This study is to analyze brand image of housing cultural center to understand how it is shown in the resting place of housing cultural center. We chose the object housing cultural center and made checklist to understand space condition and brand image reflection. housing cultural center should be reborn as a cultural rest space for customers and residents, and especially new definition of function and concept of resting place is necessary. The resting place of housing cultural center is not just offering an extra room for customers but a link-space and an intermediation-space to link the functions of each space where customers stay for long time. So there should be proper design that expresses the brand image for resting place. From the research, we found that the resting place has cafe like design with tables and chairs. Some of them are gallery-cafe like or book-cafe like to emphasize the cultural aspects. But they are not proper to express brand image. So there should be detailed guidelines of design for resting place of housing cultural center to express brand image.

우리 나라의 도시 발전을 살펴보면 60년대 이후 개별적인 건물은 발전을 보였으나, 인간을 위한 휴식공간은 거의 도외시 되어왔다. 또한, 기계화·정보화가 심화되면서 사람들은 인간 소외를 느끼게 되는데, 도심지 네 휴식 공간은 새로운 공동체 형성의 기반이 될 수 있다 따라서, 현재 빌딩 술인 도심지 내에 인간이 중심이 되는 휴식 공간에 대한 연구와 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 새로운 휴식공간 및 가로시설물의 디자인 제안을 위해 문헌 고찰과 인터넷 검색방법으로 도시민들의 휴식공간 사용 행태와 가로 시설물을 조사하였다. 또한, 이를 바탕으로 인간·자연·환경 기술이 고려된 도심지 내의 휴식공간을 디자인 하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과물로 제시되는 도심지 내 휴식공간은 사용자가 공간 내 환경과 상호 작용할 수 있고, 사무에 지친 오피스 워커들을 실외로 유도할 수 있도록 계획되었다. 따라서, 도시민들은 도심지 내에서 뜻밖의 자연환경을 즐길 수 있고, 재충전의 기회를 가질 수 있다 이 공간은 진입유도공간, 휴식공간, 단체공간, 정보탐색 공간, 문화생활공간과 같이 다섯 영역으로 구성되었으며, 각 영역은 그 특성에 맞는 디자인 모티브를 가지고 있어, 가로시설물 및 조경계획은 통일성을 갖도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 특정 대지를 대상으로 하여 계획된 휴식공간은 하나의 프로토 타입으로써 대지 조건에 따라 가변적으로 재배치될 수 있다.

어린이 대공원(大公園)의 임지(林地)(인위적(人爲的)인 피해(被害)로부터 임분(林分))와 임간휴게소(林間流憩所)(휴식장소(休息場所)로 이용(利用)되는 임지(林地))에서 1975. 9. 28에 22년생(年生) 리기다소나무 각각(各各) 121주(株)와 105주(株)를 대상(對象)으로 양지역간(兩地域間)의 직경성장(直徑成長) 차이(差異)를 알아보기 위(爲)해 본(本) 조사(調査)를 하였다. 50m의 가까운 거리로 인접(隣接)되어 있는 양지역(兩地域)은 모두 토심(土深)이 깊은 사양토(砂壤土)로서 남서향(南西向)의 완경사(緩傾斜)이고 비옥도(肥沃度)가 높았으나 견밀도(堅密度)에 있어서는 임간휴게소(林間流憩所)가 차압(蹉壓)에 의(依)하여 현저(顯著)하게 높았다. 생장추(生長錐)로 목편(木片)을 빼내어 조사(調査)한 직경(直徑) 성장(成長)은 73년(年) 5월(月) 5일(日) 어린이 대공원(大公園) 개원(開園)을 기준(基準)으로 지전(以前)에는 임간휴게소(林間流憩所)의 수목(樹木)이 좋았고 이후(以後)에는 임지(林地) 수목(樹木)이 좋았다. 75년도(年度) 양지역(兩地域)의 수목(樹木) 직경(直徑) 성장차(成長差)는 6.5%로서 1% 수준(水準)의 유의성(有意性)이 있었다. 고원지역(公園地域)의 휴게소(休憩所) 관리상(管理上) 타수종(他樹種)에 대(對)해서도 연구(硏究)의 필요성(必要性)이 고찰(考察)되었다.

The lounge space in the fashion shopping mall such as footpath and resting place is attained not only a routine life for a pedestrian ,but also a simple meeting for association and amusement. In comparison with the current advancement of a shopping mall, however the lounge-a resting place for customers who make a visit for shopping and need for resting has changed into being commercial and non commercial -real meaning for resting space has disappeared. Consequently, the purpose of a research is to investigate on the actual condition for noncommercial resting spaces in the shopping mall and to suggest a reform measure through an analysis on the satisfaction percept of users in accordance with the result.

