CAM과 Selective Search를 이용한 확장된 객체 지역화 학습데이터 생성 및 이의 재학습을 통한 WSOL 성능 개선 (Expanded Object Localization Learning Data Generation Using CAM and Selective Search and Its Retraining to Improve WSOL Performance)

  • 최근 CAM[1]을 이용해서 이미지의 객체에 대한 주의 영역 또는 지역화(Localization) 영역을 찾는 방법이 WSOL의 연구로서 다양하게 수행되고 있다. CAM을 이용한 객체의 히트(Heat) 맵에서 주의 영역 추출은 객체의 특징이 가장 많이 모여 있는 영역만을 주로 집중해서 객체의 전체적인 영역을 찾지 못하는 단점이 있다. 여기서는 이를 개선하기 위해서 먼저 CAM과 Selective Search[6]를 함께 이용하여 CAM 히트맵의 주의 영역을 확장하고, 확장된 영역에 가우시안 스무딩을 적용하여 재학습 데이터를 만든 후, 이를 학습하여 객체의 주의 영역이 확장되는 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 단 한 번의 재학습만이 필요하며, 학습 후 지역화를 수행할 때는 Selective Search를 실행하지 않기 때문에 처리 시간이 대폭 줄어든다. 실험에서 기존 CAM의 히트맵들과 비교했을 때 핵심 특징 영역으로부터 주의 영역이 확장되고, 확장된 주의 영역 바운딩 박스에 대한 Ground Truth와의 IOU 계산에서 기존 CAM보다 약 58%가 개선되었다.

공공도서관 사서의 평생교육업무에 대한 인식 연구 - 인천지역을 중심으로 - (An Analysis on the Perception of Public Librarians about Lifelong Education Tasks: Focus on Incheon Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관 사서들이 어려움을 느끼고 있는 평생교육 단위직무를 파악하고 동시에 재교육이 필요한 교육 내용에 대한 우선 순위를 맨휘트니(Mann Whitney U-test), 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression analysis)과 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석을 통해 제시하였다. 첫번째, 조사 대상 사서의 87%가 평생교육 직무는 보통이거나 어렵다고 인식하고 있었으며, 단위 업무별로는 운영계획수립을 가장 어려운 직무로 생각하고 있었다. 두번째, 평생교육사 자격이 있는 사서가 없는 경우에 비해 업무를 수월하게 인식하고 있었으며(P=0.04), 단위업무별로는 강사섭외(P=0.04), 운영계획수립(P=0.05)에 있어 유의한 차이가 검증되었다. 또한 평생교육관련 경력이 길수록 업무를 수월하게 (R=-0.217) 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히, 일정편성(R=-0.33), 진행업무(R=-0.22)에 있어, 통계적으로 유의한 상관성을 보였다. 세번째, 다중회귀분석 결과, 공공도서관 사서들이 평생교육업무 전반에 대하여 느끼는 체감 난이도에 유의한 영향을 주는 단위 직무는 운영계획수립(P=0.04)과 홍보(P=0.05) 업무인 것으로 나타났으며, 그중 운영계획수립(${\beta}=0.233$)이 체감 난이도 형성에 가장 많은 영향을 주는 요인인 것으로 판명되었다. 한편, 91%의 사서가 평생교육 직무 관련 재교육이 필요하다고 느끼고 있으며, 스피어만(Spearman rank-order correlation coefficient) 분석 결과(R=-0.210), 평생교육 업무에 대한 체감 난이도가 높은 사서일수록 재교육 필요성을 더욱 많이 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. AHP 분석 결과 평생교육 직무 관련 재교육 내용은 이용자와의 소통(CU P=0.310), 기획(PL P=0.246), 마케팅(LM P=0.173) 순의 가중치를 보였으며, 도출된 CR(Consistency Ratio) 비율은 0.146으로 계산돼, 응답에 대한 일관성은 허용할 수 있는 수준인 것으로 나타났다.

