장수명 주택의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Activation of Long - life Housing)

  • In modern society, it is necessary to develop sustainable housing to protect environment. There should be a study on long life housing that satisfies living condition which residents require. Long life housing research is already activating in many developed countries. Although activation of long life housing is urgent, domestically, immaturity of technology development and law and system are barrier to progression of long life housing. Increase of early construction expenses is also problematic in activation of long life housing. The purpose of this research is to clarify a necessity of long life housing, to provide high quality of sustainable residence and to protect environment. This research also suggests a need of change from previous housing to long life housing. Moreover, it will look at related law and system of domestic long life housing and compare it to international law and system. From this comparison, it will point out a need of improvement and suggest appropriate long life housing system.

  • 본 연구에서는 도심지에 위치하고 있는 집합적 건축유산 중 현재 지역사회의 관심과 활용도가 높아지고 있는 근대건축을 중심으로 재난대응 현황에 대하여 조사하였다. 대전 소제동 철도관사는 집합적 건축군으로 조성되어 있으며, 역사와 문화적, 건축적 가치에 대한 평가와 보존 노력이 지속적으로 진행되어 왔지만, 현재 제도적 보호조치를 받지 못하는 비지정 문화유산이다. 관사는 집합적 건축군으로서 보존에 의미가 있지만 주요구조부가 목구조로 형성되어 있어 화재나 재난에 소실 우려가 크고, 방재 대책도 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 철도관사의 배치 및 건축적 특징 등 구조적·비구조적 상태를 조사하고, 주요 구조부가 목구조로 형성된 관사건축군의 방재시스템구축 및 주민참여 방안을 고찰하였다. 집합적 건축유산으로 조성된 도심지 역사환경을 보존하기 위해서는 관사촌의 특성을 고려한 효과적인 방재시스템구축 및 주민참여 방재역량 강화, 지역사회의 공식적·비공식적 거버넌 구축 등 마을 자체의 방재역량을 강화해야 한다.

방사성동위원소 추적자를 이용한 폐수처리시설의 응집조에서 유입수의 체류시간분포 분석 (RTD Analysis using Radioisotope Tracer on the Water Flow Characteristics in a Flocculator of Wastewater Treatment Facility)

  • 폐수처리시설의 응집조를 대상으로 0.392MeV의 감마선을 방출하는 In-113m을 추적자로 이용하여 체류시간분포(RTD; residence time distribution)를 측정하였다. 계측 결과는 CFSTR (constant flow stirred tank reactor) 모델을 바탕으로 구축한 K-RTD 프로그램을 이용하여 수학적으로 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 혼합 특성을 규명하고자 하였다 모델에 의한 시뮬레이션 결과를 계측결과와 맞추는 과정에서 유체 거동의 특성을 표현하는 인자들을 계산하였으며, 이들 인자에 의한 시뮬레이션 결과는 실험결과에 매우 성공적으로 부합하였다. 또한 향후 본 실험에서 관찰된 bypass flow의 성분을 이론적 모델에 포함시키고 이를 분석하며 혼합조의 효율에 영향을 미치는 요소들에 대한 추가 연구의 필요성을 확인하였다.

새만금 내부개발이 체류시간 및 수질변화에 미치는 영향 (Impacts on Residence Time and Water Quality of the Saemangeum Reservoir Caused by Inner Development)

  • 새만금호 내부개발에 따른 호 내측의 수리특성과 수질환경 영향을 분석하기 위해 EFDC 모형을 이용한 심층적인 수치모의가 수행되었다. 개발이 진행되면서 방수제 및 준설 영향으로 표 저층간의 흐름특성이 변화된다. 특히 관리수위 적용에 따른 제한적인 배수갑문 운영은 기존과 다르게 표 저층간 성층발달을 심화시켜 새만금호 내측의 수질환경을 악화시키는 주요 인자로 확인되었다. 무작위행보에 의한 입자추적방법을 이용한 내부 체류시간 분석을 통해 확인된 특성은 평수시와 홍수시 그 특성이 크게 다르지만, 만경호 북측구역은 일종의 사대로 변화되어 오염물질이 장기간 체류되면서 침적된 저니층의 용출로 인해 수질환경이 악화되는 주요 원인으로 작용할 것으로 추론되었다.

