대구광역시 주거 건축물의 이산화탄소 배출 감축을 위한 탄소포인트제의 효과 및 개선방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement and Effect of Carbon Point Program for Residential Buildings in Daegu)

  • The amount of energy consumption in the buildings is approximately 20% of domestic energy consumption. The Carbon Point Program have been published on reduction of greenhouse gas emission in buildings under the paradigm of 'Low Carbon Green Growth'. This study focuses on the effect of 'Carbon Point Program' for residential buildings in Daegu. The amount of electricity and waterwork consumption and information of households were investigated to analyse the effect of carbon point program. The samples are situated in Deagu and are apartment in Bukgu and Suseonggu. The $CO_2$ emission is analysed by factors of energy resource and household organization between before participating and after participating in Carbon Point Program. The participation type has a difference of voluntary participation in Suseonggu and passive participation in Bukgu. Based on this investigation, average amount of $CO_2$ emission was reduced from voluntary participation households but all of them did not. To promote the effect of Carbon Point Program, this study proposes that needing the plans to raise will and activity of reducing carbon and to help participation which have disadvantage against achieving reduction.

시각장애인 주택의 실태 및 요구도 분석에 관한연구 (A Study on the Analysis of the Current and the Demand of the House for the Blind)

  • Increasing the old and the senile disability, it is increased that the demand of barrier-free house for the disabled, the senior, the pregnant and the young is strongly increasing recently. In this reason, this study focuses the problems of the house which is used by the Blind through the investigation of current status and tries to find out the differences between disability's demand and current design of their house. As well, through the research and analysis some cases of the residential alterations this study verifies what the demand is on each room and their need is committed correctly during the residential alterations. It is the purposes of this study finding the problems through these research and analysis. Thus this study investigates houses of the Blind and finds out their house type, scale and daily life through the statistical data and documentary survey and also, investigates current status of their house. The basic standard for the current status and the demand analysis is researched by the barrier factors which are deducted from the former study.

환경친화적 완충녹지의 기준설정 (Design and Planning Criteria for the Green Buffer Zone)

  • The purpose of the study is to analyze the existing situation of the green buffer zone in the large scale industrial site and other major residential apartment areas. In this study, it is specifically intended that the planning guideline be upgraded to adopt future landuse trends and thus to suggest design criteria for management of the buffer zone. The framework of the analysis is to review the current landuse, noise reduction, ecological implications and landscape in general. Although the major function of a green buffer zone is considered to protect the residential area from various hazards of industrial, traffic, and visual environment, the situation is that most of the zones are maintained at a minimum level of services by local government. The study carried out intensively almost every type of case studied throughout the country, which implies that the management of the green buffer zone should be expanded physically enough to function for its original objectives. The study recommends that ecological management of the green buffer zone be emphasized and therefore the criteria for this purpose as well as noise issue should be developed prior to the landuse aspects. The study suggests specific guidelines for planning and design for the green buffer zone development. This study should be verified positively through the sustainable monitoring and requires nationwide and overall examination so that it may be applied to whole green spaces.

가정부문 에너지소비자의 라이프스타일 유형이 에너지절약행동에 미치는 영향 분석 (A Study on the Effects of Residential Energy Consumer's Lifestyle on Energy Conservation Behavior)

  • 가정부문 에너지소비는 국가마다 중요한 에너지절약 목표로 간주되고 있다. 이는 에너지절약 측면뿐 만 아니라 소비자의 경제적 지출 측면에서도 매우 중요한 문제이다. 특히 가정부문 에너지소비는 소비자의 라이프스타일과 매우 밀접한 관계가 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이에 대한 심도 있는 연구는 거의 없었다. 이에 따라 본고는 구조방정식 모형을 통해 에너지절약행동에 있어서 소비자의 라이프스타일 유형이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 생활만족형 절약의식형 및 절약실천형 라이프스타일은 환경보전의식 및 환경보전의식과 정(+)의 관계가 있으며, 경제적 비용인식과 환경보전의식은 에너지절약의식과 정(+)의 관계로 확인되었다. 그리고 에너지절약의식과 에너지절약행동은 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

