In this paper, I makes some critical comments on the temporal single-system interpretation (TSSI) of Marxian value theory. The first concerns the claim that the Fundamental Marxian Theorem (FMT) holds within the TSSI under completely general conditions. Based on the idea that the nominal profit does not well fit the FMT, the TSSI proponents suggest that more relevant for proving the TSSI FMT is the real profit, defined by deflating the output prices. In contrast, I propose a more general approach where three possible concepts of profit are all considered, in which case the result is that whether the FMT holds within the TSSI is indeterminate. Second, the refutation of the Okishio theorem presented in Kliman (1996) is critically examined, focusing on the criticism raised in the literature that the Kliman model ignores the cost-reduction criterion as for the technical change and therefore cannot be considered as an internal refutation of the Okishio theorem. Drawing upon the criticism, I explicitly incorporate the cost-reduction criterion into the Kliman model and show that the continuous labor-saving technical change of the Kliman model is not necessarily cost-reducing and under certain conditions is cost-neutral or cost-raising.

This study aims to apply the concept of regulatory stringency to the regulatory sandbox with a fresh perspective. The regulatory sandbox is a system that gives opportunities under certain conditions to new technologies or businesses that have not been launched due to inadequacy or insufficiency in legal systems. Previous research on regulatory sandboxes has mainly focused on discussions about their impact on specific technologies or business domains. This study attention to the results according to the evaluations. Among them, whether special cases for demonstration can evolve into official permission has garnered significant attention. For this study, among the cases that passed the regulatory sandbox evaluation from February, 2019, to December, 2022, 162 cases in the field of ICT convergence were selected. The evaluation results were classified into three groups 'positive interpretation (Fast Track)', 'temporary permission', and 'special case for demonstration.' Each case was assigned to one of the three groups. Through the comparative analysis, the common characteristics and differences were summarized. Then, this study explored improvement measures to pass a less restrictive regulatory sandbox. The analysis of the cases revealed that the differences in each evaluation result were attributed to variations in the technological characteristics and user protection features. Considering these differences, as well as the higher weight and importance of the preparation stage for sandbox application, this study suggested a three-step approach to prepare for temporary permission and positive interpretation rather than special case for demonstration. In addition, this thesis discussed the policy limitations of the regulatory sandbox mechanism in South Korea and the limitations of the current study. Hopefully, the results of this study would be beneficial to individuals and companies, particularly venture companies and startups seeking to develop new technologies or businesses and utilize regulatory sandboxes.

Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) is one of the most widely used diagnostic tools for detecting and evaluating faults in electrical equipment. However, interpretation of DGA results is often complex and should always be done with care, involving experienced insulation maintenance personnel. KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Cooperation) has been using DGA technique since KEPCO established the criteria of DGA in 1985. In this paper, we introduce the DGA criteria of KEPCO and analyze the result of DGA. Also we sort pattern in result of DGA. Then, relation between pattern and inner inspection was studied. 67 DGA data was used for analyzing pattern. Some patterns have something to do with cause of incipient fault.

As a measure of the center of data, arithmetical mean, median, mode, harmonic mean and geometric mean are generally used. Students must learn qualitative aspect of average values as well as its calculation for its adequate use. As the result of the learning, they should be able to select the appropriate average value according to the characteristic of data and problem context. For this object, the historical origin and visual interpretation of average values were introduced in this paper. And to help teaching several meanings of average values, several examples including context were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for elderly women's clothing design and to develop dress forms that can reflect the characteristics of their bodies. Three hundered twenty subjects, between the ages of 60 .approx. 85, were chosen and the data were collected from anthropometric data. Principal component analysis which is one of the basic methods in factor analysis was applied to the interpretation of anthropometric data. As a result of analysis, the data are able to be decided into appropriate group.

In spite of advances in image resolution and film contrast, check screen/film mammography remains one of diagnostic imaging modality where the image interpretation is very difficult. For the enhancement of film mammography, in this paper, dyadic wavelet transform is introduced. An unsharp masking technique is proposed and performed in wavelet domain. In addition, simple nonlinear enhancement and a denosing stage that preserves edges using wavelet shrinkage are computed into this technique. In this paper. we propose a new method for the gain setting of nonlinear enhancement and show result and comparison.

This study maintains that settlement and dwelling system reflects socio-cultural value of the people to express their image of ideal-life and intrinsic way of life. To demonstrate it, the study is conducted on a cross-cultural perspective. Through the study, it is shown that the character and content of the settlement and dwelling system is largely generated by the result of a choice among possible alternatives, which provides the theoretical base of the settlement and dwelling system.

This paper proposes a translation method that converts ladder diagrams to binary executable codes for PLC (programmable logic controller)s. A PLC based on general purpose DSP(digital signal processor) validates the method. We performed a benchmark on the system that compares the execution time of the interpretation method and ours. Experimenal result shows how fast this method executes programs that consist of codes generated.

In this paper we consider a sequence of polynomials defined by some recurrence relation. They include, for instance, Poupard polynomials and Kreweras polynomials whose coefficients have some combinatorial interpretation and have been investigated before. Extending a recent result of Chapoton and Han we show that each polynomial of this sequence is a self-reciprocal polynomial with positive coefficients whose all roots are unimodular. Moreover, we prove that their arguments are uniformly distributed in the interval [0, 2𝜋).