숫자인식을 이용한 성인인증기 개발 (Development of Adult Authentication System using Numeral Recognition)

  • This paper describes the development of adult authentication system using numerical recognition. Nowadays, the automats are very popular and they are dealing in many item suck as coffee, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and cigarettes, etc. Among these items, some are harmful to the minor, and so the sale of these to the minor must be prohibited. In relation to this, adult authentication system is required to be equipped to the automat which deals in items harmful to minor. According to these demands, we develop the adult authentication system. This system capture the image of a residence certificate card by the identification card-reader, and recognize its numbers and identify it as adult or minor by main computer, where numeral recognition is accomplished by using image processing methods and neural network recognizer. The characteristic test of the system is carried out, and its result reveals that the system has the error of less than 1%. Thus, It is thought that the system can be used for identifying adult in the automats.

생태도시에서의 자원활용에 관한 연구 - 주택 에너지 시스템 개선을 위한 하수 에너지흐름 분석 - (Study on Utilizing Resources in Ecopolis - Evaluation of Energy floors of Sewage for Enhanced energy system of residence -)

  • When the city water was heated for the optimum use of unused energy, the energy flows and losses were calculated and evaluated to improve the value of heated water systems at dwelling side. To obtain this purpose, it was simulated on heat flows under two conditions like with heat pumps or not and calculated the energy sayings. Furthermore, recycling water system was suggested for enhancing the value of heated water system. From this results, the energy flows without heat pumps showed that it was 3-4 percents of heat losses from pipes, 62 percents of energy savings from hot water uses and 34 percents of unutilized heat. When the heated water system adopt the recycling water system at dwelling side, it was improved 12 percents of total energy sayings.

CFD를 이용한 열회수형 환기장치 운전에 따른 혹한기 공동주택의 실내 열환경 검토 (A Study of the Indoor Thermal Environment in Apartment Buildings in Freezing Weather Operation of Heat Recovery Ventilator by CFD Simulation)

  • In Korea, it is the law that an apartment building which consists of over 100 households must have a ventilation system installed, either natural or mechanical. The heat recovery ventilator (HRV) is great way to reduce energy consumption. In this research we confirmed that based on site's construction plan and existing diffuser form, performed purpose CFD which simulates operation in temperatures below $-5^{\circ}C$ to circumstances of installation of an HRV in an apartment. As a result of this research we found that when the diffuser's aperture area was adjusted, the distribution of air temperature and residence time of air was more equally distributed and air temperature was higher, compared to when the diffuser has an identical aperture area. We also found that we are able to increase even more air temperature and air distribution of air temperature and residence time of air was even more equally distributed when run in parallel with a splitter damper.

Waiting Times in the B/G/1 Queue with Server Vacations

  • We consider a B/G/1 queueing with vacations, where the server closes the gate when it begins a vacation. In this system, customers arrive according to a Bernoulli process. The service time and the vacation time follow discrete distributions. We obtain the distribution of the number of customers at a random point in time, and in turn, the distribution of the residence time (queueing time + service time) for a customer. It is observed that solutions for our discret time B/G/1 gated vacation model are analogous to those for the continuous time M/G/1 gated vacation model.

  • In the present paper we studied experimentally fundamental optimization of oxygen enriched pyrolysis melting incinerator, Characteristics of this system was confirmed dealing with the gas flow and combustion properties for the inside secondary air injection. The experiment setup has a disposal rate of 30kg/hr which was measured by the inside temperature and gas. Along with above experiments, the three-dimensional computation was employed to analyse the combustion fluid dynamics and gas residence time. Equations for turbulence and heat - transmission as well as chemical reactions were solved by using common codes. The experimental combustion chamber was composed of staged combustion types structure for reducing NOx. Finally, it was verified that the control of the secondary air and air ratio of thermo stack were important. In the computational analysis, it showed reasonable agreement with the experimental results regarding the temperature and discharged gas concentration.

  • Recently, amount of High-Rise Mixed-use Building is Increasing based on Preference of comfortable residence and good view. Government policies were turned to prefer about High-Rise Mixed-use Building because of decreased real estate Condition. But these changes have revealed that it has many maintenance problems for example- efficiency, economic, environmental problems. This paper suggests that the Database System based on various alternatives and real case. And it will be a tool in the scientific decision and value analysis from the facility management to make optimized decision.