2021년 주거실태조사에 나타난 중년 임차가구의 주거만족도 영향요인 (Influences on the Housing Satisfaction of Middle-Aged Households Reflected in the Korea Housing Survey 2021)

  • In research on housing welfare policy, there has been little interest in middle-aged households compared with young or elderly households. The purpose of this study was to explore influences on the housing satisfaction of middle-aged renter households using microdata from the Korea Housing Survey 2021. A statistical analysis of data was performed on a total of 2,709,152 middle-aged (aged between 40 and 64 years) Jeonse (lumpsum housing lease) renters and monthly renters with deposits, living in private rental housing units. The major findings were as follows. Firstly, there were significant differences in housing unit satisfaction and residential environment satisfaction among renter groups by age and rental type. Early-middle-aged Jeonse renters displayed the highest satisfaction with both housing units and the residential environment, while semielderly monthly renters with deposits displayed the lowest satisfaction. Secondly, living in aged structures or in apartment units exerted the strongest influences on housing satisfaction, which implies the need for residential area regeneration programs that consider the situation of rental households. Thirdly, living in Incheon and Gyeonggi-do was found to have a negative influence on housing satisfaction. Fourthly, upward filtering on tenure types or lease renewal of the current house did not necessarily have a positive influence on the housing satisfaction of middle-aged renters. Based on the findings, suggestions were made to improve the housing situation of middle-aged renter households.

바람환경을 고려한 공동주택의 배치유형에 관한 연구 - 대구광역시 신천지역을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Layout Type of an Apartment Complex Considering Wind Environment - Focused on the Sinchun Area of Daegu Metropolitan City -)

  • One of the most important elements in creating the pleasant residential environment is the wind. For the pleasant residential environment, it is important that the air pollutants are not stagnant but appropriately and swiftly diffused and removed by winds. Especially, the river becomes a main route of wind in the urban core. So, it is necessary to secure the space to circulate the sufficient cool air to this area. But, recently many high-rise apartment complexes have been built along the rivers that have the fine view and pleasant environment. As a result, the cool and fresh air coming from mountains hardly diffuses into the urban core but just flows along the river. Considering the facts above, this study selected types of building layout and kind of land cover as complex or architectural design factors that have an influence on wind environment. Based on the factors, it analyzed change in wind environment according to apartment complex development aiming at the Sinchun area which is Daegu Metropolitan City's main wind corridor. Therefore, when apartment complex development is planned in the future, it can offer basic data for establishing plans for more pleasant complexes. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that the layout type of housing and the building height plan in consideration of wind corridor around the river were pretty effective in increasing the wind speed and circulating the air in the apartment complex. Therefore, if wind corridor is considered when apartment complex development is planed in the future, this study can offer useful information contributing to improve comfort in residential environment in the level of complex building as well as city planning.

주거용 13.5W COB LED 다운라이트 방열판 설계에 따른 열적 특성 분석 (Thermal Characteristics of the design on Residential 13.5W COB LED Down Light Heat Sink)

  • 차세대 친환경 조명인 LED소자는 온도가 올라갈수록 LED의 발광효율이 떨어지고 $80^{\circ}C$이상 올라갈수록 수명이 감소하고 스펙트럼선의 파장이 본래의 파장보다 장파장 쪽으로 이동하는 Red Shift현상 및 $T_j$ 상승에 따라 광 출력이 감소되는 큰 문제점이 대두되고 있어 열을 최소화 할 수 있는 방열설계 연구가 진행 중이다. COB Type LED의 경우 보드에 LED 칩을 직접 결합시켜 열 저항을 낮췄지만 주거용 13.5W의 경우 방열판을 통해 발열 문제를 해결해야한다. 본 논문에서는 주거용 13.5W COB LED 다운라이트에 맞게 Heat Sink를 설계하고, 그 설계한 Heat Sink와 13.5W COB를 패키징하여 Solidworks flow simulation을 통해 최적의 Fin두께를 선정하여 접촉식 온도계를 사용한 열적 특성을 분석 하고 평가 하였다.

