyze the effectiveness and sustainability of local currencies. The literature review investigates the theoretical background and diverse implementation cases of local currencies, while the case studies identify the success factors and challenges faced by actual local currency initiatives. Results: This paper confirms that local currencies contribute to economic growth and job creation at the community level by promoting local consumption and supporting local businesses. Additionally, this study investigates the economic, social, and environmental impacts of local currencies. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study analyzes the challenges faced by local currency systems and proposes strategies to enhance their effectiveness and sustainability. These strategies are expected to provide practical assistance in the development and implementation of local currencies, contributing to the revitalization of local economies and the sustainable development of local communities.

In this study, we reviewed access transportation, operating companies, and airport infrastructure to revitalize Cheongju International Airport. Regarding access transportation infrastructure, it is necessary to promote a railway network connecting the metropolitan inland line and the central inland region. In addition, active administrative support from local governments is required to ensure smooth progress in railway and highway infrastructure linkage projects, such as the Osong Connecting Line and Chungbuk Line, high-speed rail network promotion, and expansion of the Chungbuk Eastern Axis Expressway and Central Expressway. Regarding operator access infrastructure, continuous efforts are required to add and attract airlines based at Cheongju International Airport. Regarding airport infrastructure, the Cheongju International Airport runway needs complete resurfacing due to its deterioration. Domestic passenger capacity has exceeded 6.5%, and considering the increase in import and export of high value-added goods in the North Chungcheong region, it is necessary to build and expand passenger terminals and cargo terminals. Cheongju International Airport's runway does not have enough runway length to operate large and ultra-large aircraft, so if it is extended from the existing 2,744m to 456m to 3,200m, several benefits can be expected in terms of revitalizing Cheongju Airport, such as route expansion.

이 연구는 학생들의 학교도서관 이용/비이용 요인, 이용 목적 등을 분석하여, 학교도서관 이용 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위해 진행하였다. 이를 위해 문헌정보학과 대학생들이 학교도서관에 대해 자유롭게 작성한 에세이를 대상으로 질적 분석을 진행한 후, 이를 개인 요인과 학교도서관 요인, 이용/비이용 요인으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 학교도서관 이용 활성화를 위해 학교도서관의 시설, 장서, 사서교사, 프로그램의 중요성을 강조하였고, 학교도서관의 휴식 공간으로서의 역할, 만화책과 장르 소설에 대한 학생들의 선호 반영, 동아리 활동 강화를 제안하였다.

본 연구는 해양레저 분야로 귀어·귀촌한 청장년층들이 겪는 현실적인 문제점을 분석하여 해양레저산업을 통한 귀어·귀촌 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 해양레저 귀촌인이 겪는 문제점과 해양레저 귀어·귀촌을 활성화 할 수 있는 방안은 무엇인가?라는 연구 문제를 해결하기 위해 질적연구방법 중의 하나인 사례연구를 통해 연구가 수행되었다. 면담 대상자는 해양레저 귀촌인과 관련 분야 전문가를 선정하였다. 그 결과 도출된 문제점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어촌의 배타적 문화로 발생하는 어려움. 둘째, 초기 투자비용 마련의 어려움. 셋째, 해양레저 귀어·귀촌 교육프로그램의 부족으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고, 해양레저산업을 통한 귀어·귀촌 활성화를 위해 제시된 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인센티브제도 도입을 통한 어촌 진입장벽 완화. 둘째, 귀어·귀촌 종합센터의 매칭 시스템 구축. 셋째, 어촌의 유휴부지를 활용한 귀어·귀촌 촉진. 넷째, 어촌계의 선 투자 후 위탁운영 시스템 도입. 다섯째, 수산 분야 교육이 포함된 해양레저 귀어·귀촌 교육프로그램 구축. 여섯째, 해양레저 귀어·귀촌 인프라 구축으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 골프운동이 대중화 되면서 골프 클럽은 국산품 사용 실적이 극히 미미하고 대부분 수입하여 사용 하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 프로 및 아마추어들의 현재 골프클럽의 사용 실태와 골프산업기술과 마케팅 측면의 분석을 통해 국산클럽 사용의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

Reliability program in one of the most efficient tools for cost saving during the acquisition process including alternatives for design configurations, operation concepts, maintenance concepts. Industrial reliability centers have already equipped with infrastructure such as reliability standards, reliability apparatus. In this study revitalizing plans are proposed to apply industrial reliability technology to national defense technology.

The focus of this paper is en symbolic interaction of housing and self identity. In terms of housing \ulcorner self interactions, this paper aims at defining how human self is influenced by housing and is reflected on housing.This paper discusses meanings and symbols of housing, it also clarifies the development of industry and technology have effect on housing - self indentify and enrich reification, pseudoindividuality, alienation.This paper concludes that human beings are creative agent and accordingly suggests revitalizing housing environmental representations .

본 연구는 R&D 투자와 기술무역 변수들 간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 검토하고, 그 결과에 대한 정책적 함의를 제시함으로써 연구개발 활동의 촉진과 기술무역 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 정부 R&D 투자, 민간 R&D 투자, 기술도입, 그리고 기술수출로 구성된 다변량 모형을 설정하고, 오차수정모형을 토대로 Granger-인과성 검정을 실시하였다. 분석결과 단기적으로는 총 5개의 인과관계가 성립하는 것으로 나타났고, 장기적으로는 정부 R&D 투자에서 기술수출로의 인과관계를 제외한 11개의 관계에서 인과성이 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 아울러 충격반응분석을 통해 시간의 흐름에 따라 각 변수들이 특정변수의 충격에 어떻게 반응하는지도 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 R&D 투자와 기술무역간의 인과관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 그 관계를 명확히 하고, 도출된 결과들을 토대로 연구개발 활동 및 기술무역진흥을 위한 시사점을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.