교육훈련요인이 교육훈련전이, 교육훈련만족도 및 재교육의도에 미치는 영향 - 충남 외국인 이용 음식점 경영 컨설팅 사업 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of Training Factors on Transfer of Training, Training Satisfaction and Retraining Intentions - Based on the management consultation project for foreign customer service restaurant in Chungnam province -)

  • 본 연구는 외국인고객에 제공되는 음식, 서비스, 위생상태 등 식당환경 개선을 위한 충남지방 유명식당 30여 곳의 식당 업주 및 식당관리자 53명 을 대상으로 진행된 외국인 이용 음식점 운영교육을 위한 정부지원 사업에 대한 효율성을 조사하는데 있다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 사업 종료 후 네 가지 교육관련 요인을 설정한 후 각각의 요인이 교육훈련 전이와 교육 후 형성되는 학습만족도 및 재교육의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 교육내용관련성과 교육방법 요인이 교육훈련전이에 유의한 결과를 보였으며, 교육강사와 교육환경 요인은 교육훈련전이에 유의하지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 교육강사, 교육환경, 교육방법 요인이 교육 후 만족도에 유의하지만 교육내용관련성은 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 교육훈련전이와 교육 후 만족도는 모두 재교육의도에 유의하다고 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 교육훈련 담당자가 교육훈련을 설계할 때 실제 업무환경에서 사용되는 것과 유사한 학습도구를 사용하도록 설계되어 있는지 여부와 강사(교수)의 역할에 대한 중요성 및 학습자의 만족도 증진을 위한 교육훈련 요구 분석을 철저히 하여야함을 시사한다.

국내 플랜트 엔지니어링 산업의 건축공학 분야 기술인력 수급을 위한 대학교육 개선에 관한 연구 (Improvement of University Education for Supplying Technical Manpower for Plant Engineering Industry in the Architectural Engineering Field)

  • In this study, improvement of university education is suggested so that university graduates in Architectural Engineering can work in the plant engineering industry without major retraining, which is generally required by plant engineering companies. Before the disposition of manpower to a plant engineering site, new recruits are retrained for about 2~3 years, since university education is neither sufficient, nor appropriate to handle plant engineering tasks. It is necessary to implement practical plant engineering into university education, so that graduates can work effectively in plant engineering fields, without major retraining. For a case study of an S2 University located in Seoul, it is enough to supplement the interdisciplinary program with plant engineering subjects, if proper texts are developed. To replace the plant engineering education offered by the company with university education, the following measures should be taken. First, basic plant engineering should be taught for 15 hours. Second, education on design and drawings should be reinforced.

만성두통을 호소하는 공황장애 환자의 두통 치험 1례 (A Case Report of a Panic Disorder patient suffering from a Chronic Headache)

  • In this case, a 33 year-old female patient had a chronic headache with Panic disorder, and accompanied gastroenteric troubles(vomiting, nausea, dyspepsia and abdominal discomfort), for fifteen years. It may be the symptoms of Phlegm-syncope headache, and we treated this disease with oriental medical treatment, including the Banhabaekchulcheonma-tang, Breathing retraining and Cognitive retructuring. The effects of treatment were measured by were using BPI(Brief Pain Inventory), VAS(Visual analog scale). In Conclusion, Chronic headache with panic disorder was improved by our treatment.

미국심장협회 기본심폐소생술 교육이 간호대학생의 지식과 술기에 미치는 효과와 지속효과 (The Effects and Retention of the AHA's BLS Training on Knowledge and Skills of Nursing College Students)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects and retention of the American Heart Association (AHA)'s basic cardiac life support (BLS) training on knowledge and skills of nursing college students. Method: The study was a one group pretest-posttest experimental design. The sample included 41 junior nursing students from D college who participated in an AHA BLS course for healthcare providers in K hospital from January 18 to June 7, 2010. The instruction was based on ‘BLS knowledge and skills'. The data were analyzed with paired t-test using the SPSS/PC 12.0 win. Result: First, knowledge (t=-7.648, p=.000) and skills (t=-12.988, p=.000) were significantly increased immediately after BLS training. Second, knowledge (t=4.098, p=.000) and skills (t=50.350, p=.000) of BLS after 4 months was significantly decreased compared to right after BLS training. Conclusion: Knowledge and skills were decreased 4 months after BLS training. Therefore, retraining in BLS is required within 4 months. To maintain the knowledge and skills of BLS, appropriate renewal time and retraining programs are needed.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a training program for overseas Korean language teachers focus on preservice teacher. This thesis based on the 2017 Korean Language (prospective) Teacher Overseas Dispatch and Practical Training Assistance Project (Almaty, Kazakhstan region). The present task established prospective teachers, career teachers, and local teachers as the targets of each assignment. We focused on developing a program that could match each of these characteristics. For prospective teachers, the program was designed and conducted with the goal of "improving real expertise through practical training," whereas for career teachers the program was developed with the goal of "improving leadership" and "retraining teachers" by focusing on their abilities as middle managers to build and maintain foreign and domestic networks. For local teachers, the goal was to provide "retraining as Korean language teacher certification". The limitations of those unable to attend domestic meetings were alleviated through training, workshops, and meetings, and a program was developed for real education practical training. For prospective teachers and career teachers in particular, the program was designed to center on a system of collaboration in which classes based on international Project Based Learning(iPBL) were conducted, and groups prepared practical training and practice modules.