하계 공동주택 하이브리드 환기시스템 적용에 따른 실내공기 및 열 환경 평가 (Analysis of Indoor Air & thermal environment with Hybrid Ventilation system during summer)

  • The recent on indoor air problem has led to many studies on the methods and effects of ventilation for better indoor air quality. Although natural ventilation is the most effective and energy-saving method in residental housings, the small size of openable window has been a problem in high-rise residential buildings to ventilate only through natural ventilation. Consequently, the installation of mechanical ventilation system has been a requirement in residential buildings, and has caused other problems such as increase of energy consumption and SBS. Hybrid ventilation which uses forces of both natural and mechanical power has been introduced to solve the problem of increase in energy consumption with natural ventilation. In this paper, two types of hybrid ventilation systems in residential building were introduced. One type was with natural ventilation through vent grille in the window, and another type was with natural ventilation through ceiling duct while both types used mechanical ventilation system with the outlets. The indoor temperature distribution and pollution density distribution in summer while operating the ceiling air conditioner were analyzed through CFD simulation. In this paper, the optimal location of diffusers to achieve thermal comfort would be proposed.

주거지에 적용된 인지건강디자인 시범사업의 유지관리 실태 연구 (A study on the management of the cognitive health design pilot projects applied to residential areas)

  • Purpose: This study is aimed at the case of the cognitive health design pilot projects promoted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government since 2014 in terms of design to solve social problems in accordance with the aging population of our society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the maintenance and management of the projects and to suggest implications for the promotion and expansion of sustainable cognitive health design in the future. Method: It set the analysis frame by dividing management into maintenance-damage-demolition for the spatial types and spatial elements suggested in the Seoul Cognitive Health Guidelines. And it analyze the actual conditions of four pilot projects based on the field survey. Results: First, the ratio of damage and demolition was higher than maintenance. Second, designs and techniques with low durability were applied. Most of the cases where floor marks were applied to the external environment were lost or difficult to recognize, and their functions were limited due to storage of goods and parking of vehicles and motorcycles. Third, there was a large variation according to the type of residence. The project contents that can be applied to the low-rise residential area were also limited, and more elements were demolished than in the apartment type. Implications: First, it should limit project contents of space types and space elements that can be maintained even over time. Second, it should seek sustainable design and technical solutions. Third, it should seek alternatives to cognitive health design in low-rise residential areas where a large number of elderly people live.

토지 및 건축물특성에 따른 정비사업 추진 분석 - 부산광역시 사례를 중심으로 - (Analysis of the Implementation of the Residential Improvement Project Considering Land and Building Characteristics - The Case of Busan Metropolitan City)

  • 정부는 노후불량주거지에 대한 개선책으로 "도시 및 주거환경정비법"을 통한 주거지정비사업을 시행하고 있다. 하지만, 최근 경제성장 하락을 포함한 다양한 요소가 복합적으로 작용하여 정비사업 추진은 난항을 겪고 있다. 정비사업의 추진실적이 저조함에 따라, 그 원인을 규명하여 사업의 추진성을 향상시키고자 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 이러한 연구의 동향에서, 본 연구는 부산시를 대상으로 토지 및 건축물특성에 따른 정비사업 추진 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 간 종속변수는 "도시 및 주거환경정비법"에서 명시하는 바와 같이, 추진단계를 종합적 단계적으로 구성하였다. 그리고 정비(예정)구역 지정 시 기준이 되는 토지 및 건축물특성을 독립변수로 설정하였다. 순서형로짓모형을 통해 이를 분석하였으며, 지형적 여건, 조합원 수와 관련된 요인, 분양가에 영향을 미치는 요인, 입지적 여건이 사업 추진에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 추정되었다. 분석결과를 종합하면, 다수의 요인이 사업의 경제성과 연관되어있음을 알 수 있다. 노후불량주거지에 대한 도시계획사업의 일환으로 진행되는 주거지정비사업은 공공성이 요구되는 사업인 만큼, 단순 사업의 경제성과 연관된 요인에 편중되기보다 해당 정비구역의 주거환경을 고려하여 정비 시급성에 의한 사업추진이 필요해 보인다. 이에 따라, 신속하고 합리적인 사업 추진을 당부하는 바이며, 사업추진 지연에 따른 행정적 경제적 손실 등을 미연에 방지해야 할 것이다.
