The wastewater reclamation and reusing system has been rising as an alternative of water resource exhaustion that the whole world is experiencing. In order to be able to bring about improvement of the existing wastewater reclamation and reusing system, this research has developed of Conversion-Human Machine Interaction (C-HMI) based real-time control and monitoring system such as a sensor module and gate module, web monitoring system. This system was communication almost-error-free in various environment and situation. As a result, we have achieved our goal that has to doing work correctly as a sensor and gateway module that communication error is less than 0.2% throughout the embodied system and add that it can be easily controled and configured as an interface equipment to a complex sensor of water quality. According to this, the construction of a database capable of analyzing and assessing collection, storage and various elements of reliable water quality and flow rate data can be possible.

The purpose of this study is to provide a legal and institutional perspective for distributing and reusing GIS data in Korea. Along with the rapid growth of GIS market and demands on GIS service, legal and institutional issues for distributing, reusing and securing GIS data are arising. Each country has its own the law, policy and institution of GIS data that are directly related to intellectual property. After exploring laws and institutions regarding GIS in United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Korea(Act No.6201), this paper presents a guide for distributing and reusing GIS data in Korea.

It is important to understand consumer attitudes associated with their eco-friendly behavior on account of not only environmental reasons, but also corporate aspects. In this study, we examine the relations between variables influencing eco-friendly attitudes and eco-friendly behavioral intentions, namely, recycling, reusing, and reducing (3R). We first, performed a theoretical consideration through reviews of literature on ethical identity, ethical obligation, altruism, and eco-friendly attitudes, and behavioral intentions. Based on the literature review, we designed a study model and drew hypotheses. Further, we collected data using a survey and processed them statistically in order to verify the hypotheses. A total of 265 samples were collected and the data were analyzed using a structural equation model (-LISREL 8.70). The results suggest that ethical identity and altruism significantly influence environmental attitudes. However, the effects of ethical obligations on eco-friendly attitudes are insignificant. The environmental attitudes have a significant effects on the consumer behavioral intention for recycling, reusing, and reducing. Although this study has some limitations, it is expected that it will positively trigger follow-up research.

The efficient implementation of various physical actions of agents to respond to dynamically changing situations is essential for the simulation of realistic agents and activities in a cyber world. To achieve a maximum diversity of actions and immediate responsiveness to abrupt changes in situations, we have developed an animation technique in which complex actions are recursively constructed by reusing a set of primitive motions, and agents are designed to react in real-time to abrupt ambient changes by computationally satisfying kinematic constraints on body parts with respect to their goals. Our reusing scheme is extended to visualize the procedure of realistic intricate situations involving many concurring events. Our approach based on motion reuse and recursive assembly has clear advantages in motion variability and action diversity with respect to authoring scalability and motion responsiveness compared to conventional monolithic (static) animation techniques. This diversity also serves to accommodate the characteristic unpredictability of events concurring in a situation due to inherent non-determinism of associated conditions. To demonstrate the viability of our approach, we implement several composite and parallel actions in a dynamically changing example situation involving events that were originally independent until coincidentally inter-coupled therein.

Recently, rapid innovation of Smartphone is changing the paradigm of our daily life. Smartphone users, opinion experts more than 99 percent of the economically active population is using, it has reached the saturation past the early stages of formation. Smartphone is equipped with a general purpose OS possible the implementation of high performance environment similar level as a personal computer. Thus, it is a mobile communication terminal scalable which can be removed or installed various applications. Such extensibility, it is possible to use different applications through the Apps store. Also, it is also possible various services which are location based service. In this research, we aim to analyze factors influencing of cloud computing service on reusing intention of smartphone. In addition, we aim to analyze the causal relationship from perceived value to reusing intention. This study suggests practical and theoretical implications based on the results.

This study intends to design a curation system to support elementary and secondary schools for reusing and sharing instructional materials efficiently. It is proved through interviewing teachers at the chalkface that they utilize instructional materials, and there are some differences between elementary schools and secondary schools about the media for creating the instructional materials, and the purpose of using them. The functional requirements of curation system for reusing and sharing instructional materials are derived from questionnaires. The investigation of the existing curation systems was conducted to identify the strategies for policy, design, standard, and tools for effective operation of the digital curation system. The tasks and the functions of the curation system designed by reflecting the results of this study are as following. The tasks related to individual workspace include 'authentication', 'system configuration', 'registration' of created materials, 'material keeping' for the individual, and 'reusing (editing)'. The tasks related to sharing workspace contain 'receiving' for sharing, 'archiving' for accessing, 'peer evaluation', 'accessing' through the retrieval, and 'bulletin board'.

To evaluate the effect of frying times on the oxidative stability of soybean oil and shortening, they were reused up to 10 times and measured by thiobarbituric acid(TBA) value, acid value(AV), peroxide value(POV) and sensory evaluation. As the reusing time was increased, TBA value of "battered pork" fried with shortening showed more sharply increased than that with soybean oil, while the value of shortening, itself, showed more decreased than that of soybean oil. In frying fat, AV and POV increased with the increase of reusing times. Compared with soybean oil, shortening had rapidly increased for POV as reusing time was increased. Among the sensory analyses TBA of "battered pork" with soybean oil and shortening exhibited the highest correlation with flavor and texture, respectively. For the "batgtered pork" fried with soybean oil and shortening, reusing shelf-lives predicted were approximately 9 and 8 times, respectively.

Based on the electricity sales and public consumption psychology during the online shopping festival, the purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the reusing intention of the online shopping festival consumers. This research is focusing on The Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA) and The Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) to understand online shopping festival consumers' decision making process. The sampling is Chinese from 20s to 50s, who had participated in the online shopping festival.Findings suggests that first, the positive attitude of online shopping festival and subjective norms showed positive effects on online shopping festival consumers' reusing intention. Second, perceived usefulness, perceived ease and perceived enjoyment had statistically significant effects on online shopping festival consumers' reusing intention. Third, according to perceived risk perception of online shopping festivals, there were differences in factors affected the online shopping festival's reusing intention. In particular, the perceived ease of people who perceived risk higher, and the perceived usefulness of people who perceived risk lower had greatest impacts on reusing intention. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed and suggestions for subsequent studies.

After studying several methods of the application a device of a treated sewage in anticipation of the future shortage of the duty of water, we could have some conclusion as the following : Advanced treatment systems arc essential prerequisites in reusing a treated sewage. And in a short term, the application of reusing a treated sewage should go first to new building areas near the sewage but for the long run, it should cover the whole area of Taegu, it is desirable that the pipe line networks which include dual water systems as well as water supply should be spread throughout the whole city. The city authorities have to make every effort to step up publicity activities on this plan to all the citizens and building owners to steadily carry out this project and encourage private constructors to participate with the help of SOC. And for the long run, it is desirable that the application of reusing a treated sewage should be obligatory.
