This research compares and analyzes evacuation time depending on the change in stair width in case of fire at Goshiwons. For this, a simulation has been conducted based on possible evacuation time according to the calculation method for the number of people admittable to a specific target for fire fighting equipped with accommodation. Currently, Gosiwon, which is classified as an accommodation facility (a total floor area of 500 m2 or more), uses blind spots prescribed by the Fire Services Act, Building Act, and Parking Act to build a high-rise building on a small area of land, and most Gosiwon is transformed into a modified accommodation. This is in line with the owner's operating profit, so it is expected to show a continuous increase. Securing the golden time of Gosiwon evacuation time is the last bastion of Gosiwon residents who belong to the economically disadvantaged in our society, and we hope this study will serve as a starting point for discussions on revising related laws and regulations to establish a social safety net As a result of the evacuation simulation analysis, the evacuation time was the least when the width of the group and the evacuation stairs were expanded to 200cm, and the evacuation time of the existing building was reduced by up to 166.3 seconds by comparing 648.4 seconds and scenario 6. This analysis can be meaningful, in that the width of the evacuation stairs revision of related laws and regulations for the safety of multiplex available premises.
Researchers in science education have recently focused on service learning as an important educational approach to address environmental challenges including climate change. However, there are a limited number of studies focused on service learning in science education in Korea. In this study, based on existing related literature, the theoretical background of service learning is introduced and a conceptual framework that can be applied in the science education environment in Korea as a new approach to address environmental challenges is proposed. Given this, 112 relevant academic documents collected by searching a global database were analyzed. As a result, the theoretical background of service learning rooted in Dewey's experiential learning is introduced. Specifically, service learning is defined as a form of experiential learning that supports students in helping communities with structured services related to learning content, while at the same time fostering their in-depth understanding of content and engaging in civic and social responsibility as members of their community. In addition, a conceptual framework for service learning to address environmental challenges that can be applied to the science education environment in Korea is proposed. The proposed framework classifies the members of service learning into schools, students, and communities, and presents knowledge, experience, and learning through critical reflection as its core elements. It is important to actively implement service learning in science education to address various environmental challenges including climate change, biodiversity loss, air pollution, and deforestation, as just a few pressing challenges. Therefore, based on the proposed conceptual framework for service learning, studies that apply and verify diverse forms of educational approaches to addressing environmental challenges in local communities at school sites are needed.
This study is a secondary data analysis study to confirm the difference in responses to psychological and supportive factors of severely disabled according to proxy responses using the National Survey of the Disabled 2020. 738,169 people with severe disabilities who were 19 years of age or older, whose main disability was not an intellectual disability, were analyzed. χ2-test and t-test were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0. As a result of the study, the proxy response was more negative in sadness or hopelessness (χ2=952.20, p<.001), suicidal ideation (χ2=369.45, p<.001), and subjective health status (t=30.61, p<.001). And the proxy respondent answered that they need more support from others for daily life (t=209.43, p<.001) and have many difficulties in communication when using medical services (t=41.74, p<.001). When using a proxy response, the researcher should clearly state the point of view that the proxy respondent should take, and interpret the results considering that proxy response may be affected by various factors.

Despite the easing of social distancing, demand for non-face-to-face services continues to rise. Recently, the EU is pursuing a comprehensive plastic use reduction by expanding the scope of plastic use regulations for packaging plastics according to the New Cyclical Economy Action Plan(NCEAP). In response to this trend, the packaging industry is moving away from conventional non-degradable/petroleum-based plastics and conducting research on packaging materials using biodegradable plastics such as PLA(Poly Lactic Acid), PBAT(Poly Butylene Adipate-co-butylene Terephthalate). On the other hand, ginkgo leaves occur in large quantities in Korea and act as a cause of slip accidents and flooding. In this study, a method to utilize ginkgo biloba leaf as a new alternative biomass resource was proposed by producing lactic acid through pretreatment, enzymatic saccharification, and fermentation processes. For the efficiency of lactic acid production, a comparative analysis of lignin content from before and after browning was performed. In addition, the degree of glucan extraction was evaluated by applying a pretreatment method using three catalysts: hot water, sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide. It is difficult to expect high production of lactic acid with single process. Therefore, an integrated process operation using both the pretreated hydrolyzate and the residual solid enzymatic saccharification solution must necessarily be applied.
The domestic used car market continues to grow along with the used car online platform service. The used car online platform service discloses vehicle specifications, accident history, inspection history, and detailed options to service consumers. Most of the preceding studies were predictions of used car prices using vehicle specifications and some options for vehicles. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that there was a nonlinear relationship between used car prices and some specification variables. Accordingly, the researchers tried to solve the nonlinear problem by executing a Machine Learning model. In common, the Regression based Machine Learning model had the advantage of knowing the actual influence and direction of variables, but there was a disadvantage of low Cost Function figures compared to the Decision Tree based Machine Learning model. This study attempted to predict used car prices of six domestic brands by utilizing both vehicle specifications and vehicle options. Through this, we tried to collect the advantages of the two types of Machine Learning models. To this end, we sequentially conducted a regression based Machine Learning model and a decision tree based Machine Learning model. As a result of the analysis, the practical influence and direction of each brand variable, and the best tree based Machine Learning model were selected. The implications of this study are as follows. It will help buyers and sellers who use used car online platform services to predict approximate used car prices. And it is hoped that it will help solve the problem caused by information inequality among users of the used car online platform service.
The choice of business method is a necessary decision at the last moment of life, and to this end, we use several criteria. Our funeral methods were dominated by ancestral worship culture and religion, not nature. It is only recently that nature was used as a means from a human perspective, but natural field methods such as consideration for nature and symbiosis with nature have emerged. The recent high public preference for natural fields is today's strong zeitgeist and nature-friendly values. Based on statistics in 2021, Korea's national cremation rate exceeded 92%, and compared to less than 20% of the cremation rate just 20 years ago, our business method has changed rapidly. As the cremation promotion movement and government policies, which began in the early 90s, were systematically developed, the enshrinement facility was established next to us. However, while this was also subject to criticism of national damage, the Jang Act called natural field was introduced into the system in 2008, and about 15 years have passed, but the revitalization of natural field is slower than expected. One of the reasons for the stagnation of development is to forget the basic spirit of the natural field (once you return to the forest), and to think like a graveyard grave. Accordingly, this study aims to identify the background of the introduction and current operation of natural fields and present development measures to improve memorial services to make natural fields loved by the people.