Recently the number of university has been increased rapidly and the number of student who want to enter the university has been decreased. So every university try to provide resting place and student lounge for their survival. this project was designed to provide the student more convenient and comfortable resting place. this lounge is placed in the library which is the main space and the most useful place in the university. So the design concept is to provide the space which has young and bright and also useful so the student can feel high-tech interior design.

본 연구에서는 고속도로 휴게소 이용고객에 관한 지역 대학생들의 음식 선호도 주관성을 진단하고, 기능적인 측면에서 세부적인 유형적 효과요인들을 짚어봄으로써 향후 고속도로 휴게소 이용고객에 관한 음식 선호도의 방향성을 알아보고자 한다. 여기에서 제기된 사항들의 해답을 얻기 위하여 주관성연구 분석방법을 활용하며, 이에 따른 연구문제는 첫째, 고속도로 휴게소 이용고객에 관한 지역 대학생들의 음식 선호도 수용인식 유형은 어떠한가? 둘째, 이들 각 유형들 간의 동질적이며 이질적인 특성과 그 함의는 무엇인가? 등이다. 이 연구에서는 고속도로 휴게소 이용고객에 관한 지역 대학생들의 음식 선호도 주관적 성향을 살펴보기 위해서 Q방법론을 이용하였다. 분석된 결과, 총 4가지의 유형, 즉, 제 1유형(N=7) : 청결선택형 (Cleanliness-selection Type), 제 2유형(N=13) : 알뜰형(Economy Type), 제 3유형(N=9) : 매장 호감형 (Selling-area Goodwill Type), 제 4유형(N=10) : 자기 만족형(Self-satisfaction Type)등으로 분류되었다. 결과적으로, 계량적인 실증적 연구와 관련 이해당사자들간의 종합적 비교와 대안책이 추가되어 진다면, 고속도로 휴게소 이용고객에 관한 음식 선호도 연구방향에 보다 심도 있는 연구결과가 제시될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 이러한 연구의 한계를 보완하는 후속연구가 지속적으로 진행되어지기를 기대한다.

This study has been carried out to verify curative effect of lavender and lawn, a green space composition factor. Thus, the physiological index value of blood pressure, heart rate and salivary amylase were measured with object of 16 women in their 20~30s for stress relaxation effect at lavender garden and lawn square, and impression assessment upon SD method as for psychological value was performed in this study. And a survey was conducted on necessity and reason of urban green space with object of 345 men and women urban workers. As a result of variance analysis between groups and multi test of Turkey upon object place, the blood pressure was lowered the same at lavender garden and lawn square, and especially, high blood pressure was greatly lowered to 30 mmHG at lavender garden. On the other hand, low blood pressure group showed the tendency of a little increasing at the same places. And for the pulse, there was difference between high blood pressure group and normal group at the same places. To conclude, at lavender garden and lawn square the blood pressure was made to be lowered when it's high, and when it's low, the effect of returning to sound status, the function of increasing, was verified. In case of impression assessment upon SD method, the lawn square was assessed as resting place and lavender garden diversional place. And over 90% of urban workers responded to the green space's necessity and curative effect, diversion and resting place were adopted for the reason in high-ranking items. As above the green space pattern that urban workers require and curative effect of lavender garden and lawn square were verified. Therefore, the functional green space plan is required, which curative effect, diversion and resting place are considered, for the future green space plan design.

The campus outdoor space in each city is a very important space for students and local residents. Especially, for students, indoor space such as classroom is the main place to learn knowledge. But the outdoor space provides an opportunity to interact with people in other sectors and it also gives an opportunity that can make students sense the flow of the times. Moreover, students have the opportunity to integrate knowledge of the other fields in the outdoor space. The campus also provides an important resting place for residents. Therefore the campus should be convenient for both local residents and students, and should be designed to let students and local residents communicate with each other in outdoor space. This study attempts to identify the problems of the outdoor space in such a point. The high scores of campus evaluation indexes are as follows: First, the lighting in the favorite space and installing seats in a green space of the vestibule get the highest score. Also, separation of a sidewalk and a roadway, the ease of holding events, simple food and beverage near the entrance, the interacting place of people, the resting place near the porch in cold winter, the lighting in a bus stop and parking lot also get good evaluations.

In the 21 century, it is emphasized that administration concerning the employees's welfare can only obtain the ultimate advancement in productivity. the employee's welfare strategy include proper salary, labor time, work-environment and so on. This study aims ti finding out the relationship between the amenity of the resting space and productivity in the automobile factory, The resting space is the is one of the major elements consisting the work-environment. As a result, It is exposed that the amenity of the resting place can promote psychological and physical satisfaction, and that the employee's satisfaction on their work-environment also can promote the productivity.