보건 영양사의 직무만족도 및 자기진단평가 (The Job Satisfaction and Self-assessment of Public Health Nutritionists)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the general characteristics of public health nutritionists, the current status of nutrition services operation, the recognition about nutrition services of public health center related man power, the job satisfaction and self-assessment and the need for a retraining course of public health nutritionists. The subjects were 58 public health nutritionists who responded to the questionnaire distributed at the annual retraining program in 1998. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1) 46.5% of the nutritionists were 26-30 years old, 62.1% were 4 year university graduates 74.1% were food and nutrition majors and 51.7% were daily workers. 2) Among the public health center-related manpower, the recognition about nutrition services was the highest for the manager of family health section, followed by the head of public health centers, and then the general nurse in public health centers. 3) The ranking of the reasons for job satisfaction of the public health nutritionists was, relationship with colleagues(3.84), inhabitants response after nutrition counselling(3.53), specialized value realization/conviction about duty(3.35), contents of the work(3.10), value achievement(3.08), self achievement/development(3.00), self discretion(2.92), participation in policy decisions(2.90), work load(2.75), chance of retraining and acquisition of new information(2.73), working environment(2.69), supervisio $n^port by superiors(2.67), salary(2.38), supply of necessary education material, technique(2.37), and budget security(2.22). 4) The satisfaction of the inhabitant's responses after nutrition counseling was the highest among the 4 year university graduates(p<0.05), the satisfaction of the specialized value realization/conviction about duty was the highest among the nutritionists 26-30 years old(p<0.05). Food and nutrition majors(p<0.05) and those having worked less than 3-5years at public health centers also showed much satisfaction(p<0.05). Satisfaction with the salary was the lowest among the food and nutrition majors(p<0.01) and daily workers(p<0.001). The satisfaction with the participation in policy decisions was the lowest among the daily workers(p<0.01). 5) The ranking for the level of self-assessment were, nutrition and dietetic practice(2.92), communication(2.80), management(2.77), public health science and practice(2.66)(p<0.01). The general characteristics such as the level of education, major, employment condition, current public health center's tenure, and charge experience of the nutrition guidance work were not significantly related to self-assessment except the management part(p<0.05). The higher the satisfaction of specialized value realization/conviction about the duty, the better the total score on the self-assessment(p<0.05)..

상담자 요소가 이명재훈련치료의 효과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Different Counselors on Treatment Outcome of Tinnitus Retraining Therapy)

  • Background and Objectives Tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) is one of the most effective treatment modalities of tinnitus based on the neurophysiological model proposed by Jastreboff and Hazell. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of counselor factor on treatment outcomes of TRT. Subjects and Method The total of 78 patients who had TRT from three different counselors in a tinnitus clinic of tertiary referral center from Jan 2015 to Dec 2015 were included in this study. Their medical records were retrospectively reviewed to evaluate the therapeutic response to TRT. Results Among 78 patients who were followed-up for more than 6 months, 47, 20, and 11 patients were treated by counselors A, B, C (all ENT specialists), respectively. Counselor A had 15-year-experience of TRT counseling, whereas counselor B and C were well trained but beginners of TRT counseling. Initial clinical characteristics including Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) and tinnitus Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of the patients among three groups were not significantly different. Treatment responses evaluated via THI and most of the tinnitus VAS scores after at least 6 months after TRT were significantly improved in all three groups (p<0.05) with no significant difference between the senior (A) and junior (B, C) group. Conclusion TRT seems to be an effective treatment modality of tinnitus even in this short term follow-up study. Treatment outcomes of TRT may not depend on the counselors once they are well trained and follow the same protocol.

  • 국민들의 문화적 욕구를 만족시키고 생활의 질을 향상시키며 관련 산업의 발전 등 다양한 시너지 효과를 얻을 것으로 기대가 된다. 그렇기 때문에 이제는 더 이상 정부는 문화산업의 초석을 다지는 일을 늦추어서는 안된다. 앞선 문화적 욕구를 만족시키기 위해서는 공연장 기술 운영자들의 재교육 및 프로그램을 기획하고 개발하여 지원 정책을 수립해야 될 것으로 보아 공연장 기술 운영자들의 재교육에 관한 연구를 하였다.
