Orthoimage, digital map, cadastral map, and areas and district were converted and overlaid so as to apply legal restrictions on boundaries set by a land object concept restriction line and to analyze boundaries formed by overlaying areas and districts and characteristics of restrictions. With the restriction lines made on the basis of orthoimage.

A restriction endonuclease, Kpn I has been isolated from Klebsiella pneumonia. Cells were broken by sonication. After ultracentrifugation the supernatant containing Kpn I activity was further purified by Sepharose-6B gel filtration, DEAD-Cellulose, Heparin-Agarose, and Aminohexyl-Agarose column chromatography. Final enzyme preparation was essentially free of contamination exonuclease and phosphatase, as judged by ligation-recut test. Total activity of the enzyme recovered from 10 grams of cells was $4.7\times 10^5$ units.

A new computer algorithm is described to order the restriction fragments of plasmid DNA which has been cleaved with several restriction endonucleases in single or double digestions rapidly with realistic error rates. The permutation and high weight on small fragments methods construct all logical circular map solutions. The program is written in Apple BASIC and run on an Apple II plus microcomputer with 64K memory. Several examples are presented which indicate the high efficiency of the profram in construction possible restriction map for YEp24.

Suppose L/K be a finite abelian extension of number fields of odd degree and suppose an abelian variety A defined over L is a K-variety. If the endomorphism algebra of A/L is a field F, the followings are equivalent : (1) The enodomorphiam algebra of the restriction of scalars from L to K is simple. (2) There is no proper subfield of L containing L^G_F on which A has a K-variety descent.

Recently, the rise of the rail temperature is accelerating further due to the global warming, and the track stability(buckling) problem result from the axial force in the continuous welded rail(CWR) have become the most important issue. This track stability threatens the security of running trains in the hot summer. In order to prevent the track buckling in the hot summer and ensure the safety of the running train, as a part of the safety control plan for KORAIL high-speed railway, the train speed restriction according to the rail temperature was introduced in 2004. However, the conceptual and theoretical background of train-speed restriction is uncertain. In this paper, the theoretical study about the reasonable train-speed restriction is performed. For this purpose, the risk-based probabilistic stability evaluation of the track buckling is applied.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of type of body shape perception on health concern, depression, dietary restriction and exercise practice in university students. Methods: A descriptive design was used. Data were collected from 308 university students by using structured questionnaires. Results: The results showed that 65.6% of the students believe that they are overweight. There are no differences in health concern, depression, and exercise practice among the skinny perception group, satisfaction group, and obesity perception group. However, there was a significant difference in dietary restriction among the three groups (p<.001). The type of body shape perception was significantly associated with dietary restriction (p=.007). Conclusion: Integrated and effective interventions are necessary for university students to establish healthy body image and learn healthy weight control.

In this paper, we report a microthermostat using PDMS (poly-dimethylsiloxane) and glass. This PDMS/glass chip is able to maintain constant temperature that is necessary for restriction enzyme reaction. Since PDMS is the low-cost and the mass-producible material and has very good biochemical compatibility, PDMS chip has more benefit than general Si chip. Heater was made of Au wiring patterned on Pyrex glass. A reaction chamber has a capacity of about 3 ${mu}ell$. We performed a restriction enzyme reaction by using the fabricated microthermostat and conventional method. Then, with the electrophoresis, we made a comparison between the result from the micro reactor and the one from conventional method.

This paper reports low-cost PDMS/glass based DNA microbiochip for the restriction enzyme reaction and its products detection using the capillary electrophoresis. The microbiochip ($25mm{\times}75mm$) has the heater integrated reactor ($5{\mu}{\ell}$) for DNA restriction enzyme reaction at $37^{\circ}C$ and the microchannel ($80\;{\mu}m{\times}100\;{\mu}m{\times}58mm$) for the capillary electrophoresis detection. It is experimentally confirmed that the digestion of the plasmid ($pGEM^{(R)}-4Z$) by the enzyme (Hind III and Sca I) is performed for less than 10 min and its electrophoresis detection is able to sequentially on the fabricated microbiochip.

Mitochondrial DNA has been isolated from Trimorphomyces papilionaceus. By analyzing DNA fragments digested by restriction enzymes, a restriction site map has been constructured. The mtDNA of T. papilionaceus amounts to 48.5 kb in size and is circular in structure. Entire mitochondrial DNA was cloned in E coli plasmids and Northern blot hybridization was done using cloned and subcloned DNAs as probes. Based on hybridization results of mitochondrial RNA transcripts, a transcription map was prepared.

The aim of the present investigation was to see whether an anabolic steroid, nandrolone phenylpropionate (NPP), exerts protienanabolic effects under such adverse nutritional conditions as protein deficiency and protein-energy malnutrition in male rats. feeding on a low-protein (8% casein) diet resulted in a marked reduction in body weight gain that was associated with reductions in body protein and protein content of gastrocnemius muscle. Administration of NPP (4 mg/kg body weight) did not alter muscle and body protein depletion induced by a low-protein diet. 50% food restriction caused reductions in body protein and in protein content of gastrocnemius muscle. These reductions were partially prevented by NPP (4 mg/kg body weight). Food restriction did not affect plasma concentration of corticosterone, insulin, or tetosterone plus dihydrotestosterone. On the other hand, neither plasma concentration of corticosterone nor insulin were affected by NPP. The present results show that anabolic steroids do not express anabolic effects under conditions of protein deficiency, but in protein-energy malnutrition, anabolic steroids exert their anabolic effects even in male rats.