The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve the legal system for supporting libraries for the disabled. For the stdy, related precedent studies were historically analyzed, and the legal definition of libraries for the disabled and related laws were discussed. Through this, it was confirmed that the current 「Library Act」 does not have sub-regulations of the Enforcement Decree and Enforcement Rules supporting the regulations related to library support for the disabled, and the 「Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act」 replaces them. In addition, through research on the current status of libraries for the disabled and interviews with field workers in libraries for the disabled, the need for improvement of the legal system related to libraries for the disabled was confirmed. In conclusion, three improvement plans for supporting libraries for the disabled were proposed as follows: First, the definition and duties of libraries for the disabled through the 「Library Act」; second, preparation of regulations on support for library services for the disabled and fulfillment of duties through the 「Enforcement Decree of the Library Act」; third, through the 「Library Act」 and 「Enforcement Decree of the Library Act」, standards for facilities, collections and manpower of libraries for the disabled are presented.

Today, as AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology is introduced in various fields, including security, the development of technology is accelerating. However, with the development of AI technology, attack techniques that cleverly bypass malicious behavior detection are also developing. In the classification process of AI models, an Adversarial attack has emerged that induces misclassification and a decrease in reliability through fine adjustment of input values. The attacks that will appear in the future are not new attacks created by an attacker but rather a method of avoiding the detection system by slightly modifying existing attacks, such as Adversarial attacks. Developing a robust model that can respond to these malware variants is necessary. In this paper, we propose two methods of generating Adversarial attacks as efficient Adversarial attack generation techniques for improving Robustness in AI models. The proposed technique is the XAI-based attack technique using the XAI technique and the Reference based attack through the model's decision boundary search. After that, a classification model was constructed through a malicious code dataset to compare performance with the PGD attack, one of the existing Adversarial attacks. In terms of generation speed, XAI-based attack, and reference-based attack take 0.35 seconds and 0.47 seconds, respectively, compared to the existing PGD attack, which takes 20 minutes, showing a very high speed, especially in the case of reference-based attack, 97.7%, which is higher than the existing PGD attack's generation rate of 75.5%. Therefore, the proposed technique enables more efficient Adversarial attacks and is expected to contribute to research to build a robust AI model in the future.
This research paper explores the application of FinBERT, a variational BERT-based model pre-trained on financial domain, for sentiment analysis in the financial domain while focusing on the process of identifying suitable training data and hyperparameters. Our goal is to offer a comprehensive guide on effectively utilizing the FinBERT model for accurate sentiment analysis by employing various datasets and fine-tuning hyperparameters. We outline the architecture and workflow of the proposed approach for fine-tuning the FinBERT model in this study, emphasizing the performance of various datasets and hyperparameters for sentiment analysis tasks. Additionally, we verify the reliability of GPT-3 as a suitable annotator by using it for sentiment labeling tasks. Our results show that the fine-tuned FinBERT model excels across a range of datasets and that the optimal combination is a learning rate of 5e-5 and a batch size of 64, which perform consistently well across all datasets. Furthermore, based on the significant performance improvement of the FinBERT model with our Twitter data in general domain compared to our news data in general domain, we also express uncertainty about the model being further pre-trained only on financial news data. We simplify the complex process of determining the optimal approach to the FinBERT model and provide guidelines for selecting additional training datasets and hyperparameters within the fine-tuning process of financial sentiment analysis models.

Economic development has resulted in the concentration of population and industry in the metropolitan area. Additionally, the Republic of Korea is experiencing this phenomenon, with more than half of the population living in the Seoul capital area. To alleviate this concentration of population, the Korean government implemented the new town development policy. Unfortunately, this has led to an increase in the commuting population, causing an imbalance in transportation services due to financial and policy differences in each region. This paper analyzes the level of user satisfaction with mega commuting in three aspects: mobility, accessibility, and connectivity. To objectively assess the level of user satisfaction, which is qualitative data, the Rasch Model is used to analyze the collinearity of user data. The results indicate that the level of user satisfaction differs by region, and service satisfaction with mobility is lower than that with accessibility and connectivity. Therefore, prior to the introduction of new town policies, it is necessary to develop metropolitan transportation infrastructure.
